So, Pre-robin Tim definitely wrote self-insert fanfiction about being Robin.
Like, a full story 400k plot starting with Jason graduating from being Robin and onto something bigger and better to the next Robin's journey, which ends up being modeled after Tim's life.
At first, some of Tim's most compelling plots are ripped straight from real missions, mostly using info the public doesn't know about.
Then, after YEARS of constantly updating this fic and being known as THE Batman Fanfic due to it's length and constant uploads, Tim is in the middle of writing a new chapter and just. stops.
"What am I even doing?"
Because at this point he's been Robin for almost a year and he's still fantasizing about being a part of a family he is already a part of.
(is he though? It's been a year and they barely acknowledge each other out of the suit, and at the end of the day he still goes home to an empty mansion)

Five years later, one of the bats dredges the fic up from the deep dark corners of the web.
The others endlessly tease Tim for his writing as a 9-13 year-old
(they keep reading and discover between the analytical jargon and awkward dialogue a lot of worrying details that give a better peak into the traumas of his childhood. The littlest of scenes explains why Tim treats himself the way he does.)
Jason, despite initially being one of the biggest teasers, unironically loves it because little Tim's portrayal of the second Robin grew up to be eerily similar to how Jason is now. He would never say it to Tim's face, but despite (or maybe because of) being a literary nerd, he reads every chapter up until it was abandoned.
The B plot of this all is, of course, Bruce finds the fic and thinks TIM is the one with a stalker and gets really concerned about the data released in the fic.

Ok it's really out of nowhere but youtube recommended me a remastered version of A Very Potter Musical and nostalgia brain told me had to watch it. I was so obsessed with this thing in 2015. And it holds up honestly it is still very funny even if I don't really care about hp anymore

I think he just hops between his McMansions in Gotham and New York whenever he's bored of fighting one type of villain

I do think that the funniest way to imagine the three friends proposing is having them all come together talking about how they are going to propose to Lucy but it's in that farcical way where each of them thinks they're getting advice from the other two through wordplay fueled misunderstandings, until finally Arthur's like all right "raise your hand if you're in this room and you're planning on proposing to Lucy, and then they all raised their hands and gasp at each other comically and then Quincey's like "all right there's only one thing to do. On the count of three we're all gonna hightail it out of here and shoot our shots, may the best cowboy win," and then they all spring up like this to go propose

i love that nate is meant to be the Normal Guy in the leverage team bc he wasn’t a thief, but what we know of nate’s past tells us he was a guy who:
had weird tense post-work drinks with his rival on rooftops
was frenemies with sterling
dropped out of seminary school... to become an insurance claims investigator
but still stayed friends with at least one person who actually completed seminary and became a priest
has a masters degree in statistics. which is not necessary for insurance investigation (not like it’s unhelpful of course, but it’s very much not a job requirement). it’s also clearly not necessary for being a priest, so idk why he has that exactly. just did a masters in statistics for fun
would love to receive a secret button camera as a gift. to the point his wife would buy him one as a birthday present.

Like Steph just posts videos of her and the batfam dicking around and posts it to YouTube. She doesn’t have a set schedule or anything but because she includes the Wayne’s in the thumbnail/title she gets picked up by the algorithm and blows up.
Sometimes she’ll post all of them having a pool day and edit Bruce as a lifeguard every time he yells “no running!” Or she used Bruce’s credit card to buy a mermaid tail and does a whole h2o bit. Just them having fun.
They get a whole bunch of edits like “Dick fixing his hair for x mins straight” or “Alfred being a mom for x mins straight” or “Steph and Cass being girlfriends for x mins straight” etc.
But then lo and behold Bruce goes missing as Batman. They put a community post up saying that they’re going to stop posting indefinitely as they grieve. During this time, there’s a whole new genre of edits/compilations of Bruce being good dad, some of his sillier moments. And it’s really comforting for the batfam.
And then Breaking News!! Bruce Wayne has been found and is alive! And then it becomes a meme of “I can’t wait for Steph’s new vlog to come out.” And sure enough a couple weeks later Steph posts a vlog titled “he lived bitch.” That goes viral.
It opens with the kids singing “the dad came back the very next day. The dad came back, we thought he was a goner!” As Bruce eats his breakfast trying to act annoyed. There’s just a lot of memes and jokes about it because that’s how they cope lol.
Alfred and Leslie pretend to be bitterly, scandalously divorced at parties for no apparent reason. They have never been married or attracted to each other in any fashion. They try to see who can get the most people on their side by the end of the party. At the end they shake and say 'good game'.
