I’m at 103.5 lbs now. 1.5 more lbs and I’ll be at my second gw! And I only have 8 more lbs until my current ugw. I’m so happy omg.

My ED rules that helped me lose 7lbs(~3.2kg) in 1 week

Add 25% to all calories (500=625)

24 hour fast at least once a week

5k weekly calorie limit (roughly 714 a day)

Weigh-in every morning before eating

NO CHEAT DAYS (I break this one a lot💔🥲)

If craving something, wait an hour

Only eat food you know the calories of

No snacking, only eating at mealtime

Drink a bottle of water before every meal

Be the slowest eater when with other people, and stop when they stop

Track calories even when binging

If binged, must do 24 hour fast

If weight is gained, must fast until its lost

Must walk minimum 30 mins every day

No eating before or while at work

Any amount over cal limit is considered a binge

Only water is 0 cals, everything else claiming to be is 15 cals per serving

If calorie limit is reached early, must fast for rest of the week no matter how many days are left

Do not subtract cals lost from exercise

No eating unless there's physical hunger pains

Breakfast must be under 100 cals

Must fast day before and after holiday/special event

Avoiding 3@t!ng tips:

• wear something tight so you can’t ignore the b!g parts of your b0dy

• drink 500ml of water (water w3!ght is better than f@t)

• chew sugar free gum

• do 100 crunches so you feel s!ck at the thought of 3@t!ng

• paint your nails

• do your skincare routine

• go for a walk

• read a book

• watch cooking videos

• ch3w and sp!t if you do have to eat
