Maybe a few weeks ago, I would have said no, I don't binge. But recently I have started to. I think I binge simply because I've gotten into the habit of really enjoying the comfort of food. Food can be warm and help me feel satiated. I sometimes just really crave that full feeling. Feeling empty, I sometimes associate with anxiety.

I know I have a lot of asks, a lot of obvious ones, but you guys seem to know more than I do. Is the paragraph below true?

I do OMAD. I find it easier to just not eat at all than to restrict during the day. But now I'm thinking that my bmr, which is already low, might be lower than I thought. And to lose weight, I believe you have to go at least 500 below your bmr??

I forgot that this is why I fast the whole day and only eat between 6pm and 8pm!
I had a small slice of carrot cake with icing (122), and all I can think is that I need to eat now. This is the first time I'm actually feeling like I might binge in three weeks!!
What do I do??? Kinda don't want to drown in tea and water, but I will if I have to.

Flat tummy tips? I feel like even when I'm at my thinnest, I still have that tiny little pouch? Is it because I don't exercise? I don't drink a lot of carbonated drinks, so it's not that. Some girls do have flat tummies, ynm?
