after many years, i’m retiring fairiejunie! i made the username in 2020(?) during my txt era, but since i’m not as into them as i used to be, i decided to change it to darl-ings to represent my most recent ult group, seventeen <3

It felt all weird to post my other art under the name catwheezie... it was like...icky? I felt like I was tricking people into following me for one thing (kitties) and PYSCH! emo ocs.
So yeah, it's me. but I think without the hole I dug myself into with catwheezie, I can actually be more me? Catwheezie has a lot of eyes on them, so I kind of started playing this weird version of myself.
I'm emwheezie. You can call me Em or Wheezie or anything I don't care but I'm here and it's real.
Gonna stick this meet the artist down here for visual interest.

basically! I’m a redhead. I’m SUPER pale. So in middle school I was called a ghost a lot “you’re pale as ghost!” “What are you being for Halloween? A ghost, I bet!” So on and so forth. Ghost. Ghost. Ghost. It hurt quite a bit, and not bc of the word ghost, but getting taunted for something I couldn’t control started hurting and generally got really grating. So I made it my strength. I took the name Ghost, I’ve had it for years now, and the toast thing was a gift nickname from my friends :)

Tell me why you chose your username and how you came up with it.
I’ll go first, when I was 11 I wanted to be a YouTuber (originally a cuber) and I came up with the name Type1UniWolf, because a 100 in diabetics language is called a unicorn.
Then I got into Wings of Fire, and had to replace the ‘uni’ with ‘Dragon’ and honestly now it sounds a lot cooler, and rolls off the tongue better.
Then I got Spotify, Tumblr, Pinterest, Magma, all that jazz and the name has just become me main name now lol

Ok, making a somewhat sentimental announcement, but not that important, so those who want to read can and those who don't, thank you for reading this beginning (ouo)/
I'm changing my username after... uhm... 8 years?
Wow, I've had that name “sandynorthstart” for a long time, huh?
But anyway, due to my previous publication, I decided to put watermarks on my drawings again, something that I should never have removed, apparently, and to avoid confusion with different names, I am going to change from “sandynorthstart” to “miss_conner3”, since the accounts where I publish the most of my art have this name... so there's the reason.
Except for Deviantart, it seems I have to pay to change my username, and at the moment I don't have the money for that XP
So this post is just my way of saying goodbye to the name "sandynorthstart" that has accompanied me since my beginnings on this account, and I think even since I was in school.
I really didn't want to change it, but I think it's for the best.
But hey, that's life.
