Lunch td - 9/16/24

Greek yogurt - 90 cals
Watermelon and cantaloupe - ~20 cals (I only ate 4 pieces 😭)
Mini pretzels - 35 cals
Currently my net for the day is -4 and my goal is 400 :))
My BMI just hit 18.3 and I’m 103.4 lbs 🫶
I’m on a diet/cal restriction for the next ~month or so to get ready for my homecoming. I can post it if y’all want?

Any tips/advice?
I’ve finally just gotten out of my wl plateau and I’ve lost a couple lbs in the past two weeks. I’m kinda doing OMAD? Like I eat breakfast and lunch but I only eat a bit of fruit and pretzels which in all usually adds up to be around 50-80 cals. Then I eat an actual meal for dinner and go on walks and workout and try to burn off most of the calories I ate.
I’m somewhat new to ana, does anyone have any tips on how I can keep it going and not give in and binge? 😭

Considering my brain works the same way I know 90% of the time warning like this don't work but I just want to say for the 10% yes the goal is to be skinny but you're weight and your height should be proportional so don't be upset if your starting weight is someone else's goal weight or vice versa
