Ah, studyblr! Nice to feel the mostivation breath through me to post! My second semester recently started but I feel the nervousity creep on me about how hard it's going to be. I did some reading and studying for our first lessons, it kind of eased the nerves: I'm dping something about my problem so I shouldn't be too anxious. That kind of thing.
Anyways, for today I thought I'd share some honestky life changing habits (welp, for me at least) :
-CLAYGO: Clean as you go. I tell myself this: that slight click of my laptop as it closes reminds me to put all the plugs and cables to their basket, the pens to the holder, and the notebooks to their places. The little things you pass up now pile on later, and the little things you do now free you sooner.
-Three deep breaths whenever I'm overwhelmed. If I can breathe, I can do this, and if I fail badly then I can learn. If I do good then I'll keep those in inventory for when I doubt myself. But on hard days, I still think I'm the most accessible proof of anything I aim to be.


100 days of getting my life together
-Introduccion
I have had a curious year, it has had its good and bad moments, but I feel that it is time to put some love, time and respect to my life, so I decided to start this chanllege with the intention that it will help me to stay organized and motivated.
This challenge will have 4 main focuses:
ʚ - The academy: everything related to my university education and my parallel training processes such as courses
ʚ - My language: things related to my language learning specifically Italian that I am starting from scratch and to maintain my English level and improve my writing.
ʚ - My physical health: to maintain a routine of constant movement and exercise, a good diet and to generate a healthy relationship with my body.
ʚ - My mental health: I need to work on my peace, mental health and my relationship with the world.

100 days of getting my life together - Day 1
Today was a pretty calm day, I did several things and was able to have a day without anything that affected my mental health! Last night I took a sleeping medication and it helped me a lot and today I will take it again and see how it goes.
Today's activities:

ʚ - Medical appointments all morning until late afternoon, roughly from 8 until 12:40, I'm going to change my scheduling method and managed to get other dental appointments and exams in one go so it went very well.
ʚ - I did a 40 minute walk which I will take as the obligatory physical movement of the day.
ʚ - I answered emails from work, planned if we can have a meeting next week and started to do the explanation and preparation for some workshops I have to give, I managed to finish the outline of the first one for me!
ʚ - I ate pretty healthy today, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner homemade food with no processed food and for snacks I had papaya, ice cream and popcorn!
ʚ - I watched supernatural and that made me very happy, I love that series.
ʚ - I'm going to do my gratitude journal before I go to sleep, do some pilates or yoga and fall asleep.
insights: healing is in large part breathing, praying and realizing that there are things that will never come back, you will never be who you were, those you knew will never change who you were and did and their memories are only there for you to remember, reflect and let go. you can only heal if you grow and change no plant that you give love, light and water stays the same, it has to grow letting go of old dead leaves for new ones to grow.
ʚ - It was a good day! it makes me happy to get back to doing things!

100 days of getting my life together - Day 2
Today was a totally at home day, I worked and spent most of the afternoon listening to music like lot and a lot of old lana and making playlists before working out on a nice, normal Saturday.
Today's activities

ʚ - Today I worked on finalizing the internal structure of two courses i have to give and made the slides for both of them + planned the activities for each , tomorrow I will have to think about the publicity and stuff.
ʚ - Listened to a lot of music today which makes me very happy, music is one of my safe places and special interests by the way so it was a nice day for my mental health, in the morning I dealt with some intrusive thoughts but nothing that a cold shower won't improve.
ʚ - I ate at home but my mom brought me a pack of oreos and I ate them all with a glass of milk and two slices of vanilla cakes it was a dream but my stomach hurt after unfortunately I don't have the stomach of a 9 year old anymore.
ʚ - I started one of my courses in desing thinkin did the first 3 chapters today about an hour of work but taking notes and doing the exercises seemed like a good way to spend the afternoon.
ʚ - Today I started my new exercise challenge which is chloe ting's hourglass not my first one form her but I haven't exercised in years so I did an hour and it was great challenging but the feeling was super cool when I finished, a cold shower afterwards and went to sleep.
insights: Having to heal your relationship with money when you grew up with such a negative idea of it and in an environment where it was always the biggest problem and the cause of so much pain is super hard. The love you feel for other women in your life should reflect back to you the pride you have in these women's courage to fight for their dreams you should recognize it in yourself as well. i need to compare a shirt that says i love spencer reid.

100 days of getting my life together - Day 3
It was a very quiet day on a Sunday to relax and dance at home.
Today's activities

ʚ - Slept for about 10 hours like a baby, woke up for breakfast.
ʚ - today I ate very well I had breakfast with "masitas" I don't know how to say in spanish they are like little pancakes but no, I had lunch with salty chicken, egg, onion and more things, I ate papaya, I had roasted chicken with rice, potatoes and salads and finally before going to sleep I made me arepas with sugar in the shape of a heart.
ʚ - today my body was not able to do a normal training day so I did pilates for 10 minutes and danced around my room for a while.
insights: i love music it fills me with life, i feel that god is with me many times in those little moments where i dance in my room with songs from the 90s.

The main goal of all your personal growth and healing projects should be to enjoy your life more, be happier, leave the pain and guilt behind, let your life be full of things that make you happy and good, no matter what others think, accept that people will misunderstand you and believe that you give cringe and that does not matter.
getting my week together
Let's organize my week! organizing is important and allows my autistic brain to be calm, I don't organize my week by days, but rather the things I want to do and I divide it into days depending on how I feel.
insights: My mental health and neglecting it so much is taking its pay on me, I believe that the basis of all my pains is the feeling that my life is being taken over by other forces and not by myself and the fact that I am a human being with personal needs, desires, pains and loves like everyone else, I hate that this life has made me so dehumanized but with love I believe that I can change that by enjoying, creating and reading.

This week's priorities:
ʚ - Working with my mental health especially on my anxiety, intrusive thoughts and mindfulness. and ENJOYING life
ʚ - Work on making progress on my college work.
ʚ - Bringing creativity and things I enjoy and love into my life.




ʚ - Start with the study of how to program the wed page.
ʚ - Make a portfolio of TEA project in schools, especially legal education, education rights and rights to access to health (+ accompaniments).
ʚ - Make portfolios of support to families and students from tea
ʚ - do some dance classes
ʚ - critical analysis of the contents you
ʚ - make my medical appointments
ʚ - publish my daily challenge blogs
ʚ - daily physical exercise can be walking, dancing, doing a complete routine, pilates, yogo, etc.
ʚ - doing my daily manifestation, self-knowledge and healing exercises
ʚ - leave behind the shame and do what really makes me happy.

the manifesto (manifestation & self-knowledge)
Today I decided to do an exercise of self-knowledge and manifestation that I believe can help you if you feel lost of your goal, disconnected from you, feel that you don't know yourself or that you don't have personality or you are not "you".
It has many names and variations and I call it "the manifesto" because it is basically what we are going to do, it will be a text where we say everything we are, we want to be, we love and we feel without fear or sorrow, this will allow us to have a pure reference of who we are / we want to be.
it allows us to see ourselves without fear of being judged for who we really are, the process of getting to know ourselves and ending the cycle of shame by being happy and authentic is a long process and these exercises help us to gradually see ourselves as people and take care of ourselves.
remember that you are not what you have, your physical possessions do not make you valuable or unique, your passions, your values, your compassion and your love for you is what is real.

step by step:
ʚ - Grab a piece of paper or create a document on your cell phone or coputer.
ʚ - name it the manifest of (your name) or a name that vibrates with you.
ʚ - start by saying your name is and write down everything you are, your qualities, the things you are still working on, your physical qualities, etc.
ʚ - write your likes and dislikes like (your name) love romance movies, exercising with friends, etc. just things you love to do or want to start doing that you love like painting again.
ʚ - read it and reflect on who you are, imagine being someone else and appreciate all the little things that make you who you are.
ʚ - save it and add to it, take away some and create a manifesto of who you are and what you love.




The most important thing is to be honest and have no filter, it is for you, say that thing that you feel is ashamed for liking only for fear of what others say, put those characteristics that you feel embarrassed to say out loud for not sounding egocentric say "I'm awesome at my job" without shame, it is your safe space and it is yours, treat it with love.

100 days of getting my life together - Day 4 & 5
Yesterday was a day of relaxing honestly sometimes I forget that I'm on vacation and god I deserve to rest and just listen to music and read, but today on the contrary will be a pretty nice day full of things! in a noceh I'll post the rest of the thoughts and stuff of the day!
Today's activities:

ʚ - I have medical exams at 6:30 am and 2 medical appointments at 8:40 and 9:20 am. Going to the dentist gives me a little anxiety but as an independent and responsible adult I will face it with an ice cream.
ʚ - I'm going to go to the library to work on my college projects for a couple of hours and see if I can find any books I like.
ʚ - I want to record my first blog podcast version, first more for myself but I'm super excited, I'm always talking to myself about things I'm thinking or analyzing, recording them is going to be a lot of fun, I might upload them here idk!
insights: it's 5am and I haven't slept at all but I feel happy and light, I love the cold of the morning in my city.

100 days of getting my life together - Day 6 & 7
the last few days have been incredibly nice, I am really enjoying my time and what I do, at the same time I have managed to move forward with my things, every day I am closer to go back to college and dying of desire, thank god this next semester will be very different and I am sure that I will enjoy everything much more.
Today's activities:

ʚ - I was able to do a couple of medical laps that helped me a lot, I still have to schedule a couple of appointments and I will do it today
ʚ - I have been getting out more and I am trying to talk to my mom more and maybe be more open with my feelings it is hard but im doing it , although my sensory issues due to my autism make it a little difficult for me to do some things I am doing well!
ʚ -I finished a super important report I had to do for my scholarship renewal and that gives me a lot of peace! I have a lot of other things to do but it's a big step forward!
ʚ - I'm constantly reading more, I finished a romance book that I loved! if you want to see the review here, and I started reading another one and I'm super happy.
ʚ - Friday I'm going out with my best friend to dance!!!
ʚ - this week is going to be a great week! my mom is going to close a couple of work deals that will give us a lot of stability and freedom! it's a big step, thank god!
insights: I realized that part of the process is to understand that I am already perfect and complete as I am! you deserve the nice things you know?



goals for july!
Some goals I'm going to put into my routine this month! It's my birthday month and I'm still on vacation so most of them will be focused on my personal development rather than academics!
Clear goals for this month!
Reading: well this won't be hard but I want to read more this month! it's good for me! I already have a book list for this month.
Therapy: I need to schedule appointments with a new psychologist and psychiatrist.
Start new medications: I have been off medications for months and one of my goals is to find a combination of medications to help me with my psychiatrist! it would help me a lot!.
Maintain constant physical movement: I need to improve my relationship with my body and exercise and I plan to do this by maintaining some movement every day! a walk, jog, exercise or yoga.
Going out to socialize: I need to socialize more, I'm going to go to places I like, libraries and stuff! I swear I'll make friends.
organize everything for my return to school: I need to organize papers, subjects, schedules and all that stuff! the sooner the better!.
Eating healthy: I need to eat more fruit and have a healthier relationship with wanting to eat better and not judge myself or have relapses in my tc*a.
Doing affirmations and being thankful: I want to have mass awareness of if im being thankful and have affirmations that go with me and help me to regulate myself.
read the bible: i want to start my bible studies.

Back to the University subject review
As you know I study law, this next semester I see 6 subjects and before entering I have 3 weeks to get an idea of their topics and be ready to start classes, 2 of them are from the university only and I can not review them before but the other 4 yes, so I will do the to-do of all the subjects you have to see and share my notes (which will be in Spanish sorry haha)
All topics and laws will be from my country Colombia please keep this in mind if you read the notes, they apply only to Colombia.
Get a general idea of what the following topics are about:
Civil law (obligations)
Civil procedural law
Criminal Law (General 2/Theory of Crime and Penalty)
General labor law (General / individual)

I will make a general idea of the topics before I start to study in depth each one, the studies I will do will be mostly from the readings and videos (these are my ways to acquire the topics better).
As for my study method (which I plan to explain in a post these days) it's a mixture of Feyman technique and The SQ3R method, i take notes with the method Cornell (all in my notion).

how to stay motivated long-term
trust, me i know that long-term motivation and consistency is hard. long-term motivation might be difficult to maintain, but there are effective techniques to help you stay focused and determined. whether you're seeking personal ambitions, academic achievements, or professional success, here are some strategies to help encourage motivation:
understand the reason behind your goal ☆ does your goal contribute to personal growth or meaningful relationships? ☆ how does your goal impact others? ☆ is your goal meaningful to you? if your goal lacks meaning, it may be hard to maintain motivation.
positive and negative motivation motivation can come from different places ☆ positive motivation: the desire to experience pleasure ☆ negative motivation: the desire to avoid something (an outcome) both types of motivation have their place, so learn to recognise what type fits in where. (post on this coming soon)
set up systems use your initial motivation to set up structures: ☆ create routines, systems and habits that help you towards your goal even when your motivation fluctuates ☆ when your emotions wane, rely on these systems and disciplines to maintain momentum
break down goals ☆ tackle one goal at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed ☆ set achievable milestones and celebrate each step forward ☆ keep the momentum going by focusing on manageable tasks
validate good work ☆ give yourself a little reward, or thank yourself, for completing hard tasks ☆ this reinforces motivation and encourages effort
