You shave your dead best friend’s face every day. You will never have your own body back.

I've finished Nona the Ninth. Cried like a little bitch thank you. The people in this book just loved each other, strangely, deeply, truly, and I liked the first two books but this one made my heart flutter <3

What hurts me about pal & cam is that they both have the brain cell where if anyone is a bit nice to them once they're like okay time to completely devote ourselves to this friendship. harrow helped them out one time so they spent 6 months tending to her body that might or might not have her inside. From what I can tell dulcie was pleasant to them originally and they set their life goals based on that. In ayu when Judith & coronabeth are trying to ask cam why she's insane with grief and she's like "because palamedes treated me like a person" like ... what HAPPENED to them
