(What IF I meet Cal Kestis again, but this time we’re older and we’re in college!)
(Just made this last year…wanting to share it of course!)

Rating: G for…LOTS OF FLUFF!
I was dreading for this day to arrive. Apparently, for one of my classes, I am forced to go to campus to take this Biology survey of some kind. Even though doing it at home seemed more appropriate, my professor can be very annoying sometimes. I already have my ID badge with me as I step out of the car. I close the door, waving bye to my dad as I watch him drive off. I vaguely remember what my professor had told us in the email she sent a few days ago. I think we had to go to room 143 in building K. I wasn’t counting on it but I pushed all that aside as I marched my way to the front doors of the main campus building. In the main lobby sit two women, having the jobs of being receptionists. I go up, smiling shyly as one of the women notices me and smile back. “Hi! How can I help you?”, I boomeranged the same greeting. “Do you know where room 143 is?”, I see the woman point to the doors behind me. “That is at building D…across the way from here…”, “Thank you…”, “You’re welcome!”, I left out of there, making my way to the building of building D. Along the way, I see a good amount of people outside, especially in the courtyard that I just walked by. I enter the building seeing the room numbers start in the 130s. I walk up these stairs and come upon room numbers that start in the 140s. I walk just a little further to come upon room 143! I enter the room, seeing my fellow classmates and familiar faces I only seen on screen waiting around. Just as I took a seat, the professor walks, greeting everyone with her smile. “Hi everyone! Good morning! I know this may seems out of context for a lot of you, but I would just like to see personally on how your results are on the Biology survey…so please, follow me…”, Everyone gets up at the same time as I take a look to the see the professor leave the room.
We follow her to the computer lab, with people taking their seats. I took my seat, seeing a log in screen displayed on the monitor. Thank goodness I packed my password book with me! “Okay, now, I want everyone to log on and log into our class website, and we’ll go from there…”, I hear everyone type away on their computers as I type away on mines.
*TIMESKIP*
After what seemed like forever, I had finally took that Biology survey! The professor told us this was the only time we would be called to campus. Everything else is back online. I am just exiting the building, walking down this pathway when I notice a familiar guy sitting at this table by himself. Red-gingery hair, lean muscular body, casual dressing. That can’t be. I walk over, each step feeling heavier than the last. Just as I gotten near, the guy swiftly turns around, like as if he was expecting me. He smiles a smug smile. “Stalking’s rude…”, My eyes widen, not believing at who I was looking at. It was Cal Kestis—from Golden Serria High School. “Cal? Is that you?”, I had to asl, still not knowing if it was him or not. The beard he’s currently growing was throwing me off. Cal’s smile widens as he stands to his feet to face me. “Yeah…hey Lauryn!”, Not sure how or why, but I felt butterflies when he said my name. “Wha-what are you doing h-here?”, I stuttered slightly, seeing Cal was taking in amusement of how surprised I was being here right now.
“You know me, just doing college stuff…you?”, I nod in response, gesturing out my arms. “I’m doing college stuff too…I’m actually chasing a degree that deals with office stuff…”, Cal raises his brows slightly. “Really! Huh…well, hopefully you get your degree…I’m rooting for you…”, I smile, feeling shy as I look to the ground for a moment before looking back at him. “Thanks…are you by chance chasing anything?”, Cal rubs his neck in a nervous manner as he sits back down on the bench of the table. “Just a certificate in Welding…it’s nothin’ special…”, “Cool! You’ll be done in no time…”, Cal looks up to me, smiling widely. “Heh…yeah…true that…are you about to leave?”, I look behind to see some people from my class were walking to the special parking deck Littlerock Technical School had built recently. “I mean…kinda…I’m about to call my parents actually for them to come pick me up…my dad to be exact…”, Cal stands up from the table, grabbing a hold of his bag laying near his feet.
“Well, I can take you home…if you want me to…”, Now I feel my heart start to race. Take me? Home? In a car? My parents will freak the second that they hear I’m coming home in a stranger’s car! Not that Cal’s a stranger. I look to him, scrunching my eyebrows at him. “What, you drive or something?”, Cal takes out his keys from inside his bag, jiggling them in front of me. I can’t help but smile faintly. “Hmm—can you show me…?”, “Sure, follow me…”, Cal starts to walk on ahead, with me following after him, all the way to the parking deck. He takes out his ID card as I take out mine as well to show the guard lady as she had let us through. Cal takes hold of his keys, pressing on this button to make his car unlock, with the car making a beeping sound. I stand in front of it, noticing it was a black Jeep crossroad mix. I stand there to watch Cal open the door to toss his bag inside. He quickly closes it as he comes up to me, seeing I was in a trance. He helps by knocking me out of it, nudging my arm, with my face feeling like it’s on fire.
“You gonna call your parents or what?”, “Oh! Yeah! That! Sorry…”, I quickly take out my phone, calling my mom to see if she would pick up. A few rings in my ear and she does. After the mildly irritating conversation I had with her, she becomes forthright and allows me to come home in a “familiar friend’s” car. And of course, she tells me this will be only a one-time thing. I hang up and shove my phone back into my pocket, turning around to face Cal, who had a worried look on his face the whole time. “So? What did she say?”, “She said it’s okay!”, “Alright! Let’s go…”, Cal goes to the driver’s side, hopping in as I follow after, into the passenger’s side. Just as he starts the engine, my heart starts to race a little again. I look over to Cal, who was so seemingly calm. I haven’t seen Cal in YEARS, and this is how he repays me—by taking me home. During the drive, I couldn’t take my eyes off his new haircut. “I see you trimmed your head a little…”, I see Cal stopped at this red light we came upon as he quickly combs through his hair. “Do you like it?”, “Of course! Yeah! It suits you!”, I couldn’t help but laugh at my own answer as Cal laughs along with me.
Going down the highway, I was keeping my eyes glued for the exit. At the halfway point, that’s when I noticed it. “Here! Turn here!”, Cal nods to me, making the turn. I glance around to see I was right for making that turn as I could see the side shops and the mall just down the road. I directed him a few more times until I noticed we were getting close to my home. Just pulling up and into the driveway, Cal takes out this piece of paper and hands it to me. “Here’s my number—so we’ll keep in touch…”, I calmly take it from him, trying to refrain myself from screaming. “Thanks…I’ll uh…try to text you when I can…”, Cal smiles as he exists the car, walks over to my side, and opens the door for me like a gentleman would. I step out, not helping myself as I hug on him around his neck. He was stiff for a moment, ut he was able to hug me back, around my middle. I release myself from him, smiling to him as I feel warmer than usual in my cheeks as Cal smiles back. He gets back into his Jeep mix, waving goodbye one last time as I watch him pull away and drive off, hoping I cross paths with him again. Someday!

Imagine: Shadow saving you from a suicide attempt…
(Shadow the Hedgehog X Fem reader!)
(SHORT! A DRABBLE!)
Rating: PG-13 for…Angst, attempted suicide but very fluffy towards the end!
(Don’t read if you have/had trauma like this before!)
(Not sure why I wanted to create this…for awareness??? I guess???)
Normally you would be at home, wanting to rest of course and maybe have some time with Shadow. But no. You were stuck here in your corner office, busying yourself with mundane work of filing papers. It was getting tiresome as you were hoping for Shadow to come rescue you. But no. He was busy, forced to be fighting alongside with G.U.N soldiers somewhere. You sigh to yourself as you see the clock, the hand almost hitting 9. You were tired. But that could also be your depression. Your boss comes out of nowhere and notices your mood. “Hey…what’s wrong?”, You look to your boss as you shake your head. “I’m needing to go home…”, Your boss nods in understanding. “We’ll have Karl take it from here…go home and rest…you look like you need it…”, You could only nod in response as you watch your boss walk back to his office.
Your mind was screaming for rest. You log off on everything as you start getting ready to leave. But as you left the office building, you can’t help but feel your depression worsening, with all these kinds of thought rushing in your mind: “Am I enough? Am I enough for Shadow? Does he even CARE about me? Does he still want me?”. These thoughts had grown louder, making their presence known. You continue walking down this sidewalk you were on, seeing all the cars zooming back and forth on the street beside you. You can’t help also but have this sense that nobody wants you around…not even Shadow. This voice in your head was screaming for you to jump off a platform somewhere as you make your way to this abandoned building that was across the street. You make your way to the top, seeing there was nobody around. You step on the edge of the roof, seeing it was good distance down to the ground of concrete that lays just below you.
You could feel your heart racing as you sigh a shaky breath, still hearing those thoughts rushing in your mind. Out of nowhere, you hear a sound behind you as if someone had teleported. You crane your head over to see it was Shadow himself. Shadow had a feeling he knew what was going on as he stands there, his arms folded as he stares at you. “What are you doing?”, He asks you, his brows furrowing a little. You can’t help but feel your tears forming as you turn around to fully face him. “I need to know…do you still care?”, Shadow of course doesn’t answer as he continues staring. Shadow does care, he just doesn’t show it. You take notice of his silence as your feet shuffle closer to the edge. Shadow sees this as he too steps closer to you. He extends his hand for you to take.
“Take my hand…”, He tells you, but all you could do was stare at it. That voice was nagging you to jump. It was growing louder as you shuffled even more to edge, before losing your footing and falling off the roof. Shadow, with his quick reflexes, uses his teleportation power to teleport from the roof to you, quickly teleporting you safely to the ground. During the time, memories of Maria flash through his mind. He didn’t want you to end up like her…dead. And his instincts had kicked in. Shadow kneels in front of you, making sure you weren’t injured. He wipes some of your tears that were streaming down your cheeks. “Don’t ever do that again…”, He whispers to you, his voice stern but gentle, hoping you would understand his words. You could only nod as he nods back to you. He picks you up bridal-style, your weight being nothing to him as he teleports you to your apartment.
He sets you down on the couch, making sure you were comfortable and not shaken up still. He usually doesn’t display affection towards you, especially around people, but he gives you a very light kiss on the forehead, his gloved hand running through your hair before disappearing. You could feel the exhaustion start to slowly creep onto you as your eyes droop close. When morning came, you stir up to find Shadow standing by, seeing he had watched you sleep for some time. You sit up as you smile at him, in which he returns it faintly. “Do you feel alright?”, he asks you, walking over to you. You sit up fully as you nod to him. “Yeah…”, Shadow nods back, taking your hand in his. “I promise I’ll be there for you more…I may not be around, but I’m still here…if you’re needing anything, just ask…”, You smile more at Shadow’s words as you kneel in front of him to embrace him. He was stiff for a moment, but he was able to hug you back.
After you released him, you could see his faint smile grow wider. He places a light kiss to your forehead again, his gloved hand resting on your cheek as he nods to you, acknowledging that you have fully recovered. He gives you one last look, letting you know that he’s off to do other things before teleporting away. You can’t help but feel satisfied as you make your way to your room to gather your thoughts, refreshing yourself before proceeding to go out, hoping to get your mind straighter, willing to see another day, willing to be with Shadow until the end of time!

Dagan’s Proposal to You??? 💍
(Made this short drabble cuz I was bored!)
(Dagan Gera X Fem Reader!)
(I don’t think ANYONE has done this…so I went on ahead and did it!)
(KINDA SHORT!)
Rating: G for…FLUFF!
The sun was just above the horizon of Tanalorr. You exit the hut you and Dagan share as you take in the morning surroundings. You try to spot on where Dagan went, since you woke up to his absence. You make your way down this pathway to the Jedi Temple, finding him by the entrance. Walking closer to him, he takes notice of you as he smiles. You smile back to him. “Hey…”, He nods to you in acknowledgement. “Hey…I wanted to show you something…”, Your curiosity peaks as you watch him extend his hand to you. You can’t help but take it as he leads you away from the temple and down this pathway that led to this garden. You were in awe, seeing all the different kinds of flowers and plants. Dagan pauses, letting go of your hand for a moment as he bends down to pick a flower, turning to you with a smile as he places in behind your ear. You could feel your butterflies swarm as you smile to him. He steps closer to you, taking hold on both of your hands as he turns serious. “I’m wanting to talk to you about something…something that’s been on my mind for a while now…”, You nod to him as you wait for him to speak. You can’t help but feel that there may be something really big on his mind.
He takes a moment before looking fully at you, with his brows furrowing. “I need you to know…that I will always protect you, even if it means sacrificing myself…”, He squeezes into your hands as he takes another breath. “…and…you are the most beautiful woman I have ever laid eyes on…next to Santari…nothing could ever be compared between the two of you…”, Your heart is skipping a million miles a minute as you continue listening to him. “And I just want you to know that I want to spend the rest of my days with you…not out of want, but out of need, because I cannot live without you…”, Dagan slowly kneels onto the ground, one of his hands going to take something out from his little belt pocket…it was a small golden colored ring.
Your heart is melting at this point as he gently takes your hand to make you hold the ring as well. “So please…will you marry me? Will you be my wife?”, You could feel your tears sting your eyes as you gasp at this. You can’t help but quickly kneel down to his level, swooping into him for a hug. “Yes Dagan! Yes!”, Dagan instantly returns the hug, squeezing you gently as he too was getting teary eyed. He releases you, taking your hand again as he slips the ring onto your finger. You felt your butterflies flutter around as you hug on him again. “How should we call each other now?”, You whisper that into his ear as he whispers back, “Mr. and Mrs.?”, You chuckle at his words as you release him. “Seems fine by me…”,
You rest a hand on his cheek. “Just promise me one thing…”, Dagan nods for you to continue. “Promise me you’ll be by my side…no matter what…”, Dagan smiles confidently as he rests his hand against yours. “I will do everything in my power…Mrs. Gera…”, You smile at how he addressed you. He leans in slightly as he glances at your lips. “May I?”, You giggle at his politeness as you nod. “I thought you never asked…Mr. Gera…”, In an instant, he closes the gap, pressing his lips against yours, as you can’t help but kiss him back. Having Dagan propose to you has never felt this satisfying as you are hoping for a bright future with him, with you being Dagan’s wife.
The End!❤️
I hope you liked it!
Cal Kestis & Aloy: A Crossover story!
(Horizon Forbidden West X Star Wars Jedi Survivor)
(LONG!)
Rating: PG-13 for…brief action, brief violence and fluff!
Cal slowly wakes up tied up to this wooden post. He takes upon realization that he was captured. His eyes adjusted to see three armored men surrounding him. They were Tenakth. He takes note of them wearing the same-colored armor. “From a tribe? Of some kind?”, a thought goes through his mind. One of the Tenakth soldiers slowly steps up and points a spear at him. “You’re not from here, outlander…so you best start talking!”, Cal flinches a little as he stares at the spear. “Easy…I don’t mean any harm!”, Before the Tenakth solider could do anything, an arrow comes flying into his skull. Cal flinches at the sight as he watches him fall to the ground. The others quickly met their fate as well as Cal looks over to see who had saved him. Approaching was a red-haired woman….red hair just like his but lighter and longer. A slender figure along with a weapon of a bow in her hands. It was the famed Machine hunter, Aloy.
She comes up to take notice of Cal, being wary as she takes an arrow, slinging it onto her bow as she aims it at him. “Who are you?”, She asked, her voice sounding demanding. Cal tries his best to keep a brave face on. “I’m Cal…Cal Kestis…”, Aloy lowers her bow upon hearing his name. “Aloy. You’re from around here?”, Cal slowly shakes his head. “Not exactly…”, Aloy only nods as she puts up her bow and arrow, going over to release his restraints. Cal stands to his feet, dusting himself off. “I uh…lost my way…I was hoping you could help me…”, Aloy smiles faintly. “Of course!”, She gestures her arms out. “This is the desert…nearby is a camp…a camp called ‘Camp Nowhere’…”, Cal couldn’t help but chuckle. “There’s an actual camp called ‘nowhere’?”, Aloy nods, chuckling along with him. “Yeah…I thought the same thing…”,
Aloy starts walking ahead. “I can lead you there…and then you can go from there wherever you came from…”, Cal quickly catches up to her to stop her. “Wait. I’m looking for someone…a droid…his name is BD-1…”, Aloy’s brows furrow in confusion. “A droid?”, Cal nods. “Yeah…he’s sort of like the Machines around here…just very small and harmless…”, Aloy takes note as she steps closer to him. “When did you last see him?”, Cal gestures behind him. “We were exploring this forest…near this watchtower…we were…in a little skirmish with those…Tenakth rebels…I tried to stop them, but they took BD before I could…”, Aloy nods in understanding. “You were near a Tenakth rebel base of the lowland clan…seems like they dragged you all the way here…to the desert clan…”, Cal looks to the ground, soaking in the information that she just told him.
His mind was beginning to race. Aloy takes notice as she reaches out to place a hand on his shoulder. “I can help you find your droid…but I’m needing to resupply first…will you come with me?”, Cal looks back at her as he nods firmly. “Yeah…I guess along the way you can show me around…”, Aloy nods, smiling faintly as she gestures for him to follow. “Let’s go…”, Cal follows right after her as they come upon Camp Nowhere. Nearby was an overridden Machine, a Charger, as Aloy quickly and effortlessly hops onto it. Cal stares in disbelief, wondering how she was able to tame a Machine like that. Of all Machines in general. Aloy extends her hand to him. “Come on…it’s okay…we’re heading to my base…”, Cal stares at her hand before grabbing it, hauling himself onto the Machine as his arms wrap around Aloy’s waist for leverage. They both were able to make it to the base, with Cal taking in the sights and scenery along the way.
Upon arriving, Cal hops off the Machine to find a small climbable wall that leads up to the entrance of the base. Aloy goes up to that wall as she starts climbing. “Come on…this way…”, Aloy beckons him. Cal watches her make it to the top as he climbs after. Entering the base, two of Aloy’s teammates, Erend and Zo, were sitting in the lounge, tooling away on their Focuses. Zo shuts hers off as she quickly stands to take notice of Aloy approaching. She smiles at her. “Aloy…you’re back…”, She glances over to Cal who was behind her. “…and I see we have a guest…”, Aloy nods as she gestures to Cal. “Zo…Erend…this is Cal…”, Erend shuts off his Focus as he stands to his feet. “Hey…how ya doin’?”, Erend extends his hand to Cal as he quickly takes it. “Hey…”, He greets the same greeting with Zo, with her smiling and nodding to him in acknowledgement. “It’s nice to meet you Cal…what brings you here?”, Cal looks over to Aloy, wanting to know if it was okay to tell them as Aloy gives him the okay.
Cal looks back as he explains, with Aloy going over to restock her supplies before walking back over. Zo looks to Aloy as she asks, “Is there any way we could help?”, Aloy quickly nods. “Just stay here and be sure to keep tabs on any Tenakth soldiers that are on patrol or that come nearby…”, Both Zo and Erend nod in unison as Aloy starts heading out of the base with Cal following after. Cal’s feet hit solid ground as he takes a look in his surroundings. “So…where do we go?”, Aloy hops onto the overridden Charger Machine as she looks to him. “Well, we go find your droid…where the Lowland clan is…”, Cal nods. “I’m asking when I find my droid…can you…give me a tour?”, Aloy can’t help but smile. “I would love to…but first thing’s first…”, Cal agrees with her as he hops onto the Machine, his arms wrapping around her as they both travel to where the lowland clan is, in the swamp. They stop by this village, with Aloy hopping off, along with Cal as he stands there to admire the village. Aloy notices as she smiles faintly. “Stay here…I’m going to ask around to see if anybody has seen Tenakth rebels go by…”, Cal only nods as he watches Aloy make her way into the village.
A few minutes later, Aloy returns, pointing ahead of her. “There’s a camp up ahead…I think your droid is there…”, Cal’s eyes widen slightly. “Really?”, “Yeah, let’s go!”, Aloy swings herself onto the Machine, followed by Cal as they travel up the pathway that leads to the Rebel camp. Upon arriving, Aloy hauls herself off as she creeps up to this wooden post, with Cal following behind. They both peer over to see the camp littered with Rebels. Cal swallows as he looks over to Aloy. “What’s the plan?”, Aloy studies for a moment before glancing over to him. “We take out the Rebels and find your friend…”, Aloy raises a brow. “How skilled are you?”, Cal blinks as he unclips his Lightsaber hilt from his belt. Aloy notices as her eyes widen in curiosity. “What is that?”, Cal smirks faintly. “It’s a Lightsaber…you’ll see how it works in a minute…”, Aloy only nods as she takes her bow, slinging an arrow onto it. “Ready?”, Cal nods at her. “Ready…”, Aloy starts to walk ahead with Cal following after, with Aloy starting to fire some of her arrows towards the Rebels.
Some take notice and retaliate. Cal, with a quickness, ignites his Lightsaber, with it illuminating a color of blue as Cal uses his Force power to quickly grab one of the Rebels, sticking his blade into them as he does the same to the others. One Rebel with a spear tries to come up and fight Cal but he was quick to dodge, slicing his spear in half. The Rebel was dumbfounded as Cal quickly swings his blade across the Rebel’s chest, quickly ending him. Aloy stands there, her face full of shock. “Wow…that’s cool…remind me not to get your bad side!”, Cal chuckles. “Yeah…”, Aloy chuckles back as she fires her arrows at a few more stragglers until the camp was full of silence. Cal retracts his blade as he walks up to Aloy. “You’re not so bad yourself…”, Aloy smiles at him. “Thanks…”, She then gestures her arms out. “Where’s your friend?”, Cal takes a minute to look around.
“Not sure…”, Aloy only nods as she blips on her Focus, trying to find any signs of his droid. Cal can’t help but be intrigued. “That’s new…”, Aloy looks to him. “Um, yeah…it’s…complicated…I can explain later…”, Cal only nods as he watches Aloy for a moment. Aloy suddenly sees a heat signature in a sealed off shed of some kind as Aloy points to it. “There!”, Cal rushes over to the shed, seeing there was a chain and lock around the handles as he takes his blade, cutting it with ease as he barges in to find BD-1 quirk his little head up to see Cal. He bleeps and hops around in Cal’s presence as he chuckles at this. “Happy to see you too, buddy…”, Aloy is standing by as she sees this moment unfold, smiling faintly, seeing she was able to be of help to somebody. Cal hugs on BD as he hops into his lap, checking him out for a quick second before BD crawls onto his back. Cal stands and turns to look at Aloy, smiling slightly. “You communicate with him?”, Aloy points that out as she watches Cal exit the shed. Cal shrugs. “In a way, yeah…”, BD takes notice of Aloy standing there as he bleeps towards her. Cal chuckles. “He says it’s nice to meet you…”,
Aloy chuckles too. “Yeah…I’m glad I was able to help…”, Cal nods to her. “Thanks, Aloy…”, Aloy nods back to him. “Anytime, Cal…”, Cal looks ahead of him, seeing the exit of the camp. Aloy notices as well, having a feeling that Cal was about ready to go. “Well…I guess you should go on your way…”, Cal looks to her. “What about that ‘tour’?”, Aloy acknowledges him. “If you’re up for it…”, Cal looks to BD over his shoulder, seeing him agreeing to the tour. Cal looks back at her. “Yeah…I guess we are…”, Aloy’s smile widens. “Great…you’ll need this then, since you’re tagging along…”, Aloy reaches into her pocket, pulling out a Focus device as she hands it to him. Cal felt hesitant as he slowly takes it, admiring it in his grasp. “It’s a Focus…a communication device…”, Aloy explains it to Cal as he nods. “A comm link?”, Aloy chuckles. “Yeah…something like that…”, Aloy points to her temple. “Just place it on your temple, like this…”, Cal listens to her as he slowly places it onto his temple.
Lights started to form around him as his eyes widen in surprise. “Wow…”, Aloy’s smile turns faint. “You’ll get used to it…”, She reaches over to help him disable it for now. “Come on…we should go back to base…”, Cal watches her for a moment before following after, as they were now off back to base where Cal will become a useful member of her team and a helpful companion for the upcoming threat of Nemesis.

You Meet Din Dijarin, aka, The Mandalorian…
❤️YAS! I'M BAAAACK!!!!❤️
(T.V SHOW: THE MANDALORIAN!)
(Din Dijarin/The Mandalorian X Fem Reader!)
(LONG!)
Rating: PG for…some action and fluff!
(Note: This does NOT follow the tv show—it’s totally random!)
Working at the cantina was not your forte. You work as a waiter/waitress there. And of course, lots of humans and alien species alike like to enter here—not wanting to do anything but hang out and drink. Your life is technically at a standstill…but not until this happened. One day, the cantina was usually busy, with chattering and laughter filling up the air. You were waiting for the bartender to set drinks on your tray when you noticed two men coming in. One wearing regular clothes, but the other wearing silver plated armor topped with a silvery helmet…he looked like a bounty hunter. They both sat at the corner of the bar, looking like they didn’t want anything—just to sit there and chat. Once you had delivered those drinks, you carried your empty tray up to the bartender and had placed it onto the counter. “Hey, go see if they need anything, will yah?”, The bartender asked you. You sighed at this. Personally, you didn’t want to bother them, since they were both in deep conversation. But you gathered yourself up and went over their table. The man who had a dark-skinned complexion took notice of you and smiled. You smiled back and asked, “Do you guys need anything?”, The man shook his head. “We’re alright…”, “Yeah…thanks…”, The silver-armored man spoke out. You take notice of his voice being modulated by his helmet—but you gave both of them a nod and treaded back up to the counter, feeling regret on what just happened.
Once your shift was up, and the bar was getting ready to close, surprisingly to your belief, the silver armored man stayed behind while everyone else was leaving, his friend was nowhere to be seen. He was sitting in the same seat as before. You wonder why he was waiting. For you? For someone else? You ignored that feeling as you were about to open the door to leave, when the Silver armored man spoke out, “Hey…wait…”, Guess he was waiting for you! You turned and walked over towards him. “Yeah?”, He stands to his feet. “Sorry for intruding you…but you look like you could use some help…”, You gave a confused look at him. “I know what you’re thinking…it’s weird but true…”, You could only nod as you get closer to him. He had stepped back a little in response. “Well meet me here tomorrow…in the morning, so we can talk more…okay?”, He could only nod in response as he got near the door to leave but you stopped him. “Wait, what’s your name?”, He turned to face you. “Mando’—but my real name is Din…you?”, “Y/n…”, Din nodded firmly, acknowledging your name as he left out the door. You smiled to yourself at the thought of his real name. This might not be so bad…but something is telling you your life is about to take a turn.
The next day, in the morning, you were thinking that this day was going to be totally normal, and nothing should really happen…you were thinking completely wrong. You went inside the cantina to find broken furniture, broken cups and glasses and the bartender laying on the floor, with blood splotches on his shirt. You can tell he was dead already. You gasped slightly into seeing all this as you quickly run outside, and to your luck, Din was just coming around the corner. He probably saw how concerned you were as he changed his pace. “Mando’! Something happened! Come quick!”, He gave off a nod as he followed you inside. He investigated the cantina, slowly looking around, taking in the clues. He couched near the bartender, looking at his wounds. “Looks like knife wounds…it’s deliberate...”, He stands to face you. You sigh in annoyance. You were really wanting to know who did this. There was a sudden bang in the back of the bar—the storage room. Din quickly got in front of you and took out his blaster. “Stay behind me…”, He lowly says to you as you both crept slowly to the room.
Once close enough, Din went up to the door and kicked it down. Once he did, two robbers dressed in black clothing rushed out, but one tried to grab onto you, making you trip to the floor as they drag you across it…and the floor was littered with glass. You shout in pain as some glass gets caught in your arm. Din comes to your rescue as he unhooks his staff and had hit the robber on the head with it very heard. He drops to the ground, not moving an inch. Din comes over to you and extends his hand for you to take. You winced, not wanting to move. Din sighs as he goes behind you. “Don’t worry—I’ll be gentle…”, He mentions before slowly lifting you up from the ground. Once you were standing, you take a moment to look at the place and the robber laying on the ground. Apparently, the other one had gotten away. You looked to your arm, with it almost looking mangled with glass stuck into it. “Let me help you with that…”, Din had pointed out your arm. You look to him, not trying to shed tears in front of this man. “I got a ship here…full of medical supplies…if you’re willing to trust me, I can help you…”, He added, with a bit of concern in his modulated voice.
You could only nod at his offer as he took you by your clean arm by the hand as he leads you outside the cantina. It was a good walk to his ship, probably 2 miles. During the walk, you noticed a big ship was up ahead. “Wow! That’s your ship?”, You look over to him as you both pause, being near the ship now. He shifts his head over to you, acknowledging your question. “Yeah…don’t get used to it…”, He was trying to help you release some tension. Yet, it was working as you couldn’t help but chuckle and be amused by his words. You look to see the ramp lowering from the ship. Before you could even step foot onto the ship, the wound on your arm was beginning to get to your head as you blacked out without yourself knowing. Felt like 30 minutes passed as you wake up with blurry vision. But the blurriness was starting to subside as you check your surroundings. You’re lying in a colt-like bed and a blanket was covering you. And you were on a ship. Din’s ship. There was a ladder that you guessed led up to the cockpit. You felt there was something wrapped around your arm as you looked to see gauze was wrapped securely around your wound as it was already treated.
It was for a moment when you heard someone coming down from the ladder. You pretended to go back to sleep, quickly pulling the covers over your head as you felt their presence was near you. “Hey—I know your awake…”, It was Din himself. You groaned and opened your eyes, throwing the sheets off of you as you sit up. “Aw man! I though you wouldn’t notice!”, You can hear Din chuckling slightly as he sits himself in a seat across from you. “How’s your wound?”, You chuckle back and gestured to it. “It’s fine…thanks for helping me…”, He nods, acknowledging your gratitude. “You’re welcome…I tracked that other robber who fled…he traveled two parsecs away to this desert-like planet I never came across…you up for it?”, You slowly nod to him. “Yeah! Yeah…I just need a moment…”, Din nods as he stands, slowly going over to the ladder that led up to the cockpit. He stops short and cranes his head over to you. “When you’re willing, you can come up here if you want…I got an extra seat…”, You looked over to him to flash him a smile. “Yeah…sure…”, He acknowledges you and goes up to the cockpit.
Once you took your moment, you slowly ascend the ladder to find Din in his cockpit chair, piloting his ship, watching him randomly flip these switches as if he knows what he’s doing. You noticed the ship was still in hyperspace as well. He was probably aware of your presence as he swiftly turned in his chair to face you. It catches you off guard as you jumped a little. “Glad you could join…sit…”, he turned his chair back around as you quickly took your seat next to his. Din’s ship comes out of hyperspace with a planet coming in view—it looked really sandy. But it wasn’t Tatooine! “Why would he come here?”, You asked, looking over to Din. You see him shrug. “Not sure—I just hope he’s not leading us into a trap…”, He flicked some more switches, prepping the ship for landing. From the looks of it, he did not show any ounce of fear! “You’ve done this before…haven’t you?”, You lowly asked, looking over to him again. You hear him sigh. “Yeah…enough times to know that some people can just be bastards…”, That got you chuckling a little as the ship was making its decent. Once you’ve landed, you got up and out of the ship to find yourselves in the middle of nowhere.
You felt Din had come up next to you as he points ahead of him. “Look…a settlement’s up ahead…maybe he’s hiding out there…”, You gave a nod to him as you both walked to the settlement. Once you got there, it was a ghost town. Apparently, everyone must be in hiding. “Where is everybody?”, You thought out loud. You both were trying to explore the town when out of nowhere, blaster bolts came out at every direction. You felt Din grab your arm as you both took cover. He took out his own and shot at some of the men that were firing. You looked out from behind your hiding spot to find the robber guy going inside this building that was nearby. You turn to Din. “Hey! I saw him! He went inside that building!”, He gives a nod to you as you both got up to rush inside, laser fire still coming in hot. Both of you made it in time as Din shuts the big door behind. Hiding behind a pillar, Din takes a moment, looking to see the coast was clear. “Alright…come on...”, He mutters to you, wanting to continue. You both slowly walk around, trying to pinpoint where the robber was hiding.
That’s when you looked over to him to see a shadow appear behind him. “Behind you!”, You yelp to him. It was of course the robber. Din quickly turns around as he gets tackled to the ground. The robber proceeds to choke him and attempts to take his helmet off. You quickly grab his blaster that he dropped and aimed it at the robber, trying to get a good shot. When you did shoot him, the robber screeches, along with flinching from the pain he was feeling, but he forced Din’s helmet off completely. Since you know the law of bounty hunters, you quickly turn around upon seeing Din’s bare face. You heard shuffling of feet. You were thinking Din was scrambling to get is helmet back on. “Are you okay?”, You ask him, still having your back turned. “Yeah…I’m fine…”, His voice…it was clear…not modulated! Why doesn’t he have his helmet on? You wonder.
After a moment you hear him say, “You can turn around now…”, His voice was back to being modulated. You slowly turned around to see Din standing there, his helmet back on his head and the robber laying near his feet. Yoi look to Din. “Just so you know…I know the law of bounty hunters—can’t let your face be seen by others…”, He walks slowly towards you. “How did you know that?”, You eyed to the ground, trying to think of what to tell him. “Some of my family members were…Mandalorians…and I’ve learned the ways of the rules you all follow…one of them of being not to take your helmet off for people to see…”, Din gave a nod acknowledgement as he turns his head to the ground. There was a good silence between the two of you…Din broke it. “I’ll let you in something…”,
You look to Din with your interest peeking, nodding for him to continue. “I have never shown anyone my identity….never…since we Mandalorians follow a creed…like you mentioned…but it wouldn’t be right if I broke it…”, You notice Din stepping even closer to you. “You can’t tell anyone I did this…do you swear to keep this to yourself?”, You quickly nod in affirmation. “I do…wait, what? What are…?”, Before you could finish, you watch as Din slowly lifts his arms to take off his helmet. His face was revealed as you were mesmerized by it. Brown curly locks of hair, brown-fudge like eyes…and he looks like he’s in his late 20s. And he’s human! You stepped closer this time as you slowly placed a hand on his cheek to rest it there. He melts into it. “I definitely won’t tell anyone…you have my word…I’ll pretend I never saw it!”, For the first time, you see Din smile to your words. He chuckles too. You smile back at him as you retract his hand.
“I think I have what it takes…do you think we should be partners? Y’know, work together?”, Din’s smile disappears into a more serious look. “That would be helpful, but…your place is the cantina…”, “Well…my place WAS the cantina…I want something more in my life…you would understand, right?”, Din gave a firm nod. “Yeah…I think this might work…but you have to become a Mandalorian like me…it’s a big process to go through…are you up for it?”, You nod back at him as Din places his Helmet back on, his voice being back to being modulated again. “Alright…I guess you can consider yourself my partner then…”, You smile and rushed towards the doors of the building you both were still in. “Well—let’s start by taking out these guys!”, You see Din give off a nod of affirmation as he pushes past the doors, with you following after. This turn in your life will be something you won’t blow for you get to work with the fearsome Mandalorian himself! You’re just hoping you both can make a good cause for the Galaxy, together!
The End!

Here is a Silco mini drabble cuz I have NO fics of him made, like, why?
“And where do you think you’re going?”, Silco’s voice is deep but stern as he closes the door you were just about to walk out of, seeing his hand was above your head. You can’t help but feel butterflies. “Nowhere…”, Was the only word that slipped out of your mouth. Silco smiles his cunning smile. He knew the ways to get you riled up, it wasn’t his first time. He steps closer to you. “What’s the real reason, dove?”, You smile faintly. “Where I’m going is a surprise…you’ll have to wait…”, Silco matches your faint smile. “Mmm…I see…”, He lowers himself close to your face, as you can feel his hot breath. “…I think I already know what that ‘surprise’ is…”, You were just about to answer him when he leans in just enough to capture your lips with his own. But it was short lived as he pulls away, his tongue lightly going over your lip, as if he was extending the taste of you. Your butterflies ramp up slightly. “Guess I’ll have to stay…?”, Silco chuckles lightly at your words. “I would appreciate that…my dove…”, You smile, feeling his fingers gently go over your cheek as you lean in to kiss him fully, in which he kisses you back, knowing full well he has you and all you to himself.
As always, leave a like if you did, sorry if I’m late to doing this!
APPARENTLY, I had lost power yesterday since from 7 in the evening up until it was 2 in the morning today…so, inspiration had struck me to make this short story of me and Cal:
The whole city had lost its power. All the towers and Skyscrapers went dark, all the street lights were off. Me and Cal were trying to find our way back to our apartment, not seeing anything since it was so dark. Holding onto his hand, he takes his lightsaber to ignite it, his blue blade illuminating our path. “Is that better?”, he mutters to me, glancing over with a small faint smile on his lips. I matched his smile as I nod. ”Yeah…come on, we’re almost there!”, I start walking ahead, tugging Cal along, feeling his grip tighten in my hand. Upon arriving to the apartment, I could see Bode was here and he was waiting outside of our apartment door, having a flashlight in hand. He noticed us approaching as his brows furrowed in worry.
“What happened?”, He asked as we got closer to him. I could only sigh, as I try to explain this situation to Bode. “The city just went poof! Off with the power…this happens all the time…for some reason…”, I could only see Bode roll his eyes. “No wonder everything got dark so quickly…”, Cal went up to Bode, placing a hand on his shoulder. “We plan on going down to the station…they have power there…you comin’?”, I see Bode nod. ”Yeah…I’ll meet you guys up there…”, Cal gives his shoulder a pat, retaking my hand in his as we tread through the dark streets again, only to see a light illuminating in the distance. “That’s the station!”, I point out, seeing Cal put up his blade. “I see it…”, As we had both came upon the station, there were a lot of people there…all complaining the same thing…the power.
The mayor of the city was there, trying his best to keep the people calm. He stands onto this tier to grab everyone’s attention. “Everyone! The city is just experiencing a malfunction…we’ll get the power up and running in just a moment…please, be patient!”, Everyone is still complaining, sighing and mumbling under their breaths. I hear Cal sigh as he looks over to me with a “something’s not right” look. Bode was able to catch up to us as we had discussed what the real issue was. “It’s their new generator they’re using for that tower…”, Bode points ahead of him as we follow his direction, seeing a tall tower in the distance illuminating. I groan under my breath. “That’s the mayor’s tower…he has backup generators…”, Bode sighs, shaking his head in disbelief. “There’s gotta be something that’s causing this outage…”, I see Cal was thinking. “I think I know where to look…follow me…”, Cal starts walking ahead as me and Bode follow him, with Bode shining a flashlight for us.
We had followed Cal to this small power plant with the gates surrounding it being locked up tight. He points to this wide shaped antenna, seeing someone had damaged it–markings covered the axis along with it being bent out of shape. “Whoever was here, they probably did it on purpose…”, I felt irritation flood inside me. “Are you serious?!”, I hear Bode chuckle, gently nudging my arm. “Hey, it could be worse…do you think you can fix it Cal?”, Cal is standing there, running finger through his small beard. “I think so…but BD is back on the ship…and Merrin’s not here…”, I look behind me, barely getting a glimpse of our ship sitting from afar. I sighed to myself. “Well…what’s the plan?”, I look back to Cal as he points to the antenna.
“If I can get up there, I can try to force the antenna back to its original position…”, I nod as I look to Bode, who was nodding along with me. “Okay…worth a shot I guess…”, Cal nods back, going to the gates as he forces them open with his Force power. Upon entering the plant, we could see the antenna was not the only thing that was damaged. The generators of the power plant had multiple knife lacerations to them. I watch as Cal takes out his trusty welding tool he carries on him. “Nothing a little welding couldn’t fix…”, He points to the antenna. “Bode…try to work with the antenna…”, “Copy that!”, I see Bode lift himself up into the air using his jetpack as Cal starts working on trying to fix up the generators.
His welding expertise was working as the laceration markings were starting to fade and mold against the metal. He eventually takes a moment to admire his handiwork. Bode lands himself back onto the ground to also see his handiwork. “Did you fix it?”, he asked, seeing the welding marks before him. Cal sighs. ”It’s the best I can do…”, He points to this big light switch as he gestures to me. “Care to do the honors?”, “Sure!”, I go over to flip the switch as the power plant comes alive, humming to life. The lights to the city start to come on as well. “I think we did it…”, Cal smiles. “Yeah…I think we did…”, I see Bode smile too. “Well are we done then? We need to see if the ship is still intact…”, Cal nods to him as we all went to the ship, seeing it was okay. It was starting to get late as we all went back to the apartment, hoping to get some rest from this little fiasco that we had endured.
The End!
Sorry for the blunt ending…this “power outage” ruined my sleep…so I was rushing to finish this so that I COULD sleep…I still don’t feel well rested from Monday...but I will try to do what I can to rest throughout the day today…
Tell me how we should title it in the comments...
Finally getting into typing up the Frisk imagine sequel…even though the first one does NOT have too many likes…but I’ll type it up anyway! And I originally created this a day BEFORE my birthday last year sooo…yeah…
You And Feresk Go On This Mission…But You Almost Risked Your Life!
(Part 2 of the Feresk Tassat Imagine!)
(Feresk Tassat X Fem Reader)
(STAR WARS: SQUADRONS!)
(KINDA LONG)
Rating: PG for…brief violence and fluff!
Your mission was the most dangerous one yet. And it happened to be on your birthday. But once that day came, you had gotten your birthday wishes from the Vanguard Squadron and from Lindon himself. But he told you the festivities will have to be later. Just after the briefing ended, you see Lindon was gesturing towards you, wanting for you to come talk to him. You look over to Feresk standing next to you, his brows furrowing in concern, but you told him you’ll meet up with him in the hangar. As he left, you walk over to Lindon as he gave you a pained smile.
“I’m pretty sure you know who we’re dealing with?”, You gave a nod, sighing slightly. “Yeah…my day is totally ruined…”, Lindon shook his head. “I wouldn’t say that…like I said before, we’ll celebrate once this mission is over…do you know what fighter you’ll be taking?”, “My X-Wing as usual…”, “Good…you should get a move on then…be careful out there…”, You gave a firm nod to him as you left out of there and to the hangar. You see your X-Wing already getting prepared by the mechanics…right next to yours is Frisk’s bomber X-Wing. You walk over to him, seeing he was lost in thought. You softly hit his shoulder as he turned around to notice you. He smiles his toothy smile as you smile back. “Hey! You okay there!”, Frisk nods slightly, looking to the floor.
“Yeah! Yeah, I’m just worried about somethin’…”, You furrow your eyebrows at this as you step closer to him, seeing his toothy smile fade away. “Alright, what is it?”, Frisk only looks at you, his eyes having a look of dread. It almost looked like he didn’t want to tell you. He was about to speak when someone had calledout, “Alright people! Let’s move out!”, You could only sigh at this as you quickly wrap your arms around Frisk’s neck as you felt his arms wrap around your waist, embracing you back. “I’ll be fine, okay? This’ll be over before you know it…”,
You tell him that after releasing him, seeing Frisk smirking at your words. You smirk back as you make your way over to your X-Wing, climbing in and flipping on some switches, preparing for takeoff. Pulling on the throttle, you and Vanguard squadron were up and out of the hangar, making your way to your hyperspace jump position. Once after traveling for some time through hyperspace, after you got out, you see you were at this dismal looking part of the galaxy, as one of your squad mates came onto the comm…it was Gunny. “Alright squad, do we all know the plan?”, There was a moment of silence.
“Yeah, but no sign of the Empire rebels anywhere…”, Grace had spoken through. “Oh, they’ll come soon enough…just need to blow up that abandoned station and they’ll come a runnin’…”, “Well, friendly reminder, a planet is nearby…we don’t wanna get caught in a whirlwind…”, You say that into your comm, hearing Frisk growl in response. “She’s got a point, the planet looks deserted, and a storm is brewin’ up down there…gotta be careful…”, Your stomach formed butterflies when he said those words for some reason. “Which is why we need to get this over with…let’s go Vanguard!”, You can see Gunny take the lead in flight towards the station as the rest you and your mates follow as well.
Using the X-Wing blasters, you shoot up the station, making space debris fly everywhere. “I think we did it!”, You hear Keo say that through the comms. It was only for a moment when out of nowhere, those Empire rebels came out of hiding, and overwhelmed you and the squad with their fire power. “Where’d they all come from?!”, You yelp into the comm as you try to maneuver about them, trying to get a target. You were able to take a few out as your comm fizzled on. “They were probably waiting for us…use what you’ve got!”, You heard Grace say those words as you take a breath.
This was probably the first wave as you take out a few more, all without knowing of an Empire Frigate had just come out of hyperspace. You only took one look to see they fired a missile. And it was coming right at you! “Get out of fire!”, “It’s gonna hit her!”, “Watch out!”, All these warnings were coming from your wing mates. You pushed on your throttle to get out of the way, but not fast enough—the missile was aiming for one of your turbo engines. It made impact, sending your X-Wing into a daze, spinning out of control. You were too dizzy to call for help through the comms as all you could do was endure.
You realized your X-Wing is spinning towards that planet you mentioned out earlier, seeing you were getting closer and closer by the second. Just as you passed through the atmosphere, you reach for the eject button as the roof of the X-Wing gives way, sending your seat jolting out of the cockpit. A parachute comes out of the chair, making the speed of your free fall become much slower. All you can do was watch as you see your X-Wing hit the ground with an explosion. Your comms makes a crackling noise as it sparks back to life. “Y/n? You there? It’s Frisk, I’m comin’ to get yah!”, “Alright…”, You could only get that word out as you landed safely onto the sandy ground. You disconnect yourself from the chair, kneeling onto that sandy ground as you try to catch your breath.
It was for a moment when you hear slight rumbling in the distance. It grew louder as you look to see a familiar Bomber class X-Wing fly across the sky. It was Frisk! You quickly stand to your feet as you start walking, watching as Frisk makes a landing ahead of you. You were closer to see Frisk hopping out and jogging towards you. “Feresk! I’m okay!”, You tell him, seeing him come up to hug on you. You wrap your arms around his neck to embrace him back,, feeling his heart was racing. It slowed down some though as he released you, resting his forehead against yours. ”Thought I lost yah back there…”, You hear Frisk mutter that as you both lift your heads to look at each other, shaking your head in disbelief.
“Yeah…this birthday is somethin’ else…”, Frisk chuckles at what you say as he leans in to lick your cheek in affection, feeling your heart flutter as you smile. You lean in to return the gesture, kissing his scaly skin as you hug on him again. Once releasing, you see Frisk point behind him. “C’mon! I’m here to take you back…Lindon wants to know if you’re okay…”, You furrow your brows in slight confusion as you take a glance at his X-Wing. “But it only fits one pilot…”, Frisk smirks slightly as he places his three taloned fingers onto his hip. “Not unless you’re sitting in my lap…”, He growls slightly afterwards, making your face feel like it’s on fire as you roll your eyes. You watch as Frisk climbs his way back into his X-Wing as you climb in after, plopping yourself onto his lap.
You see him flip some switches as the roof of the X-Wing closes. “Hang on!”, His arms slip under yours as he grabs the joysticks, feeling yourselves lift up off the ground. Frisk maneuvers his X-Wing into the atmosphere, flipping on more switches, preparing to go into hyperspace. Once traveling and getting out, you could see the hovering freighter base up ahead. “Is everyone okay?”, You ask Frisk, feeling him jump slightly at the sound of your voice. You smirk to yourself in reaction. “Yeah! Everyone’s alright…”, You can’t help but sigh a relief as Frisk makes a landing in the hangar pad. Just as the roof opens up, you quickly climb out to see the Vanguard squad standing off to the side with Lindon waiting alongside them.
You gotten your birthday wishes and hugs from them again as Lindon praised for your bravery. You still had to talk with him as you follow him to his office. You look behind to see Frisk standing there, his brows furrowing in slight worry. You smile to him, letting him know you’ll be back as you catch up with Lindon who was ahead of you. Just as the automated doors close behind you, you see Lindon turn around with his eyebrows furrowing. “Look, I know that was brave of you, but I can’t have you risking your life like that…”, You look to the floor, feeling guilt swell up inside you at his words. “I’m sorry captain…”, “Don’t call me captain…I should be calling you a hero…if it weren’t for you in the way of that missile, lives would’ve been lost…that missile was originally aimed for a settlement on that planet…”,
You look up to Lindon, smiling slightly. “Thank you Lindon…”, You see Lindon smiling back as he walks up to you, patting your shoulder. “You are very welcome…now go and celebrate your birthday…you deserve it…”, Your smile widens more as you rush out of his office and back to the hangar pad. You could see a small table was laid out with festive goods on top. “Y/n! You made it!”, You turn to see Keo coming up to you, a grin on their face. “Hey Keo…we’re starting, right?”, “Yep! Come on!”, Keo grabs your hand, leading you over to the rest of the squad to start the festivities. You were able to celebrate, getting gifts from everyone especially from Frisk…and you could not have asked for a better one. Also with Lindon calling you a hero, it’s an honor above all and everything else!
The End!
Did you enjoy? Good! Thanks! Leave a like as usual…I feel like this is NOT my best work…I can do better.

Here is a small Rey (Skywalker) Drabble I made I did not know I needed!
(Cuz I’ve been depressed lately and I feel miserable)
(STAR WARS FANDOM)
Rating: G for…anybody who is going through a tough time!
Rey knew what you were going through. It broke her heart knowing that she had to do something. You’re sitting on the steps of Maz’s castle, hearing Rey’s footsteps slowly stalk over to where you are. She sits down beside you, the comfort of her presence was somehow soothing to you. She says nothing for a moment, only staring off into the distance, trying to get her words together. She finally speaks, her voice having a calming edge. “Do you want to talk about it?”, You swallow, unsure if you should tell her or not. It wouldn’t make much of a difference, bu it would be good for awareness.
You sigh as you answer, “I’m going through a tough time…I don’t really know how to explain it…”, You can feel Rey’s hand clasp onto your shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze. “It’s alright if you don’t want to tell me…I’ll be around to listen either way…”, You meet her gaze, seeing her golden brown eyes were sincere. You smile faintly at her words. “Thanks Rey…for being a friend…”, Rey matches your faint smile. “I’m just trying to help…be there for the ones I care for…”, You nod at her words. “What a true Jedi would do…”, Rey nods back. “Exactly…”, She stands to her feet, holding out a hand towards you as you take it, feeling yourself get hauled to your feet.
Without warning, she hugs you, as you instantly hug her back, feeling something was lifted up inside you. Or it might’ve been her Force power. She finally releases you, taking a moment to admire you as you see her point ahead of you. “I’m about to go work with something on the ship…care to join me?”, You quickly nod at her offer. “Yeah…will probably help me get my mind off things…”, “Follow me…”, She starts walking ahead as you follow, already starting to feel your mood shift into a better one, thankful to have Rey around as a friend for support. You can’t thank her enough!

“Loki?”
Frantic eyes swung to meet mine.
“You’re our friend. Our family. You don’t have to impress us. You don’t have to prove you’re worthy. We think you’re grand even without the gifts you could get for us.”

“I know I don’t look like much.”
My statement pulled his gaze back in my direction.
“But I can hold my own in a fight. I can at least buy you some time to get away if anyone comes looking for you.”
His eyebrows pulled together in that familiar expression of confusion.
I smiled reassuringly. “Any of those ole handlers of yours come looking I’ll give em hell you hear? Give em a beating for treating you so badly I will.”
He looked me over again, gaze lingering on my prosthetic this time. I stood up after a minute to collect cookies for us.
Loki watching Howl's Moving Castle
How do you guys think that would go? Personally I think he'd talk through the movie getting exasperated with Howl's dramatics and critiquing the magic.
“I mean honestly, what kind of mage layers beauty enchantments directly onto the stone walls of the bath? She scrubbed them into a garbled mess so easily!”
“Did you see the way he reacted? There was no need for such dramatics. If it is so important to maintain a specific look then do not cast your enchantments in such a way that a common woman can scrub them away with a brush.”
“You know, that door isn’t half bad. Perhaps this mage isn’t completely hopeless after all.”
“The transportation enchantment alone would… But perhaps I could utilize Yggdrasil’s branches somehow. That would be- That could work actually. I would just need to… Hm.”

“Do you want to try saying it?” I asked gently.
Narrowed eyes lowered to his bouncing leg. His palm pressed harder into it to still the motion. Once it was only a minor bouncing of his heel in the air he shook his head.
“Is alright. Perfectly fine,” I reassured. “Maybe I can guess it. Can you gesture for me what you want to say?”
He took a deep measured breath. Glanced at me warily. I smiled encouragingly. A few minutes went by in silence. Then, slowly, he patted his arms.
“Arms.”
He nodded. Glanced warily at me again before making a sweeping gesture that ended in a loose self-hug.
“Arms… thrashing? No. Too smooth of a movement. I’ll get it.”
He took another measured breath. Turned more toward me on the couch. Repeated the sweeping motion with an added emphasis on grabbing air before pulling his arms back into a loose self-hug.
“Hugging. Hugging air? Hugging… Oh! Your arms are empty! They feel empty at night?”
He ducked his head. Pulled his legs up on the couch to tuck under him. The look he gave me once his blanket was carefully repositioned said it all.
“It’s not stupid James. Lots of people like to snuggle at night. Maybe you’re a snuggler and you didn’t know it,” I suggested.
His expression soured further.
“My arms have that empty feeling at night.”
Widening eyes. Slightly parted lips.
I giggled.
“Is true. I can’t stand sleeping without something in my arms.”
He licked his lips. Pulled a shallow breath in through his mouth like he might say something. No words came. Instead a hand darted out from under the blanket for the flashcards.

Day 1: Knife
“Just finished rolling out the dough. You can cut out the cookies and I’ll get them in the oven.” He pulled a knife from his boot. “Not with that James. With these,” I said, gently prying the knife from his fingers. When the hell did he get this knife again? I could have sworn I… I’ll deal with that later. Right now: cookies. One thing at a time.

“Bucky? Bucky breathe!”
I sucked in a breath at the command. Didn’t even feel the guilt that always followed for the slip.
They can’t have her. They can’t have Maeve. I have to fix this somehow. What if this place is Hydra? Agent Jones knows about Hydra. What if-
“Steven is my cousin. You can trust him while I’m in surgery Jamie. He won’t let anything bad happen to you.”
I scrambled out of my chair before I could think it through. Steven stumbled back as I pleaded. I dropped to my knees when his back hit the mirror and I clutched at him like a lifeline.
“Please don’t let them send me back! Please Steven! If this is Hydra, then you have to get Maeve out of here!” I pleaded.
I hid my tears against his stomach. Tried to choke back a sob.
“They can’t- can’t have her. They- They can’t have her,” I stuttered. “She’s too good. She’s too good Steven. They’ll break her!”
He still wasn’t saying anything.
Why aren’t you saying anything?!
“If this is Hydra then just shoot me and get Maeve out of here!” I shouted, clinging harder despite the order from Agent Jones to let go. “Just shoot me! I can’t do it anymore! I don’t want to kill for them anymore Steven!”
Say something! Say you’ll save her! Save her damn it!
“Please don’t let them take me Steven. Please. I don’t want to forget again. I don’t want to kill anymore,” I pleaded brokenly with fresh tears. “I don’t want them to hurt her. Please… Please just… You have to save Maeve. They can’t- They can’t have her.”

Buckytober Day 6: Poison
“How do you sleep?” I asked, suddenly desperate for the answer.
Her chuckle was half yawn. Her hand rubbed between my shoulder blades comfortingly.
“As well as I can I suppose,” she answered.
I hugged her tighter for a moment. Enjoyed the solid feeling beneath my hand. Closed my eyes and blinked away the horrors again.
“How can you stand it?”
Her hands on my back stalled. She turned to look at me in the half dark.
“You’re no burden to me. Don’t you ever think that.”
Wrong.
Not correct. That isn’t-
“How can you stand to close your eyes?” I asked.
Her eyes widened. “What?”
I sat up. Pulled away enough to look her over. Lightly gripped her shoulder to keep myself tethered to reality.
“I see them whenever I close my eyes. I can’t- I can’t make it stop. Every time I- They’re there and they want to- Or I’m hurting someone else and- I-I-”
I grit my teeth against a sudden sob tearing through my throat. Her arms back around me brought it out anyway. I clung to her as fresh tears poured down my cheeks.
“They keep- They keep hurting me Maeve!” I cried out, burying my face in her hair. “They keep hurting me and-and-and then I- I hurt other people. I couldn’t- I wanted to stop but I couldn’t!”

Thanks so much for letting me use your idea! Had a lot of fun writing this (⁀ᗢ⁀) I hope you like it.
Steve’s pov
What a beautiful day.
…
Wow. When’s the last time I had a thought like that?
“Hey, what do you think about…?”
Wait. Where did he? Did I leave him behind?
No. There he is.
I jogged back five paces across the grass.
“Buck-”
James. He goes by James now. Get it in your head Rogers.
“James. You alright pal? I lost you for a minute there.”
I lowered my gaze when he didn’t respond. Took in all the little dandelions and buttercups spread out around his knees. A buttercup was carefully pinched between two fingers. He blinked up at me after a moment.
“You alright?” I asked.
Instead of answering he plucked up a few tiny flowers. In a fluid motion he was back on his feet, flowers within his cupped hands, and he was briskly walking away. He didn’t say a word to me the entire way back to the tower.
Maeve had a shot glass overflowing with buttercups and dandelions on the table as she ate breakfast the next morning. A gift from Jamie she had said. Her smile was soft and affectionate like it always was when she talked about him.
She’s his best friend now. I can’t compete with what they have.
I wish… I wish he’d remember me more. I miss him. I miss what we had. He calls me Steven half the time because that’s what she calls me. Half the time he doesn’t speak, just holds up flashcards and she’s fine with that but it’s- it’s jarring for me. I can’t get used to it. I’m trying. It feels impossible sometimes though.
I skipped breakfast to go on another run. He didn’t even ask me where I was going when I walked away.
I forgot about the look on his face when he was kneeling among tiny flowers. Forgot about her smile when she showed off her gift. Forgot about the irritation I felt that morning.
Well, I tried anyway. Stupid perfect memory. And now my sketches are missing. Still missing. Great start to the day. Just perfect.
“What’s wrong Steven?”
I tried to keep the irritation from my voice when I answered. “My sketches are missing. I was working on them three nights ago and they just disappeared.”
Maeve set down her mug of hot chocolate. Tilted her head in thought for a few moments.
“Oh! Those weren’t for Jamie?”
I frowned. “Why would you think that?”
Her brows scrunched together in confusion. “You left them on the kitchen table.”
“Yeah, but I didn’t think anyone would take them.”
Her face fell. “Oh.”
“Ah that’s not- Maeve I- Look I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to snap at you.”
She shook her head. “Is alright. He… You drew him. That day at the park right? He saw them and he thought that… He thought you left them out for him to have.”
Oh.
So that’s-
“He was so excited he was. Woke me up at one in the morning to look at them,” she said quietly with a little smile. “I’m sorry Steven. I’ll let him know you want them back.”
“No!”
She paused in getting up off the couch. Rose a brow when I didn’t add anything. My cheeks started getting hot. Why did I do that?
“I mean… He can have them. I don’t mind.”
A beaming smile. She rushed at me to wrap me in a tight hug.
“Thank you! Oh, he’ll be relieved. Won’t have to take pages out of his scrapbook now.”
“Scrapbook?”
She pulled back in surprise. “You didn’t know?”
Her eyes grew wider when I shook my head. She began to fidget. My growing smile coaxed a little one back.
“Don’t tell him I told you?” she asked in a whisper.
I nodded.
“He gets worried.” She tapped her head. “Amnesia an all. He likes to collect the happy moments he calls em. Pasted your sketches in beside some dried buttercups he had pressed.”
Oh Buck. I- I didn’t know. You seem like you have everything in hand. I mean things are different now, but you…
That’s my problem isn’t it? Even when you were freaking out, I didn’t notice. Didn’t see how upset you were under the surface… Or I was only focused on how the changes made me feel…
“I won’t say anything.”
She squeezed me in another hug. “Thanks lad.”
You’re still my friend. Even with everything that’s changed I still love you. You’re still my family. You always will be.
A chuckle escaped me long after the day had started winding down. It all made sense now. Wanting the movie tickets instead of letting me toss them. Maeve’s missing hair clip that she immediately gave up looking for a day later. Bruce’s missing tea box when he wanted to double check which brand to restock. I bet James cut the cardboard and pasted the top into his scrapbook.
I’m still getting used to the changes. I’m still learning about who you are now but… if my sketches go missing from the night before or a few flowers get delivered here by mistake and can’t be returned that’s alright. I know Maeve doesn’t mind the last strand of her pink yarn going missing. I don’t mind looking through takeout menus that have squares cut out of them. Anyone who complains can deal with me.
You save as many happy moments as you want pal. I’ll never get irritated about my stuff going missing again. I hope you like the rainbow stamps I forgot to put away that I got you.
Best line(s) you've written recently?
I'll go first:
She wiped her eyes. “I’m trying to tell you… that you decide your own self-worth. I’m trying to tell you that… some of your hopes should be in yourself and not just other people. I’m trying to tell you you write your own story and I’m happy to be in it with you… but you can’t give me the pen.”
Looking forward to hearing from everyone! (⁀ᗢ⁀)
Not even a full 24 hours and I have a kudo + bookmark 🥳 Thank you!
I published a new fanfic!
I've been working on this for months and the time has finally come. Who knew an idea would sprawl into a four book series?
