For General #4: Were they each other’s first (kiss, relationship, etc..)
I like to think that despite popular belief, Papyrus was Mettaton’s first significant other (and vise versa) and they’re both extremely awkward at first. Papyrus probably wasn’t Mtt’s first kiss, though.
And for Domestic life #7: Who worries the most?
They both worry an equal amount! But in different ways :) Papyrus worries about making all of their dates absolutely perfect, and Mettaton worries about himself. Even though Papyrus is head over heels for Mtt in any form, the ghosty feels sometimes creep up on him

NUMBER OF ENEMIES : Enemies? I just don’t have time or energy for that sort of thing. If people dislike me then I’m completely unaware of it, I don’t go out of my way to bother anybody. 🤷
LAST PERSON TEXTED : My mother who went away on holiday this weekend with dad. She showed me their hotel room (beautiful) and photos of the wedding they went to with other family.
LAST THING YOU BOUGHT : Just some groceries last Saturday with my first paycheck? Spicy pepperoni pizza, multigrain crisps, cheese spread, blueberries - that kinda thing. Oh yeah, I got myself a Jurassic World Dimetrodon figure as well because I fucking loved the Jurassic Park (Kenner) line as a kid and wanted a little prehistoric friend on my desk. Honorary successor to my first JP toy. <3

Less stress, taking a stroll, being a little more mature, letting the beard grow (shaved yesterday, hahaha), the horns are not necessary I saw them and think they look neat😈.
I was thinking of another design but because there aren´t a lot of summery or nautical outfits, (the bandana is there to show that), I choose what I could, but think this is more of a marine biologist in the wild than a hiker, hahaha.
And the earrings are there ´cause i have a secret and idea, (one for every ocean I go, hahaha).
And talking about face or body, only a bit more tanned but nothing more, for the moment I´m quite happy with my body >:D.
And all of these are minor changes, that I´ll do probably in the future!

cloud cookies with friends!
Debbie dropped by over here, bringing some nice rainstorms. In light of that, & needed to use up my extra ricotta from stuffed shells, I decided to do a little something I’ve seen around here as I baked some cloud cookies (soft ricotta cookies with a glaze). 🌧️
Sora (Castform) was watching the clouds & rain roll by as Rain (Vaporeon) helped me in the kitchen (very important that you know she helped!). Skye (Altaria) waited eagerly by the oven, & now these three sillies can’t wait to have one - gotta wait until “Ikrit” comes home! 🩵

PS: I forget where I found this recipe online, but this is the one I use (plus a tiny bit of sparkly sugar before the glaze sets). Have fun! 🌧️ Cloud Cookies:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 of 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese (about a cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet parchment paper.
Cream sugar & butter on low speed until light & fluffy.
Add ricotta, vanilla, & egg - mix.
Add dry ingredients - mix into a dough.
Scoop 12 cookies onto baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until light golden brown & the tops bounce back.
Cool cookies on wire rack (careful, they’re soft!)
Prepare glaze - combine powdered sugar, vanilla, & milk (add more milk if it’s not liquid enough).
Glaze cookies when cookies are completely cooled.
Enjoy! Notes: For a lemony flavor: add 1 tbsp lemon zest to cookie dough, & substitute 1 tbsp milk for lemon juice to glaze (add milk if not loose enough) 🍋
Made some more of these trainer encounters for my commission sheet I’m working on! I had the fun idea to offer “Single Battle” & “Double Battle” drawings either line-art or full-color, with 1-6 Pokémon per drawing (1-3 each for Doubles, just like in the game!)
For the “Single Battle” example, I drew more “me-Ansy” than “comic-Ansy” (lol) with the plush team you’ve been seeing in those slice of life posts I’d do (still waiting on the last 2 members, hopefully for Christmas!). Really looking forward to it getting cool enough for me to wear my cozy cloudy sweater more~ ☁️
For the “Double Battle” I drew Ansy & Ikrit as a “Kimono Couple”! Kimono / Furisode Girl is a trainer class who wear traditional Japanese clothes & use Eeveelutions, perfect for our Eevee family lol. Reminds me of the Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival)! 🌸 I need that kimono
I’m hoping to have the completed sheet done soon. Again, I won’t be able to do too many at a time (the Double Battle definitely ate up a lot of my time / energy lollllll), but yeah! Should be fun!

Oooh—I actually have thought about this! I have a playlist just for when I'm writing blurbs about the stardew valley characters, and no I don't care if any of these are predictable because I think they're accurate lmfao.

I think he's a mix between 5sos' Voodoo Doll, Troye Sivan's Strawberries and Cigarettes, Taylor Swift's Style, and the last 90-ish seconds of Sleep Token's The Summoning. Also Conan Gray's Overdrive. He's still young and reckless, but he's a little more subdued and all over the place.

One Directions' Steal My Girl, Shawn Mendes' Wonder, and Harry Styles' Watermelon Sugar. Even though they're pretty heavy with gendered language, I have no issue imagining Alex with varying farmers while listening to these songs.
Elliott
His love definitely swerves more toward obsession and worship, so anything by Hozier, no question about it. But also Can't Take My Eyes Off You by Frank Valli is heavy Elliott energy.
Shane
Everybody Wants You by Johnny Orlando, Someone To You by BANNERS, DogBird by Madds Buckley, and Lauv's I Like Me Better. Like Seb, Shane's pretty all over the place as well. Also he makes me cry ahaha. hm.
Harvey
Harvey gave me a little bit of trouble when I first started writing. I had to think about him quite a bit to land on a genre/song for him. Anyway, Ophelia by The Lumineers, Ready Now by dodie, and The Way You Look Tonight by Michael Bublé are all Harvey coded. END ME
Maru
In My Mind by Lyn Lapid, Bubble Gum by Clairo, and Space Girl by Frances Forever. I imagine her as a pretty inexperienced and romantically repressed character (I wonder why Demetrius) so all of these songs have a certain level of melancholy about them, which is very Maru for me.
Penny
She by dodie, Conan Gray's Heather, and Lonely by Noah Cyrus. Repressed, just like Maru, but for different reasons. Never had the opportunity to really live her life, you know? Lots of insecurities and feelings of inadequacy my poor babie nO but I usually only listen to those when I'm feeling a little down. You can trust that I don't always write angst for her, and when I don't, it's loooots of early Taylor Swift.
Haley
Sabrina Carpenter. That's it. lmao no i'm kidding Diamonds Are Forever, Nonsense, Looking At Me, and Girlfriend by Bea Miller. I love me a mean, confident lesbian, but she does soften up the more you get to know her, and I always listen to Isabel LaRosa's I'm Yours when I want to go that route with her. I also think of her when I listen to Dress by Charlotte Sands.
Abigail
Very punchy, "powerful woman" type songs. Namely UPSAHL's People I Don't Like, Beautiful is Boring by BONES UK, and American Horror Show by SNOW WIFE. She has opinions and she's going to let you know what she thinks—but make no mistake, she is a loyal and good person to her core. She's just got an attitude sometimes.
Leah
Cosmic Love by Florence + The Machines, Light My Love by Greta Van Fleet, and Constellations by The Oh Hellos. She's got a certain whimsy about her, but she's still a very grounded individual. She and Elliott have a similar vibe to each other, but where he's the smell of salty sea spray and plum juice dripping from your fingers, she's frayed picnic blankets and the smell of grass after it rains.
Emily
Now this might be controversial, but Señorita by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello is always gonna make me think of her. I'm Born To Run by American Authors, Enchanted by Taylor Swift (her version, obviously), are also both some of the easiest songs for me to think about her. She definitely believes in soulmates and fate, and probably makes jewelry or sews while thinking about you.
HERMIT A DAY MAY - DAY 26
Hermit PVP x Pokémon
I wanted to do something a little different for this day, so I drew Pokémon!
I really enjoy the Hermits impromptu battles on Gems (unintentional) beach arena, so that's the group/collab moment I decided to draw for today. And for that, I thought Pokémon would be perfect!
This is more of a design challenge than a style challenge today - all the Hermits were redesigned as regional variants of existing Pokémon. So instead of putting my references under the cut, I'm going to put the Pokémon I created variants for and their variant typings. See if you can guess them before you look!

Angel and David haven't seen the light of day in ages... And honestly I did miss them. They bring back so many memories... I mean, the both of them are literally my first oc's ever! And I'll give it to my 12 year old self, these designs and personalities really aren't bad.
In fact, I still really like Angel's but David's can use some work- I didn't know what I should do with his hair so I made it all squiggly to make it look like it's like that cuz he's scared-
I'm currently thinking about what I should do with them. Who knows where they'll end up... I need to give them the justice they deserve! :D
