Grian & Big B [Double-Life]

SPOILERS. its kind of a given at this point.

Honestly I'm just scared how the thing between Big B and Grian will go. I mean they don't really consider Ren or Scar's feelings do they? I fear this might end badly, but Big B becoming a red life throws kind of a wrench in that, and the consequences could honestly have gotten even worse, and just- aghh. I mean I haven't really been watching Scar's POV but as far as I'm aware, he hasn't been doing anything really.. bad..? behind Grian's back [I mean I'm a little questioning it, but I've just kinda skimmed through one of the episodes so..-] This could end in tragedy, or it could end in even worse tragedy haha

In a different scenario where let's say Grian and Big B have not found their soulmate, or they are soulmates then what they're doing would be perfectly fine [i mean the secret bond between them not including ren and scar stuff] but they actually kinda have people theyre connected to and are aware of that. so much stuff can go wrong and just hHHh i bet you there'll be a betrayal somewhere :')

I feel like.. Scar might genuinely kind of care about Grian possibly, and I can only imagine the hurt that he'll have when he finds out what Grian had been doing. Bro I can already imagine the hurt fics where Scar starts to question everything and if he was really that bad of a soulmate to where Grian didn't want him--

Things that have happened to BigB or he has done on secret life that make me wondering what it up: a list

1. The red secret. Now for the people who have not watched BigBs videos his secret is red. Compared to all the rest that are white. And even beyond that the name of his secret book has red letters. Its definitely very intentional. Because theres no reason for it to be red. Scars hard one wasn’t red, only BigBs.

2. The lies. BigB has lied a fairly decent amount and not the ‘Im just protecting myself lies’, but lies about a lot if things. Its very evident in the first one, with the whole conversation with Grian. Especially since theres no reason he shouldve lied!! He turned in his task, he could’ve just said his task was to dig a hole, nobody would’ve been like ‘thats a weird task’ because its the first session. I mean even grian barely knows how the tasks work. He left it all up for everyone else to decide scars fate. Nobody would’ve batted an eye.

3. His tasks in general. Now while something as small as the task ‘dont say any mobs name for 30 minutes’ seems mundane and basic. The whole point of the series is to push everyone together, while at the same time keeping them all apart. Almost every single task involves to some degree interacting with other players. But both of BigBs were very solidarity, he didn’t need anyone else’s input in order to complete it. Theres maybe 2 tasks? (don’t quote that number) That aren’t BigBs that don’t require other players. And don’t get me started on the wording of the 3x3 hole one- its so long and complicated and so oddly specific. I could dedicate a whole point to that task alone. But back to the point, his tasks are just so out of character if you compare them to everyone else’s.

BigBs character i feel is gonna be so crucial to the future of secret life. I’m excited for future sessions, and so so curious to figure out how BigB ties into everything. I have my own ideas (hes gonna go a bit crazy/manic when red) but thats for another day. So many characters are so so interesting and im just really excited.

Im watching bigb and do he and joel have the exact same task??????

Cunfuzzling

So I watched bigbs pov (like 3 hours ago it just only tumblr time rn so some info might be wrong) here are some things I noticed

His task was the exact same as Joel’s, same wording, same everything. Nothing changed about it. Im really cunfuzzled why. There’s absolutely no reason they should’ve been exactly the same. But they were.

His vibe was super different this episode, felt like he was trying to do something. Fit in or whatever. Maybe it was love island it could’ve been that. But it was different from the beginning.

His task was white. Both episodes before it was red. And this one it was white. (Mumbos was also a totem?? But my sister made me watch his 3rd episode before I watched the rest so that might be normal) But its to the normal one.. which it wasn’t in any of the other episodes.

His vibeeeeeeeeeeeee- I know i said it before but it was so so different. And idk its like bothering me. Because it wasnt the same bigb we’ve seen in other episodes. And im not saying its bad. Its just weird. Like when someone says everything is normal and fine, but theres like a murderer, in the group yk- his vibe is different and i know it is.

I like to imagine that everyone on secret life (or any life series tbh) has like little jewelry pieces that show both the color of there lives and/or has there secret in it. a scroll is easy to read from a side, a little note tho? not so easy

Gem has a bracelet if she pushes just right the heart like extends sideways, Along a track so she can read her secret.

Scar has a pocket watch that clicks open so he can tell the time, and his secret.

Scott has a locket, it has his secret on one side and a photo of the people who means something to him (gem and impulse this season) on the other

grian has a brooch it doesn't show his secret but it shows his lives, he wears it everywhere.

Bigb has a ring, just like grian no secret shown but just his life

Imagine these things cracking as you loose hearts, breaking after your first death reappearing with a new color. There like your tie a constant reminder of what you need to do.

You can’t get rid of it, can’t even try. It’ll reappear on you no matter what you do. Burn it, drown it. It’ll reappear on you.

A constant reminder of how foolishly mortal everyone is.

• Ivy, prisoner of the Following. Saving her from imprisonment became an ultimate goal. Her own sister locked her away in claims of containing a so called corruption that fueled Ivy's veins.

• The "Lotus Eaters": groups of lost and convinced cultists found themselves in bliss and over-indulgence as they found the island of mindless fruits.

• Additional monsters of the Codfather's island: while the other entities of the island were prone to belittle and tease the disfigured cod, they were still intent to protect him. They don't tend to be too fond of false alarms, however.

• The man-eaters: this story's Laestrygonians, Queen Lizzie created an entirely new species of seemingly mutated fish creatures, most in resemblance to Axolotls. They are hungry for any unfortunate soul who falls into their waters.

The Underworld

• Will & Eddie: two souls who miss their friends and loved ones dearly. Each were happy to see those they cherish on their journey through the Underworld. Though brief, they did what they could to give the remaining crew some sense of comfort and love they once were so overabunted in giving.

• Michela & Redd: two souls filled with bitterness and resentment. While they could find themselves forgiving their friends for foolish choices & careless disregards, wounds are too fresh for them to have a clear mind. Floods of their friends have come in, screaming their tragedies and fueling more hatred among plenty of them towards the unfortunate survivors.

Monsters

• A reflection shown to a captain long in need of a wake up call

• Scylla: a monsterous amalgamation of history's corruptions. She takes on her most recent host's appearence. From that of convincing fae, to fungal viruses that took over their hosts minds, Scylla hungers and she will feed.

Alt. Gods

• Aeor: a more casual, human esque appearence. He takes on this look for those He typically doesn't expect to live long enough to remember. He takes on this look to make sure any mortal will hear what He has to say.

• Exor: a more casual, friendly appearence. Years have passed and they wish to appear approachable as they can manage as they approach the son of someone they would once and wish to call their friend.

• Sausage, the island of paradise. He just wants to go home. He just wants to feel home.
