this is set in Theed, Naboo (hence the aurebesh) hosted by the galactic republic for the summer olympics.
Thorn the Sandwing

Okay I'm breaking away from Battletech with this one but that's okay. A good friend of mine got married recently, and I wanted to make him something from me. We used to play Destiny a lot together, the game came out when I moved across the country, and Destiny became one of the ways we'd still hang out. We stopped a few years ago, and I still go back and visit every now and again. Don't worry, I made the bride something too. The gun is the exotic hand cannon Thorn, by the way

A feature of English which I think is stupid,
If we’re carrying on with this game,
Is how we abolished the thorn and replaced it,
With two letters that meant the same.
The þ was a letter, amazing, astounding,
Perfect in every respect,
Representing the ‘th’ sound and shortening words,
The one thing it didn’t expect;
One day T and H went and burgled its meaning,
And then, thanks to the printing press,
Its symbol mutated and morphed into Y,
Which is pointless, I must confess.
Þoughtlessly, the þ was forgotten,
Þreatened as the language evolved,
Þankful for þose who knew of old English,
A topic where it was involved.
It only survived in Modern Icelandic,
In English it’s treated with scorn,
And as barely anyone knows it exists,
Please try to remember the thorn.

I just encountered þe only person I've ever seen actually trying to bring back þe "þ" by using it casually.
I scrolled þeir blog for like 2 minutes before finding, like, antisemitic shit and oþer far-right-wing fuckery.
however, I really like "þ" as a letter, so in light of þis discovery and in an attempt to make þe list of people using "þ" be a list þat isn't 100% composed of alt-right fuckers, effective immediately I'm gonna start using "þ". if you pay close attention you might have already noticed þis.
let's all do þis. let's make it a queer þing. let's make it so þat if you see "þ" online you know þat person is gay as fuck.
maybe we can make it even funkier by using "ð" for ðe voiced version. ðat way we can use boþ. I þink ðat's neat
