Presenting an alternate universe where the collector resurrected Belos only to throw him into los angeles for the sake of watching everything he does as entertainment. He gets stuck in a convention and accidentally crashes the Danganronpa booth during the announcement of season 53 while wandering around confused out of his mind. A Danganronpa contestant, Tsumugi Shirogane, then takes pity on him and tries to return Philip to Connecticut but crashes her car after mistaking a hitchhiker for bigfoot. They get picked up by a helpful man named Alfred F. Jones who is coincidentally on his way to Washington DC. He takes them on route 66 for, you know, the memories until he crashes his car in a high speed chase where the gang is trying to outrun the mob.
Along the way Belos and Alfred bond over US history (and their childhoods in the 1700s), Alfred bonds with Tsumugi over Danganronpa, and Belos manipulates Tsumugi into telling him about the modern world.

In your memories, he would always be the same ten-year-old boy you first met at the school gate many years ago.
Still standing at the same height as yours, there was no need for you to tilt your head up to look at him then. Even though he would still find his way to ruffle your hair to make it clear that he was going to be way taller than you would be in the future.
In your memories, he is still the same thin figured boy you grew up with. The boy who barely cared about his messy hair, letting some fall over his face while the others were jutting up to various directions on the top of his head from the amount of time he had been ruffling them with his hands out of nerves.
He would still be the same boy you would find standing still with his eyes rounded wide in astonishment whenever he was curious or interested in something. The sweet innocent boy who would be nibbling or licking his lips when he was thinking hard or when he was shy. The same boy who would come to your house, sometimes still wearing the uniform from his martial arts class and still sweaty after practice, only to pull you away from your room or any dark shadow you were wallowing yourself in to get you out and into the light. He would be tugging you along with him as he ran through the front yard, letting you follow him wherever he would go to help you forget about your troubles at home.
In your memories, he was the only person who could bring the light in your dark. The one who would listen to you when you had no one to run to. Whose warm eyes and innocent smile would always be able to make you believe that he could make a difference.
And for you, he did. Even if it was only for a limited time.
He had helped you create the little bubble where only you and him existed together. Where he made you feel safe and protected. Where you felt well taken care of under his warmth.
He was the one who gave you reasons to believe, to open your eyes before you finally became brave enough to open your heart for him. He was your best friend, and a lot more.
Holding his hand made you feel like everything was right in the world and nothing could ever come between you to tear you both apart. For the beginning of your teenage years, he had been a huge part of it. And you had thought that he would become a part of so much more.
Until he wasn’t.
And it took only one kiss to ruin it all.

Subverting Fan Expectations RWBY Edition: What if…RWBY’s final chapter wouldn’t be figuring out a way to defeat Salem and stopping her once and for all from gathering the Relics and bringing about the world’s destruction by the very Gods that created it. Imagine if Salem goes out in the same manner as the Night King from Game of Thrones. She shows up for the Battle of Atlas with her army of Winged Beringels to destroy the kingdom if Oscar/Ozpin isn’t surrendered to her. The kingdom says nah and the Battle of Atlas begins. In a surprising yet not-so-surpring twist, Ruby uses the last question from Jinn and learns that she is the key to defeating Salem. During the Battle of Atlas, as her army overwhelms and decimates the kingdom, Salem shows up to kill Ozpin herself; cornering Oscar only for Ruby to show up to save him. Ruby and Oscar/Ozpin face off against Salem together and in the end, Ruby defeats Salem instantly with her Silver Eyes before she could kill Oscar. Though instead of killing her, Salem gets purified of her darkness and returns to her original blonde self; though still immortal. Thus beginning her redemption arc. Yes. You heard me right. Salem gets a redemption arc because it’s something fans wouldn’t expect. It’s the one where after several thousand years she’ll finally learn the lesson that the Gods were trying to teach her in the first place. She will probably even learn this lesson through the aid of Ruby and Oscar since they are our two smaller, more honest souls bringing full circle the note Oz foreshadowed since episode one of RWBY Volume 1. So despite being the main big bag as revealed by V3, Salem isn’t the final fight. In another twist, the"real" final fight of RWBY is actually our young heroes fighting in the second Great War to plague Remnant. Turns out that despite Salem’s defeat, the lasting effect of her influence and her forces actions dealt a huge blow to the world order. Atlas is used yet again as a pawn this time to kickstart another Great War with the other kingdoms. So in spite of our main villainess being defeated, our young heroes barely have time to celebrate this victory as anarchy rises and chaos ensues, bringing forth the Grimm in its wake. Imagine if Salem is only the preliminary fight before the final boss. She was only the initial battle. For the real war was just about to start. If RWBY pulled a change such as this, how would you feel about it?

More rather, I had a roadtrip AU with Human!Amnesiac!Salem with Ruby and Oscar, discovering the dark deeds she had done, especially to her love, Ozma, and growing close to Ruby!
Seriously, a road trip AU with Human!Salem is just so good to imagine. For one, it would fulfil the promise Salem made to travel the word with Ozma. And then just the general aesthetic of road trip. Ideally, I’d like Oscar to learn how to drive and then hand the keys to the car to Salem at the end of their journey to symbolise her control over her new destiny and his newfound trust in Salem to not revert back to the witch. Not to mention, I think road trips would allow Salem to discover where her influence as the witch wreaked havoc, particularly on Beacon.

Jaskier is running away from his abusive home, cutting them all off without a word, and disappearing into the night to move to somewhere with a better future for himself. Only issue? He has no car, or money. So he sucks it up and tries hitchhiking, regardless of all the horror stories everyone tells you about. He was expecting some awkward drive with some old random trucker or something, like what always happens in the movies. What he wasn't expecting was for three brothers on a yearly family bonding road trip to agree to take him with them across multiple states (or uk equivalent) What he REALLY wasn't expecting was to fall in love with one of the men, who has long white hair, piercing golden eyes, an awkward-shaped smile, a ridiculously named pet horse, and a stupid sense of humor.
I’m currently without power in this Texas snow storm, and very bored. So let’s make ideas together!!
Either anything you can think of for whoever character, or here’s a prompt we can go off of! Let’s have it be a road trip au with Geralt, Lambert, Jaskier and Eskel. Let’s figure out what they do for jobs and where they go, road stories to tell and laugh at, moments in storms, times were one won’t talk to another and the other two awkwardly have to fill the silence. I’m down to hear anything!
Eskel’s the only one who packed enough snacks. He’s also driving, because it’s his truck and no one drives his truck but him. Lambert lost the rock-paper-scissors for shotgun so he’s in the back. With the snacks. Eskel hears a crunch and starts YELLING but he can’t DO anything bc they have to make time and can’t stop the car for him to beat up the motherfucker in the back eating all his chips.
Lambert: *starts to eat Eskel snacks*
Eskel: that better not be my can of Pringle’s
Lambert: *chews faster*
I honestly think that doesn’t hold him back, he’d probably get whoever’s in the passenger seat to hold the wheel for a second while he beats Lambert’s ass in the back seat. Should’ve listened to Eskel’s warning when they started the ride, and if he’s really hungry, he can have this knuckle sandwich Eskel’s got waiting for him.
