My Rules 🦋

These rules are overarching and I do my best to follow them constantly

No more than 400cals per meal

2< litres of water a day

8< hours of sleep a night

Stretching, strength, or cardio daily

Try to replace meals with 0cal soda + gum

The only exceptions are icecream + fruit

Don’t forget how much you want this 🌻

Gonna write todays meal plan down so that I stick to it:

Fried broccoli with garlic - 134

Korean rainbow rice cake - 237

Maxim white gold coffee x3 - 150

Total : 521

And it’s a studio day so I won’t be able to workout :/

- the 14 packs of 165cal yoghurt granola meal packs in my fridge

RULES 26.09.22

700 cal per day (reduce by 100 when you plateau)

Only fruit as a snack or dessert

No complex carbs

No breakfast

No eating after 6

No more than 200 cal per meal

If weight goes up, 24 hour fast

If you don’t know exactly what’s in it, don’t eat it

2L of water per day

No other beverages

It will all be worth it in the end.

It has to be.
