Jazz kept her footsteps light as she walked down the dark cave. Eyes vigilant for any bat or bird that may lurking with in Batman's lair. She didn't have too many in his flock to worry about. Sam and Dani, on bird watching duty, spotted almost all of them out on parole.

Danny had found the batcave's location during a perivious family vacation. His old enemy, boredom, had gotten the better of him, leading to a night wandering. Jazz didn't know back then that that info would be vital to her now.

Looking over her costume, Jazz reminded herself to put on an air of confidence. She had to act like she belonged in the batcave. The person she was impersonating belonged in the batcave. Jerking her shoulders back, she strolled around the last bend into the main area of the batcave.

She felt relief wash over her at it being empty. Not a bird or bat insight.

Jazz pressed a hand to the fenton com in her ear, "Any more alarms, cameras, or traps?"

"Nope." Tuck replied, "You only need to worry about not being spotted from this point on."

"Is Blackbat still making her rounds?"

"Yeah," Sam answered, "I spotted her and Nightwing going after some guys that did a smash and grab. You've got some time to put Tuck's tumbdrive in Batman's computer, but don't dilly dally."

"Wasn't planning on it."

Dani pipped up, "Hurry up, Jazz. I want to tell Danny about how we pulled one on thee Batman as soon as possible."

Jazz smiled softly at her little sister's enthusiasm, "Yeah, me too."

Quickly making her through the cave, past a small bouquet of blood blossoms, Jazz found the control board to the batcomputer. She hit the space bar, and the screens lit up to a locked desktop.

'Get ready to hack," she said, inserting the thumb drive into a port."

Tucker replied, "Ready."

Jazz tapped her fingers on the edge of the control board as Tucker took control of the bat computer on his end.

"Alright, this take one- ah got it." The screen unlocked as Tuck successfully hacked through its security measures. "Okay, now for- Hey! Jazz, is that you?"

"Yeah, just give me a moment," She muttered, opening a random file. She clicked on the window that opened and dragged it to a monitor that left it out of Tucker's way.

"Okay, and what was that for?"

"What's what for?" Dani ask.

"Jazz is opening random shit." Tucker explained.

Jazz looked up at the caves ceiling and blew at the dark bangs of her wig, "It's a red herring in case we get caught."

The next few moments were filled with idle chatter while Tucker sifted through the bat computer.

A motorcycle's engine revved throughout the batcave, and Jazz felt her heart stop.

"Tuck," she hiss.

Tucker's voice could barely be heard over the bikes rumble. "Only need a few more minutes."

"Hurry," she breathed as the motorcycle's engine cut off. Shifting her posture and keeping her back to the newcomer, she pretended to read the decoy file on the screen. To her amounting horror, the sound of footsteps came closer as the person left the bike.

"Cass." A deep voice greeted, "you're back early."

Jazz didn't know who 'Cass' was, but since there were only two people in this cave, she assumed he was talking to her. She lifted a hand and gave a half-hearted wave.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, and Jazz gestured to the file.

He tossed an arm over her shoulder and leaned on her. Should she push his arm off? Elbow him? Take a step away? Let it be? How the heck would Blackbat react to this?

Jazz let her eyes glance to him and had to suppress a reaction to the red helmet under his other arm.

That's Red Hood!

Red Hood was in the batcave.

Oh, Ancients. Out of all of Batman's associates, why did it they have to be the shooty one.

"That's the case Replacement is working on. Are you helping him?"

Jazz nodded, feeling her jaw brush his arm. Please don't knock off the wig. Please, not the wig.

"Yes," Tuck cried from the coms, "I'm done get out of there." Jazz didn't need to be told twice. She took a step away from Red Hood. He let her go call out to Timberly on his own coms about the red herring case.

After removing the thumbdrive, Jazz managed to get to the stairs when RedHood's next question made her freeze.

"What do you mean you're with Cass? But, she's..." Jazz bloted. Red Hood curse followed her as she threw herself over the railing onto a platform with a bike on it. She landed in a roll.

Red Hood shot at her once missing as she got to her feet. Pulling a bobby pin from her hair, booked to the bike. Time to see if she can remember how Johnny hot wired that one bike he took her joyrideing on.

She threw a leg over the bike and saw that she didn't need to remember. The keys were in the bike. Why the heck were the keys in the ignition? Who just left them there? In Gotham?

Jazz didn't have time to think about it. She turned the bike on and zipped away. Red Hood fireing his gun at her.

She got halfway over the catwalk, leading to the exit when pain exploded over her right shoulder, almost jerking her off the bike. Ow, ow, ow her shoulder hurt. Getting shot sucks. How did Danny put up with this?

The bike swerved to the side as she recoiled from the pain, and Jazz had to swivel it back from almost going over the edge.

Red Hood took more shots at her till she made a turn around the cave's bend. Then alarms stared, blaring out.

"Get me out of here!" She barked at Tucker.

"On it. Okay, okay. I got the exit- ah shit."

"What?"

"I'm being hacked. Oh, they're good, but I'm better."

"Just keep the exit open."

"Consider it done."

Danny is a Chemistry teacher at Gotham Academy. His favorite student is Tim. He shocks the students by teaching and creating a Fear Antitoxin for the kids to learn as part of their curriculum.

Heir of a Tyrant

Upon discovering that Danny was the rightful inheritor of both the Crown of Fire and the Ring of Rage, Vlad executed a de-aging scheme by instructing Skulker to poison and attack Danny. The poison transformed Danny into a child, rendering him too young to claim the throne. As an older Halfa, Vlad intended to seize the position of Proxy and rule the zone with Danny as his ward. Jazz, however, could not allow this to happen and fled Amity Park with her newly-turned toddler brother. As Jazz attempted to flee, she landed in various cities, yet Vlad's followers persisted in their pursuit. Fortunately, even though the heroes typically disregarded Amity Park, they were now determined to safeguard them. From Wonder Woman and Superman to the Flash and even the Green Arrow and Black Canary, along with Martian Manhunter, they all came to their aid. It was heartwarming to see how ecstatic little Baby Danny was whenever an alien or space hero appeared, while he was utterly uninterested when a mundane hero was around. Green Lantern won him over by mentioning that he was a Space Police officer and part of the Airforce. Danny found nothing wrong with this Space is Space! Jazz believed that Wonder Woman was somewhere in the middle since Danny liked her but not as much as the Alien Heroes. Nonetheless, he did not detest her or find her dull. Jazz believes it might have something to do with Pandora. In a meeting of the Justice League, the heroes gathered to discuss recent events they had encountered. To their surprise, each of them had encountered a green monster that they had to fight. The alien heroes in attendance spoke about how cute the toddler was that they had seen, as well as his red-haired caretaker. This caught the attention of Wonder Woman, Superman, Green Arrow, Black Canary, and Martian Manhunter, who were surprised to hear about the others' encounters. Batman spoke up and asked why the monster was hunting the toddler and the babysitter. Shazam explained that they were beings from the Infinity Realm, and that he had heard about this place from the Gods. However, he suggested that John Constantine might know more. When John Constantine confirmed what Shazam had said, the group turned their attention to the captured Vulture, hoping to get some answers. They learned that the toddler was actually the heir of Pariah Dark Throne, and that the Ghost had been sent to capture him and bring him to their boss. Their boss wanted to take the toddler's crown and control the Realm for himself, by making himself Danny's guardian.

As they learned by Shazam, Zatanna and John's shocked faces, Pariah was a Evil Dark Tyrant that was sealed by Ancient for a good Reason too. And someone who wants to take his place would be the same, the most important thing at the moment would be to find the duo and protect them, and make sure that the Boy will not grow up to be a Tyrant or be used to take control of armies and realms.

All the Planning the Justice League and Justice League Dark did for the weeks, was to be kicked out as Bruce saw the tiny toddler Black Haired blue eyed toddler and just changed the whole plan to just adopt the Duo.

Phantom refuses and saying he's a supervillian not a lost puppy.

Turns out this was a part of Bruces plan however as Phantom now sees people all over tv talking about him and the Waynes and already considering him a new member of the family. They're even asking when there will be a face reveal. There was a reason he was wearing a mask! He. Is.. A. Villian. What about that do these people not get?!

Amity Park is a part of ______ Earth of the DCU. Activation of the Portal disconnected Everything within roughly a reasonable, but large number of miles out from the Portal itself. Both Elmerton and Amity were effected.

Major attacks that would have been noticed even with the Time delay were during major crisis events.

Danny experienced several weeks of paranoia the JLA was finally going to come to Amity Park after Technus took over the satellite, until Tucker helped him digitally backtrack its path and found it had been on the other side of the globe at the time.

Danny first meets Connor during Reality Trip. Between Florida and Gothapalooza Danny gets separated from Tucker and Sam. Danielle/Elle dragged him along to help.

"That's your dad!? He's like ten!" "I'm almost fifteen thanks and that's older than you!"

Connor thinks Danny and his friends are absolutely insane, but they also started parenting in his direction?

Sam is the one who talks to Connor about his flirting with older women (and women in general) and Connor learns he's actually uncomfortable with the way people talk about him sometimes.

"That's what that is?!" "Connor. Where does this Rex live? I just want to talk." "Danny No."

Elle is too excited about finding Connor and bonding over being clones, and is not subtle about it. Kon being so casual about it helps Elle come to terms with it much quicker herself, and it's not the coolest fucking thing.

"Danny?" "Y-yes Tucker?" "When were you planning on telling us Vlad was doing creepy cloning shit?!" "Uhhh..."

There's a lot of bonding by the time Reality Trip is over, there are only 5 people who remember it actually happened now. Connor now has a Dad, an Aunt, and an Uncle to go with the small ghost kid who adopted him as an Older Brother.

"Yeah, we're siblings by adoption now" *sniff* "They grow up so fast." "Danny stop being a dumbass" "Sam be nice to me, I'm developing empty nest syndrome as we speak."

Destabilized takes place a little differently as well. Connor is also falling apart, but not as badly as Elle.

Red Huntress Osiris Valerie is considered Mom by both clone children after this. Much to Phantom and Val's sputtered protests.

They come to an agreement on having a Permanent Truce and sharing custody. Val jokes about Child Support.

"Nu uh, These two have a Job." "They don't Pay Heroes, Phantom. I checked." "Uh, Connor has a manager, he and by extension Elle, absolutely get paid. Sam made sure of it." "None of us are old enough to sign a legal contract like that Phantom!" "Technically I'm considered over a thousand-year-old dead guy so.... also Sam is terrifying." "Point." "You are putting money in that account we made you both, right?" "Yes dad."

Valerie helps out when Undergrowth and Vortex take place back to back. Danny does NOT have to hang around Vlad because he bites a bullet and tells Valerie his secret, and they hang out instead with vastly improves his mood over all.

Val is also the one to point out maybe he's moodier lately because of the weather, like how he got all icy before Undergrowth.

Danny is still not happy with the implication his core is Malleable and adjusts to nearby threats, so he's better equipped to fight. Frostbite confirms Danny's core is what they consider 'Primordial'

This is not better

Unlike a regular normal average Plasma Core, Or a cool regular Specialized Core (Like Ice) this means it could take between five minutes from Now or twenty billion years to solidify into a final state.

"Oh ancients." "Ah, yes. One day you will join their ranks, I'm sure." "I refuse to unpack that. I am burning the suitcase. Thanks Frostbite!" "You're welcome, Great One! Do not forget to come back for another check up in six months time!"

This is when Danny learns about being Ghost Prince.

He is not excited. There IS good news!

He doesn't have to deal with that bullshit, bc Pariah is still technically "Alive" and so still King. So unless Danny goes through and Ends him or Pariah decides to Fade naturally into the next cycle of yadda yadda, he'll just be Heir to the Crown, Prince of the Realms.

Bad News, Danny still has to learn shit.

This is not Bad News, he fucking loves it. Danny tells his parents he's half ghost and a fucking Prince and wants to graduate early and do online classes, so he can also work on his duties to the Realms at the same time.

They work it out. Danny actually tests out enough when doing College Shit he doesn't have to take most basic courses and just has these credits.

Danny is confused how he's the most surprised person in the room about this. He did not expect it to go this well.

Surprise, Danny, you're a fucking genius from a family of genius'.

Vlad has been weirdly quiet.

There are a LOT of things Danny is able to do to help the Realms heal without being King. This is great! Sure he can't do official things like Declare War, or say, Deal with the Ancients Damned G.I.W but he CAN convince most of the rowdier inhabitants to stay in the Realms or within Amity Park.

This is Great. He's going to get a Good Grade in being Ghost Prince. Which is something you can achieve and perfectly normal to want.

The Box Ghost steals Pandora's Box.

Pros: Danny now has a giant six-armed Ancient, who's decided he's adorable and is going to learn combat and military tactics.

He now has a Ghost Mom.

Pandora and Maddie gang up on him if he skips meals or sleeping for any reason. They are a terrifying combination.

Jack, Technus, and Skulker are not allowed to be left unsupervised. (Tucker and Sam do not count as Supervision because Sam will test the contraption and Tucker will yell "Do a flip." right before disaster.)

Vlad is not found in Amity or Wisconsin.

Danny has his 16th Birthday/2nd Deathday.

The two almost cancel each other out, meaning Danny is stuck with severe Chest Pain for most of the day, but he doesn't relive the accident, and he counts that as a win.

It's still a gr8 day. The cake doesn't even come to life. (or the rest of the food, thank you Lunch Lady)

Danny wakes up sore the next day and finds his parents dead in the kitchen.

Vlad is still missing.

The investigation finds it was a normal murder. Someone shot both Jack and Maddie Fenton six hours before Danny woke that morning.

Their names are not found recorded in the Archives.

Danny and Jazz are slightly comforted that they didn't seem to have suffered, at least.

Jazz finds a journal in their mother's things. Their Original Birth Certificates are found in it and a photo of their parents, and an oddly familiar person that isn't Vlad, stapled to genetic test results.

Danny learns he's only half siblings with Jazz.

Wilder, the journal, lists the only possible person who could be Danny's biological match is the other man in the picture.

Vlad is still out there somewhere.

Tucker manages to drag Danny out of his Funk by breaking the tense quiet with; "Damn dude, you have, like, another half sibling and like six others adopted. We're lucky you haven't found more clones." "Ancients, is Empty Nest genetic?" "Excuse me! Elle found Connor and brought him home."

Danny fails to avoid thinking about the four others that he couldn't save before they melted into puddles.

He does manage to avoid thinking about just how many others before that there may have been.

An attempt is made on Danny's life.

Four Times.

The fifth nicks his core.

Danny doesn't make it home before he's attacked again.

Vlad finally shows his face.

Stalemate.

Vlad is his usual condescending self. Something Is Wrong. He's not gloating or going into a monologue.

Danny retreats and makes it in time for Jazz to activate the halfa proofed shield, but not before he feels something latch onto his back, between his shoulder blades.

The compact Plasmius Maximus activates. Danny is forced human.

Dp x Dc AU: Jazz Fenton, after years of fixing her brother’s injuries, becomes a Doctor with an inclination towards behavioral health and psychology- In order to make the difference she wants to see in the world she joins Dr. Leslie Thompkin’s practice. 

Jazz Fenton, M.D. has spent years of her life doing research, doing the hard work and the emotional labor, and finally, finally, she’s joining a practice she can feel 100% confident in. She’s goddamn good doctor and she wants to make the biggest impact that she can. 

Dr. Thompkins (who insists that she call her Leslie as they’re colleagues now), is a kind woman, sharp as a tack and keeps her practice open at odd hours to help the most unfortunate. It took some time for them to bond and trust to be built, but now Jazz is being allotted a few night shifts here and there. 

It’s incredible. Jazz gets to spend time with the kids who come in and really talk to them (in addition to getting them antibiotics, heating pads and pokemon themed bandaids) to help equip them with a few coping skills. Her passion for psychology never disappeared after all, but the expansive knowledge of how to heal the human body has made her find a sense of fulfillment like no other.

Having proven herself and worn Leslie down, Jazz now takes up about 1/3 of all the night shifts in the month. She’s hoping to get to 50/50 by the end of the year but she’s content with what she has. Danny keeps odd hours anyway so calling him after work on her walk home can happen any time of day and he will always answer enthusiastically. 

It’s a particularly busy night before he comes in. The Red Hood. 

He was known for being an ally to Leslie, despite being on contentious terms with the Bats, but Jazz had never asked directly. Never one to turn away a patient with bullet hole wounds, she hops into action to get his wounds cleaned, sewed up and gauze wrapped. She’s handing him a sheet (an Infographic! Dani made it with her! Graphic design is her passion!) on how to care for his wounds when he first seems to recognize that she’s not Leslie. 

“No, Of course not. I’m Dr. Fenton. I can’t blame you for not remembering but I did introduce myself as you bled in the entry way. You’re Red Hood, right?” 

“Hm. Didn’t realize the practice was expanding. Where can I find-” He grumbles before pushing her hand aside from where she had still been supporting his shoulder.

“Hold on there, mister. You’re going home, you’re following this infographic and you’re going to get some sleep.” 

“Lady you don’t know-” His voice modulated ton came across antagonistically. As if he was trying to intimidate her. Ha, Jazz rolls her eyes at the inclination.

“Who I’m talking to? Who I’m dealing with? You’re hilarious. I can eat you vigilante’s hero complexes for breakfast. Tell me who I’m calling to pick you up and then you can say thank you.” Jazz snaps at him. It really had been a long night but his whole dialogue thus far is making her a bit batty. 

“Oh really Doc? You know Leslie’s tough shit, and from what I can tell you’ve got nothing on her-” 

“Trying to make me feel insufficient when I just saved your life? That’s cute. I’m sure a lifetime of abandonment by both of your parental figures gave you that. I’m also sure that you inherited this desire to prove you’re not going to be dependent on anyone who wants to help from whoever got you dressing up in tights to fight crime in the first place. Again, I’d love to talk at length about how predictable you-” 

“Bwah- wait- I’m Predictable? You’re probably some nepobaby who had parents who told her she could have the world-” But Jazz cuts him off with hysterical laughter- he couldn’t be further from the truth. Her parents loved her, but nepotism? With what, the ghosts? If anything she got that from Danny, but he doesn’t need to know about her ghostly titles. 

“You’re just some guy who came back from the dead and made his trauma everyone else’s issue. So shut it. And tell me how I’m getting you home from this clinic.” She seethes though her voice stays devastatingly level with each word. 

Speechless for a moment, he eventually relents to Jazz that he’s already called for help on the comms but it will be hours before they can come for a pick up. The sun had already come up and the night had been over for most of them before Hood had walked into trouble. She groans and the realizes the time for herself and the empty clinic around them.

“Fine. My shift just ended anyway. I’ll get you home in one piece and I swear to all the ancients that you’d better follow the directions on the infographic.” 

And that’s how Jazz ended up calling her brother while supporting the weight of a grown ass man (who no longer wanted to talk to her) on her walk home. 

The next time Red Hood appears in her clinic, he’s brought a dozen roses in addition to the cut on his neck that definitely needs to be pressurized like ASAP. Did he stop for the flowers on his way to the clinic? He’s going to pass out from blood loss! She doesn’t even like roses!

DP X DC Like Father Like Son

Danny and Tim had been dating for a year or so now, and after having moved in together Tim loves his boyfriend to bits with one singular complaint.

He never remembers to use the fucking door.

See, Danny had never been particularly shy about his meta status, he'd been taking his little 'shortcuts' through walls for long before Tim had met him. Tim knew he saw the laws of physics as somewhat optional, but he just couldn't understand how someone who had grown up till their teenage years a completely average human could so often have reality slip his mind.

So when he goes over to the Fenton family home for Thanksgiving week and sees his boyfriend's father absentmindedly kool-aid man his way through the public library's exterior wall, Danny's behavior suddenly started to make a lot more sense.

Respawn had no idea who this guy was. He had woken up on the forest floor somewhere after a fight with Robin that had admittedly ended poorly for both of them.

All his wounds were bandaged and looked after. He wasn't even in pain! A rare luxury indeed. Looking over he saw a guy around his own age cooking some fish over an open flame. The other teen, as if feeling eyes on him, turned toward Respawn and smiled.

"I hope you like green onions." He said, motioning towards the plate stacked high with the vegetable, "They're the only edible thing I could find."

The day dragged on with the guy-Danny- playing nursemaid and insisting to take care of Respawn as he recovered, even going so far as to cut his food for him. Hes pretty sure Danny would have fed him himself if he had struggled anymore with handling the stick the fish was on.

Blessedly his enhanced healing factor ensured that he wasn't down for too long and he could take care of himself. He couldn't bring himself to be annoyed with Danny though. He was actually rather grateful.

When Respawn asked why Danny was out here in the wilderness he sheepishly told him about how his mad scientist parents had made a portal to another dimension and had tried to create a portal gun for portable access to said dimension. They were showing it to him, his sister and his two friends when something went wrong and the gun went off, sucking them all into the new portal. He woke up in the forest alone.

Looking back on thier past conversations, Repawn decided that it made sense. It would explain why Danny didn't know what a meta human was or that they had rights protecting them. Danny had been so excited when he had told him and immediately began using his unholy number of powers to help them survive in the wild.

Aka Danny, Jazz, Maddie, Jack, Sam, and Tucker are all thrown into the DC universe and all of them have been separated and are worried sick about the others and trying to find them
