in a hospital, why do they say G.S.W. when that is more syllables than gunshot wound? count it out. saying G.S.W. takes longer to say than gunshot wound despite being an acronym, so why do we say it?

TUMBLR!!! I'm so sorry I haven't posted lately, I've been doing things. Like Christmas shopping and writing and work and watching tv.

Speaking of writing.. I miiiight post some stuff relating to 2 characters of mine soon. Their names are Lucky and Ollie, you'll love them. They're just two guys who got themselves into a situation and they don't know how to get out.

I'd LOVE to draw or make a comic or something, but unfortunately, that has to wait until after the holidays because I need need need to focus on making gifts.

But afterwards tho, I hope to post something by my birthday.

unpopular opinion maybe but.

when kayne was giving arthur and john the stick abt bringing him the blackstone, he said arthur could have faroe back. i don't think arthur should have faroe back.

the running theme in malevolent is making mistakes, owning up to them and living with the consequences. faroe's death was entirely arthur's mistake and i think it's only fair he lives with the consequences. i think that her death gave him a very valuable life lesson and to have her brought back by supernatural forces kinda undoes some of that. what message would that give you? that when you feel enough guilt and remorse the consequences of your actions magically disappear? that when you cause another person's death, they can be brought back from the dead when you beat yourself up over it? doesn't sound right to me idk

implies that the person with the lemons either had an easy time squeezing the lemon to make the lemonade and is having a fabulous time or gave up to the point they are just using a cheese grater or smth to get the Lemon zest instead because its too god damn hard for some reason and I vibe with that

The new Patsanki/Пацанки season is out and as usual I have mixed feelings. For those that don't know, this is a russian reality tv show (there's also a Ukrainian one called Від пацанки до панянки translated as from Tomboy to Lady) about young girls that have a variety of issues and they usually come from difficult circumstances and harsh environments. They then join the project "Пацанки " where they spend several weeks learning and "getting better" as they transform from tomboys to "ladies", with one girl being eliminated each week.

On one hand, it's good that they're trying to help as these girls also receive practical and psychological help as they resolve their issues, but on the other hand publicly broadcasting the personal struggles and issues of these girls for all of the internet and the viewers to see seems wrong, almost exploitative. I get that it's a reality project, but it seems odd and dubious to me. Some of the earlier seasons featured a lot of controversial topics and sensitive things so this show is not lighthearted. This season they're apparently sent to an island??? And there's a new host, someone that I never even thought that would host this show, so who even knows what will happen at this point.
