so i was painting whizzer in my art class and had a reference of him open on my phone and the person sitting next to me just looked down at my phone and started silently giggling and I turned to them and was like "yo what's up" and then they just said in between little giggles "i thought the dude in your painting and on your phone was gordon ramsay" and just kept giggling and i don't know how to feel about it.

However, is the celebrity chef's unique touch indispensable in their dishes? This question sparks contemplation. After all, can’t anyone cook well as long as they follow a recipe? Why does a chef become a ‘celebrity chef’ when, in all fairness, they are simply ‘working by the numbers’?
If ‘celebrity’ indicates the prominence of personality, the ‘celebrity chef’ seems celebrated for their cult of personality independent of the dishes they create. It is ironic, therefore, to be famous for something outside of one’s job description.
It is also, perhaps, one of the interesting aspects of society to make of someone famous for the most myriad of reasons.
