Okay everyone I have an amazing fanfiction idea I need someone to bring to life. It is a Ben Hargreeves x reader, you are also an umbrella but after Ben dies you can still see and feel him and he can still touch you. So say it’s like season 2 and you are staying with Klaus in his cult house and you are like pregnant with Ben’s baby (let’s say 6 months) and then when everyone time travels back to 2016 you see sparrow Ben and think he is your Ben. That’s all I have really but it’s just a brilliant idea. Thank you

You know what I think is really fucked up is that this Ben obviously misses his siblings, his academy, soooo much and the narrative just..... doesn't care.

Whatever their problems were they were his siblings, his family and he watched them all die terrible tragic deaths before they ever got a chance to escape the clutches of their abusive father. And now he's stuck with this group who is insistent on seeing him as an asshole version of their ben that they and the narrative kinda act like his family never existed and that is so fucked up and such a missed opportunity.

My absolutely favorite thing from the sparrow academy cast announcement is the fact that only from character descriptions you can already see so many parallels and sources of conflict.

I love that all the sparrows in the background are flying the same way except Fei’s that are mimicking her power

one of the obvious Contradictions to the “new” Umbrella Academy world is that the Siblings went back to being humans, powerless; Luther lost his muscle and others the powers and the tattoos….

But Five on the other hand, being 58 still looks 13, why?

shouldn’t he have reverted back to his old physical Form?

we know that, and so is Sir Reginald Hargreeves

and Sir Reginald Hargreeves’ actual home isn’t the same as Abigail’s Planet

because Abigail looks human

Sir Hargreeves isn’t

so Reggie’s Original sin isn’t what we were thinking at all

Has Anyone else noticed that Five doesn’t speak at all in the Teaser. Even when they sit in Diego’s Van (Wanda), he says something in the front seat but it appears to be muted.
