Beyond the Stars - Fix It Journaling Session #1
Hey, hi, hello. How is everyone today? I've been working on a fix it fic for Voltron for near a decade now, and I just want people to know that the amount of research I put in just to make my writing the least bit confident will show through. I will say this right now that the fix it fic does have an OC in it, as well as ocxcanon. I apologize if you do not like content like this, but it's something that has been healing my abuse victim self for a while.
Here's some stuff that I came up with recently:
Shiro is bisexual - it is not only mentioned, but shown
Alisha exists - she is a fan character who is Shiro’s childhood best friend who eventually joins the team as an engineer and navigator
Shiro was born February 29, 2292, which is actually a leap year
Alisha is one year younger than him, making her born February 13, 2293
The story, instead of taking place in 2314, takes place 2317
Shiro will not die in season 2, rather be transported to another dimension
The clone does show up as a way for the Galra to track Voltron
There are differences between the actual Shiro’s personality and the clone
Alisha is the first to notice - due to her knowing Shiro like the back of her hand
Keith is the second to be suspicious due to how close he was with Shiro
Shiro Alone will follow the real Shiro in another dimension
Alisha and Keith find out where the real Shiro is, and Alisha tries her hardest to modify the red lion in order to have the ability to cross dimensions
Season 5 Episode 3 is the point where I started disliking the show. This is where the majority of the fixes start for my fanfic project. I can't promise that it'll make sense with the canon, but that's what fix it fics are for.
I'm literally four minutes into the episode and realizing that... yes... this is where the snowball on top of the mountain starts. This is when the show gets bad.

The things I do for a silly little Voltron fix it fic...
Is the first draft of chapter 3 of my fic done? No. Is the second draft of chapter 2 done? No. Am I still going to brainstorm a plot for my fanfiction regardless of my work schedule that I imposed on myself? Yes.
A voice suddenly breaks through his memories of what feels like forever ago which makes Peter snap back to the present, and it takes everything in him to not start webbing in all directions to find Beck and get him to stop.
Because seeing the lake house is one thing.
But hearing that voice…it’s on a whole other level of messed up.
Peter has to remind himself though it’s not Beck, he killed himself.
Beck is dead.
He’s dead.
It can’t possibly be him creating that voice.
And his Spidey sense tells him it's safe.
Nothing is adding up. If it’s not Beck then who is it? Peter slightly turns but stops when he hears the voice again, rougher and on edge this time.
“I said don’t move, what do you have cotton in your ears? You have two seconds to tell me who the hell you are and why you’re wearing that suit before I blow you into a million tiny pieces.”
Peter physically pales as his legs grow weak.
Notpossiblenotpossiblenotpossible.
This can’t be real.
This couldn’t be happening.
Peter is fully convinced he’s been killed by that purple ravine because what else but death can explain why he’s hearing this voice behind him?
What else but death can explain this view?
Maybe his death is meant to be a torturous one. Just like his dreams he is doomed to live in a never-ending loop of hearing the voices of his loved ones, seeing them, but none of them looking at Peter with the same warmth he had.
His head feels like it’s spinning a mile a minute and his breath was…is he breathing? Yes, he is. In out. In out.
Against his better judgment, Peter turns around not listening to what the voice had threatened to do at all. He needs to know, although a part of him doesn’t want to turn, because how cruel would it be for nothing but empty space to be in its place? He needs to know why a voice he hasn’t heard in two years can suddenly be speaking behind him. How that person can be there when the last time they saw each other was on a battlefield, right before one of them snapped their fingers for the entire universe and has been resting in the ground ever since.
Peter doesn’t know what he’s expecting.
He hopes the person will be real, but he is never that lucky, not with his infamous Peter luck.
Maybe that’s why he can’t contain the audible gasp that slips past his lips at seeing Tony Stark standing only a few feet away.
He’s alive.
He’s alive.
Mr. Stark is alive.

So I had a dream:
*Azi and Crowley discussing/ fighting after all the stuff that happened and they can talk in peace*
*crowley expecting an apology etc and nearly screamed at azi*
Azi: "but.. It was my First"
Crowley: "Wot -" (are you talking about now again?!)
Azi: "It was my first kiss, Crowley"
*silence*
Azi: "And you pressed it on me. Without- (asking me?) Without love. Just.. just fear.
Crowley looks at him with an untitled expression, not sure what to say. In his eyes, he gave him all the love he could ever give.
Azi: "Fear of being abandoned. Of being alone. Like you felt you always were."
Crowley wants to say something and his mouth opens, behind his glasses building up a small tear-
Azi: "But I was there. You were never completely alone. And you know that. *He gets quiet* I did not deserve that.
I- *voice shaking* forgave you for kissing me.. like this - (in a hurry, without content and with nearly only desperation).
Crowley: "You didn't even listen to me back then, huh?"
*He takes off the sunglasses, first time in presence of the angel since the kiss. But he doesn't look at him. He's cleaning them with a small peace of fabric - looking down, eyebrows raised*
Crowley: "I wanted you to be with me. You didn't quite listen, did ya? I had already lost you! In your angel head you were already decorating your new Office in Heaven! I-"
*fastly puts sunglasses back on to look at Azi. Sees him there - finally listening. He seems to be able to understand it this time.
He takes them off again. Eye meets eye*
Crowley: "Maybe I was desperate. I mean- who wouldn't, if.. ugh.. if maybe the. The love of your life, perhaps - I couldn't let you go. After all I knew, heaven didn't want to treat you right! - you didn't know what happened in heaven, what happened to Gabriel!"
And then my dream faded, I am sorry.
But I feel like this was an healing experience after the ending of Season 2.
I need a fix-it fic where the Hargreeves siblings all pack their bags and kill Reggie. Breaking and entering, kidnapping, murder - the whole chabang (bonus point if it’s a bit gory) . The rest of the series could be them getting away with it. Revenge on their abuser is the closure that they needed.
