Home to your Heart

In my world dear

Sleep is as bizarre;

As the possibility

Of you falling for me.

But I'll let you ignite;

My frozen soul.

Barren like a desert;

I'll let you plant kisses;

On the corner

Of my famished lips.

Hope you will awaken

My withered passions.

Buried too deep-

Beneath my zonked

Flesh; Unleash it-

From the grave.

With your hands;

Touch my sleeping soul;

Lead it home;

To your heart

Where it belongs.

I don't know if I will ever regain;

The light you stole from my soul.

All I know is I'll go insane;

The moment I hear you call-

My name like we belong;

Together to a place,

We profoundly call home.

An exquisite line;

From a forgotten song!

To kiss those lips;

Who whisphered lies.

Kiss them hard;

Like I'm saying goodbye-

To the heart

That makes me hurt;

And yearn for healing;

A numbing feeling;

Like I'm taking in;

The venom they hide

In every smile.

The waves of pain;

That make me cry.

I'll take it all in;

In one dizzying kiss;

Like I'm still his.

Universe of Eclipses

There's a hole

Left inside me

As big as the moon

Dark and hollow

As shadows collapse

I hear someone knock

A misty silhoutte

I'm afraid to look at

Then the drizzles

Turn into angry pounding

Even the wind is howling

Its own chaotic frenzy

My melancholic soul

For the love of God

Decides to hum along

As though I am not alone

Breaking along with rhymes

Cold and unfinished lines

I wonder where my heart gone

Did it set with the sun

For I can no longer feel

All my resolves went still

And the hole expanded

A universe of eclipses

And thousand futile wishes

The silhoutte lingered on

I am not ready to move on

In the verge of my doom

Oh my disintegrating soul

On the first draft;

The artist loved the muse.

In the process of editing;

He realized, it is what it is.

On the final draft;

The artist killed the muse!

Stardust

I casted a glimpse

As he talks.

Ripples of silence

Become stream of words;

Filling the vast spaces

Between us, oh such madness!

When he looks back

I was taken aback;

For his eyes,

Behold his eyes

Coruscate with stardust!

What if the footsteps

Behind me

Are not the ones

I left

When I ran

To catch the soul

That you stole?

Winter by your side

Wonder how long it lasts

Looking deeply into the eyes

That enthralled me

From the very beginning

I know you're not there

But I'll take every chance

If it brings you back

When I starve myself to death

I'll fast from love and passion

Frozen Castle

I shout to the atmosphere

I am here

Patiently waiting

For you dear

The stars, they tell me

You are near

But I don't feel it

Are you here?

The coldness within me

Oh it's so queer

Perhaps the stars can lie

Like humans sometimes

Cause if it's true

That you're near

Then why is it that my soul

Feels like a frozen castle

In the height of Summer?

Mermaid's tale

The tale of a mermaid

Who fell in love with a man;

People claim it is true.

They say she appears

When the moon is full;

Sits in her usual spot;

Waits for him in blue.

But he has been dead for long;

His soul turned into a rock.

They say she can't take this fact;

Patiently waits for him to come back.

From the blue tears she wept;

The mermaid created the sea.

Drowned the man into her heart;

So even in death she holds him-

Closely as she desolates

With the waves of her passion;

Matching the ferocious ocean

As it tumbles with her wrath.

When I learned of this tale;

I watch the raging waves-

Kiss the chilled, hard, rocks.

Wonder if it's the same story

I'm reliving with you in my memory!

Metallurgy

You pulled me close

Made me yours

Kissed me hard

My lips bled

Lies they can't forget

Your cruel tongue

Spit venom

Into my mouth

The poison ran

Through my veins

Burned with my blood

Made an iron out of me

A perfected metallurgy

Now I stood

Facing you

Don't close your eyes

Look at me while we kiss

Even though it's her lips

That you truly wish

To kiss all this time...
