This is notoriously late because I’m answering three of the same ask, one from the lovely Elan and @tigerlilycorinne and @ahhhnorealnamesallowed were also kind enough to send me one. So, five things I like about myself, eh? Well, here we go, in no particular order:

My smile - I get more compliments on this than I think any other aspect of my appearance, and while I generally struggle with self esteem, I’m actually rather proud of my smile. Oddly enough, I never smile with teeth showing, so I’m not talking about my teeth being super even or white or anything. I mean my actual smile, the way my lips curve upward and how it shows in my eyes when I’m really happy.

My vulnerability - I am a huge ball of feelings, and I experience things deeply. While this can be a double edged sword, I honestly wouldn’t change it. I think it makes me more compassionate, more open-minded, and probably a better person than I would be without it.

My objectivity - This ties in with my vulnerability in that what I really mean when I say this is my ability to give good advice. Even if I lean a certain way on a subject, I can still put myself in someone else’s shoes well enough most of the time to see a lot of different sides to an issue, and I’m also good at breaking that down for people in a way that makes sense and comes across as fair in most cases.

My face - This is slightly cheating because my smile is generally part of my face, and I already listed that. But to be fair it’s also valid because I’m not smiling all the time. I just like it. I think it’s a nice face. I like my cheekbones, my eyes, the overall shape and structure. I even have a nice nose! So while I have various issues with other parts of me, I’m fairly confident from the neck up!

My imagination - It is both an escape and a source of creation for me. I love how vividly I see things in my mind’s eye when I’m reading a great story or watching a cool show or movie. It makes it very easy to immerse myself in the media of my choice. I also love making up my own stories in my head, and sometimes I even manage to write them down! Haha.

He’s bullshit all the way through, but Cas… Cas hadn’t thought so.

Dean clears his throat. “We’ll add his next, huh?”

It was poetic in the cruelest of ways. And if it weren’t for everything, he would have thought this was Chuck’s writing. But, no. Castiel was the only part of Chuck’s story that he couldn’t control. Because Cas had fallen.

In light of recent events that have occurred throughout the U.S., us admins at ficswithluv who created this blog to spread love between content creators wanted to use that same power and spread our love by supporting Black Lives Matter Movement. We stand in solidarity with all of those affected by police brutality and ingrained racism not just in America but worldwide. 

ChangesWithLuv is a project where content creators have teamed up and offered their services in writing fics, designing banners, drawing fanart, and many other types of art. Similar to commissions, we ask that you donate to one of the charities or NGOs we support and apply here. The list of products and prices are under the read more, as well as the links to donate.

Once you send in your request, we’ll put it on a server of all the content creators taking part, so that it can be picked up and made by one of them. Their work will be tagged with #changeswithluv, so keep an eye out!

We understand that not everybody is in a financial position to donate, which is why the admins collectively have donated $100 ourselves. On a first come, first served basis, you can submit a request for up to $5 of content (again, list below) using the admin relief fund. This is only for people who really can not afford to donate themselves, please be kind and. honest. It will support 20 people each commissioning something worth $5.

Additionally, we ask that if you’re unable to donate, that you take advantage of some of the resources we have below that you can use for free that support the movement.

Okay personal project that I'm starting for August...non-blog related.

I have a Life Coach Cert thar I've never used, several friends and family who have needed me in the past few weeks, so I'm starting a list and putting some support and positivity out there.

You set the level. You need a constant cheerleader or supportive shoulder? You need just a weekly check-in for encouragement to reach a goal? You just want a good night wish and a reminder that you are special to this world? You tell me what you want out of the connection.

All connections will be confidential. I just know life can get crappy and we all need someone. Not everyone is raised in a supporting environment and have to find light in other places.

Just a Reminder -

Let those people you admire, appreciate, and love know that you admire, appreciate and love them. 

You never know the effect it will have. Or when it have an effect.  Remember, this is for them sometimes too. So if they cannot respond, it is okay. You are letting someone know that they have meaning in your life. Even if it is in a small way - it brings a light to the world that sometimes is too consumed with smattering darkness.

I am all emotional about this because I have a few friends and people I write expecting no response and I have had a few - not just one, but a FEW - people tell me today how much they appreciate it. How it made them feel. One even said it is a reminder during a hard/emotional time that they are having right NOW. 

I never expect a response. I never expect anyone to say anything about it. I understand as a human being how life can feel and sometimes we just need that positive moment.  I know they are busy with real life. But the fact that I somehow gave the same gift to those who have brought me joy has just made me speechless.

Don’t let opportunities pass. Small things sometimes have the greatest impact.

I drafted this three Times and here it is. If you haven't noticed, there's a lot of drama that went down last night and as of this morning on my account based on- THIS.

And here's my final words:

Does sex positions really matter !? My beloved friend last night (@weirdvibeskid ) said some really good things about there being bigger problems in world than top and bottom and instead of focusing on that we're focusing on top and bottom harry or not... Really ? Is it really that necessary ?

And even if so you feel like that, tell me one thing, do we really have to segregate the fandom in two different parts based on whether harry tops or bottom! I thought we're all in the same boat but seems like few are rowing their own boats on the periphery throwing fishes at us. ( Terrible metaphor ik). I don't think it is relevant but I don't know how many Times I've said it and how many more Times I'll say this but SHIP AND LET SHIP. this is a preference, and not something that is supposed to go down in history books. Shall I make you all lead into my way and tell you to follow nothing but top harry and call you out when you don't !!?? Is it fair !? Of course not but then why do some people think it's their job to bring everyone under one umbrella. Please the roads too big and the umbrella too small and it's raining, let someone take shelter under others umbrella.

Previously I had mentioned that @the-boy-who-bottomed had sadly called Someone out and had hated upon . Here's the entire thing, they were commented on with death threat's for shipping top Draco.. really death threat's ? That bad!? And their replies were childish, yes but they were not Directed towards the entire otherwise fandom. The mistake was that they didn't mention it was for haters, the comments they gave back and yes we felt attacked, even me. But again, I've spoken to them and it's sorted that they believe too in SHIP AND LET SHIP and that they are guilty of their mistake for making others feel as if they're attacked. Their intentions are nothing but pure but yes they played fire with fire and that's out context.Please people, understand/bear with me. They too are supportive of ship and let ship but perhaps their approach was different than mine.

Coming to the original problem... What's hate without love right?! But I call it why must there be hate when there's no love. If you can't love someone, you have no right to hate them. If there's Anyone who suffers the most are content creators. If you don't like their content or its not pleasing to you, please, I mean it in the kindest ways possible, please leave it, don't like it, don't do anything but don't spread hate. They created a post for the community, for entertainment and rather than admiring whatever they're doing, why do you have give them threats for it to not be pleasant for you ?! We content creators make everything for pleasure, an escape from reality, to break free from the cycle life is, to grow/improve our talent, to give something people can laugh at, to give something people can enjoy, then why must there be hate? Why! Why does it matter what we believe in and why does it matter what you believe in. It's not religion, the world is not divided into Catholics and protestants, or Americans and Europeans or east Asian and South Asian. There diversity and we should be grateful that there is. Then why must there be hate..

We're all a part of a small community, can't we Live harmoniously without imposing on anyone our beliefs, and if you do so " you're a Karen " and I'd rather be a Susan than a Karen.

This goes for every bottom harry and bottom draco fan, stop for the love of harry potter, for Merlin's sake, allow people to have their own ships, to have their own preferences, to have their own fan created loves stories, to have their own head canons. Stop spreading hate, stop shading on people, stop doing this because it's not only but morally unjustified.

For anyone who developed hate for @the-boy-who-bottomed, here's something that'll make you feel better about them. Even I fought with them, I had arguments and here's what we've landed upon. Our opinions are same, but they've lost their voice and I take the blame of having created hatred towards them..I'm sorry.

I request everyone to forgive them, I'm saying this again, blame me for this, but do not make them feel guilty about everything they did, they already do so.

And for anyone who wants to say " we didn't ask you to take matters in your own hands" I know you didn't. I know you didn't. I had to. And for that matter, I hate politics, I hate voicing my opinions in fear and because of lack of confidence and I must tell this is all I have thought about my entire day, because I'm still Afraid and this have taken on me.

At last after having seen everything go down, here's a tiny request that people don't have to oblige to, it's not some sort of movement or anything but for support, I'd be cherished if you can add tags #shipandletship for a while till it cools down a little in the posts you make for a day or two to support this. No pressure of course. I wouldn't even mind if nobody does it.

For everyone who supported me, I hope you can see and forgive them the way I have. I'd be very happy if you can and help make this a better place.

·         We’re closer to having successful vaccines for lung and brain cancer.

·         New chemotherapy breakthroughs have increased the 5-year survival for pancreatic cancer from 16% to 27% (and is getting better)

·         Scientists figured out how to link robotic limbs with the part of the brain that deals with intent to move so people don’t have to think about how they will move the limb, it can just happen.

·         Child mortality is down everywhere and it keeps going down.

·         Thanks to the ice bucket challenge the gene responsible for ALS has been found, meaning we are closer to an effective treatment. Let me rephrase that: we are close to getting a treatment for a very bad disease because a lot of people (including really hot celebrities) got wet.

·         Captain America: Civil War. Seriously is the best marvel movie yet in my opinion I need more.

·         Zootopia. Oh don’t mind me I’m just a movie that tackled the issue of racism and not only game changed animated films but also made a billion dollars

·         The Hamilton Mixtape is coming out. Which is a bunch of artists singing songs from the musical (Sia, Usher, Regina Spketor, etc.) I’m excited.

·         A personal victory for myself, I joined Tumblr and met angels in blog form so…that’s uplifting.

·         And I met my favorite voice actor at a con which was a bucket list accomplishment.
