i nearly finished an art project and it's so close- but i've lost any and all interest in working on it. But it's so close to being done. This is torture. I'll finish it. But I want to do something else. But it's so fucking close to being done.
School essays are difficult because they want me to write something boring about apologetics but all I want to do is write a 14 paragraph well worded essay about the Hero’s Journey and how Simon Snow follows it and takes divergences off it. The second would be taking a look at what happens after that journey ends for other heroes and those around them, focused on picking up the pieces of when the hero’s story ends, using Wayward Son as a main source. Finally, the third would be about allegory and it’s affect on the story of the Simon Snow Trilogy. Instead, I am fated to write a 3 page essay on if gods are all the same.

actually ruining my life - last month i had a REALLY important final criminology exam, and i didn’t study for it for the months leading up to it because i was like ‘noo i wanna write’ bitch i didn’t write OR study 🤬 EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION CAN KISS MY FUCKIN ASS
7 pm, still in class but have long since given up so I’m figuring out Krita with a jango & Jaster doodle

First one was the first time I drew earth humanlike, that's why he's got like a billion flags on his chest cuz I didn't know what to do 💀 (also the last time I draw the exact same pose with him 😔🙏)
Also Uranus is supposed to be wearing one of those drawing gloves, but I'm incapable of making clear drawings
And Luna is wearing those nasa blue space jumpers lol

Every time I go to draw something I go “hey! I should color this” and then that leads to “hey! I should shade this” and then I fall into the trap of “hey! I should texture this” and suddenly I’m three days deep fucking finger painting in procreate because I’m too broke for an updated Apple Pencil that will pair with my iPad and I’ve decidedly bit off far more than I can chew because I’m trying to fully render something, and then on day four I start looking at it sideways and going “I don’t even know if I like this anymore.” And I don’t even know if it’s worth posting it at that point.
trying to give an angsty fic a happy ending as someone who loves angst more than anything:
right now im going on a vacation with family who im not out too yet, and it is so hard to not say "REALLY?on PRIDE month" everytime an inanimate object doesn't work how its supposed too
me using 99.99% of my brain capacity to cook up multiple fan event cards while also designing a yuusona for myself (the 00.01% is for school or whatever ig…)

I’m not dyslexic, but I swear I just had the biggest dyslexic moment of my life!
We have a cooler, like a Starbucks cooler in the house. Been there for years, I noticed that one of the trays are missing……
I sit there and I’m like: “I swear something is missing…..the platform? Stand? Thingy? White thingy??”
My dad in the corner: “What are you talking about?”
Me: “the thingy the things sit on?”
Me now noticing the missing tray, Dad: “you mean the counter top?”
Me: “YES, wait no, the thing!”
Dad: “the bar stool??”
Me: “YEESSss……wait? Noooo, it’s the, the, the thingy….the thingy!! *points aggressively at the tray sitting on the bar stool*”
Dad: “🤨 the Tray?”
Me: “YESSS THAT, the tray, that’s what I was trying to say!”
