can someone plEAse give my Transformers: Prime fanfic recommendations I’ll take anything at this point quarantine has me desperate. 

Then, of course, there’s Miko. Extremely rowdy, loud, and rambunctious Miko. She probably had an incredibly hard time fitting in anywhere, in both Japan and in Jasper. Miko even mentions that she probably scares her host parents. But of all the bots, the only ones who can really handle her nonsense are the Wreckers.

Bulkhead, her guardian, is big and kind of a dimwit sometimes. But when it comes to Miko, he’s virtually on point. Even when her mischief gets her in a lot of trouble, Bulk is usually there to help get her out and keep her safe. He’ll give her a mild scolding, leaving the harsher stuff to Arcee or Optimus. Regardless, he’s careful with her. She’s small but a handful, always keeping him on his toes. If Ratchet is like Raf’s father, Bulk is most definitely Miko’s uncle. The “I don’t know how to take care of you, but I’m willing to learn” kind of uncle.

Then there’s Wheeljack, the “I don’t really care about the rules, let’s have fun” uncle. He gets into the thick of the trouble just like Miko does. Of course, there is a limit to how much he can actually let her get into without Bulkhead or the others losing their minds over it. If he had it his way, Miko would be allowed to get into just as much scrap as him. Aside from Bulk, he’s probably the only one who really lets her express herself without berating her for getting mad or being too loud. And when she’s all done and tuckered out, he makes sure she gets back to the others safely. Reckless, but a good uncle nonetheless.

TFP HC: Family Ties

Was just listening to the Robots soundtrack and was reminded of the train station scene. Immediately thought of Ratchet, for some reason, particularly his attachment to Rafael in TFP. 

Ratchet’s connection to Raf was built on the kid’s ability to exceed all of his expectations. Ratchet had well founded pride in his species for their accomplishments and strength, but very little of the same pride in humans. In fact, he downright hated them in the beginning. But Rafael’s talent and meekness cut right through his rough exterior. While the old bot is quick to a temper and preferred to be alone, he still looked to Rafael when he needed help and would even keep him around a lot to assist him. Eventually, Raf became like a son to him, with whom he passed on some of his knowledge to make him smarter and wiser.

And speaking of family, I have to bring up Bumblebee. Rafael is the youngest in his family and has constant pressure to ace school to the point where he doesn’t have many friends aside from Jack and Miko. He gets talked over and most likely doesn’t get the chance to express himself much, if at all. Then he met Bumblebee who, like him, is the youngest on his squad and has pressure to be  a good scout/warrior while standing in the shadow of someone like Optimus Prime. But also like him, he has a limited voice, figuratively and very literally. Despite being so physically different, they became kindred spirits to one another, finally being heard for once.

“Gah!”

Sari broke up to the surface, coughing and spluttering. She tried to shout but all that came out were panicked grunts. Optimus looked up from his deck chair (which was clearly meant for a human) and immediately abandoned his relaxing set up and bolted towards the lake. This caught the attention of all the others. Bumblebee dropped his cup and mini umbrella in shock,

“SARI’ S DYING!” he cried. He quickly adjusted his armbands and followed Optimus, diving helm first into the water just as he did. They both knocked into each other with a clang. The Prime rubbed his helm and groaned before giving Bumblebee a stern talk.

“Bumblebee! That was a reckless thing you just did, you could have hurt somebot!” But he wasn't paying attention, he was too busy looking out into the water. Optimus followed his gaze and realised that Sari was no longer there.

“I WAS TOO LATE!” He pulled Optimus into a tight hug and cried into his shoulder plate. “I could have saved her, but now she’s offline! Its all my fault! What a cruel world we live in! I’ll avenge you!” He shouted and weakly punched the water. “Why, why, why-!!”

“Ahem.” Both mechs looked up. Sari was being lifted with a bright pink ray by Ratchet, who was rocking some sunglasses which had been created by Bulkhead. She seemed perfectly okay despite the fact she was now coughing because she had the giggles.

“Sari!” A light pink blush fell onto Bumblebee’s cheeks. Before the humiliation could go on any further he pushed a surprised Optimus away and down into the water. “You’re not dead!”

The old medic huffed, “Yes, she had to go through many check ups and tests to make sure she- of course she's not dead! Sometimes I wonder if you even have optics.” 

Optimus remerged from the water and both him and Bumblebee swam after Sari as she was moved across the water and gently placed onto the ground. She shook her head, letting water fly off onto the grass and the surrounding mechs.

“Ugh, thanks guys. I thought I was goner.” She gave them one of her signature smiles.

Bulkhead slowly approached the group, taking off his flower necklace as he knelt down. “Well, I thought you said this ‘summer vacation’ was going to be safe.” he said glumly. Sari didn't seem to enjoy the big guys dampened mood, so she held up his necklace to him.

“It is!” She augued and he hesitantly picked it back up again, “If it wasn't for that spooky-” she suddenly gasped, “The spooky face! In the water!"

All the Autobots looked quizically at each other. Bumblebee shuffled his stabilising servos.

"You guys don't believe me?"

Optimus sighed and sent a look of sympathy towards the small human.

"It's not that we don't believe. We just think it's.. okay if you.. acidently nearly drowned. Not all of us are that great of swimmers."

"No!" The fire truck's antenna dropped down at her sudden shout. She awkwardly let out a small cough before explaining herself, "No, I really did see something down there."

"It's quite dark down there. How could you have seen anything without headlights?" She turned to Prowl, who had just joined the circle around her. He was using a challenging sort of tone, optics shining with confidence behind his visor. But it was hard to take him seriously with the inflatable duck wrapped around his slim frame.

Sari grinned. "Well.." she walked right past him to towards the edge of Lake Erie.

"I have my own sort of headlight." She turned around and the key around her neck was suddenly alight, the metal tugging at the chain towards the water.

Recently binge watched RID2015! It inspired me to do some editing since I feel some of the design changes were strange. I wanted to make them look more like their Tfp designs! What do you think?

It's a drawing of Bulkhead from Transformers Prime, which took me a few days to work on. All was done in pencil. Colored pencil was used for his eyes.

So I had funny idea but you don't have to if you don't want to but how would tfa team prime react if they found out bumblebee was smoking the cybertron equivalent of weed ( not around sari of course) but just when he feels stressed out

Optimus is confused. Where did Bumblebee hide it? Or find it? If not on Earth, then where? The last space bridge? After the burst of panic and confusion, Optimus makes a decision. Bumblebee can continue this, as long as it isn’t around Sari or other humans. He knows what it’s like to be young and stressed, and he’d done this too (when Sentinel would bring it back to the academy for Optimus, usually the night before a test he was stressing about).

Ratchet is extremely concerned and takes it away from Bumblebee. He’ll dispose of it properly (so that organic life isn’t impacted) and teach Bumblebee some relaxation techniques. Some of which Ratchet can guide him through.

Prowl will start to gently encourage Bee to find a better de-stressing method. He’ll ask Bee to try meditation with him, but if Bumblebee is persistent about using the substance, Prowl will leave him alone.

Bulkhead couldn’t care less. If it’s helping Bumblebee, then he’s fine with it. Might even join Bee if he’s stressed out of his mind. Bulkhead won’t make a habit out of it though.

Hello! I’m loving tumblr, thank you for asking!

Ratchet is also glad that everyone has made it through the battle in one piece. He doesn’t really like the physical touch, but he knows that Optimus needs this.

Prowl, a lot like Ratchet, will dislike the touching. He’ll try to not look unsettled or shove his way out of the hug but he wants his personal space. If he accidentally does, afterwards he’ll offer to meditate with Optimus.

Bulkhead is confused at his leader’s change in attitude, but it’s not an unwelcome change.

Bumblebee is tearing up. He’ll probably throw an, “I’m not crying, you’re crying!” at Optimus, but at least the Prime knows that Bumblebee is relieved too.

Drew this because it was on my mind and i think it fits. A means to practice more on drawing bots eh, references are so important

Optimus: gotta stay focused

looks too old compared to his bot form.

I find it impossible for Optimus to be more than a million years old in this canon. In the least, he's older than 1000 years and since we have mfs that are canonically over 70 million years old(fagatron iykyk) compared to that, he feels like a dude in his early-to-mid-30's being the group parent.

-I made him more youthful, gave him curly hair, and tailored his clothing to actually look like his bot form.

-on the cusp of barley being able to hold his liquor

-doesn't own a pair of pajamas until Sari gets some for him

-usually forgets to put them on, but appreciates the gesture

-stays active for like, 3 days until he can't fight off sleep with work brain anymore, and unceremoniously passes out on the couch to sleep for a full 24 hours

Ratchet is really old, he's got a sallow face and a gramp gut, how dare they square him. He's wayyy too angular and peachy looking.

-I gave him his luscious curves back, adding all the equipment id expect a field medic to have because he is a field medic, not a regular doctor. I changed his facial proportions, and also made his face gaunt, for that dead inside PTSD look.

Bumblebees holoform is presented as a 10-12 year old child specifically for the fact that he's short, and the comedic relief. Total ass

I set his human age as 19-20 years old, making him more of a big brother to sari because that og model is disappointingly lackluster

Jesus fuck he's so wide?? And his belly migrated to his shoulders?? I'm gonna be honest, I really hate this design. I feel like it contributed to the "brute strength = stupid" take that most in the fandom associates with him.

Crossover (part 1)

I decided to combine two universes, namely the "Transformers: Prime" and "Wings of fire" book series In addition to the appearance, which I tried to combine with the canon of books, I also came up with a couple of headcannons

This season includes :

1 Arcee— she is Seawing.Despite her small size and lack of flame, Arcee is a very capable fighter: she`s not afraid to use her claws, besides, she can always pull an opponent under water or dazzle with a scales. Unlike the others, the weapon on her tail is attached either with a pointed shell or a norvall horn (which is a reference to Queen Coral from the same series of books where she used such an decoration as a weapon).

2. Knockout — Skywing.Unfortunately, Knockout was born with rather pale scales and unable to exhale fire. Trying to compensate for this, he began to wear armor whose color resembled royal blood red. He tries to take care of the armor and take care of it, so that it retains its shine. Due to his inability to breathe fire, Knockout tries to stay away from fights, so he chose the role of a medic and a scientist (But carefully! Like all dragons, it has sharp claws and fangs).

3. Breakdown — Mudwing/Seawing hybrid. Unfortunately, from the Seawings Breakdown inherited only the color of the scales and a lightscales, and because of the mixed blood, a mutation appeared in the form of yellow eyes without a pupil. From the Mudwngs, Breakdown inherited the color of the muzzle, the ability to hold his breath for an hour or two, as well as powerful armored scales. He is not able to exhale fire. Alas, during one battle, he lost part of his tail, but was able to replace it with a hammer, which helped him out more than once in battle. (And no more ridicule and stereotypes!)

4. Bumblebee — Hivewing. He has a paralyzing poison, which he injects through a thorn on his tail. Unfortunately, during Megatron's capture,Bee lost his voice, which is why he was no longer able to speak, and his helmet now continues in a mask for almost the entire muzzle.

5. Ratchet — Icewing/Skywing hybrid. From Icewings, Ratchet has only white patches of scales, a whip on tail, claws and blue eyes with blood (And Icewing`s character…). Instead of ice, he exhales fire, and there are areas of red on his body. Since Ratchet is already quite elderly, he decided to leave the fights and take up the role of a scientist and a medic (where his flame came in handy). Despite the Icy blood, he can't stand the cold

6. Bulkhead — Mudwing. Bulkhead appeared from egg of the color of dragon's blood, so his scales are invulnerable to fire. He tries to fight the stereotype of "lazy mudwings who just want to eat and sleep in the mud all day." He is one of the largest in his team.
