The potential!!
You have College aged Danny who is working part time on the watch tower to finance his studies. And sure his ghost appearance aged with him but essentially he is still a baby ghost. A baby ghost who never had time to adjust. Who was created and then immediately thrown into fight after fight, almost-world-ending-event after almost-world-ending-event.
And he made his ghost form age alongside his human one but he's still soo young! Because he's getting older, his friends are getting older it would be weird if his ghost form was stuck as a teen.
But his core with his inner feeling of wanting to be safe, wanting to be saved is still so young. Still a child's. And Danny doesn't know, his friends don't know. None of them have noticed.
So when he meets a ghost on the Watch tower that is currently invisible (Sorry I don't know a lot about Deadman. He usually needs a spell or something to be visible to people, right?) to everyone but him (since he's a ghost himself) and he starts asking questions, Danny is just very confused

Danny inner feeling is "save" (based on agit)
But as you could think of a 14 year old bulied teen with a unstable family life, who died. Didn't just want to save people, he also wanted to be saved.
Nobody knew this not even Danny.
But Constantin and Deadman both have the same problem. Sometimes when they are in the Watchtower they hear a child like voice, who is alway whispering:" somebody save me. I need help. Save me this is dagerous."
They never see something strange, a few other heroes, a few mechanics. All normal, they also don't hear it all the time. They just hear it when it's Danny's shift and he's working nearby, though a wall through the floor goes the konstant whisper.
It almost drives them insane.
Then Constantin realized that it might goes with the working shifts. Somebody must be haunted.

Clockwork's job is to overseer time and has to watch over the timelines continuously but there would be times where he gets to go out of his tower for a few days to take a break and this time, he wants to hang out with Danny.... In Gotham... To scold a certain speedster while Danny accompanies him.
Danny doesn't know why he has to go with Clockwork cuz he could tell that there's nothing he'll be doing but still decides to go with Clockwork cuz he got bribed with a "3 free straight answers" if Danny ever wants to ask him about something.
So now, Danny was just happily following Clockwork like a duckling with his mother.
Danny doesn't know how and why they're suddenly in space but he doesn't question it. Not even when he encounters a flashy colorful costumed people in front of him.
And this whole time, he was just Danny Fenton so he can't escape without exposing his powers if the people in front of him attacks so he only has Clockwork to rely on as he clutches Clockwork's cloak.
How do each of the Batkids break into the Watchtower to mess with Bruce in front of the other members of the Justice League?
Dick: back in his Robin days, he clung to the back of Bruce's cape and every time Bruce turned around, he made faces to get the whole Justice League to laugh
Jason: draws fake claw marks, drenches himself in water, and pretends he encountered Killer Croc while crawling through the drain
Tim: log in to the Watchtower's computer, change the screensaver to one with a tiny picture of Bruce in the corner, and slowly enlarge it each day until someone notices
Damian: keeps calling the Watchtower's main line with inane questions ("Father, how do I save a file?" "Father, how do I rid the toilet of human waste?")
Duke: he doesn't. Bruce is anxiously waiting for the day it's Duke's turn but it never comes, leaving him perpetually wondering when and how
Stephanie: poses as a pizza delivery girl with a mustache, insists the ten extra larges with anchovy and pineapple are theirs, and refuses to leave without a tip
Cassandra: waits in the rafters until someone suggests ordering food and then chimes in with what she wants
Barbara: copies Bruce's ID badge, lets herself in, cancels Bruce's presentations, and gives her own
Harper and Cullen: it's a team effort. Cullen creates a distraction by messing with the power while Harper crawls through the vents AirDropping each hero a picture of their civilian selves
Carrie: slowly drifts in the vacuum of space outside the window, licking the glass
Imagine this:
*Batman brings a child wearing a mask and a colorful uniform onto the watchtower*
Child: *five minutes after being on the watchtower* BATMAN LOOOOVES DICK!
*Everyone in the vicinity looks over in wide-eyed shock*
*Everyone turns to batman and see him facepalming*
Batman: *looks up at the questioning faces and shrugs* I mean, he's not wrong...
*Everyone in the vicinity looks even more shocked*
Little do they know, that child's name is "Dick".
