Who will still remember the events of S1 (DSMP)? Theory
As we all know, the server got nuked to bits and it is implied that everyone that was on the overworld got their memories nuked. But, we know that their are characters who would be able to remember because of their location at the time of the nukes or because of what we know of their lore, so here's a list of people that would definetly remember and a list of who could remember because of what we know of them;
Those that would definetly remember:

Those that could remember because of lore:
-c!Callahan (God-like) -c!Karl (Could have been in the in-between while everything happened) -c!Slime (Could have returned to the earth because he sensed the great danger) -The egg (God-like)

I was just thinking about this... And it's so strange I was just randomly thinking about this...
But Tommy really does have a connection to everyone.
I mean, I know why I was thinking about this, it's because someone said they didn't understand why Quackity and Wilbur fought over Tommy. Which I thought to myself, "it's because they have an obsession, just not as bad as Dream's."
Then I thought about it and I realized... Tommy literally lives in everyone's brains in the SMP, rent free.
You either people complaining about him, or talking well about him. Somehow Tommy is everywhere.
And as I thought about how everyone talks about him, even newer people who don't know him well... I realized... Tommy is really like the Egg.
And that's not even a joke, I noticed so many connections after I thought about Tommy with people always talking about him.
And I have evidence!!
Let's start with the fact that made the idea! The fact that both the Egg and Tommy... Only have friends or enemies. People who are saying they are not picking a side usually do pick a side when trying to figure out if they like them or not. But there is never someone who can't decide if they like them or not.
Which leads to the next part of, they have ways to get into people's hearts without them even realizing. Obviously Tommy is not mind controlling people like the Egg, but he does have a Charisma charm. Like Wilbur has said, he is a muse. He makes people feel inspired to do shit! Making them believe that their dreams can be reached! And the Egg kinda does that too. Just more controlling.
Another part is that both Tommy and the Egg (before locked up) was everywhere on the server while not even being there.
You see L'manburg? Both Tommy and the Egg were there, you can tell by just looking at it. How about the community house? Both have been there too! Prime path? There.
It's just that even when not there. When you look around you can see both of them there. Tommy from the History in the builds, while the Egg by it having blood vines everywhere!
And my final evidence, is in the fact both Tommy and the Egg seem to just appear out of no where. They just... Both showed up when the world needed chaos.
(I could also add they have a Red and Yellow color scheme but I shall not cuz that's Petty xD)
But yeh! The Egg and Tommy are very similar. And now I wonder if maybe that's why Tommy and the Egg have trouble controlling one another.
We will see in time.

I’ll be honest... I feel like we’ve should’ve clocked on to the fact something was up way before this.
I mean we found out pretty early on the egg absorbs red so why did no one/ hardly anyone not clock on to the fact that the red in Bad’s skin hadn’t changed despite how close he got to the egg? Honestly probably cause everyone was distracted with the main plot but I digress.
This is gonna be fun to watch (and an emotional rollercoaster probably)
i am losing my mind. badboyhalo woke up and decided today i will deliver the best plot twist on the dreamsmp since erets betrayal. like i just... the fact that it had been set up via the statue of bad in the egg room... how ant was RIGHT about bad acting weird on his last stream and didnt even notice... the build up of him laughing and walking to the round table and asking “do you really think the location of the round table was just a coincidence?”... the absolute shivers hearing him say “i need to remove my disguise” followed by him logging out and a split second where you have no clue what hes about to do and then... UGH its so good its so good where is his oscar
Philza keeps saying he wants to eat The Egg and let’s be honest with everything happening on the server... it wouldn’t be the worse thing to happen
Tommy really do be making the worst possible decisions and getting killed for it

Probably shouldn’t say this... but Bad’s plan is falling apart in front of him and it’s hilarious
The idea of The Egg hatching and a tall as fuck Fundy coming out actually terrifies me and kills me at the same time
Also, if the Eggpire story ends with Phil actually eating The fucking Egg
1) I wouldn’t be surprised
2) I will be 100% done
Right so someone pointed out that Karl founded Kinoko Kingdom which I guess would technically count as a government so thanks for pointing that out!
Anyway, my explanations for this isn’t 100% fleshed out but here we go. Techno and Phil made it clear that anyone in the Syndicate can leave anytime they want, no one can force them to stay. Another fact is that both the Syndicate and Karl don’t like the The Egg, Techno see’s it as a government and Karl protected Quackity from Bad by asking for him to meet him away from the egg. I think this is what led to Karl talking and then possibly working with Techno.
About Kinoko Kingdom I think either Karl joined without telling Techno about it (more likely) or Techno knows about it but since their only common goal is to deal with the The Egg, Karl’s planning to leave when The Egg is gone.
Hopefully this makes sense, I would’ve put this in the original post but I didn’t have it fleshed out and I was a little stumped. Hopefully this clears up my theory/ramble a bit more!
I know I made one follow up post but I decided to make one more since when I looked at Twitter I was reminded of a few images and a more recent one.
Going back to the wither roses and who Karl is often found with them, we have seen them when Karl wasn’t around, of course they appeared near L’manberg but, there was also one in the Syndicate base:
Of course it might just be a choice of decoration but there is more. When Hannah returned to the server and went to her house and found it covered in blood vines the roses around her house had changed too, they were all white.
and in the latest Tales From The SMP poster what do we see near the crown? :
A wither rose and a white flower.
And that’s kinda it! If I think of anything else I’ll be sure to add it but ya thanks for looking at my ramble!
I think it’s pretty safe to say that Foolish isn’t the mysterious 5th member of the Antarctic Syndicate, Harpocrates purely because of how Phil and him interacted. Which leaves a few candidates mainly: Dream (because him and Techno have worked together in the past), Puffy (Because of her hatred for the egg), Hannah (because of her association with roses) or Callahan (because he never talks and could keep secrets).
Personally I don’t think it will be Hannah or Puffy since when Techno talked about who it was he used ‘he’. So looking at the male members I don’t believe it could be: George, Sapnap, Sam, Jack, Connor, Vikk, Lazar, Charlie, Eret, HBomb or Purpled purely because of the lack of solid evidence.
However looking back at who Harpocrates is [god of silence and secrets in religion] and how he is symbolised [symbol is a rose] makes me think there is a possibility of him being Karl. In Tales From The SMP when Karl is in the Inbetween there are always Wither Roses also he has been shown to keep secrets close to his chest even from Sapnap and Quackity who are his fiancés.
