First question "What things do you think the CDD community should change because it can be harmful?"

I'll say almost everything, yeah, that fucked up is the CDD community, the fights, drama, immature people, there's a lot of shit going on. And when we get to the CDD part of the CDD community like 95% of the time is just alter talking and ignoring all the other things and symptoms surrounding the disorders

Like half of the bad things and shitty things that happens to the CDD community that isn't directly a thing made by and for them in terms of harm it's, almost all the time, something they search for or an indirect result of their actions

Pretty shitty and fucked up in my opinion

First question part 2 "Do you think there's something that is important but ignored by it (The CDD community)?"

Yeah, pretty much all the things that doesn't involve alters and mentioning CDD is because of trauma

CDD community, just to let you known not everything around CDD is alters

Pretty mixed tbh, the fist encounters and the mini drama that happened with endos was very annoying, but we didn't mind it that much outside the laughs

Also I'm surprised how I get noticed so fast in a short period of time, yeah ik I don't have a big name or I'm recognized but it's a pretty big jump go from nothing to almost 40 followers just in one of our blogs (This one)

Get your point, but as we stated we feel more comfortable using brainmade rather than introject in this cases, labels and roles for alters aren't obligations and you have to follow them exactly as they are, what you have to priotitize is your comfort and what works best for you and your system in order to heal and understand

Maybe for you they're introjects, for us not, and that's ok cause everyone has different points of view and preferences regarding labels

Labels like brainmade and introject aren't obligatory and are just for the alter comfort and understanding, so if isn't affecting you nor the other system in a bad way, let's learn not to correct things about preference and personal understanding :) /nbr

I'm curious, do you have a "verse" in your system?

Explanation: A verse is when you have multiple alters from the same source and/or are classified as similar or the same; it's not always about introjects cause we have brainmades who are a verse

"Yeah ik I'm this alter... Am I alone fronting? Who knows, maybe, maybe not, am I being influenced by other alters in front? Maybe, maybe not"

And then you forgot you say you were X alter and you continue your life as normal till someone or something reminds you you're that alter and you remember you're a system

And then doing some normal shit you became aware you're not fronting alone and you hear the other alters at front talking or they talk to you/externals so you're now like "Oh yeah... I'm not fronting alone"

Sometimes forgetting about the existing of fronting, alters and all this shit is hilarious and random, it's like the thing that most of the community talks about when talking about symptoms and it's the thing that we forget most of the time about DID lmao

Syscord/Systok sucks and I don't care anymore about them, I'm fucking done with the bullshit is there

Thinking I would find some good community (I'm always aware community spaces aren't completely safe, but I know some non-safe spaces that are good spaces to) I ended up in a shitty place

Syscord and Systok are one of the worst things the CDD community has to offer, and I'm telling it as someone who was in both the spanish and english syscord/systok community, they're shitty

We have a lot of fucking and horrible personal experiences with them, and also we have seen a lot of things and many problems, it's fucking toxic and taking something good is difficult as hell

You want a tip? Don't be part of syscord nor systok

Or for example in our case we focuse more in the dissociative part cause that's something daily for us, we tend to forget about alters because of dissociationg of the disorder

The CDD community has minimized the disorder into alter disorder and that gets into my guts in a bad way, we need to talk more about other things of CDD, bad, neutral or good

My personal hot take

The CDD community is so focused in the alters part of the dissorder that it became bullshit and some kind of annoying, the community ignoring all the things outside alters and trauma is the reason why CDD community can't be taken seriously by CDD systems that don't care about glorifying and making pretty the disorder

I found so funny everytime a non human of our sys says "I'm otherkin" and we're like "bro you're already non human 😭"

Like mostly they talk about fronting experiences with their otherkins, and the most interesting things is that they're kins aren't based on their inner appearances lol
