There's nothing I can think of to say that everybody else hasn't already said, except that my heart was warmed at that ending. The catchphrase being repeated by hundreds of fans, the new hosts, MatPat hanging up his coat, and all of it to a orchestral of the Game Theory theme... it was beautiful and hopeful.

I think it was the perfect way for Mat to get his message across--the gratitude towards the community, towards the people taking up the torch, and just for being able to be a part of Game Theory (let alone being its founder).

I'm glad MatPat's going out to live his life with his family. Also, like he said, this isn't goodbye forever.

I'm probably overreacting. It's just there so much shit going on in my life right now that I don't feel comfortable talking about. I don't want to trauma dump on my friends. I don't want to pour all of my emotions out on some post that takes hours to make and nobody even notices.
