My Rules 🦋
These rules are overarching and I do my best to follow them constantly
No more than 400cals per meal
2< litres of water a day
8< hours of sleep a night
Stretching, strength, or cardio daily
Try to replace meals with 0cal soda + gum
The only exceptions are icecream + fruit
Don’t forget how much you want this 🌻
I’m cutting out sugar for a week and, while still restricting, am going to try and consume only healthy, whole Foods. Maybe it will make a difference :/

Just bought a juicer. Am going on a juice cleanse. Will hopefully come out of it thinner. Will definitely cry if I don’t.

Fried broccoli with garlic - 134
Korean rainbow rice cake - 237
Maxim white gold coffee x3 - 150
Total : 521
And it’s a studio day so I won’t be able to workout :/
