I Need To Be Thin - Tumblr Posts
I'm doing pretty high restriction at the moment, and my energy and mood have dropped quite a bit. Does anyone have anything that would counter this (other than cold showers, because, nah)?
Please, please, my low mood is going to give me away to the people who are suspicious of me "dieting"!!
I know I have a lot of asks, a lot of obvious ones, but you guys seem to know more than I do. Is the paragraph below true?

I do OMAD. I find it easier to just not eat at all than to restrict during the day. But now I'm thinking that my bmr, which is already low, might be lower than I thought. And to lose weight, I believe you have to go at least 500 below your bmr??
how i i avoid eating out? Like at school and at group hangouts

Night weight: 190lbs
