Total : 521
And it’s a studio day so I won’t be able to workout :/

Can someone tell me why laxatives make my legs ache like nothing else. Google is not helpful and I am in pain.
Eating ramen but only using the flavour packets and substituting the noodles for shiritaki noodles, tofu noodles, or bean sprouts>>>>
So basically I went keto for two weeks in September and lost 3kg which was, amazing. And then I stopped keto and just tried to restrict but it was so hard and the carbs brought all the water retention back so I gained 1kg back. So now I’m going back to keto, and can eat all the meat, eggs, and cheese, I want, with a few veggies and some keto dark chocolate. I think this is the diet that works best for me cus I’m full, not tempted to binge, and I still lose weight.
