today is friday, and I have more work on saturday, so today is cleaning day, I've been feeling a bit off lately, so I decided to change my environment and be well cleaner?

cleaned wardrobe surfaces (both)
wipe / dust off surfaces + bedside cupboard
replaced sheets
cleaned out underneath the bed
moped floors
did my laundry
folded laundry
organized my wardrobe, gave my little sis the ones I didn't need anymore
organized self care stuff
organized accesories
washed my shoes
— ✦ O2. : errands and more (not accordingly)
cooked for my dad
did my evening prayer
watched anime while eating dinner with my sisters
worked out for and hour+
took a well-deserved shower
listened to a podcast
completed my night routine
some hair care
planned for tomorrow

ps: did this so i could see that i actually did something today and i just might be a little hard on myself 🎀

sorry for not updating this weekend, but like I said in older posts, the weekend is more hectic for me. But since I also track my progress on tdm, here are the habits for days 12 & 13. A lot of red me no likey.
some pointers & changes
I'll start morning walks outside again. I realise how much it helped me focus and start my day right
I think I'm not completing my habits because I don't start my day with the mind that I have to complete them. I just wait till the day ends and see how I've done. so now I'll change my mindset



could anyone send an ask, like anything at all. idk I can tell if I can see my asks it shows 2, but when I open it, it's empty


I've been so lazy today, I haven't worked out ahhhh

everyone talks about how you should be drinking 2L of water every day and all its benefits, but no one talks about having to wake up at least 10 times in the dead of night to pee, so you don't wet the bed

why self-care matters
self-care can be mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. for me, self-care are mainly things I love to do that kinda makes me feel whole
what is self-care? self-care refers to any activity or practice that individuals engage in deliberately to maintain, enhance, or restore their physical, mental, or emotional health. It involves recognizing personal needs and taking action to meet them in a way that promotes overall well-being.
why self-care matters? self-care matters because it plays a crucial role in maintaining both mental and physical well-being. more on this:
mental health: self-care helps reduce stress and anxiety. taking time to care for yourself allows your mind to rest, recharge, and manage daily challenges more efficiently
physical health: proper self-care includes things like exercise, sleep, and a balanced diet, which are essential for keeping the body strong, reducing the risk of illness, and improving energy levels. oh how I love exercising and moving my body it makes me feel so good and strong.
emotional well-being: it promotes emotional health by providing time to process feelings, and enhance self-compassion.
productivity: taking care of yourself prevents burnout and boosts your ability to focus, work efficiently, and maintain motivation.
relationships: when you're balanced and healthy, you’re better equipped to engage meaningfully with others. self-care improves communication.
self-awareness and growth: It encourages reflection and personal growth. when you consistently check in with yourself, you become more aware of your needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
by prioritizing self-care, you ensure that you are able to thrive in both your personal and professional life.
my favourite forms of self-care: everything showers, skincare, lotion skin, cozy pyjamas, long walks, naps, pilates, working out, reading fanfics, routines, lazy days and more 💌 dew
researched more on calorie intake and more an decided to calorie zigzag. I belive I've gotten to a point where my body is used to my diet kinda so I'll switch it up. and follow this plan. the weightloss calories plan. not so far from my normal one so it's cool




stop comparing yourself to others. remember everyone lives different lives. and have different opportunities.



we really need to start looking at ourselves with love, today someone told me they like how my tdm is set and how put together it is but to me it looks very disorganised and not right, plus I always feel like I'm not doing enough but then I thought about it, if this were my friends tdm I wouldn't look and it the way I see mine. moral of the story, look at your works, your actions, your thoughts, yours words in a better light.

🍵logging in... do be do ba and she's back its been a while, my loves I haven't updated in some time and I truly apologize but I got caught up in the crossfire of emotion, feeling lost and our cooking competition that took place on Sunday (it was ok btw) @bambiauroraa has inspired and motivated me to post today so here I am hiii

✿ hnmm what was today even, it was ok but could've been better frl also wow. anyway, today was ok I started not so well but then it hit me hey temi what about your routine I fully got up by 9am and started on my day even though I woke up by 6:29 am. I'm still playing with my morning routine trying to see here and there and what I can change but the one I have now. I'll keep to it for a few weeks and see the same for my night routine.

quick update - this past week









It’s the end of chapter 9 of 12 which means 3 months left in the year, I can hear the jingle bells already (I love Christmas) and we’re moving into chapter 10, this month went by so fast like so fast and I did like almost nothing but there were fun times frl. it was a good month for me mentally now that I think about i was happy. what, but I didn’t think it was so bad. I really loved spending time with my Friends ohh and the long talks after church i love it saurr much
☆ last month’s small wins
● I hit an average of 8,509 steps. { yup I'm getting that walkhaholic energy}
● I worked out for the whole month, yayy
● started crocheting
● I walked a lot more often
● I feel motivated to do better (might start the winter arc challenge)
● did a well-needed room cleanse (reorganized my wardrobe and all that)
● I made more sales - super grateful all the time
● made plans for new year reset hnmmm
● I uploaded my first youtube video

✿ today was ok but kinda stressful and I wasn't able to study today which sucks I also did like 3 days worth of workouts today because I missed tuesday's and wednesday's workouts but I completed it so yay. other than that the only other thing that bumped me out is the fact that I didn't study ahh that sucks. but yh I'm pretty tired right now so I'll try to update the best I can and complete my night routine, then go to bed.
