Dreams at night are the most ignored and beautiful tragedy, we experience.

Hazy, nostalgic painfulness after waking up, then forgetting every ounce of it bit by bit..

You can't share them, People judge you easily through your dreams.

Then we decide to jot them down to always keep it.. but the agony increases when after reading all the written words, we realise it's seems just a senseless set of events nothing like that heavenly dream..

You contemplate how to describe that Misty rainy night midst dark trees you craved to see in real or about that unknown person who is unlike anyone

But the tragedy & suffering continues, Heart wrenches knowing as the time pass by, they'll be more distant, blurry, obscure as if it never existed, was only just a reverie..

Dreams at night really are the most ignored and beautiful tragedy, we experience.

Ahh, But Do We Feel It Well~

“As a small child, I felt in my heart two contradictory feelings, the horror of life and the ecstasy of life.”

Sit In Reverie And Watch The Changing Color Of The Waves That Break Upon The Idle Seashore Of The Mind.

Sit in reverie and watch the changing color of the waves that break upon the idle seashore of the mind. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Today does seem to be a day of reverie & reflection….not sure why….but it is a treasured gift, nonetheless…Joyeux Vendredi, mes amis!

"Who is Reverie?"

Who is Reverie?

She is a maiden. An ingénue.

An angel whose rose-colored spirit is a natural lover.

She is a muse among the flowers. A dancer beneath clouds of white.

She waltzes into the fantasies of artistic souls and lonely hearts.

Her laugh is a birdsong, her smile a siren's spell.

Her body is a mural painted by rays of sunlight and a gentle breeze.

She is a dreamer who practices poetry and believes in ecstasy.

A nymph with invisible wings who wears sheer bliss like a string of pearls.

Know her, and your daydreams will be sweeter than ever before…

"Verdant"

The color of arms that parted for us

as you chased me through the greenery.

The color of grass beneath our feet

that left no trail for others to follow.

The color of ivy hiding the door

to our secret world no one else knew.

The color of water lilies and the pond

where you and I once bathed together.

The color of your eyes as you spun me around,

not wasting a precious second.

The color of her face if she saw

where our lips and fingers met.

The color of the sky and the world around us

as you found your peace inside me.

Our love was verdant.

"Fragrance"

When we were in the meadow,

you said I smelled like your favorite wildflower.

Summer wine drunk,

the picnic blanket laid out beneath us.

When we were in the kitchen,

you said I smelled like your favorite pie.

Flour on my nose,

apples ready to be sliced.

When we were in the back barn,

you said I smelled like your favorite summer day.

Sweetgrass and sunshine,

thunder rolling in the distance.

When I asked “what is your favorite fragrance?”,

you replied “it is making love to you.”

"Berries"

She held red berries in front of her,

but his brushstrokes were painting her two bare pink ones.

She popped the ripest red into her mouth.

He watched as her lips became gently stained.

She remarked, “I don’t think I’ve tasted anything so sweet.”

He replied, “I know of one sweeter.”

[Eyes locking thoughtfully]

She breathed, “Would you like to taste?”

He answered, “It would give me great pleasure.”

The berries and painting were soon left forgotten.
