To men who wear fun socks,

I absolutely love all of you. You undeniably make my days better. I could be having the most shit day ever but if I see a man wearing duck or teddy bear or geese with knives or axolotl ect. socks my day is instantly 100x better. Please keep wearing fun socks and if you happen to be wearing some right now please tag me in pictures of your fun socks because it will always make me smile. I love how in older movies, they are very worried about whether or not the viewer realizes the movie has ended. Like everyone will ride into the sunset, or walk out of the courtroom after winning a case, and the producers are like, "Do you think it's too subtle? Do you think they realize it's over?" So just to be safe, in big, fancy letters, they write, "The End" to ensure everyone knows the movie is over. Did they really think we were just gonna stare at a black screen and wonder when the "intermission" will end? lol

Ok please just hear me out on this one. So you know how sometimes people put something in their mouth, like a pencil, to hold it bc their hands are full? They are using their mouth as a third hand. Now this is where things get wild. Let's consider the mouth as two hands, each jaw being its own individual hand. Humans are really cool because we have opposable thumbs, but when you think about it, the tongue is the 'mouth-hand' equivalent to an opposable thumb. The definition of opposable thumb is "a thumb that can be placed opposite the fingers of the same hand." If our jaw is our hand, and our teeth are our fingers, that would make out tongue a thumb. The tongue can move left and right, which would oppose the veridical movement of our jaws. Even if we only say out bottom jaw has a thumb (tongue), because that is the "hand" the thumb is attached to, that still means we would have a third hand with a thumb. By definition our tongue is the opposable thumb, of the 'mouth-hand.' (I know this isn't like, scientifically sound... But it's a fun concept to think about. Plus with this (slightly irrational and incorrect) argument, you could say any animal with a jaw, teeth, and tongue have opposable thumbs.) Thank you for coming to my TedTalk :))

Unpopular opinion, but amusement park workers who pretend the ride is broken before starting it are the worst people. The fact that I have been able to keep my anxiety under control long enough to step on the ride is a miracle, please do not ruin it for me by telling me I'm about to die, because THATS WHAT IM ALREADY FUCKING AFRAID OF! Like I get you wanna be 'haha funny' but it's actually just making me unable to enjoy any amusement park rides that I have barely gotten up the courage to on in the first place
