reflection: ✿ didn't do a lot today, like hmmm my days have been like a routine one day it's like I do so well completing tasks and all that and the next day I almost fully like suck. but today I knew it was my fault when I decided to stay downtown longer when I was just supposed to get my laundry and go upstairs and fold it but instead, I stayed downstairs for most of the day. Well anyway I Pray tomorrow is better

reflection: ✿ today was ok, I guess. I mean I didn't complete a lot but I think I did well, I continued the pilates challenge today, and I also hit 10k steps today(dancing in church). church was nice today as it is most of the time. I do dislike that I didn't complete my other tasks today but I will try and complete them tomorrow, I'm also planning to create a blog post on how I do my quarter reset with notion. anyway, super excited tomorrow is my mum's birthday and there is evangelism in the evening so looking forward to that.

reflection: ✿ today's workout was great and I decided to do the day 12 workout first thinking oh day 10 says stretch and strength since it's stretching it'll be easier. I thought this especially because I did day 6 Sunday morning which was just stretching, but whoa day 10 was so good but so painful I was so weak.

achievements: ✿ made french flashcards on notion ✿ studied Yoruba (found this really good sight and it is pretty detailed ✿ studied public relations (online course) ✿ listened to 3 podcast episodes ✿ worked out for 38 mins and went on a 30 mins walk
reflection: ✿ today was good I did so much better in following my morning routine today, what was really on my mind is that I'm supposed to go church I tend to forget some days that oh there is the church today so I procrastinate telling myself oh I can do it later, but when I have something due at a particular time it pushes me to finish my work(turned out there was no Church at least not what I thought), also I love the "sermon on the mount" podcast that "belle" talked about its so good, I normally find it hard to listen to podcasts, I only have one podcast I can stomach and that's because I can relate to it (and it's my friend's brothers podcast but it's really good, if you're Nigerian (if you're not it's probably weird) its "the factory podcast" ), but anyway I love the "sermon on the mount" podcast it's eye-opening and it makes you think. The sermon on the mount is on the Bible project app
