happy valentine's day, everyone! 💚 i'm on the left (he/she) and my wonderful girlfriend is on the right, in the beanie (she/they). it's lesbian time! we're going out on a date to see the sonic movie together! it's perfect for a lovingly cursed couple like us. her name is zoe, and she's the most loving, respectful, generous, gorgeous, patient, kind, talented, perfect person in the world, and i owe her so much. she's helping me so much on my path to recovery, and i'm doing my best to show her as much love as she shows me. we might be an odd couple, but two years ago, i was celebrating today with a toxic abusive ex who i thought i loved. but today, i know, this is what true love is. it's hard work, but the pain is nowhere to be found. my girlfriend doesn't have a tumblr, but i wanted to make this post to show my love for her to the world, as well as to give you guys a positive message:
if you're in a relationship you're not genuinely happy in or that you feel stuck in, get out and take time to heal. because i guarantee that you'll find someone, even if you're not looking, even if you're an oblivious bastard who doesn't notice the cute girl in theatre has been staring at you every time you do your solo for months. even if only 1% of the world thinks you're beautiful and kind, that's still 75 million people.
