And there were Alternatives

Hi, Ben Ten Fan squad. I read a post about it, and I realised; we have closly no information about alternative Bens, so I used my galvanic brain, to create them one. Enjoy 😉

Some simple facts;

I come up with stories about their life BEFORE Ben Prime meets them.... No Ben 10K predictions

Let's say -becaus they're all Ben- for some point they timeline is similar to Ben Prime (name speaking for itself 😁)

Because seemingly there's no difference, let's say they have the same Omnitrix (of course personal settings and costumises) without Mastercontrol

Motivations;

Got an Omnitrix

Revenge on Ben

He technicly not an alternative Ben, but a notable nemesis with Ben's body and DNA

He was originally a galvan, the assistant of Azmusth while created the Omnitrix

He asked for an Omnitrix himself too, but when he doesn't get it, he tried to create his own one; after fail he tryed to steal it

He created the Ultimate function to the wach

His Ultimatrix could evolve an alien, makeing it stronger but despite of this, it was an incomplate, prototype watch

Motivation;

Be an average human

In his universe does not exist the Omnitrix. Not at all. Azmusth? Maybe

However, aliens and the Plummers do. Ben thinking about to joines them (Plummers)

In this universe, Max has one robotic arm (right one)

He helped Dr. Paradox collect alternatives and start Ben prime's timeline

Temporary he got an Omnitrix and proved to a talented user. For example, he never mistransformed (despite he never used the watch and doesn't know the aliens

He never got the Omnitrix, so he never becomes famous. Also, as a consecuense, never got a chanse to becomes friend with Gwen or Kevin. But he is close to grandpa Max. Possibly he will be most successful in his social life. He playes soccer and thanks to his human skils he possibly one of the best students.

Motivations;

Study how to use the watch

Mock Ben with her powers

She is the only female Omnitrix wearer (#strongestfourarms)

It's unkown if this version posess the Anodites' heritage or it's now Ben's power

He is the newest alternative Omnitrix user, so she hasn't too much backstory. In the classical seria she was more talented in the useing of alien forms, but seemingly posessed less fighting skills and she wasn't as good alien selector as Ben.

2. Ben 23

Motivation;

Learn how to be a hero

He has no counterpart of Molestache. But if he had, maybe he would call to Fuzzy wuzzy

He is younger than Ben prime

He has earings, but his aliens haven't

In his Universe no Vilgax. Maybe Max could eliminate him or Xylene kill him with her shoot. Or simply never existed

It's just my theory, but insted of " It's Hero time! " battlecry he would use " Her o'clock! "

He was ten years old when he got the Omnitrix. At the begining, he was guided by grandpa Max, but after his early death (wich one was maybe caused by an alien) he lost his fate in the secound chanses. So started a crimefighting carier and -when Jimmy relevaled his secret identity- he became a celebrated hero. Despite the fact he sometimes hurt good guys..... Until an other Ben didn't show up....

3. Mad Ben

Motivation;

Be in control

He is mad....

Reference: Mad Max

His Diamondhead has two Omnitrix symbol; one on his chest and one on his back. Probably the front one is the real, but it's disturbing (maybe just for me)

Despite Skrud never was attach to him, his Rath has clothes, even if it doesn't cover too much (the slimebiot corrected the Omnitrix's error what made Rath nake)

After the Anihilaarg's explosion Selena and Bellicus took over Alien X insted of help Ben recreate the Universe. Alien X spent thousends of years, acting as a selestialsapiens, while Ben could only think about the destroyed universe. Slowly it drived him mad, but being a selestialsapiens so long boosted his mental powers. One day he decided himself and when the two entity were in a midle of an arguement he tricked them and took the full control over Alien X. But he wasn't correct enought and tought to "create an Universe what a bomb destroyed....." -he did not remembered to it's name. He got it; returned to Earth where post apolcaliptic chaos ruled. Useing the Omnitrix, he took over power by power and became a warlord -with a help of Vilgax and Maltruant.

When Eon appeared he was crazy for the idea to revenge the Bens who defeated them.

4. Bad Ben

Motivations;

Be bad

Torture others

He resemble the most to Ben Prime, possibly their timeline is the closest to each other's

He is friend of Kevin, but both are bad guys

Seemingly he was the leader of alternative Bens' but it doesn't mean too much

In this Universe everything was the same, exept the ball what contained the Omnitrix found Max's DNA, but insted of landing, hit and killed the grandfather. Ben also merged with the device, but without his grandparent he was unable to save the campers AND Gwen, and the poor girl was killed by a falling tree (original seria/ S1 E1). Ben thought the one who created the watch was the same who sent the drones, so when Vilgax apeared he accepted his help, because seemingly the space-squid knew something about the transformator and it's creator. The squid offered a bargain: he will take the young lad to Azmusth, for the Omnitrix. Ben accepted it and took revenge on the firt thinker for the two Tenysons. He was about to took of the Omnitrix when Albedo, the galvan scientist appeard and told him the truth. Ben turned into Way Big and crushed Vilgax with the whole planet.....After that he was marked as a galaxtic villain and had to be on run.

Until Eon showed up. He doesn't want to join to a team with an alternative Vilgax in it. But Eon offered him something; if they win, he can took over one of alternative Ben's place, and get back his family

5. Nega Ben

Motivation;

Nothing

He only used Goutrot, but in the main time of the fight he just stood and watched

Because he rarely uses the watch and mainly chooses the same aliens, he sometimes realises with surprise there are other aliens in there, like Cannonbolt or Heatblast.....

He found the Omnitrix in the forest, but didn't even try it out. Not even showed to grandpa or Gwen. Only got to know it's function when one of Max's scans recognised it and project to the screen everything about the schears result : "Omnitrix"

Altought Ben knows about the power of him, he use it only for smaller crimes or when it's nesecary to escape from cops

When Eon asked for his help, he thought; Why not?

6. Benzarro

Motivation;

BRAIN........!

Reference; DC's Bizarro

His aliend are zombified versions, except his Anur-aliens

Despite his animalistic behaviors - like smash the watch with his head or the promlem with speaking- his fighting skills are not bad with aliens

Because his Omnitrix is on his camisol, possibly he got it later than others, as a non-liveing

He is an undead human, who was used to experiences. He escaped durring an outbreak

After the outbreak Experienc 10 went on a rampage just like others. But one day a strange ball hit him, and the Omnitrix attached to him. He hit it. Nothing. So, he hit it harder and more, until sudenly he turned into a zombie pyronite and burned down the forest around him. He smashed the watch rarely, unwillingly and random until his Ghostfreak doesn't broke out. Zs'skayr tried to took over Ben's body, but ectonurites can't posess brainless bodyes.... So he teamed up with Benzarro and taught him how he can use the Zombitrix. Wasn't an effective team, but they could bring back Vladats from extinction and things like this. Because of his powers, Benzarro is the main reason of many problems on his Earth, because over his powers he doesn't bothered by sunligth and his zombie biology makes him more durable

I will speak about Argit and the Argitrix, not about Race against timeline

As I mentioned in earlyer posts; possibly he has Human DNA in the watch (still not counting Albedo)

In this universe he isn't a frend of Kevin, simply because they never met in the Null void

This mole rat was only in right place in right time. While he was about to do some dirty business or steal some food from the camp he found a shiney thing in a box. Finders keepers. He accidentaly discovered the power of the watch while he tried to escape from Vilgax's drones. Used Upgrade, merged with the robots and programed them to be his body guards. Later he started use the Argitrix to get protection money from a bounc of people (like the Prime Argit did with Forever knights). Build a good relationship with some serious..... Businesmen and women. He even convinced Vilgax not to hurt him but found a way to get another Omnitrix

8. Eon

Motivation;

Unkown

He technicly not a Ben but an alternative Ben's chronian transformation

We doesn't know his motivations, only tips

So, he was a young chronian who traveled to one of the alternative Ben's timeline. He figured out he can implante himself into Bens' Omnitrixes; refreashing his body. It came handy because he dammaged each time when used his powers. So he traveled, is traveling or will travel from timeline to timeline and enslaveing Bens while he is trieing to set free his species. He collected evil Bens to destroy other good Bens' timelines, ears every Ben who possibly would stop him. He failed. To reach his aim he even teamed up with an other timetravel supervillian, Maltruant, but the chronosapiens sent him back to his original timeline, possibly lock him in a timeloop

Diamonds; Weapon by Choice

Hello everybody. I made this post in my mind way earlyer, but I just post it now. Sorry. 😅

So, we know most of the gems have some kind of summon weapon or power. The Diamonds have already strong powers, but what if they have weapons as well? Why not, they are Diamonds.

Let's see;

So, according to my theory, every Diamond have a weapon. But insted of using them herselfes, give them to gems who worth it, to be more effective on their missions

Plus, in this way they don't need to be there personally

Pink's - Gem rejuvenator; Used by Spinel in the musical. It's capable to poof a gem and "reset" it. It would be very useful for the youngest diamond, if she doesn't like her Pearl, Rose or anything, he can start it from the beginning. Just like a toy

Blue's - Wand; used by Aquamarine in the seria. I can say two thing about this choice; one, it's blue and makes a soft, spherical aura, two, similar to Blue's sad effect, it can stop gems, even powerful and stable fusions, like Alexandrite

Yellow's - Gem destabiliser; used by Jasper first in the seria (she's the most notable user for me). I think it's the most notable similaritie beetwen the tool's and the owner's power. It can cause pain or poof a gem, maybe can shatter them as well if it is used long enought

White's - Corrupt laser; used by Pink Pearl, the Diamonds and the Crystal gems in the SU finale. Yes, technicly it's a power, not a tool, but; White can control others, by shoot them with this power ray. But it would not necessary means they get an access to this power. But they do. So, technicly White can share this power with other gems, just like a tool

Also, a small detail: all the weapons marked with the Diamonds' symbol;

The scythe light part around the stick

The destabilaser on the top

Seemingly the wand doesn't has one, but it has a button for activation (Aquamarine use it that way....) Possibly the button shape is the mark

Again, it's not looks like a tool, but the Homeworld gems usually have a mark on their outfit

I know there are a bunch of other gem tech, but I tried to focus now specific to possible Diamond weapons.

So, who doesn't remember one of the weirdest episode of the UAF (S2E17) where Big chill gives birth to some offspring (or.....offwinter?)

Except this time, we only saw Necrofriggians two more occasions;

The temple Guardians (S2E11)

The actor of Albedo (S3E37)

So, my theory is the next; what if the Guardians are the fathers and Fridge is one of the Big chilldren?

An interesting detail; officaly Big chill has 14 kids. It never was comfirmed, but if you watch carafuly, you will notice; there were 13 Guardians..and one more's DNA in the Ultimatrix.....

We know the aliens DNA can override not just Ben's transformations but the watch too

What if the Ultimatrix scanned all Guardians' DNA, stored them and -when Big chill would be fertile- made kid for every genetic sample in it (including Big chill's)

Hope those Necrofriggians weren't in celibacy

Before or after him, we did not see other blue Necrofriggians (except the "Tennysons")

The same true about the green eye

Yes, he seems too old, but keep it in mind; not all the species ageing the same

Necrofriggians look like moth-man (personaly bat, but never mind me) and butterflies are tipicaly have a short lifespam (ok, possibly these aliens live longer than one year, but they still can die fast)

Maybe, he came to Earth to meat his parent, but was too shy to releval himself or simply doesn't realised Ben as human

🐞 Miraculous; Movie special 🐾

Hi, guys. Now the S3 is finished, the S4 is about to come out soon (in this fall) and we going to see an animated movie.

I only can work with my knowledge about the frandchiles, but I hope still can bring you some fun😸;

So, look the animation care, because it can be used as the seria's animation at some point (I just heard, not quite sure)

Other thing; Sabrina gona get a new outfit and maybe be akumatized again? (I think because the look of the hair)

About this;

The cold is running on my back, it's so cool

To be honest, I can only imagine one thing; the story going to tell us how the heroes becom adults

Love scene. Possibly a lot......

Maybe going to be a releval, but, to be honest, there will be a S4 and there are planes for S5 and S6 (maybe even S7) so I don't see how would the team could work with it

Watch it point by point;

So, originally they would releashed a live action movie in 2019. But it has been canceled and we got this movie instead

To the live action movie fans; good news, it's still a plan to do it later, if it got a green light

It was about the heroes origin and their love, but actually, we already know about it, more or less. So, what could be important enought to do a movie about?

We know they won't defeat Hawkmoth, or there will be an other one, and also: S4. So, not a final epic battle

Check this video out. It's compare the promo to the original Ladybug PV

We know in the PV they would be older and their powers would work an other way as well

Important note: The holders get closly unlimited acces to their power when they become adults!

We got a short clip too, where a buildding is exploding (possibly the Burgeois hotel). What if I would say it's actually a Cataclysm?

On a picture (what I personally like) we can see Felix (PV's Cat Noir) use his power without transformation. What if Adrien will be able to do the same?

Personally I think it would give some great development if they have to deal with unlimited superpowers. What are actually the two most powerful. And can be used such various ways. I mean;

Ladybug: She could call infinite Luckey Charms...... It's good, more thing, more help, right? But how could she decide how to use so many object? Build something complex, like a car? Put on each other like a tower? Or use them independent from each other?

Cat Noir: Now he can use the Cataclysm on anything...... But can he destroy buildings, dangering inicents? What should he do when he already called his power but it doesn't needed? Can he kill the Akumatized victim? What if Ladybug can't make it back?

So, in the live action movie they possibly going to be older. In the PV they literaly older. And it would be great topic and a good point for character development

I don't know what sould I say about their love life;

They would be cute togeter

The promo contains some secretly love scenes

There will be some great songs. Even kind of romantik, but definitely beautyful and nice (check here)

Soon will be a collectable statue, what -I think, without proof- is related to the movie

Still, I don't see any point it without a releval.... Personally still not belive in it, but it can be possible

Sabrina's new design implies she maybe play an important rule. It can means we will get the Dog superhero 🐕

The Aweaking could reference to Hawk Moth as well. Than he could create multiple Akumas...... But he has Catalyst for that..... The only possiblility is he going to use the book for something...

The movie can be about the Miraculous monks....but... About what?

We already saw the heroes origin

The Kwamis were born with the "Big Bang"

The miraculouses was created by an old man named Mage

Maybe we could get information about the miraculouses in the temple....?

One more thing; the "Awakening" could be a pun/reference to Emilie who realy will aweak (than the releval must to be happened, I have to admit). SPOILER AHEAD; in S4E4 (if I'm correct about the episode) Lila will become the butterfly themed super. That would means Emilie's fate must to be "decided" soon....

I hope you like it, if I will have more idea and material I will do a secound part, but I can't promise anything.

The movie arrives at 2020's fall, that's all I know about it. Until that; be good. After that; still be good, but enjoy the movie too😸

Wroooong Aaaaaaaaalieeeeeeen..!

So, so far Ben got the most wrong Alien forms in Omniverse.

Why? Let's found out;

First, an important plot point; Ben got a new watch, different from the previous (prototype) Omni- and Ultimatrix

Because it's new, all the previous settings (if there were any) lost

But, as Ben pointed out, the fail-safe protocol was active, so even if he would get the right alien, it could override that

As we learned, Ben hit the watch too hard. Possibly Azmusth -being Galvan- installed it for a comfort useing for himself (unlike Ben, who was Galvan numerous time, he never transformed into human)

* Side note; Blukic and Driba recreated the transformation stabilazer in the Omnitrix, soooo.....

And the most likely reason; in the new Omnitrix's "alien selecting" screen now Ben see only the face of the transformations. To be honest: the head of yours is the bodypart what you see the least. I think Ben simply doesn't recognis most of the time the forms

To prove my theory, watch carefully the seria; there's more occasions when he selects somebody, thinks to an other alien and than he transforms into the selected one. And than he doesn't understand what happen

Also, the creators want to make the seria more colourful and funny. I think we can say it was successful. 😸

The left eye is right?

Hi, guys. I know the seria is over, but it won't stop me to post about, if I found something.

So, in the story Pink Pearl becomes one of the most loved side character. This sympathy is mainly coming from the fact she is dammaged (but we would love her otherwise too 💞)

But did she healed?

Fun thing from the creators; they did not show us her eye after the episode "Volleyball". Even the end of the episode we could see only her right eye (pun intended)

You could say: yes, of course, Yellow diamond easily altered her form back to normal

So.... Yes, she could alter her. But can't healed her eye. Why?

So, as we saw, there are different type of dammage can be caused to a gem

Poof; healed after some minutes or weaks, depends on the gem and the situation

Poof and bubble; makes the gem unable to reform, but after the bubble disepears they usually reformes some secounds later

Dammage; a psyhical illnes, projected to a gem's apparance. It's a kind of shorter or longer shapeshifting, can be cured by the gem itself

Crack; can be healed, but until that makes the gem instable

Curruption; can be healed temporary, undone only by the essence of the four Diamonds

Shatter; closly like the death, only can be undone only by the Diamonds Essence, slover than uncorruption and like a poof, gives new apparance to the gem (and dammaged parts too)

So, Yellow can alter normal gem's form and shatered or cracked one's

But remember what happend when tried to restore Corrupted Steven? Closly nothing

I still belive Steven corrupted himself, but it was also a phisical alternation of his form, what he could undo if he wants. But he felt himself monster, so he form into one

Similar to this, Pink Pearl was actually dammeged, because she felt this way. Not a phisical harm, but a mental one, because of Pink Diamond. She could change it, but Yellow can't, just like Steven couldn't

But actually, Pearl could. By shows some love

Poor Fluff

So, I had to think it over and over again. I like time travel stuff, and I have a sence to understand it quite easy.

So, let's take a look to the Rabbit miraculous 🐇 and it's poor kwami, Fluff:

So, all we know:

Bunnix debut in Miraculous S3

At this point, Alix will get the Miraculous

She already owner of a Miraculous, but it's in camuflage mode

The Rabbit miraculous will be dammaged, and Bunnix will be sent back in time (with a dammaged clock!)

Then and still now the Miraculous box contains the Rabbit miraculous with Fluff

+ note: according to the creators when a miraculous gets dammaged, the kwami won't be dead, but loses contact with our senseable word (source: Queen Wasp, cataclysmed Bee miraculous)

So, I tried to recreate a Time map for make the task easyer. Not commensurate (sorry) I just maked import Time points:

So, let's see:

In the very begining, Mage created the Miraculouses. One of them was the Rabbit, wich one garants the power of time travel for the owner. This one so far is in the box

To make it easy, now we will speak about the camuflaged watch later

So, at some point, Alix got temporary the miraculous. Later, he becomes a permanent user

In the "Cat Blanc Timeline" she went back in time and changed it (what we saw) so, this timeline does not exist anymore. The creatores made a mistake, because Alix couldn't be that old by that Time.... Or Bunnix can travel into alternative timelines...? No matter, it's not exists anymore.

In the other (current) timeline, Bunnix workeing as a superhero. I don't know if any other future generation inherrited the watch, but at some point a Rabbit hero went far back in time and gave the watch to the Kubdel family (or married in the family)

This one will be the camuflaged one in the story, what Alix got for her Birthday

Also, Bunnix will change her broken miraculous for this one.....

And now, the reason why I (might) say I'm sorry for Fluff.

This theory leads us to only two conclusions;

There are 3 Fluff: on in the box, one in Alix's watch (wich one is Bunnix's now) and one in the broken miraculous. Because Bunnix now useing Alex's watch, so the Rabbit miraculous created a timeloop, and -in order to the timeloop could exist- the Fluff in the broken watch lost contact with the senseable world forever.

There's 2 Fluff: in that chase there's one in the current time (in the miraculous box) and one future version. In that chase future Fluff -in the broken miraculous- lost contact with us for temporary, but, when Bunnix got Alix's watch, she could returne this level of existence.

Personally, I don't think the writers thought about this in this way, but I hope you liked this time travel theory time 😉

Before anybody complaning: It's a Ben 10 5yl theory time, nothing else and "God" now means Ultimate Eon, not because he is The One, but because this fictional character has a (closly) omnipotent power set

So, let's se, how could the Team Tennyson and the Fentom-Fantoms stop the Evolved Chronian;

What we know?

Eon is a chronian, who was choosen to save his dieing species (in the comic)

This is a honorable mission, but Eon (just like his species' members' everage) thinks he can use/do whatever he wants for free (even with others' life)

Luckily, his limitles power have a kickback; his body is weakening every single time he uses his powers

To overcome this, Eon builded and used the Godmaker, what is technicly was an Ultimatrix, designed for him

Now he has God like powers and can use them limitles

An important event; He put a time lock to the past, so, most of the beings (even powerful timewalkers) are unable to go back to the point before he became Divinity

But how can he be stoped?

So far, seemingly his only disadvantage is his lack of experience (according to Ben)

Also, possibly he needs Ben and Danny for some reason...

Ben could turn into Alien X to match his power to Eon's, but he avoids it, because he doesn't want to do the same as his nemesis

Also, they could build a De-Godifinator (# Dr. Doofenshmitz) but it would take too much time... And they are lack of it...

Anybody remember for this from the previous chapter?

Also, an interesting fact: what was the first two thing Eon did when he became God ?

Killed Cooper

I ask: Why? Neighter of them were dangerous; Animo was his servent and Cooper was dieing (or at least greatly injured)

But the doctor was the only one who knew where his ex-watch is, and Cooper is the best technisian in the other team.....

Let me remind you: Eon's body is gone. To survive, he uses Ben's chronian form as a host. He is a transformation now

So, all together; wath if Eon/Divinity can be "undone" if his Omnitrix swich back to the (alternative) Ben he was before?

I do not own any Ben 10 or Ben 10 5yl character or art, it's Man of Action's or Kuro, the artist's

Galvanic Ghost

So, in 5yl we got an awesome new character, Future Fentom:

If you read Wiki, you realise something:

His links lead you not to Danny Fa/Fentom, but to Albedo.....

It could be a mistake, but let me tell you something, reader, who is hightly appriciated! Watch! ;

We got some concept art;

He has a grey suit with green elements

His suit can fly and it's ecto-energy converter powered

All of the designes's masks cover the face, or shows a small pilot

As we saw, the suit is heavily tech-based, possibly needed a smart brain to put together

So far it can be Albedo. The suit can fly his own, we didn't see any Ghost trick and the suit not nesecary powered by "Danny's" ecto-energy....

But I have to show some more detail;

First: if he comes from a future where Divinity will win, and (according to Danny) this God needs the Fantom, Danny Fenton possibly not alive or trapped

Also, the conversations;

He never identified himself as Danny

Ben and Divinity did. But Ben sometimes makes rush desisions, and the evolved chronian not interested

On the last picture where we saw them, he was on the opposite side of Danny (relative to Ben) as a reference they are the same, but also the opposite of each other's

Yes, he is "Fenton", but it could means only he is part of the ghost team

Personally, I don't know what it is, but the helmet (on the forehead, under the hair) contains some worlds, something like; "Fern Pepler"

So, Ecto-energyse your Galvanic brains, and if have any good idea about this, write a comment 😉

Since the Wiki sayes Future Fenton is half human and half ghost, there's an alternative possibly she is Danielle Fenton

She is a half ghost just like Danny being his clone cusin

Because of this she is obliviously a Fenton

She is an inperfect clone, so she can die if she using her powers too much. That's why she uses the suit

The torso is bigger than the lover part of the armor. This is classicaly women shape *

*: sorry, Ladyes that's biology. But I only speaking about usual, not for every chase. However you look like, you are beautyful 😊

Who could be this Strong?

If you familiar with Ben 10 5yl crossover, you know about the Powerhouse playlist.

We know already some form. But what about the others? And what could be their power?

Way Big - Phisicaly the strongest transformation. Also, the bigest one

Atomix - Posess almost endless energy and impressive strengh

MonKi - He has the spirit to go until the very end and the amplifie his strengh and special abilityes to match to this

The Void - Able to produce anti matter and manipulate regular matter

Soarnitho - Posess Manna enchanted magic abilityes

Also;

The unkown 5yl alien - we only see his siluette, and doesn't know anything about his abilities and powers

Clockwork - A time manipulating alien with armor and chrono ray. He isn't really strong in any means, but if he using his power clever, could be a dangerous form

Alien X - Literaly the most powerful, omnipotent transformation (Ben posess full control over him at this time)

So, we have two unkown and a mysterious one.

And what are they capable of ?

The unkown one - Since he seemingly has some type of stream around his head, possibly he posess some kind of energy manipulation. As a runing "gag", maybe he has some short of fire related power

The two other could be closly anything, so, I will list some possiblility;

Osmosian - Since Soarnitho is a kind of counterpart of Gwen, it would be logical to have Kevin too

Planetar - A species with the power to manipulate planets or enviroment. Maybe Plantapokalipse?

The supreme intellect - Ben already has some super smart transformation, but doesn't have any mind controling one. Also, Ben "used his smartest" alien to build the Biomnitrix

Hell/heaven spawn - Transformation who can control bad and good things, corrupt/heal and posess demonic appearance and streng

Slimebiote - A create who (thanks to the Omnitrix) can use any alien's ability

Eon - A chronian transformation. We already saw what are they capable of, and despite he would be powerful enought, he could be posessed by Eon, so his appearance is very unlikely

Ultimate Ben - Somehow Ben could form himself to the best version of the human race, powered with the Omnitrix and a small knowledge about Magic. Maybe even the potential to becomes Anodite

Bonus;

I spoke one member of the creator group who said Gravattack could be the list too, being able to manipulate gravitation and create black holes. This is a fact, but he isn't on the playlist officaly

For a very similar reason, maybe Slapback could be on the list (who can become a black hole too)

I would say Shockrock would be a great member as well, he can absorbe seemingly any kind of energy (not nesessarly electrycity) and creats electrical constructs strong enought to even keep Vilgax. Also, it will work after detransformation. Over these, his most impressive power is to powering/enchanting/transform and control technology

But both of from the reboot, because of this they not accesable aliens for Ben

My personal oppinion is Terraspin could be on the list too. He already showed impressive arsenal, and he posess the ability to learn and use magic. Also, he is immunite for most of the manna and magic based attack (without special learning)

If you are familiar the Ben 10 commericals alien, you know these three;

So, mine point is;

There's a two headed one, how's heads independent and arguing what should they do

An adult with electromagnetic power, capable of flight

And a creature with the want of word wilde domination and cause a planetery desaster

All of these are true for the Polar twins too. Maybe these ideas are worked in these characters. Maybe not. However, it's funny, at least for me. Have a good time 😁

Harley F*cking Quinn is one of my favorite anti-villaines at the moment. Despite he doesn't really has an iconic symbol (if we not counting the black and blood red clothes) we can agree the three "diamonds" is one of her better knowen marks;

But what if I say the new Harley Quinn seria give him a deepr meaning?

Why so ice blue ?

Hi. Today I brought a short Ben 10 theory about Heatblast and his blue form.

Enjoy;

So, we saw sick Heatblast (especially cold) got ice theme in episode "Side Effects"

He turned blue

He shoot ice

But he couldn't fire

He cought

That's ok, because Ben got cold virus. But to be honest, I don't belive Pyronites can naturaly got sick via bacterias or viruses. They simply too ..... Hot to handle 😅🔥

So, what could happened?

Even if they don't get "sick", Pyronites can be effected by cold enviroment, so theoricaly they can have this form

Despite the blue flames looks like ice theme, actually, the fire has blue colour naturally in an intensive heat. Heatblast never reach that kind of heat, but maybe -when they cold- the species produces more heat than usually. Similar how humans' body shakes in order to produce heat

For the same reason, he could not shoot fire in order to not waste heat and energy

But why is the ice power? Well, since we know Heatblast can absorbe fire/heat, it's possible Pyronites tries to absorbe as many energy as they can in this form. And took away an object's actual energy is freezing it technicly

The cough maybe can explain with low burning. Humans do it because they can't breath properly from the snoot in their nosetrills (sorry for the picture). Pyronites do not breath, I think, but maybe his source of ignite burns on a lower rate, and Heatblast don't got enought fuel

So, there you have it, my friends. I would do the same with Four arms and Wildmutt, but they seemingly just operated worse, because of their explained or unexplained biology

Oke, guys, girls. I found this small, but very interesting detail;

S4 E48

Watch Ben very carefully; beside he rotating the dial he also moves backward the black and green part of the watch. After that he transforms into Eye guy, who is theorically a secound playlist transformation.

I think the most logical explaination is that the black and green part changes the DNA samples playlist while the user is chooseing with the circle

So, what if Ben discovered how he can choose new playlist with rotating the midle part and got acces to all the accesable aliens in the watch already in the original seria?👽

Feeling in my gut

Hi. Today, I brought a theory about one of the more unique species from Ben 10 universe. Enjoy.😉

In the seria, ther's a species named Gourmand, who you may know as the two forms transformation, Upchuk(s)

There are two subspecies of them, the

Perks (original seria and mainly omniverse)

Murks (UAF and Heroes United crossover)

and their Queen, who seemingly similar to both (but it's irrelevant, since Ben uses male transformations).

But what are the differencies beetween these two subspecies?

First; an interesting fact: "Murk" upchuck was originally the same as the original seria's upchuck (later called "Perk") but fans complained about the different designe, so the creators desided they split up the species.

So, based on this, as a fan theory, we can say, Murks evolved from Perks. That also would explain their Queen more Perkis apparance and colours, even if she has Murk spots

The two subspecies share the same abilityes, as it was stated. However, I still would like to show, they might have some quirks or minior differences, more than their colour😁

First: I would like to explain what's up with Perk upchuck and food, because I feel this kind of redcones cheat, especially when it's shown onscreen, so it's 100% offical.

As we saw in 4 Good Buddy, Perk upchuck couldn't eat pizza🍕, while Murk upchuck easily drunk smoothy🍒 in In Charm's way

However, later on, Perk ate liveing beings, which may sound weird, but implyes he CAN devour food

The logical reasons could be:

The pizza contained pineapple, wich is higly acidic, what might to much for a Gormand's stomach (haveing a possibly already strongly acidic stomach acid)

Ben was already feed up, what could took away his apetite

But this is similarity, where are the differences?!

These differencies could actually be very small, which would explain why they said Upchuks have same powers. But these are different enouth to count as subspecies-differences (at least for me)

So; we saw Perk posess four, tentacle like tounges, what he can use to grab and devour things. Murk has one, long and strong tounge, but we never actually saw he would have more

Also, the two upchuks useing their vommit abilities very different:

Murk upchuk usually swallowed energy and spit it back in the same form or coloured it to green. He only have eaten once, and he spit green energy than, too. Also, he vommited a green, acidic substance, even when he didn't have eaten anything previosly

Perk upchuck ate every time before he used his power, and his projectiles could explode, unlike Murk's. Also, they looked like if they were only partly digested

So, possibly Murk has more acid, and thanks to this, he is capable to convert matter to energy fast, while Perk has more toungs and his acid can explode

UNEXPECTED?! INSTEAD EXPECTED UNEXPECTED..... SO, SEASON 5 THEORY!

Soooooo..... For a long time, I did not post anything, sorry.......anyway, time to blow your minds! 🤯

So, at the end of S4, thanks to Felix (maybe I'm going to do a Sentimonster 🦚post too😉) Gabriel has almost all the Miraculouses.... What does this mean? A serious boost for the VILLIAN and a serious downgrade for the HEROES..... But thanks to a post from Zag, I got an idea.....

Hmmmmm...... Lost kwamis.... But why would she, when Ladybug's main goal is clearly to get the Miraculouses back.... Than I got the idea;

WHAT IF SHE LOOKING FOR THE OLD KWAMIS?!

But wait, they are with Hawk Moth, right?

So, my secound idea kicked in.... What if he shares the Miraculouses with akumas.....? I had this idea for a fanfict for long, but now it could be real.... Bug again, around the WORLD? It's a little farfetched, considering his akuma lost control around the edge of Paris.... Also, 3 things why I think this idea simply would not work;

I don't think akumas would be strong enouth to carry certain Miraculouses, but even if;

The heroes certainly would get them back, one by one, and it would be painfull to see Hawk moth being this stupid, giving back them technicly willingly

He takes more use of them if he using them himself

But sooner, the offical season 5. episode titles leaked (yes, I put the idea together after the episodes)

And there is a very strange thing....

(Ok, on one hand,it has 27 episodes, but it'sa special, arch closeing season, I think 527 will be more of a 0 episode to season 6)

Back on track.....discounting the SPECIAL 27TH epidode, last one is possibly refferes to Ladybug 🐞.... Than the first one why isn't Cat noir?!

There is a certain order how the chinesea zodiacks follow each other, which isn't the chase here, but would explain "Multiplication" somewhat..... But why it is the Rabbit's concept, the special, the only one which wasn't offically given to anybody?

Than came the realazation!

So, here is my theory;

Bunnyix (older one) don't want to interfear with time too much. However, he doesn't want anybody else to do it, either. So, maybe she appears, and offers her assist to gain the Rabbit Miraculous 🐇 back. Excluseivly, since it could cause something bad if they simply took every other Miraculouses away

So, she opens a Burrow to Hawk moth's layer, to fetch (har-har 😅🐶) the Rabbit Miraculous 🐇

However, Ladybug still feels guilty for trusting Felix, so she takes the other jeweles as well....

But Hawk moth some way realises he is being robbed, so, he goes after them....

And Ma....Ma.... Madly clumsey Ladybug dropps ALL the Miraculouses.... Yup.... All of them.... In BURROW, which can lead to anywhere, any time....

So, in concousion, Hawk moth and Ladybug are in for a race to gain back each and very Miraculous, one by one.....

Why this would be a very logical theory?! Glad you asked! ☝️😁

This way they can keep their sablonic episodes, mixing with an already existing other one

Doesn't makes Hawk moth too OP, while doesn't boost the heroes back (not instantly) either

You don't have to ask, why doesn't Gabe keeps the jewels for himself, why does he deal them out, and the creators doesn't have to designe multimilliom fusion outfit for Hawk moth

Explains the reason behind the first episode, the spoiler and leavs possibility both for old akumas to return and try to get the Miraculous and gives option for akumatized holders

Also, since Bunnix took the Rabbit Miraculous, that would be the only one they kept, so, maybe Alix (minishe) could get her Clock...

So, we saw the trailer for the game and it's clearly Past and Future. The legendaryes are clearly, but more interestingly, the professores are splited by this theme (which is new, if I'm right)

So, my theory is, what if the starters got a somewhat differet evolutions as well, depending on the version you play?

Sprigatito eigther could be a Sabertooth tiger or a Regular Tiger

Fuecoco a Dinosaur or a Crocodile

and Quaxley some short of an Old Fashion or a Modern sailor

Life Series SMP/Eyes and Ears AU Thematic Discussion + Theorycrafting (pt. 1)

WARNING: Extremely long post

Kachow what’s poppin fellas, I’m back at it again talking about boomer block Youtubers and their surprisingly in-depth improv series. Now that the Life Series’ 5th season has finally concluded, I’m back on the lore train and poor Scar is left to suffer the consequences, and Martyn’s concluded yet another lore stream, I decided to compile a long master post of lore notes and theories about what we have so far.

Obviously all the ‘lore’ of the Life Series is purely unofficial; Grian has not approved any of it as being actually official/set in stone for what he intended the series to be. Most of it has been us in the crazy fandom extrapolating their really good storytelling, and also “semi-canonized” by Martyn in what he calls the Eyes and Ears AU (and this post assumes you are familiar with it). As someone who’s been a fan since the beginning way back in 3rd Life, I’ve pretty much hopped on the lore train since the beginning as well (if casually) and enjoying all the different extrapolations/analysis/angst written around the players. Rather than just theorizing lore details in a vacuum, however, I’ve always liked imagining the lore based around the reoccurring themes, symbolism and arcs we’ve seen across the series. I’d been bouncing my various thoughts and theories around these themes for a while, and finally I decided to compile my notes together.

This post is basically my imagining what the Life Series/Eyes and Ears AU story is “about,” as if it were a fleshed-out, long-running and story-driven tv show. Initially this post started as simply a gigantic “Eyes and Ears Theory,” me trying to sus out my own theories/ideas of what the Life Series’ mysteries were based on Martyn’s lore. However, considering that Martyn is ALSO writing the lore on the fly, and I have some details I would interpret differently or change, this ended up less a ‘theory’ and more ‘me writing an entire AU/interpretation of the Life Series as a whole.’ My intention is NOT to ‘correct’ Martyn’s lore, nor to claim my theory as the ‘right’ interpretation; rather, this is my personal interpretation of what the Life Series story is about, based on information shown in the original SMP and in Martyn’s AU.

One last disclaimer: I am ONLY drawing on lore details from the Life Series, Martyn’s lore streams, and Minecraft EVO, and also references to the iRL creators. I am not drawing on any story from other SMPs such as Pirates or Empires; there may be some Hermitcraft references here and there.

This is going to be very long, and a multi-parter, because I can’t summarize to save my life. And I promise I’ll come up with a proper name for my series of posts another time. If you’ve stuck around to read, I thank you.

Part 1: The Overall Plot + Understanding the Watchers

Recap of official lore details

Although Martyn hasn’t given specific details on the Watcher + Listener species (he hasn’t come up with a name yet), we know the following details for sure (from EVO, lore streams etc.)

Watchers + Listeners + The Council are all deity-like beings of the same species, and they all consume human emotions

The Council are the upper ranks/possibly leaders, whereas the Watchers + Listeners are separate factions

The Watchers are at LEAST two high-ranking members of the species (the two dots being outcast from the wider circle, as is their logo)

The Watchers were behind Minecraft EVO, where they gave all the players tasks (much like Secret Life) and eventually ending in them fighting the Ender Dragon separately

While the Watchers may not have been evil in EVO, they certainly became so AFTER, when they began to crave more negative human emotions, viewing them as “tasty” (Martyn’s words), s p i c y

They first kidnapped Grian at the end of EVO season 1, turning him into a Watcher to possibly have him join their ranks, but he’s gone rogue after realizing what their plans for the Life Series were, and plans to rescue his friends from them

The Life Series was the Watchers’ ploy to trap the players in an infinite death game where they betray and cause each other pain, all to harvest their negative emotions. Grian, in defiance to this, takes control as the ‘game master’ to make the whole thing…well, a game, so that his friends can enjoy, have fun and ease their anguish. In Martyn’s words, this is like “pouring ketchup all over the Watchers’ sundae.”

The Listeners (EVO season 2) are an opposing faction to the Watchers who disagree with their methods, although why is unknown. They’ve attempted to contact some players (e.g. Jimmy) before back in EVO in order to oppose the Watchers, but it’s not known how successful they were. They’ve also tried to swap in players in the Life Series before (e.g. subbing Lizzie and Gem for Pearl and Cleo in Lim. Life) in order to sneak them in and try to subvert the game. The Watchers kidnapping Gem for Secret Life is partially in retaliation to the Listeners. The Listeners may not be good and may have nefarious intentions also, it is as yet still unknown.

There’s potentially a third faction, the Speakers, but very little is known about them and Martyn doesn’t want to elaborate on them yet.

Okay, but what are the Watchers even after?

"Accept your fate."

From here on out is my real conjecturing/theorizing. The main question on my mind has been why are the Watchers doing what they’re doing? Obviously Martyn has confirmed that they are malicious deities who find negative human emotions tasty, but this raises further questions. Why exactly do they desire such emotions, or need them to survive (if they do, anyway)? Why do they favour negativity, when the other members of their species consume a wide range of emotions? They were confirmed to be outcast in some way from the other factions for this ploy, so what does that say about them then?

The whole species fundamentally do not understand human emotions (or perhaps do not even possess them)

This seems to me the most logical conclusion. These are powerful deities who can create miniature worlds/dimensions, life, and time to an extent (death loop). They should theoretically be self-sufficient, so I doubt that their consumption of human emotion is for survivability reasons (i.e. I don’t think Watchers will literally die if they don’t consume emotions, the same way humans die without food). What seems more likely is that human emotions bring them some benefit to their intelligence or power that they’d otherwise be quite non-functional without. (Think like the demons in The Promised Neverland, who regress to feral natures/lack of sapience if they don’t eat humans)

The Watchers’ powers and their lab-rat experimentation on the players gives a huge vibe of not being able to understand human emotions in an involved way, but only from a distance. They know methodically things like murder and betrayal cause panic and anguish, so they enforce these experiences through the game, mechanics like the Boogeyman, the Secret Tasks etc. But they don’t really know internally why these emotions come about the way humans do. Being above time, they probably don’t understand why the funny small animals have so much attachment to their transitory experiences and memories (more on this later).

The Watchers are Losers, Actually

Going further, don’t you think the Watchers have a very misanthropic mindset all around? “Anguish and panic are s p i c y.” They conversely have a complete disgust for positive emotions, and can’t stand Grian making things fun for everybody. It almost feels like they have the mindset that only things like hatred and fear are exciting, bringing motivation and life to the humans, whereas things like happiness and fun are ‘useless’ because they don’t bring about the same results. Let’s also not forget their name – Watchers – and that Martyn’s confirmed them to be symbolically based off us, the audience. It’s almost like a commentary of the worst of the entertainment industry, of an audience who crave watching anything and everything to satisfy their own desires, even at the expense of the privacy and safety of the entertainer. Given the current state of the internet and social media, I don’t think I need to elaborate how awful things can get.

In other words, I believe the main motivation the Watchers are eating humans emotions is because they WANT to understand and ‘take into themselves’ such emotions. I don’t think they’re totally emotionless – Martyn does portray them with moments of glee and anger. But their understanding of emotions is superficial (self-centered, if you will) at best. As deities with no needs, being above time, they have nothing to be afraid of and nothing to feel sad or anguished over. It’s a boring, dull and empty existence. And that’s precisely why they’ve set up the Life Series game: by kidnapping a few humans and putting them through the artificially constructed wringer of panic and betrayal, they think they can create a human farm of such rich, complex and exciting emotions, all for themselves to enjoy at their own pleasure and fill the void they have.

(Listeners’ side note: If all that is the philosophy of the Watchers, it’s probably not difficult to see how/why the Listeners oppose them. The Listeners likely disagree that negative emotions are the most optimal state of humans, and unlike the Watchers do not think human suffering is just tasty popcorn one can eat at one’s pleasure. Their name – Listeners – implies they’re a more sympathetic faction, as in they listen to one’s troubles and heart rather than take delight in suffering at a superficial level. But if they are the same species, it’s very likely they have the same lack of instinctive understanding of human emotions that the Watchers do, and this could cause…problems.)

Why turn Grian?

All this is also why I believe the Watchers kidnapped Grian + turned him into a Watcher in the first place. Firstly, if they were going to concoct their plan to trap humans, they needed a collaborator from the humans in the first place. Secondly, and most importantly, this collaborator was going to be their only direct source of how human emotions work/feel like, and therefore what were the most optimal conditions needed to ensure their death game would generate the most pain and anguish. They picked Grian because he’s always the ‘leader’ of the SMP players, the person gathering and organizing everyone, so logically, he is the most ‘representative’ of the humans, and the one with the greatest ability to control them.

Of course, it’s also true that Grian was a little $#@% throughout EVO and actively rebelled against the Watchers’ tasks, so making him their collaborator might seem strange. Ignoring the meta reason that the ending was written to explain Grian’s exit from the series. But I figured in this case, they considered the benefits more than the costs. Grian’s chaotic nature is not unlike the Watchers’, considering how much he loves causing pranks and trouble to others. So, as a huge oversight, they think Grian is just like them: he loves to see people suffer, so they think. Additionally, the Watchers are desperate to understand how Grian gets his fellow humans to follow him and do what he asks with little effort. You’ll notice the Watchers have very direct, authoritative ways of trying to wrest control (e.g. the tasks, “do this or you fail”), and they get very petty and upset when people rebel against them (re: Scott’s refusal to be the Boogeyman, their motto is a very demanding “OUR WILL BE DONE.”) They see Grian’s charisma as yet another aspect of human emotions they fail to understand and thus WANT to possess for themselves.

Of course as we know, the Watchers believing Grian would help them is a major oversight. Becoming a god doesn’t just fundamentally change who Grian is, and he definitely doesn’t want to consign his friends to an infinite death loop of suffering. That being said, I don’t think Grianhas truly gone ‘rogue’ so much as taken as much advantage as possible of his ‘deal’ with the Watchers. We can guess the Watchers promised to him some kind of control/leadership over his friends’ circumstances as long as he worked for them, which led to them giving him the keys to the Life Series. In other words, so long as he fulfils their requirements of things being a death game that will generate ‘food’ for them, and lets them revive everyone each loop, he gets to decide how the games go.

And we know exactly what Grian’s done with this: he created the green-yellow-red lives system, he creates a fun gimmick each season, he inserts himself into the game as a player, all to bring out the best and most creative side of his friends rather than the worst. The Boogeyman probably is the only gimmick the Watchers added on their own initiative (re: Martyn’s POV in Last Life) in order to make things more spicy. Probably Grian’s conversation with the Watchers each time goes, “hey, I got an idea on how to bring out the most creative ways for everyone to cause pain in each other, [comes up with some bullcrap justification for the game’s fun mechanics].” I like to think the Watchers were going to make the death games even more vicious, cruel and competitive, but because of Grian’s wrangling he’s convinced them that a slow burn from joy to horror creates better results, and they tolerate it as long as they see him useful.

Memories and Emotions

There is also one BIG detail of the Watchers’ plan I’d like to mention: Martyn claims that the Watchers do NOT erase the players’ memories. At the end of each season, they consume everyone’s emotions so that there’s no more angst/ill will towards each other, and they start each season afresh. The players remember what’s happened in past seasons, but they don’t continue to hold the pain and negative feelings they had towards each other.

I don’t buy this, for numerous reasons.

For one, Martyn has confirmed the Watchers ARE capable of removing people’s memories. The one memory they have outright altered was the ex-EVO players’ (Martyn, Jimmy, BigB etc.) memory of what happened to Grian: they don’t remember that Grian was taken to be turned into a Watcher, and instead remember it as him either going missing or dying after the Ender Dragon fight. All this presumably to not give away the Watchers’ schemes and to ensure they still listen to Grian as if nothing ever happened.

More importantly, however, memories are vital to humanity’s emotional experience and mental health. I am not an expert by any means, but there are studies showing how people with amnesia, PTSD or other conditions affecting memories have flashbacks/emotional reactions to trauma they don’t remember consciously. The Watchers have (supposedly) done something far more simplistic yet fantastic by just eating up everybody’s emotions. All this, even though they see humans as emotion factories, constantly able to generate emotions just by existing, by their ability to draw and create meaning through emotional experiences, and by creating memories – the clearest embodiment of a mortal’s attachment to time (which if you remember, I believe the Watchers have no concept of).

You cannot just tell a human to stop feelingcompletely (under normal circumstances anyway), but especially not if they remember something very very traumatic.

Besides, there ARE clear instances when some of the players remember the events of past seasons and are STILL not over them! Impulse and Tango still being bitter/distrustful after Bdubs betrayed each of them separately, Cleo distrusting BigB for the same reason, Scott referencing Flower Husbands a lot, Pearl feeling betrayed by Cleo/Scott when they supposedly broke up the Gaslight/Gatekeep/Girlboss trio at the start of DL, Bdubs’ “I wanna be your favorite son” in Secret Life, the list goes on. Note that I’ve only listed negative/bittersweet instances; there are plenty more cases of the players remembering past seasons and alliances positively which the Watchers may have ignored. The point is, if the Watchers truly consumed everyone’s emotions to the point of a clean slate, they haven’t exactly been thorough. Nor do I think it’s very conducive for them either – don’t they want players to have enduring, unending, unresolved pain, the sweetest of all (to them)?

No, I think the Watchers HAVE been erasing/suppressing the players’ memories – they’ve just been very selective which ones. Martyn’s said that the Watchers do not care what families or connections they separate so long as they get the people they want and the plans they want. I’m going to assume the players in my theory/the Eyes and Ears AU are exactly the same as their CC counterparts. In other words: they’ve stolen Grian away from his wife. They stole Martyn away from his and his daughter. Ditto with Skizz, Impulse, Tango etc. They stole Scar away from his family. Joel and Lizzie are the only couple they didn’t separate, perhaps because they needed both for their plans, and also so they can inflict the most torture on them by ripping them away from each other, over and over again. And in order to ensure the complete submissiveness of the players to the game, the Watchers have taken away their memories of their past lives, their families, basically anyone who isn’t a fellow player in the game. The Watchers don’t erase the memories of bonds between seasons, because it’s a pain to have to teach the humans how to play all over again, but they erase any memories they find disadvantageous to keeping the game running.

They might even go one step further: while they haven’t erased the players’ memories of who each other are (so as to not cause confusion), they do try to suppress important memories. Things like how they met, the times they confided in each other after a bad day, cried on each other’s shoulder, laughed in each other’s successes, the times they hung out with each other’s families. Imagine the different alliances constantly gravitating to each other, but never being able to remember why they care about each other so much. Imagine Bdubs’ “Come on, you know you and I go way back!” when trying to justify taking Cleo’s stuff, and Cleo laughs back, even though she can’t quite remember what exactly Bdubs has done to warrant that. Imagine Joel or Lizzie trying to remember why they loved each other so much.

They fight and kill some of their friends, and protect others, because…because why again? It’s for survival value, surely, so the Watchers whisper. It’s because the strong must congregate with the strong and leave the weak to die, surely. It’s because Martyn’s always been a loner, and always will be, and should remain so. So they tell him. So they whisper, this is a deathmatch for a reason.

Grian’s Fundamental Rebellion

I think all this is the real reason Grian is rebelling against the Watchers. The most immediate reason is obvious: he wants to free his friends from this death loop. But the deeper reason as to why he’s rebelled is that the Watchers are torturing and robbing his friends of their humanity. They’re taking a tight-knit group of friends who love and would do anything for each other, and turning them against each other in a cruel and unescapable death game. On TOP of this, the Watchers have constantly messed with their heads in order to make them obedient and submissive to their schemes and the worst of their human nature, trapping them in fear, pettiness and paranoia. Of course Grian is upset. Of course he wants to save them from this fate. It’s an insult to who he knows these people to be.

This all leaves Grian in a pretty precarious position. While outwardly the Watchers want to make him a lackey as the “game master”, both he and they know he really wants to save his friends (they probably see it as their ‘cattle’ showing a bit of resistance, which once again they need to suppress). And while on one hand he’s making the games fun to ease his friends’ pain and bring the best out of them, this is just a hotfix rather than a real solution. In order to really rescue the players, Grian’s got to get them to rebel against the Watchers as well. Refuse to play by the rules, by the expectation that they must murder and kill without mercy, without any attachment to their alliances or past friendships. Make everyone like Scott refusing to be the Boogeyman, or Skizz constantly trying to be wholesome (until the bloodlust gets the better of him anyway).

Ironically in order to achieve this, Grian’s best bet is to try to jog everyone’s lost memories of each other and the things they lost, both good and bad. But ultimately, this is going to make them (in the short term) suffer more. This is where you can insert all your Desert Duo/Flower Husband/whatever alliance you like most angst. But more practically, I like to imagine when “the cameras” are not watching, when Grian knows no one will notice or catch him, he sneaks around to the different alliances, even the ones he’s not part of, to ask them how they’re doing, if they remember anything from the past etc. (in a meta sense, the players edit and cut stuff from their videos all the time; who’s to say he isn’t trying to catch a quick chat while everyone’s mining?!) It also reflects in why Grian is constantly trying to make alliances with different people instead of just gravitate to one person, he needs to check on everyone and capitalize on every single opportunity. (besides the meta reason, being that cc!Grian wants to be creative, and sticking to the same person all the time isn’t very entertaining from a content creator perspective)

One last detail about the winners: I don’t have much to say about the fragments yet, because Martyn (sneaky boi) hasn’t yet revealed the significance of the fragments nor of their healing, although he has hinted Bad Things™ will happen if a player gets too fragmented. But I do think the winners are important: with the game finished, they give Grian a very short window of time to talk to one person directly, without Watcher interference. They’re always the last to be killed/swept away/revived by the Watchers, and I can imagine there’s a brief period of time when their souls are being transferred to The Void w/e where Grian can step in and interfere. In my theory, Grian passes on some sort of clue/push to the winners, as like a subtle message about what they can do to stand up to the Watchers. I’ll detail on what I think these individual messages were in part 2. Needless to say, 3rd Life was a traumatic experience for Grian for many reasons, but the nail in the coffin was the fact that he won, and therefore there was no way for him to pass a message onto anyone.

Conclusion

Hooooooo jeepers that was long @A@; Thank you so much for your patience reading this if you made it to the end, I really appreciate it. As I said, I’ve had these lore ideas bouncing in my head for a LONG time, and with the end of Secret Life I couldn’t get out of my head the different trends/symbolism that was popping out of an improv series. It honestly speaks a lot to how genius our favorite block dudes are at improv, that they can turn their improv nonsense into a coherent narrative. I really wanted to try my hand at fleshing out such a narrative, and with Martyn constantly drip-feeding lore to the fans, I had more than enough material to not just put out guesses but construct something a full XYZ. As I mentioned, I enjoy workshopping themes and characters a LOT more than just worldbuilding or “what if this or that” details in a vacuum, hence why I’ve written all that I have, so this was a fun exercise for me all around!
