(I don't know if there's already a sequel to this but I don't care because despite this being jaune technically getting cucked let's just pretend that jaunes got a smidge of a clue but doesn't want to mess up their friendship if he's wrong. Jaune watched on as Ruby walked to the altar being escorted by yang and her and ruby's father. Jaune smiled Abit as ren rested against the wall next to jaune.
Ren: so.. how you feeling?
Jaune looked at Ren confused before it clicked. He groaned as he face palmed.
Jaune: ren... I've told you 100 times i don't feel that way for rubes
Ren: yet here you are helping her with going up there to get hitched and you still wish it was you waiting for her at the the altar.
Jaune:.... is it that Obvious?
Ren nodded as jaune sighed before looking out to see the priest getting to the vows as jaune ruby seem a bit uncomfortable.
Jaune:... Ok so I do wish it was me up but what the hell am I supposed to do?
Jaune turned to his best friend as ren just looked at him with an air of sincerity starting to come from him.
Ren: go up there. Object to the marriage and tell ruby that you want her. It's not that hard jaune.
Jaune: and that's not considering the fact ruby might not feel the same. Plus I doubt Oscars alright with it. Its a big day for him I don't wanna ruin that.
Ren: jaune arc. I have known you for two and a half years at this point. And I've seen how Ruby acts with you and how you act with her. She loves you. And I know for a fact that if she could choose anyone to be with her she'd most likely pick you.
Jaune looked back at Ruby as she had finished her vows and Oscar began his. Jaune then looked at Ren before shaking his head.
Jaune: no way. If she did she wouldn't even be marrying Oscar.
Ren groaned before facepalming.
Ren: I swear you are difficult. Look I'll bet 100 lien that ruby says I don't and walks over here to get it in your skull that's she's into.
Jaune: prepare to lose 100 lien then.
Nora: what we betting on?
Jaune leaped back in a surprise as Nora just appeared out of nowhere as ren looked at her as he spoke in a nonchalant voice.
Ren: betting on if ruby will stop the wedding to confess to jaune.
Nora: oh. How much we betting.
Jaune: NORA!
Nora: what wanting to know if I can risk losing some lien. Nothing wrong with being cautious.
Jaune: that is not the point-
Ren: we're betting 500
Jaune: 500?! I agreed to 100!
Ren: this is Nora who's joining in. She'll want to raise the amount regardless.

The trio watched as Oscar finished his vow and the priest finally got to the I do's.
Oscar: I do.
Jaune smiled as he felt a small pit in his gut but ignored it as The priest turned to ruby and recited the same thing he said to Oscar but ruby just stood there as she seemed to be contemplating. So much so that almost 10 minutes had passed as everyone waited in anticipation.
Priest: um miss ruby?
Ruby Snapped out of it before apologizing to the priest. Ruby took a deep breath then exhaled.
Ruby: Oscar you've been one my friends for a while and I appreciate you for it but. I just don't feel any way about you other than a close friend so.. I don't.
Everyone else except Oscar, Ren, Nora, and yang looked surprised. Oscar just looked at Ruby before nodding as he retracted his hands.
Oscar: go to him ruby.
Ruby smiled softly before nodding as she turned and looked at jaune before petal bursting straight at him as he didn't enough time to dodge as she hit at full force as the two crashed through a wall. Jaune let out a small groan as he looked at a red faced ruby.
Ruby: I'll be straight forward. I love you Jaune.
Jaune went wide eyed as he blushes madly before the words left his lips before he could even think.
Jaune: thank the gods I was wrong.
Ruby looked at him confused before jaune pulled her close and kissed her deeply.
Ren and Nora got 500 lien each that day. And ruby got hitched. Just not to Oscar. And so ends with a happy couple.
Though, jaune ain't gonna be feeling his pelvis for a long time. Nor will he be able to walk without a stinging pain.
Does he regret it? Absolutely fucking not.

Part 9 of 9 days of Lancaster. Wedding/ Jaune finally gets cucked for being dense. And the return of Mr. Wolfie.
This the happiest day of her life and yet Ruby Rose or soon to be Ruby Pine-Rose. Can't stop herself from pacing around in her wedding dress inside the bride's waiting room while talking to herself.
Ruby: Oh what do I do, what do I do. I know I shouldn't go through with this. I mean marriage?I'm not ready for it!
Jaune: *opens door* Ruby are you ready yet?
Ruby: Jaune! *runs up to hug Jaune*
Jaune: Hey Ruby. It's nice to see you too. But please be careful not to scrumped up your dress before the wedding.
Ruby: I don't care it's my wedding day and I want to spend it anyway I want. And I want to spend it with my best friend in the whole of remnant.
Jaune: Really, your best friend. So I'm a better friend compared to Weiss, Blake and Yang then?
Ruby: Ehhhh.... I'm going to say you ranked somewhere below them.
Jaune: Ouch!
Ruby: B-but at least you are my best male friend.

Jaune: You're not making any sense Ruby. Think about your family and friends that will be affected by this.

After finally getting the "courage" She needed from Jaune. Ruby finds herself infront of the red carpet leading to her own altar.
Ruby: (This is it Ruby. No more excuses. You got this. It's not like your wedding day is some sort of a life altering event that will have an impact for the rest of your life.... OMG I can't do this!!! I can't do this.)
Mr. Wolfie: Hi there Ruby, why are you sad on your happiest day?
Ruby: Mr. Wolfie... Jaune. Why do you have my old plushie in your hands?
Mr Wolfie?: I'm not Jaune. My Name is Mr. Wolfie. And I'm your best friend in the whole wide world. So tell your best friend what's wrong?
Ruby: *giggle* So stupid... But that's so you. All right I'll play along. I'm having second thought about marrying the man I love and I might need a little encouragement to get me going.
Mr Wolfie?: Oh what are you suggesting?

(so uh I... I might make this a series. Probably not but who gives a FuCk! Anyway I am very sorry for the absolute bamboozlement that will be this new instalment I guess. I do plan on making a third instalment. Anyway prepare to CRINGE 😬)
We see a older Jaune with a bit of stubble on his chin as he found himself brushing ruby's now long hair as the reaper grumbled in annoyance.
Ruby: why can't it be kept short?
Jaune: because you wanted me with a beard. So your gonna grow out your hair.
Ruby: but long hairs awful when your in a fight. Someone could just pull out a flame thrower and let you hair on fire.
Jaune: ruby. Why would someone have a flame thrower? How does this relate only to long hair?
Ruby: w-well that's because it's just easier aim at-
Jaune: ruby.
Ruby: I'm serious! It's a huge target and anyone if close enough could just grab it! And bam now your being held by the hair and your practically helpless unless you cut your hair in which case-
Jaune: ruby. Your getting to situations that would rarely happen.
Ruby huffed as she crossed her arms as jaune simply chuckled as he kept brushing her hair.
Ruby: doesn't mean I'm wrong though.
Jaune: heh. True but there are some benefits to hair.
Ruby: like what exactly?
Jaune simply smirk before lightly tugging on her hair as Ruby went red faced. Ruby tried to say something but was far to flustered by what her boyfriend had just done.
Jaune: there's that~ but thats getting to the intimate aspect of hair. Hair can be stylized to anyway the person would like. Like weiss's rope hair.
Ruby put her hand on to try and stop herself from laughing but was sadly unable to as she started laughing hard.
Jaune simply smiled see ruby laughing. It had been awhile since... Everything that happened after the fall.
Eventually ruby would stop and looked at jaune as she had small smile on her face.
Ruby: that was mean jaune.
Jaune: what cant I have an opinion on how one of my friends old hairstyles looked?
Ruby: well yes but you don't have to be so-
Jaune: honest?

The two spent their time together. Enjoying the time of reminiscing as the time soon flew by.

Ruby found herself sitting on a hot over looking the wasteland that was the remnants of Salem's castle. they won... Her team finally beat Salem. Ruby felt a load lifted off of her shoulder as she sighed happily.
She heard footsteps from behind her as jaune sat beside her before letting out a small groan.
Jaune: that... Was... So.... Exhausting.
Ruby: absolutely. What you need?
Jaune: nothing just wanted to check up on miss "just saved the world".
Ruby let out a small laugh before lightly punching him in the shoulder.
Ruby: come on. Don't make my ego huge jaune. Otherwise you'll regret it~
Jaune felt a small blush creep onto his face as he sighed. He then looked at the sky.
Jaune: so... I guess we gotta find jobs now. Actual ones.
Ruby: what do you mean by that I'm sure there's still grim out there.
Jaune: true. But it's not like there's going to be infinite amounts of them anymore. Now that Salem's gone there's no more grimm production so after all of the rest have been dealt with we're just going to be normal people.
Ruby let out a small "oh" as she looked Abit down now. Jaune raised an eye brow as he smiled Abit.
Jaune: aw don't tell me you already regret saving everyone.
Ruby just stayed silent as jaune sighed. He looked away before an idea came to him.
Jaune: hey ruby I got an idea!
Ruby and jaune turned to each other ruby Abit confused. Jaune clasped his hands around hers as he smiled brightly.
Jaune: let travel together.
Ruby raised an eyebrow.
Ruby: you mean with Ren and Nora?
Jaune: no. Just.. you and me. We'll get to see the rest of the world and get to spend time together-
Jaune immediately stopped talking as his face turned a deep crimson.
Jaune: uh- i- um- uh- oh i- i- uhm- I... I should just shut that idea down shouldn't I?
Ruby looked at him Abit before letting out a small laugh as she removed her hands from his grasp as she gently cusps his cheeks.
Ruby: sure thing VB. Sure thing. Besides now I get the chance to do this.
Ruby pulled him close to her as she kissed him. Jaune felt his brain short circuit as his arms were limp.
Ruby soon let go of him as she had a wide smirk on her face.
Ruby: I just hope you don't mind sharing a bed.
Jaunes already crimson face proceeded to turn scarlet as he could only respond with a "o-ok".
And so the two now have the rest of their lives being the rose reaper and her shining dork knight

(be ready for jaune to get absolutely washed by cinder I hope the people who don't like jaune get a kick out of him getting his ass handed to him and very sorry for the cringy characterization)
Moment: fall of beacon (alternative)
Jaunes feet slammed against the ground as he ran as fast as he could to get to her. He had called Ruby and Weiss but if they couldn't make it.. gods help Pyrrha's soul.
Jaune kept running before he felt his feet fumble on a piece of loose rumble causing him to fall onto the ground. He groaned in pain as he forced himself back up. He couldn't stop here.
Jaune got up and continued to run towards the tower. Until he arrives, his body is covered in scrapes and bruises. He panted heavily before opening the door to the room in ruins as he saw a familiar pair of spectacles.. ozpin's spectacles.
Jaune felt his heart hit the floor as he immediately kicked it into high gear and started to run up the stairs until he made it to the top floor and tried to open only for it to be jammed.
Jaune: no! NO NO NO NO!
Jaune started to ram himself into the door.
Jaune: I'm not gonna lose one of my friends! Just hold on Pyrrha! I'll get to you!
Finally the door flung open as jaune fell to the ground as he saw Pyrrha fall to her knees as an arrow had pierced her heel. The woman she was fighting stood infront of her before summoning a obsidian bow and arrow as she aimed it at her.
Jaune: Pyrrha- PYRRHA!
Jaune saw Pyrrha turn to look at him as look of horror and shame was on her face.
5 seconds
The woman released the arrow.
4 seconds
The arrow pierced Pyrrha's chest
3 seconds
A scream escaped Pyrrha's lips as she told him to run
2 seconds
Jaune watched as Pyrrha began to turn to ash.
1 second.
Jaune shouted out her name for the last time she might hear him say it.
0 seconds.
Pyrrha had completely turn to ash as hot tears fall from jaunes eyes.
Jaune: PYRRHA!
Jaune forced himself to get up as he began to run towards the ashes.
The woman who fired the arrow simply smiled as she glowed a flaming orange.
Her mission was complete. now all that's left was to just head back. But then she finally took notice of jaune as he felt to his knees as he tried to gather up Pyrrhas ashes as he was repeatedly telling himself that this can't be happening.
The woman just rolled her eyes. As she began to walk away. She didn't have time to watch a roach squirm and sob after losing another roach.
But as the woman began to walk away she felt something. Something new. She turned around as she saw jaune getting up as he grasped crocea mors.
Jaune: you... You did this... Why?
Jaune looked at her with tears flowing from his eyes as she just sighed. Cinder wasn't about to humor another roach
Cinder: scatter roach. I don't have time for you
Jaune drew crocea mors as he deployed his shield and began to run towards her as she simply side steps before kicking jaune to the floor sending him flat on his stomach. She stepped to the side of him as he tried to get up before she kicked him in the gut sending him back as she laughed Abit.
Jaune skidded across the ground until he hit a pillar as he groaned as tears kept pouring out. He needed to get up. He needed to fight. But he couldn't move he was both in pain and was terrified..
Ofcourse he would be terrified. He's a fuckin coward. He couldn't save pyrrha.. he can't even save himself. Jaune began to accept the fact this is it.
Cinder simply walked up to him before kicking him into the air before she round house kicked him back into floor as she started laughing.
Cinder: oh. Oh this is great. I get to squash two roaches. This is great!
Jaune wanted to just die. To just not be here. To be anywhere else but here. He began sobbing as he felt pathetic.
Cinder kept kicking him for another 5 minutes. Until foot steps could be heard as Ruby saw cinder standing over jaune but no Pyrrha until she saw Pyrrha crown.
Cinder: oh. Lovely. Another roach. Just a few seconds. I wanna enjoy this alittle bit more.
She kept kicking jaune until she felt something make impact with her as a flock of petals flew by her as cinder was sent flying until she managed to catch herself. Cinder looked to see what hit her only to see a very pissed off ruby.
Ruby: you... you Killed Pyrrha. You killed one of my friends. Thats not ok!
Ruby pointed crescent rose in it's scythe form towards cinder as she pulled back the grip part as it fired a bullet towards cinder who summoned a obsidian shield to block it.
The bullet collided with the shield as both shattered as cinder saw ruby coming at her with he scythe at the ready. Cinder ducked as Ruby swung her scythe in a horizontal motion before ruby petal Burst to be right above cinder before firing another bullet at her as she felt it collide with her as she felt it slammed her to the ground. As if gravity doubled upon cinder.
Cinder then felt another bullet hit with the weight becoming even greater as Ruby just kept firing and reload gravity dust bullets as her eyes had a fire in them. Cinder felt a final bullet hit her as her aura SHATTERED. Ruby then petal Burst into the air as she fire a blast of fire dust into the air as she came rocketing towards as her crescent rose was held high before bringing it down but suddenly cinder turned around and fired a blast wind at her as it sent ruby up into air once more as cinder got up and summoned a obsidian lance before fire surrounded her as she rocketed towards ruby her Lance at the ready.
Ruby then tapped a button as crescent rose transformed into its sniper rifle form as she aimed it at cinders spear before firing! A bullet came flying at cinders Lance as it pierced it causing it to completely shatter into pieces as cinder went wide eyed before surrounding herself in flames making it take the form of flaming dragon. Ruby petal Burst right into the flaming maw as crescent rose transformed into its scythe form as Ruby's eyes glowed silver before white lightning surrounded the upper half of crescent rose turning it into a giant lightning scythe. Cinder prepared her own obsidian Great sword as the two finally clashed before we see jaune on the outside as the flaming dragon just floated there before it started to grow and swell before it exploded as a blinding white light enveloped everything.
After that fight jaune and ruby were heavily injured and were brought to the infirmary of vale. Meanwhile cinder suffered a more fitting lose of her right arm and eye.
After that a statue was built in Pyrrhas name to show she would not be forgotten. But we know who happens next. With the threat of Salem inbound our heroes unknowingly trek into an adventure. Thus begining volume 4.
(I'm pretty sure this is very cruddy but I... I had no idea what else to write. Anyway hope y'all didn't claw your eyes out. And to all the people who don't like jaune. I hope cinder kicking his ass gave you your filling. I'm kidding obviously. See y'all later)

(ahahahaha... So originally I was going to write these two dorks having their first time with each other but I just couldn't do it. But I have no doubt I will eventually but I just did not have any desire to write it anymore because one my friend sometimes reads this stuff and well they aren't the biggest fan of NSFW. So enjoy this)
Ruby walked onto the stage crescent rose slung over her shoulder as she was eating peanut butter cookie. She stopped as she saw jaune sharpening crocea mors.
Ruby: so. Winner gets to pick where we go to eat?
Jaune just chuckled before standing up and pointing crocea mors at her as he held shield infront of him.
Jaune: sure thing rubes. But if I win you have to stop eating cookies for a week.
Ruby narrow her eyes at him as she turned crescent rose into its sniper rifle form as she aimed it at him.
Ruby: fine. But if I win then I get to do whatever I want with you. And you have to buy me ten cookie jars for a week.
Jaune: sure thing rubes.
In a cartoonish fashion two chibi versions of ruby appear on her shoulders one wear white ball gown and the other a "skimpy" (more of rubys interpretation of skimpy which just has a boob window.) Latex outfit.
B. Ruby: perhaps be more direct and ask him to undress everythings better with consent!
S. Ruby: BOLOGNA! Just grab him by the shorts and rip them off then we get to see that meaty-
Ruby shook her head as the two vanish. Ruby sighed as now she had to scheme. Meanwhile Jaune just watch his smol girlfriend go to their shared bedroom to scheme... He really needed to find a way to calm her down. Maybe Weiss might help.
Ruby: (Holding coffee, Spills on Jaune) Ohmygosh! I'm so sorry!
Jaune: Never fear, Ruby! This looks like a job for...! (Runs into the bathroom)
Ruby: (Excitedly waits)
Jaune: (Walks out shirtless, Carrying hoodie) You.

(doesn't exactly have to be counted as part of the main fic collection I just wanted to add a post where I get to introduce some potential children for my second favorite jaune ship. I will always be a white knight shipper at heart)
We begin at a very familiar grave site. As we see the gravestone of one "summer rose" as we see a black haired figure with azure eyes. He wore a deep red jacket that had the emblem of a burning Rose surrounded by the emblem of a crescent moon.
???: Hey grams.. decided to let you know how Mom's doing after last check in.
The figure sat down in front of the grave as he placed a familiar sword .
???: So far mom's been good. Now that her and my old man retired they got to spend a lot more time. To the point of where now I have a baby sister on the way... Life's been great, even gramps decided to visit. Same with Aunt Yang and Blake. Though sometimes mom and Gramps do wish you were here to celebrate with us. But overall it's been golden.
Suddenly we hear the stomping of footsteps as the figure soon stood revealing himself to be a rather young man. He turned to see a large black wolf with bones covering it as It growled at him. The boy just chuckled as he grabbed the sword as it's sheath had what appeared to be an exhaust attached to the end. Before we see grab the handle as he tossed a red crystal into a compartment in the sheath as his revved up the blade as fire shot out of the exhaust.
Rouge: Here doggy. Come let papa rouge put you six feet under.
The dog tarted towards him as the boy knelt down before slicing through air as a blast fire shot from the exhaust as we a flaming bunny fallowing the blade as we see a sea of flames consume the beast. As we are left with the last thing we see before the boy surrounded by flaming roses.
Suddenly our vision changes to ruby standing on the porch holding some binoculars as she watched the inferno.
Ruby: hehe that's my son. Scorch the doggy!
Jaune: ruby come on dinners almost ready!
Ruby: one second vomit man, I'm getting to be a proud momma!
Jaune just sighed as he chuckled softly. This was the lives they finally got to live. Quiet, peaceful, and sometimes full of scorched grimm carcasses.
(obviously this is very short because I have been kind of running empty due to burnout. But on the way I hope you all got to enjoy this somewhat Lancaster fanfic. Don't truth this is more just an excuse to write their kid.)

Weiss eyes went wide as victor began to continue.
Victor: after Salem's death there was a brief moment of silence. But silence was soon broken. Soon artificial grimm began flooding the world. And soon every huntsmen was needed to stop the onslaught. One of those was my father.
He stared at jaune as we flash back to a younger victor as he was following a older Jaune.
Victor: father! Father where are you going?
Soon the older Jaune stopped and turned to his son before kneeling down as he ruffled his sons pale golden locks.
Jaune: don't worry kiddo. I'll be back. Just some business as usual.
Victor soon had a wide smile completely unaware of anything. Jaune- The flashback ended abruptly as a cascade of fire was heading straight towards Victor.
???: A JUMP TO THE SKY TURNS TO A BLAZING RIDER KICK!
Out of the flames emerged a man with black hair and burning Azure eyes as he wore a dark red jacket the resemble a cape as he had a black t-shirt with a logo of a flaming rabbit on it as he wore cargo pants and... Was he wearing sandals?!
???: Apologies gentlemen. Was late to the party.
Everyone just stood there their eyes wide before Victor suddenly shouted.
Victor: WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!
The man dusted off his hair and shoulders as he pulled a pair of red sunglasses. He turned his back to victor and squatted down as he tapped two buttons on the straps of his sandals as they turned into combat boots.
Rouge: names rouge ice prince. Rouge rose-arc. I'll be the party guy of this occasion. Also sup old man!
Rouge stood as he waved to jaune as he was just confused.
Scarlett: hi bro!
Suddenly rouge turned to see his sister and his mother. A huge stupid grin appeared as he rocketed towards the two before bear hugging them.
Rouge: Scarlett! Mum! So great to see you two after SO long! How you been sis?!
Rouge released the two as Ruby was somewhat confused before it finally clicked that, this was her son.
Scarlett: I've been great! How's beacon been?!
Suddenly in a comical fashion rouge fell to the ground clutching his gut as he groaned out.
Rouge: beacon... Never again.
Victor: Ahem. Are we forgetting SOMETHING?
Rouge suddenly shot up before grabbing what seem like crocea mors but now.. It had an exhaust sticking out of the sheath.
Rouge: sorry about that. Family comes first, that's just a rule for us rose-arcs. Now. Prepared to get wash like my dirty laundry.
Victor: was that supposed to be a quip?
Rouge: OFCOURSE IT WAS! IM THE QUIP GUY IM SUPPOSED TO MAKE QUIPS! y'know what fuck it somebody announce we're fighting, AGAIN.
Aurum: now then everyone. Back to saving madam Weiss!
Victor just sighed as he stabbed myrtenaster into the ground as his eye were engulfed in white flames.
Victor: enough of this. FENRIR COME FORTH!
Suddenly a large glyph appeared on the floor as a giant paw shot up from it before pulling itself out revealing a giant monstrous flaming white dog.
Aurum: that. Is impressive.
Victor: fenrir. Do what you do best.
The dog howled before bolting towards aurum and yang. The two looked at each other before aurum bowed.
Aurum: ladies first.
Yang: aw thanks kiddo. Now time to let loose.
Yang brought her fist together as her eyes turned red, she shot straight towards the dog as her left behind a trail of golden flames. Suddenly she shot up and landed a clean punch straight to the dogs snout sending it back but it didn't look like it took any day. Suddenly we see aurum appear right before the beast as he slice through using prominence flame as it was covered in blue fire.
As The clash of flames soon ended we see the wolf holding the prominence flame in its teeth with a vice grip.
Rouge: HEY MUTT BREATH! LOOK. UP.
The wolf stared as we see a cascade of flames and rose petals heading straight towards the dog. Suddenly they disappeared as we see rouge, scarlet, and ruby soaring as they prepare their weapons.
Rouge: SPECIAL MOVE!
Scarlett: family attack!
Ruby: Rose triad!
The three sliced through the giant wolf as it was up in flames. Victor just scowled as Weiss let out a soft chuckle as victor turned to his mother only to be met with a clean SLUG TO THE FACE as he was sent on his ass.
Weiss: gotta thank Yang for the boxing training. Now I'll be taking this.
Weiss grabbed victors myrtenaster as she pointed it at him.
Weiss: your surrounded. Your giant mutt just got set up in flames by the dunces, yangs, and the morons children. Your out numbered, out gunned. And I have the advantage.
Weiss has a smug grin on her face as victor just scowled.
Weiss: if you are my kid then you have enough brain power to understand your thoroughly screwed. So quiet while your still living.
Victor:.. I guess that means the timeline your from is my timeline. Because you act EXACTLY like my mother.
Weiss just rolled her eyes as later we see victor tied up on he grumbled in annoyance. We also see Blake holding dusk as they were in a corner cuddling. It was surprising seeing Blake be that affectionate. But regardless, we see everyone either rest, or chatting. We see aurum sitting infront of rouge as he was taking about his adventures in beacon.
Rouge: and so there was this Winchester chump who was just the actual worst and you know what I did once he Started trashtalking my family?
Aurum: hmm do tell what did you do little brother?
Rouge: well first I grabbed him by his stupid chest piece before throwing him into the ground as I begin stumping his nuts into the Finley made FLOOR.
Aurum: that's.. Exceedingly violent.
Rouge: eh what can I say? I got a short fuse when it comes to family.
Foot steps are heard as we see a exhausted jaune walk up to his children as he sat down with them as he groaned.
Rouge: you good old man?
Aurum: I take it landing on your face wasn't a part of the plan of saving weiss was it?
Jaune: nope. I was going to do it superhero landing but... I didn't expect me to be going so fast.
Aurum: apologies father sometimes I just don't know My own strength.

(also fun fact while I debuted rogue in the Rose reaper and her shining dork knight, this was the first post to where I had an idea for him, and originally he was going to jaune and cinders kid. But then I kind of realized that wouldn't make any sense in terms of personality. But I thought It be funny. Anyway apologies for keeping y'all mofos here.)

Everyone was in awe seeing the incredibly large dragon Grimm he just summoned. Behind the dragon guarding the summoner. Weiss is currently being held hostage by him. Her sword the Myrtenaster has been taken away from her and her hand bound by some sort of bind made out of ice.
Ruby: Let Go Of Weiss!!! 😫
??? : This is a family matter. Leave us alone or I swear you will wish you haven't intervene.
Jaune: This is your dad speaking if you don't let go of Weiss young man will be grounded for a long time.
??? : Father... Did you seriously think grounding me is going to work?
Weiss: Why on earth do you think that will work?!
Jaune: Look. I'm trying okay!
Weiss: Well try harder you dunce!
??? : *smack* Do I need to remind you that you are a hostage.

And sir, Knight what if I told you that by killing her you can save countless people in the processes. And what if I told you she will be responsible for numerous atrocities. That I would risk my own existence to try and kill her should be proof of that.

Victor: That's because you don't know how evil my mother is! Did you know that Ruby Rose died in my world. Under my mother's order I killed her using this same sword I hold now. That should give you an idea why I want her dead. If I can at least prevent another death by killing her I would do it. Even if I have to kill as many Weisses as I can.

Yang: But that's not our Weiss even if she is. That's a different Weiss. And that doesn't give you the right to end her life.
Aurum: Mother do not waste thine breath. He have already made up his mind to kill Weiss. What he's doing now is trying to find justification to do it.
Victor: Oh turns out you are smarter than you look. My offers still stand step aside and let me finish her and I will let you all live. Don't. And I will kill everyone here... I see there's no one here with a common sense. Fafnir, kill 'em all.
The blade then starts to glow brighter and hotter until the heat are fully concentrated in the sword. Aurum then closes in on the Dragon and effortlessly cuts it into multiple pieces. The scene of a knight cutting a dragon with ease looks like something out of a picture book that Ruby used to read as a child.
Victor : What the Fuc*!!! How is that even possible?! Fafnir are among my strongest summoned Grimm.
Scarlett: OMG so awesome 👁️👄👁️
Yang: Wow, so that's my son. Maybe I should consider dating Jaune if my kid can become badasses like him.
Jaune: Weiss is right there's no way he could be my son.
Aurum: I'm still not as strong as my father it seems... Release Weiss Schnee at once. Vile fiend!
Victor : No... She's rather useful to me unfortunately.

With a swing of his sword he summons multiple Glyphs on the ground to summoned Grimms. At first it's ten, then tens of ten then hundreds and finally thousands. The Grimm he summoned looks like a smaller version of an Arma Gigas with different weapons.
Weiss: No, it's impossible... No one can summon this many Grimms without their Aura running out ages ago.
Victor: My personal limit is 10 thousands, right now though I only summoned 2000. I think I can summon more, but I never had to on the account that my enemy tends to be dead before I need to summon more.
Weiss: But how is that even possible?
Victor: You can thanked dear old father for that.
Weiss: And why do you need to summon so many Grimms. There's no war in Remnant?
Victor: ...There's no war in yours, but there's one in mine.

Victor: Invisibility Semblance. That's a neat trick there, kid. You must be Blake Belladonna's daughter?
Dusk: Please call off your monsters. Mister that looks like my daddy...
Victor: I'm sorry kid but I can't. I'm sorry. But I will spare you too at least.
Weiss: Yeah, my sentiment exactly. *slash*
Victor: *parry* Oh please, mother do you think I don't see your surprise attack. You're the one that taught me that. "Strike the enemy when they're distracted Victor."

Victor: Well let put those theory to rest. If I kill you and I disappear then I'm right and if I killl you and I didn't disappear then I will admit I was wrong.

The two then continue to trade insults and slashes with one another. Myrtenaster and Myrtenaster clash with one another. Mother and her supposed son will battle until one of them die. Their sword fighting left Dusk in awe. Weiss's form are beautiful and elegant while Victor's form are fast and brutal.
Weiss: Hah! Such brutish way of fighting are not what I expected from a Schnee.
Victor: Typical mother, never satisfied with everything I did. Even when I did your bidding. You know you always complained about grandfather but you are just the same as him as it turns out.
Weiss: Don't you dare compares me to my father!!!
Victor: And mother. The reason my swordplay are not as refined as yours is because my sword are not for ballroom dancing but made for actual war. *grabs her hand and slash her through her aura*
Weiss: AHHHH!!!! *slumps on the ground in pain*

Victor sees his father flying or more like thrown his way most likely by the golden giant. He did as his father said and moves slightly off the way of the speeding Jaune and so he crashed near him.
Aurum: Excellent thinking father! By screaming loudly at the enemy you managed to grab his attention so he will leave Weiss alone.
Jaune: *grunt in pain* yep totally was planning that...
Weiss: Jaune I knew you... I mean what took you so long you doofus!!?
Victor: Father! What on earth were you thinking you could have killed yourself!
Jaune: Look. I don't know what happened between you and Weiss. But I'm not going to let you kill her. If there's a problem we can help you. You don't have to hurt her or do it alone.
Aurum: Father is right. Little brother whatever it is we can help you.
Victor: I am not your brother! Fath... No Jaune you don't get to act like a father when my own father were never there and stop my mother!
Jaune: Never there?... I died in your timeline aren't I?
Weiss: No... It can't be.
Everyone: 😯
Victor: How did you know?
Jaune: Because you just said that I was never there. Which only mean two things. Either I left you and Weiss or that I died. And since I will never abandon my family that can only mean that I died.

Jaune and ruby were sitting on a bed in the lodge they had bought as jaune hugged ruby.
Jaune: hug time. Now.
Ruby just smiled softly and hugged him back before jaune laid both of them down on the bed as jaune held ruby close.
They two stayed in each others embrace as ruby giggled softly.
Ruby: hey jaune I just realized something~
Jaune lifted one of his eyebrows as he nodded for her to continue.
Ruby: well we technically never found makes the other go weak at the knees and well-
Jaune: we still aren't fucking ruby. Not until your birthday.
Ruby: oh COME ON! It's boring now that all the Grimm are gone. I wanna experience something new. And I want it to be with my strong, hunky, dork~
Jaune: rubes buttering me up isn't gonna help your case.
Ruby: I know... But I will admit I do wish you were still the rusted knight. Without all the... Baggage.... That was probably really insensitive wasn't it.
Jaune: it's fine rubes and I get it. Part of me does miss my more knightly look. Ofcourse I do wish I didn't have to get that with the well.. insanity.
Ruby: well still I atleast wanna experiment. Even if we don't fuck so how about something vanilla to start with. Like making out?
Jaune just thought about it and sighed before nodding. Ruby pulled him in and kissed him as jaune kissed back open his mouth waiting for her to accept the invitation. Ruby Opens her mouth and shoot her tongue into his mouth and wrapped her tongue around his as jaune felt his heart race. He tried to pull his tongue out of hers vice grip but she wouldn't budge as the rose reaper slid her hands down his body before grabbing his and pinned them to the bed. Ruby felt her mind turn off as she was enjoying this rather simple sensation a bit TOO much.
Jaune felt his body go limp as he was at his limit. He felt himself about to faint from both the lack of oxygen and how good the mouth of his rose felt. Ruby would keep kissing him until jaune pull away and laid down his eyes basically spirals as he was dazed and giggling softly. Ruby just had a smile.
Ruby: Weakness discovered.

(so before we begin I want your guys opinion on this. I'm thinking that since I've done everything I wanted to do this for this "series" well except one but that's a secret 🤫. Regardless I have a question. Would you all like to see the potential story of rouge aka my idea for ruby and jaune. I completely understand if not.)

"I.. I'm going after her." Jaunes said as Weiss looked at him before nodding as jaune reached out. "Juniper. Let's get moving" jaune called out as juniper ran towards him as he caught her and hopped on as the two set off leaving Blake and Weiss as the two soon went after yang.
"Ruby! Ruby where are you!" Jaunes called out as juniper continued running in the direction he saw ruby go in before he noticed rose petals laying on the ground as he and juniper stopped with jaune hoping down before gently picking up a rose petal as he brought it juniper who sniffed before perking its head up as jaune hopped back on with the two continuing to run after the rose reaper.
With said reaper she found herself in a forest as she was walking through it with her slowing down until finally stopping as she dropped to the earth as she felt so low. Her mind wondering, why? Why did everything go so WRONG?! They had both relics, they evacuated, EVERYONE! so why did it all go WRONG!
She began punching the ground as she felt tears streaming down as she could feel the hard ground against her knuckles as she continued to beat and beat into it. Eventually after some time she looked up only to no indentation. Only her bloodied knuckles as Ruby soon curled up as she just wanted to vanish. To just stop being HERE. To stop getting hurt-
"RUBY! WHERE ARE YOU?!" Jaunes voice rang out as Ruby's mind went quiet as she got up her eyes red and puffy as tear strains ran down her cheeks.
"RUBY! ANSWER ME PLEASE! I just wanna talk!" Jaunes voice called out again with ruby gulping softly as she got up. She had to go-
"RUBY! Please I know you can hear me! I'm just.. I know your hurting and I want to help!" Jaunes voice interrupted her thoughts again as Ruby too a deep breath.
"GO AWAY. YOU SAID WHAT YOU WANTED TO SAY!" Ruby's Shakey voice proclaimed as we see jaune and juniper stopped with jaune peering into the forest the voice came from as he hopped of juniper and began walking towards it. "Ruby. What I said.. I didn't want to say it, especially not to you." Jaunes spoke as he began seeing a figure.
"you didn't want to say it? That doesn't change the fact you did. and you meant it." Ruby retorted as jaune winced as he knew he was asking for that.
"I... Ok maybe I did mean it, I said what I said but it was uncalled for, especially now of all times. Ruby, we're friends and right now you need your friends especially your team." Jaunes countered as the figure became more clear with the terrain slowly shifting to a bridge as jaune and ruby stood on opposite pillars as Ruby looked at him her red eyes peering into him as she clutched her shoulders.
"go away jaune.. I.. I don't want to hear from you right now. Not from you or my team." Ruby turned as she spoke with jaune taking a step onto the bridge as it was rickety.
"ruby.. even if you don't want to hear this I know you need help. After everything, beacon, Pyrrha, haven, the train to get to bullhead, atlas... Penny... You need people to talk to. You need your friends." Jaune spoke as he continued walking the bridge as it creaked with ruby turning slightly as she gazed at him.
"ruby.. despite everything.. anything that could or will happen. I still will always care for you.. your a dorky.. nerdy.. incredible and talented person who jumps into everything ready for the next adventure. Your just as much of a hero as you are a dork... Your my best friend ruby rose." Jaune continued as he soon stopped at another stone pillar that segmented the two bridges with ruby turning completely and looking at him. As she saw the bridge infront but hers was broken.
She took a deep breath. "But... What if I just.. can't anymore. What If I'm just so tired of everything and I want it all to just.. stop." Ruby questioned as jaune rubbed the back of his neck as he chuckled nervously.
"Thats.. that's probably the most human thing about this situation ruby.. it's natural your getting tired of all this. Especially in your occupation.. kinda hard not to start cracking under the immense pressure.." jaune answer as Ruby smiled softly as she took a step with a plank of the bridge appearing just under her foot as she looked at jaune.
"so.. even if I do start talking about this and being honest.. it's not gonna suddenly be all sunshine." Ruby spoke as jaune and her continued to stare at each other.
"so.. even if it doesn't fix everything immediately it's still important to be able to be honest with the people you hold close. Otherwise that problems only going to devour you." Jaune retorted as another plank appeared as Ruby took another step.
"ok.. so if I do talk about it, that doesn't mean anything though, I said really bad stuff to my team. I hurt them. I insulted them. I doubt they'll listen to anything I'd say" ruby spoke again as jaune sighed softly.
"ruby. What you said was a tad hurtful but that doesn't stop your team, especially your sister, from caring about you and seeing that your hurting, yang, Weiss and Blake are looking for you right now. Their your team. They'll listen because they know you better than anyone else." Jaune said as once again another plank with ruby taking another step as she was about halfway from the pilar.
Ruby then went quiet as she stared at jaune with him looking nervous. "W-what? Is there something I'm missing? M-maybe I should probably already apo-" "jaune.. do you.. really mean all of this?" Ruby interrupted jaune with a question as jaune looked at her.
"ruby.. you'd know if I didn't me-" "I want to hear you, say it." Ruby interrupted him again as jaune looked at her before sighing. "Ruby. I mean every word that I've said to you with nothing but absolute honesty" jaune answered as Ruby smiled as two more planks appeared as Ruby walked across leaving only one more step.
"ok.. one last thing. How do you exactly.. feel about us after... everything." Ruby asked as she looked at jaune as jaune felt as if he knew what this was about.
"ruby... Are you sure you wanna be progressing us, right now?" Jaune questioned as Ruby looked at him. "Jaune up to this point of this conversation you have done nothing but make up to me and quite frankly butter me up." Ruby spoke as she scratched the side of her cheek as she blushes a little bit with jaune blushing aswell.
"..gods I can't believe I'm in the body of a grown man acting a hormonal teenager still.. ruby ill be honest. It's only now that we met back in realizing.. I'm very much into you. But a this point dating is gonna be put back a little due to one, my age, and two the ever looming war." Jaune spoke bluntly as Ruby just smiled. "I'm ok with waiting, besides I'm finally 19 remember. It's not like your an adult dating a kid. But regardless of that.." ruby spoke as one last plank appeared as she took one last step until she was on the pilar as her jaune hugged.
"it's good to see you alright ruby." Jaune spoke with ruby simply chuckling as we close out with the scenery returning to normal as yang, Blake, and Weiss ran into the forest before seeing the two hugging as yang simply looked at Ruby smiling softly.

Falling dusk (a Lancaster story)
Chapter 1: a beacon in the dark.
Ruby's feet trudged through the black sand as she carried crescent Rose on her back. With jaune not to far behind as he carried crocea mors on his hip and ember Celica on his right arm.
Ruby's torn cloak billowed behind her revealing gamble shroud was attached to the back of her waist.
"how much farther until we reach beacon?" Jaune asked as his breath was ragged. Ruby kept going as jaune followed, she was completely ignoring him.
"ruby! Are you listening?" Jaune spoke again as Ruby kept walking her once silver eyes now a dull black. Jaune grumbled softly as he managed to catch up to her and grab her shoulder.
"RUBY." He said sternly as Ruby turned to face him her eyes narrowing at him. Her face contorted into a scowl. "We have a few hundred miles left until we reach beacon, and we will still a few hundred miles when we finally leave vacuo. YOU ASKING QUESTIONS ISNT HELPING" Ruby finally answered as her voice was cold. Jaune simply looked at her and nodded.
"alright.. we will have to camp soon. How much longer do you think we can last with just our aura?" Ruby questioned the blonde as jaune sighed, closing his eyes before eventually opening them.
"we got 6 days left then our auras are drained we'll need to find more rations soon... Who knows we might find some cookies." Jaune jested but ruby just sighed and looked away.
Eventually the two set up camp as jaune sat opposed to Rwby as she had taken out her sisters scarf and held it close.
Jaune sat quiet just allowing silence to fill the void. Before finally he asked the question he knew he would ask eventually after.. after Armageddon.
"what happened to us.." jaune asked as Ruby just looked away. "Now isn't the time jaune" she would mumble.
"there is no time left rubes, we are left HERE! Time doesn't exist anymore- Life doesn't exist anymore! so- what happened to us?! We were practically linked at the hip when we started. But now- Now I can't tell if I'm even your friend anymore. Let alone your partner..." Jaune pressed on as Ruby just looked away. She didn't want to entertain this conversation.. not at all.
Jaune took a breath before sighing. "I'm just... I'm tired.. I still worry about you rubes but I'm at the point of just giving up. Everyone is gone, my sister's are gone, my parents are gone, your family is gone, all of our friends are gone. Reduced to either ash or Grimm.. I cant keep going like this-"
"I CANT KEEP GOING LIKE THIS EITHER! BUT IM NOT THE ONE BITCHING ABOUT IT!" Ruby interrupted Jaune as she stood up. Her face was only darkened by the growing shadows.
"YOU THINK I DONT WISH WE WERE BACK AT BEACON, BACK TO BEING KIDS WHO JUST WANTED TO FIGHT MONSTERS?! I DO! I do! There is never going to be a day where I hope this is all just a nightmare. That I will wake up at beacon being late to Ms. Goodwitch's class, with my sister, my teammates, my friends waiting for me! I wanna go back to the way things were just as much as you do!" Ruby continued her eyes glowing as hot tears ran down her face.
"but what the hell am I supposed to do when reality is that this is REAL. This is our destiny. To try and find the remaining relics in hopes that we can undo this or at the least stop Salem! You wanna know what happened to us?! We broke a part because you can't handle reality!" Ruby shouted out as she knew some parts of what she said were wrong but she knew the majority was right.
Jaune just sat there. As much as he wanted to protest he figured it only escalate things. And this point, things could not be allowed to escalate anymore.
"alright.." that was all jaune could mutter as Ruby just looked at him. Before she sat down.
As the two were about to just continue the rest of the night in silence a light shined in the sky.
Jaune proceeds to pick her up as he turned and walked away with her
Jaune: don't take it to heart Ruby, your part wolf but I still love all of you.
Ruby just smiled at him before they hugged.
Meanwhile Bleiss is fucking SEETHING as Bluby just wacks her on the head.
Bleiss: OW! I still think I should be with him!
Bluby: Bleiss, you know better, besides there's still Blaune-

A young man walked up to him, his hair black, eyes azure blue, wearing a red t-shirt and black jacket as well as white jeans. He sat beside Jaune as the now old huntsmen smiled.
Rouge: the garden looks good.. I'm surprised you planted the roses so close.
Jaune: well.. your aunt and mother were always close..
Rouge: yeah.. how is Aunt Blake doing?
Jaune: we talked.. she's on the end of her rope.. I worry for her
Rouge: you worry for everyone old man.. so.. are we gonna talk about mom?
Jaune: Rouge.. I know it's been awhile-
Rouge: dad! It's been months.. you need someone to talk to. And I know you haven't talked to Aunt Blake or Mrs. Schnee.. you can't bottle up your grief!
Jaune: I'm not! I just.. your mother was.. she was my everything.. she made every day feel like I could live.. she inspired me after Beacons' fall.
Rouge: that doesn't mean just because she's gone you should shut everyone out.. when have you last talked to great uncle Qrow? When have you talked to Mr. Pine?!
Jaune:.. I don't want to discuss this anymore.
Rouge: she was your wife, but she was my mother.. I know how much it hurts.. or at least I can try! We both know mom would kick out asses for mopping!

The air went still as jaune sat there. He would look at his son as for a moment he could see both himself and his wife in his son's eyes.
Jaune:.. it just... It hurts.. it hurts because she doesn't get to be here, because she had to go on that mission, that one mission to destroy the relics! It.. it isn't fair, she was 55!
Rouge: and I was 16 dad. 16. It wasn't fair I lost my mother and it wasn't fair you lost your wife.. but im not about to let her death ruin my family.. your 61 dad, she died 4 years ago... You need to move on.
Jaune:.. I miss her.. so much.
Rouge sighed as he placed a hand on his father's shoulder.
Rouge: i miss her too dad.. I miss her too.
Nurse: Please excuse the doctor. He was given a rather sudden call. He should be with you in just a bit to proceed with the surgery. *Leaves*
Jaune: Great... Good to hear...
Tai: In that case, I should head on out then to give ya at least some dignity before they take it away from ya. Good luck kid! *Leaves*

Doctor: *Walks in behind him* Well then, Mr. Arc, 'bout time we get to those balls, yeah?
