Twisted Peppermint
A twisted peppermint tale, so grand, Of candy, sweet, from magic land. In a playful swirl, it takes its flight, Over seas of ice, in the pale moonlight. Cozy feelings it does bestow, As we watch the gentle snow, Adorn the world with a frosty crown, And icicles hanging, all around. A hint of mint in the chill air, Brings joy and laughter everywhere. Each unique snowflake, in its design, Is Winter's poem, pure and divine. -E.S.

Stars hidden in the heavenly sky Touch as soft as cotton The clouds part way Stars of ginger glow so bright Competing with sun’s glowing light Every morning a dazzling pull of love between these two Swaying in the hypnotic moments of night and day Each evening the moon rises to renew the morning Morning sunlight glow recharges the stars of ginger Each night they continue to glow -E.S.
