okay so I've been doin this and it works wonders!
WALK FOR AN HOUR EVERY DAY! and I mean speed walk, like really get into it girl. blast your favorite music and pretend you are cat walking!- according to my watch I burn 400 calories every time I walk for an hour!
NOW FOR THE GIRLIES WHO HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY AND DON'T WANNA LEAVE THEIR HOUSE TO WALK (because real asf)
JUMPING JACKS FOR 30 MINS!- you'll burn over 300 calories doing that!

Current BMI- 24.2
Starting Weight- 158 lbs
Current Weight- 156 lbs (i lost 2 pounds today gang i am soooo happyy!!!)

here are few things I tell myself to help me restrict, if y'all need some help or a reminder...
"if you tried it once before, you do not need to have it again"
"if you never had it, you're not missing out on anything, how can you miss something you never had."
I tell myself this whenever I want to eat, like you've enough these past 18 years, it's time to put a cork in it.
didn't step on the beach once, i was too ashamed to have my body be perceived as fat when i know i can and will be smaller.
I didn't have skinny girl summer, but I WILL have skinny girl fall.
my only motivation to restrict is to give my younger self the body she always wanted, skin and bones.
