Just a thought but is the reason Guillermo is having a slow transformation cuz of his Van helsing blood? or maybe its because of his guilt or as he said to nandor ‘wasnt ready yet’ to be a vampire thats preventing him from being able to fully turn into a vampire. Or maybe HEAR ME OUT maybe he somehow turns out to be like a new kind of vampire or something like if you think about it he really got the best of being a vampire without the weaknesses.

can we talk about how Guillermo tells bedtime stories to nandor probably on a daily basis??? like he tucks Nandor in his little coffin and just tells him stories. like how cute is that. But like its probably all off cam and the only reason we get to see it cuz the crew is more bold now or they just got more comfortable with the crew over the years. This really adds another layers to those time guillermo leaves..... and just how much of theyre relation progress and everything that we dont really see cuz they happen off cam.
im freaking excited for ep 3, hints of lazlo and guillermo trying to figure out whats happening to him, Nandor noticing but being a himbo he is completely missing the point on why theyre spending more time together, and possibly being kinda jealous. Sean’s pride parade and just More sean moments in general. Plus the Guide and Nadja’s progress.

Ok so while I was watching 5.01, I noticed in the scene where they’re at the restaurant and Nandor is talking about the idea of having to kill Guillermo if he gets turned by somebody else, the scene is shot with Laszlo positioned in between Guillermo and Nandor
I noticed it in my first watching, but I didn’t really know what to make of it besides the very obvious schism in their relationship. I did lock it in the back of my brain though, since the show runners do tend to frame shots in specific ways, and I didn’t think it was a coincidence that Laszlo just happened to be in the way
But NOW, we have the end of episode 2 where Laszlo finds out about Guillermo’s turning and tries to help him, and we ALSO have the teaser for episode 3 with Nandor bitching about Laszlo and Guillermo hanging out more.
So uh… this may be a bit of a stretch, but given how this scene is very specifically about how Nandor would have to kill Guillermo if he went to get turned by someone else, I think Laszlo’s going to play an important part in that. I like to imagine that it would be coming to Guillermo’s defense, but given how unpredictable this show could be, it could just be him walking in on them trying to kill each other and saying “so, you COULD do that, OR we could just have a threesome and go on with our day”
Something about Nadja mentioning trying to lose her virginity multiple times on a beach in Antipaxos in episode 2
Something about Nadja's ghost wanting to lose her virginity too this season (meaning Nadja never had sex before she was a vampire), as seen from the trailers
Something about her relationship with her Sire, The Baron, knowing they had/have a sexual relationship and that he was most likely the one she lost her virginity to
Something about how Guillermo's turning is framed as a metaphor for his first time having sex
Something about her and Guillermo having time to possibly talk about all this in episode 5
Just waiting for Nandor to use his wishes for some dumb shit or make a wish that mess everything up that involves Guillermo and having an an intense argument where it ends up forcing them to tell they're feelings and shit.
Is no one gonna talk about why Nadja is looking for a spouse??? Like in the trailer she was in a bunch of these dates and mentioned a small simple dowry and she's all theirs??? Like what was that about?? Did something happen with her and Lazlo?I know they have an open relationship but they have never like wanted to have another wife/husband, Or is this just one of those stupid one brain cells solutions of hers for the curse and has something to do with being more open and stuff? or did i miss something? can we talk about how some people are saying ‘What we do in the shadow’ is queerbaiting??? like all the characters except collin robinson (cuz i aint really sure on what he is) are queer people. So like how can it be queer baiting when they are actual canon queer people in the show.
like nandor and guillermo not ending up together as a couple isnt queer baiting. Its explicitly said by guillermo that he’s gay by coming out to his family and dating freddy, Nadja and lazlo are very open about dating and sleeping with both men and women and even have an open relationship themselves, Nandor is explicit about liking both men and women (i.e. being married to men and women) and like almost all the vampire are explicitly not straight in fact I think the being straight or being only attractive to one gender is seen as something bizarre or unusual to them, even polyamory seems pretty common among them too and like idk that has just been something that is very much implied.
the level of pettiness and dedication Nandor has, is so funny. What’s funnier is its all because Guillermo has not been paying attention to him lately and now he has to go to space and impress him about how great he is.....
