HIIIIII NEW POST!!!!
These characters were drawn on the cover of two great poem books actually!!! One of them is called "Psalmi" by Radu Vancu and the other one is "Industria liniștirii adulților" by Anastasia Gavrilovici.
And the original design for these characters was done by Ana Toma!!
Anyways that's alllll for nowwww!!!

finished my first book cover!!!
I have come to the realization that I am an adult with a job who earns a monthly paycheck. Although it cannot buy stable mental health, it can buy books - and that is pretty damn close enough.
reading update

small reading update for the day.
i'm about halfway through the winners, it has been going a bit slow for me but i honestly just think i'm in a physical reading slump and i'm trying to push through it. ugh.
next, i just started how to sell a haunted house by grady hendrix and im about an hour into it and its pretty good. i really like the buildup so far and the brother mark is so sus i feel like he has smth to do with the parents' death. idk though but that is my theory so far!
anyway, feel free to let me know what you're currently reading if you'd like or just let me know if you've read either of these so far!
until next time! probably tomorrow

My goal in life is to read as many books as I can so I can be that pretentious person at social gatherings who is always talking about books.

My toxic trait is reading a “sad” book and getting “sad” when the plot starts to get “sad”.

This woman is a treasure trove of sarcasm.

Either this book was way too simple or it went completely over my head. I know what’s more likely.

No book is as sad as Diary of a Young Girl. I remember reading this book when I was in junior school and being hooked. The concept of journalling was not new to me but the idea that someone was quite literally pouring every emotion out into her diary was fascinating. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve read the pages of Anne’s diary. Random dates and incidents I’ve memorized because they meant something to me. It reminds me of how unfair life can be sometimes. How easy it is to take for granted, the bare essentials of life like food, water, shelter and freedom to exist.

The Madman's Librabry by Edward Brooke-Hitching

Books like Dorian Gray?
I am looking for good Horror/ Mystery Literature like the Picture of Dorian Gray, Frankenstein or the stories by Edgar Allan Poe. Do you guys have any recommendations for me? Am not as familiar with that genre as i would like to be.
