Despair.
When despair felt like the best alternative to happiness, it was easier said than done to try and improve. The world was how it was going to be and there was very little I could do to change it… let alone the circumstance I was put inside.
Assistance was something I could only hope for.
Friendship wasn’t likely.
Love isn’t common.
Life never played in my favor. Almost like some story being written as the days went on—nothing was planned, just improvised for someone else’s enjoyment.
All the despair I feel from a life not lived has caught up. This life should have control, maybe I should try after so long.
Today will be the day
My anxiety seems not to work when I'm tired, so I'm queuing this while I'm unable to convince myself to not.
So this is a scene between my MCs in A Fourth Dimension Reality where Cassie (the one being "annoying") is making all these comments to the short fuse Larson. I love this dynamic so much lol

It's from a old unfinished dystopia in which Cassie (left) has the ability to shape reality. Curil (right) ends up involved by a means he doesn't fully know or understand.
Neither of the two get why they were chosen after the world essentially ended, but their journey should answer some questions.
Best thing about this is the fact that the lack of color work here. When I was writing this story, it appeared in black and white or monotone for one reason or another.
After 2 years prior to creating her, I finally drew my main OC, Chili C Pepper! She’s just my main OC and the reason I made my username that, but I don’t look like her at all and she’s not my sona, either.
Just saw the CUTEST outfit at the uni campus, HAD to take a pic! Main character vibes.

More character sheets for another Minecraft fic but based on Tangled this time!
I ended up creating a whole magic system, world, and mythology that was so far removed from both Minecraft and Tangled that I just made it an original story, but with those two elements as a base.
Omg this is so true though. Marinette is an awful and creepy main character. I’ve seen so many fans rewrite miraculous 100x better than the original writers. I love Veronica but morally she is never questioned and has no consequences for her actions.
I feel like so many shows make the worst people the main character and rely on people rooting for them just bc they're the main character

Once upon a time - Emma Swan screws Regina over billions of times (if you put up your child for a closed adoption, that means you can't go steal him back because his new mum is a bit mean to you??) but whenever Regina is an asshole back (or a lot of the time when she didn't do anything) she's the "evil character"
How I met your mother - Ted Mosby is full of himself, never developed as a character and doesn't really care about any of his friends feelings.
Batman - Bruce himself. What the fuck, why does he treat his kids like that??? Tim's 16th birthday? In some older comics he punched Dick? Also he's a ✨billionaire✨ in a city that's such a mess and never tried to help with that (to my knowledge)
Heathers - Veronica is a bad person that acts like she's amazing. No one in this is really meant to be a fully good person though so moving on.
Hazbin Hotel - I know I'm meant to root for Charlie's dream but holy shit can she stay out of other people's business for once? Her "rehabilitation" is peer pressure from an adult woman who acts like she's 12
Miraculous Ladybug - Marinette is a literal stalker. She's such a an awful person and I swear every season I've watched she's got worse. Just because you're a "hero" doesn't mean your life is more important than someone else's
Most Alice Osman books - Angel from IWBFT, Francis from radio silence, I forgot her name because I didn't get that far in but the girl from loveless, all drive me crazy. They're so self centered (Francis sees someone crying and immediately makes it about her?)
Also Ted from the lorax (self centered and a bit creepy), Harry Potter (billionare wizard chad), Mirabel from encanto (self centered and victim complex) and most anime protagonists
And there are a bunch of shows where the asshole main characters are intentional they still get so much more development than these people (blitz from Helluva boss, the main character in doki doki literature club, etc)

I wanna be the main character but realistically I know that I am, at best, the weird love interest and/or best friend that only queer kids identify with.
Or I'm the one red shirt that you could see was gonna die from a mile away and when it happens you're not even sad about it.
