✐ Context: You got a match in a dating app!

✐ Category: Funny. Cute. Romantic.

I never used one of those apps before, so I'm basing this solely on what I saw from posts and videos on the internet.

☼ Sun Wukong:

✐ Probably it all started when MK noticed how alone his master seemed to be.

✐ To help, Mk would create the account for Wukong, a thing that the monkey was totally against, but he decided to give it a try to please his student (or maybe he totally wanted some new company).

✐ Your profile did catch the Great Sage's attention easily.

✐ The description said that you like animals, and your hobbies included cooking, baking, and watching a lot of different series that he particularly liked too (the adventure ones with clear inspiration on JTTW).

✐ An animal lover would be perfect to deal with the Monkey King and his little monkeys, the fact that you were into making food was a huge attractive, and it was clear that watching TV would be a nice activity since you two shared similar interest when it comes to entertainment.

✐ And your cute profile picture showing off your beauty kinda made him more interested in this whole dating idea.

✐ Happy news! His solicitation to talk got accepted! Soon the two of you were babbling about your favorite shows and other common interests.

✐ If you choose him as your match, your profile probably stated that you were in search of someone funny. His profile picture was a blurry pic of one of his little monkeys with a puffy cheek for eating an oversized piece of fruit.

✐… And seeing this interest in amusing men, made Wukong put all his goofy charm on display, you would laugh so much while chatting to him.

✐ The fact that your online crush has martial arts as one of his hobbies listed on his profile did get your eyes too. I mean, who doesn't enjoy the concept of a strong person that know how to defend themselves?

✐ Ok, you had to admit that the idea that he would have a sexy fighter body also made you interested.

✐ When you asked for a photo of him, you had to ask him to "turn off the cute monkey filter he was using".

✐ He didn't manage to make you believe that he was in fact the Monkey King, he had to take a photo of him in human form (but continued to say that this wasn't his original appearance, and you laughed at his "silly joke")

✐ When the moment of the first date finally happened, you arranged to meet in a humble cafeteria, but busy enough to have almost all the tables occupied.

✐ Sun Wukong appeared in human form to avoid any type of outdoor confusion. Happiness fuelled him by seeing how things just clicked naturally between you guys.

✐ But when the date ended, and you two were ready to say goodbye, you gave him a surprise kiss in his nose and he literally transformed back in front of you.

✐ A poof sound was emitted in the air, revealing a ginger monkey with a scared expression. Silence tainted the surrounding for a bit, until your partner broke it.

"Uuhhh... Well, I'm the Monkey King, just like I said before... Yey?"

"That was... Kinda cute." - You said with shocked eyes and blushing cheeks.

✐ With you knowing who he really is the dates got more interesting, he took you to fly in his cloud, to see his land, to know his monkeys and his successor, to watch him training.

✐ It would take a long time for him to work up the courage to ask to be your boyfriend.

✐ After plucking up the braveness and arranging a cute, and romantic date, he would appropriately propose (or as appropriately as he could manage).

☾ Macaque:

✐ Macaque was probably bored and searching for any distraction when he downloaded the app.

✐ He thought that playing with one stranger feelings was a fun idea.

✐ Soon he found your profile that wasn't just the perfect victim, it was quite of charming to him too.

✐ First, the profile showed a beautiful frame, elegant, yet simple.

✐ The description informed that you were a "night owl", a person full of flaming passion to give, with meditation and writing novels as the main hobbies, but reading and watching theatrical plays as activities you enjoyed too.

✐ It was more than clear that you two would talk about good stories. His interior artist was crazy to show his many shadow plays to someone special, Macaque just didn't want to admit it openly.

✐ Of course, you had no trouble getting interested in this captivating and attractive figure.

✐ The profile picture showed his dazzing human form, and the way he described himself clearly highlighted his dramatically theatrical side, so poetic and mysterious at the same time.

✐ The two of you would spend late nights talking about different ideas for dramatic scripts, judging movies and book scripts you might be seeing, and sharing gossip about any interesting celebrity drama.

✐ Any time you had a question about how something would work mechanically in a fight, so you could write in your book you would talk to him, as the profile made it clear he was a fighter.

✐ Even more fun was asking side effects of specific blows, such as how a person feels after receiving a kick in the chest.

"I'm going to research how much a person bleeds after being stabbed."

"You need to specify how the cut was, if it is superficial, only a few drops will come out of the cut, if it is a larger tear, the blood will come out more quickly, but it depends a lot on the severity of the blow."

"... Wow... You totally have to help me with my book. Let me give you more details..."

✐ Mr Six Ears started to build some unconscious expectations after seeing how enchanting you were. Any amount of flirtation coming from him was returned by you with an even more effective dose of sweet talk.

✐ The monkey didn't notice, but over time any notification he heard made his own heart flutter. Your passionate side was slowly making him delirious with strong emotions.

✐ You set up your first date at a memorable restaurant, sure it wasn't the most expensive in town, but the high quality was remarkable.

✐ Even though the place was full of elegant people, he couldn't take his eyes off you.

✐ Flirtation filled your table conversation, both of you dedicated to making the other feel attractive. You mostly praised his voice, making clear that to you his voice was much prettier than the singers in the background.

✐ In the end he pulled you in for a kiss in the expectation of messing with you, having fun playing with you, but what he felt was something too good for him too.

✐ Subsequently, the end of the date made him notice how he was actually feeling.

✐ He didn't talk normally to you for a month (a thing you didn't like at all, it's super common for people to disappear after the first date), but after that break he got more intense, he clearly had something to tell you.

✐ A date was arranged at the theater where he works. After a beautiful shadow play presentation in which he told the story of the legendary Six Eared Macaque, he called you backstage for a chat.

✐ Macaque showed his true form, he was ready to be rejected for lying, but you smiled as if you already knew he was probably a demon.

"You weren't exactly discreet about your supernatural abilities, I saw you grab a bottle of wine from the shadow of our table on the last date."

✐ The next few dates got better and better, and not long after he found himself officially dating you.

Something have an idea in my mind, but i hope this request against the rules i read, hope you wouldnt mind.

may i have a request a seperate headcanons for Sun wukong, Macaque, Red son and MK would react their female s/o couldn't controlled herself cuz reader snapped/ berserk or even let their negative emotions, because of it the result she turned into some like dark and evil version of reader like you know their appearance changed even her aura too.

after they defeating reader they saw their sad flashbacks/backstory of reader. (like for example; forcing being perfect because of her parents , pushing herself become stronger, or reader's trauma or something like that) reason why reader act like that before they turned into, reader been dealing this since childhood. after that the boys comfort her after finding out their s/o's backstory.

I apologise the idea is confusing, this is inspired the game i played called "twisted wonderland", about the reader turned into evil mode called it "overblot" in the game and feel free to decline my request too! ^^

I like this ask, but I did put a spin on it since I wasn't quite sure where I wanted to go with the going crazy part, so I just had it that she was feeling pressured to be perfect and strong, but doesn’t snap or anything. Enjoy! :)

SWK, REDSON, MK, AND MACAQUE x Pressured!Fem!Reader HEADCANONS

Redson

Red knows exactly how you feel. 

It’s hard being pressured by parents because you’re supposed to look up to them! And that’s really all she knows.

By proxy, pushing yourself to be stronger…and so on and so forth until it all just boils over.

They themselves don’t really know how to deal with the negative emotions in a different way other than blowing off steam by training. 

So she invites you along to spar with him, meditate, and hey, maybe destroy some stuff. 

If you’re not up for that, and you want to just cry it out, he’s fine with sitting with you while you do.  And when you’re calmed down again, they’ll pass you tissues and a water bottle. Surely you’re dehydrated.

MK

Sweet boy also is aware of what that feels like. The real difference is that he’s the one setting those standards for himself.

He’ll advise you to talk to your parents, if possible. But if you can’t or don’t want to, the next best way to deal with this is distraction!

A movie, some darn good popcorn, and some tissues just in case there’s a sad scene. Maybe even some video games if you need something to do with your hands.

If you get super emotional, and can’t soothe yourself, they’ll help you breathe. In for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8. Over and over until you can get some words out.

Even if you’re not good at drawing, MK encourages you to draw your emotions. Watercolor is pretty calming, but crayons and markers are good for being angry and uncontrolled. 

He’s there with you every step of the way to help you feel better.

Sun Wukong

Oh honey he’s been feeling this way ever since the journey to the west! Wanna trade coping skill ideas?? /j

Anyways, Wukong’s pretty observant. When your stress levels started going up and you just wouldn’t stop pushing yourself, he knew he had to step in. 

Brings you with him to the nicest spots on flower fruit mountain to hang out. And while you two hang out, he subtly gets you to open up a bit. 

By the end of it, you’re both emotional(because c’mon if you cry he’s gonna cry too—) but you do know you feel a little better. 

His hugs are the best, please take advantage of this if you want, especially if you just need to be held for an indefinite amount of time. 

If you really want, other monkeys will also join in to comfort you as well!

Macaque

Very concerned. But obviously he won’t just admit it. He studies how you act(not in a creepy way) and when he sees that you’re disregarding your own needs and just trying to run on an empty tank, he feels bad.

With that silky smooth voice of his, he drags you over to his place, and gets you to eat and drink something while you tell him what’s been going on. 

When you’ve finished telling him everything you felt comfortable sharing, he takes your hands and tells you that you’re super strong for trying to handle these emotions and standards on your own. Jokes about going to yell at your parents, but he’ll leave them alone if you really want him to

He kinda sucks at comforting words because his humor is like 70% just about dark stuff so he tries to show his support with actions instead. 

Rubbing soothing circles into your back, wrapping you up in his scarf, and gentle kisses to the backs of your hands. 

Tries his best to show you that he’s very proud of what you’ve accomplished, even if others don’t appreciate it. He thinks you’re great, alright??

MK

Oof same

Though he tries his best to read himself, he tries extra hard to help you when you need it.

The two of you together probably mix up directions a lot(Mei and Redson will help lol)

Thinks it’s kinda cute if you mispronounce things; won’t make fun of you for it but will help you sound it out. If he doesn’t know either, you two just make guesses until something sounds right lmao

He himself uses a lot of visual aids(it’s why he loves drawing) so I can see him extending that offer of making some for you if you’d like!

Really good at getting you to calm down if you’re starting to get stressed at something you’re trying to comprehend.

Encourages you to take your time with stuff, there’s no rush, no one’s mad or anything.

Redson

They’re a little confused at first. The words on the menu are so easy to read, why are you having such a hard time?

(You’ll probably have to explain it to them)

Once they figure out what’s wrong they’re much less condescending toward you. They’ll pretend to not like giving you resources but trust me they love helping you any way they can.

Never ever rushes you to try and understand something. If someone else does, they threaten to set the person on fire if they don’t back off and give you a minute.

I think Redson is actually pretty good at explaining things in different ways. It requires some patience on their end, but they wouldn’t mind it for you.

If you want them to write something down for you because you’re kinda struggling on your own, they will. Their handwriting is really pretty.

SWK

OOF SAME

He’s super supportive, don’t get me wrong, and he does his best, but this monkey cannot read to save his life.

Thinks in pictures, deals in pictures. You two can potentially help each other out? You present words, he’ll match a visual to it. The math is adding up

He takes things slow a lot of the time, so if you’re getting stressed about reading or understanding something, he encourages you to do your best. If you still can’t figure it out, don’t worry about it, it’s not a life or death situation!

If he sees you zoning out he has two options: join in(bc honestly he probably likes daydreaming!) or very gently helping you to zone back in. If it helps you to fidget with something he lets you play with his tail.

Doesn’t care what anyone else thinks about you. You’re not dumb to him, you’re not lazy. You’re trying just as hard as anyone else!

Macaque

Like Redson, slightly confused at first. But then he remembers how Wukong is and understands immediately.

You’ll have to talk to him about what helps you the best, but in the meantime he doesn't mind reading aloud to you when the words just won't stop moving.

Very patient with you if you’re talking and pronouncing things wrong/mixing up words/etc. If you don’t mind him doing it he’ll correct you, but if you’d prefer he let you figure it out, he’ll shut up.

Has no sense of schedule for himself, but if you wanna work on your own time management he might partner up with you to figure out a routine for the two of you to follow(Please this man needs sleep. Give him a bedtime.)

If you’re into drama and theater like he is he’ll want you to help him with his plays! It’s hands on so you won’t have to stress that much

He’ll probably go terrorize anyone who insults you and your intelligence in front of him

hi I have seen like requests from other people and I loved how you wrote them so I was gonna request a Romance and fluff request of Nezha macaque and sun wukong x transmac chubby Neko reader like reader loves to cuddle and playing video games like cute games/horror games plus they dress with cute femboy clothes as one day they're like listening to the music of the Amen from Amber run and like the guys find them singing and there watching them watching the stars and seeing them singing their heart out as they finished they start tearing up because of a memory they had of their best friend from childhood because they died from cancer and they saw them die on the hospital bed as they saw them cry they come out of their hiding place and come to comfort them

Nezha

Oh sweet boy. Though Nezha could never truly understand what you’re going through, he does his best to help you. He’s normally uptight about your affections unless you two are alone, but he puts his pride aside for this. Lots of head pats and forehead kisses for you if you don’t mind them. The night he finds you singing so sadly after you went to see your friend at the hospital, he’s really torn. Should he interrupt you and comfort you? Should he wait? Either way, your voice on its own almost brings him to tears. He ends up waiting and then, very quietly, coming to sit by your side. He sits with you while you cry it out for as long as you need. To help distract you, he might even ask you to teach him to play your favorite video games. But if you want to work through your feelings head on he’s more than happy to help you.

SWK

Feels terrible. He’s seen all kinds of loss in his lifetime, but to see his normally chippy lover in so much pain breaks his heart. He still puts up his usual front of being happy and worry-free, but it’s all in an effort to try and help you smile again. He’s already super affectionate with you, but now even more so. He knows he can’t undo anything but by the gods he’s gonna help you through the grieving process. Loves your voice, but when he hears you singing not for joy but for tragedy, he struggles not to ugly cry. You finish your song and he takes his spot at your side, not saying a word. Wukong reaches out, and if you’ll allow him to, he holds you so tight because he knows it hurts like hell. He doesn’t really know how to truly process anything harsh like this, but he’s very good at distraction. Tell him about anything you want, show him your favorite games, let him take you shopping for those cute clothes you like. He’s with you for every step of the way.

Macaque

First of all, Know that this man would do ANYTHING for you once you two are in a stable relationship. He’s a little stiff about affection at first, but you’re so cute that he can't resist warming up to you. He hides in your shadow a lot, just to hang out, but this time it’s different. You’re sitting on the ground, singing your heart out, and he assumes the worst considering the last he knew you were visiting your friend in the hospital. After you’re done, and start crying a little, he pops out of your shadow to comfort you. He cuddles up to you, even lets you wear his scarf, and gives you tissues as you let it all out. Macaque doesn’t mind joining you on any path you want to take from this point. As long as you’re not hurting yourself, of course. If you want to really grieve, he’ll offer up his shoulder to cry on and his favorite meditations to help. If you’d prefer to just…avoid things, for a while, then he’s happy to take you anywhere you want to go. Just say the word and he’ll be there.

SWK

He’s surprisingly mellow in a relationship. Opting to go with the flow of things!Loves physical affection and is very open about it. He likes wrapping his tail around you, carrying you around, and definitely gives you kisses on the cheek a lot(if you prefer the lips he doesn't mind~)

He takes mental notes of what you like. Flowers, snacks, movies, whatever. So that way if he notices you’re down he can get you something

Macaque

He will let you ride on his cloud with him as long as you promise not to try and yeet yourself off of it.

If you spend the night sleeping at his place expect to wake up with multiple monkeys snuggled in with you

He’s decent at cooking so if you want something easy to make he’s happy to do it, if you wanna cook he wants to help however he can

He fidgets a lot, he’s almost always moving, don’t get freaked out he’s just very aware of Everything™

Let him do a grooming session on you. Please. It’s how he really shows his love. Talk to him while he does it, let him tell you about whatever’s been going on lately, it’s so nice and calm and intimate he loves it.

Will turn into animals to travel around with you if you let him!! Moth Wukong that sits on your arm, Hawk Wukong who flies above you, DOG WUKONG THAT YOU CAN RUB HIS BELLY—

The ONLY problem you might run into is the fact that he is terrible about asking for help or confronting his issues. He insists that because he is THE monkey king that he’s fine and can do anything on his own—this is the biggest lie on the face of the earth. Don’t let him stress himself out if you can catch it early on :/

He’s SO sweet, I promise, it just takes him a bit to get used to the fact that you actually want to be with him…he is flabbergasted

He’s quiet at first, but that’s only because he’s trying to read you. He wants to know if you’re really invested in him or if you’ll leave him behind. But once he knows for sure, he switches moods.

He’s got a lot of baggage that he’s doing his best to carry. He would never force it on you however he warns you in advance that he is NOT easy to deal with on a regular basis.

Very gentlemanly towards you. Carries your bags, definitely pays for the dates, etc.

Puts your needs before his most of the time; have you eaten, did you have a good day, if not what can he do to fix it for you. You might have to get on his case about it if you wanna try and put him first too

Not as affectionate as Wukong, however the affection he does give you is heavenly. Interpret that however you’d like~

He loves spending nights with you. He feels safer with you, he lets down his glamours, and he likes listening to your heartbeat. If you’re having trouble sleeping like he does he’ll tell you stories to get you to sleep, but he refuses to fall asleep before you do.

HE PURRS. THERE IS A SPOT BEHIND HIS SIX EARS THAT HE REFUSES TO LET ANYONE TOUCH BUT IF YOU PET HIM THERE FOR A FEW SECONDS HE STARTS RUMBLING. PUTTY IN YOUR HANDS, BABY.

When he’s not training at his dojo or running his shadow plays, he follows you around in your shadow to make sure you stay out of trouble.

Overall, he’s a really good boyfriend at heart, it just makes his brain blue screen to think that someone might actually love him romantically. He adores you for it.

Being SWK/Macaque's Crush Headcanons!

SWK

As soon as he realizes he’s got feelings, he admittedly is a little afraid. Would you reciprocate? Would you leave? If you’re mortal but wanna be with him, would he have to convince you to become immortal?? He overthinks the entire thing and it hurts his brain

Tries to spend more time with you and offers you a lot of favors or help with anything you want or need. He just wants to prove that he’s loyal and useful, even though you know he doesn’t need to prove anything—you already see it.

He’s not one to flirt a lot. He prefers actions. He’s affectionate to everyone he’s close to, it’s just a habit and a monkey thing. He might be physically more close with you but if you’re not into it he’ll back off the best he can. 

If he’s known you for a long time before developing a crush, he will be more vulnerable with you. He’ll let down his guard, he’ll let you see him without his glamour, whatever. You’ve earned his trust and he wants to show you that.

When Wukong musters up the courage to tell you his feelings, it’s an emotional moment for him. He drops his front of joking and being cool and suave, and his face and tone are serious. In the end, it’s up to you if you want to be with the Monkey King!

Macaque

He doesn’t think he deserves love. But he really likes you, for one reason or another, and you’ve become something for him to start blushing about when he thinks about you! It annoys him that he’s let himself fall in love, but he’s willing to put in some effort.

He’ll disappear a lot. Sometimes unexpectedly, sometimes because he’s got to go investigate something. Most of the time he is in fact scouting something out, but other times he’s testing the waters with you. Will you stick around? How will you act when he returns? But surprise surprise you…don’t mind? That he wants space??? And then and ONLY THEN will he start trying to woo you.

He brings you little trinkets and souvenirs from his travels. He’s less snarky and more genuine when he talks to you. He doesn’t act all moody when you fuss about his wounds after he comes back from a trip. He welcomes your company and even takes you to where he lives, telling you that as long as you don’t root through his stuff you can stop by whenever. 

Macaque will have to have known you for a long time to want to confess to you and even longer to want to even consider letting you see him without his glamours. You will see that sight eventually, believe me it’s worth it, but it takes time. He doesn’t want to get hurt again.

In confessing to you, he will try to act very suave like he knows what he’s doing, but he’s so out of practice with real romance. So he fumbles over his words and probably almost has an anxiety attack in trying to tell you. But after he recovers, he’s ecstatic to hear that you feel the same!

Could i have a seperate headcanons for Sun wukong, Macaque, Nezha & Red son with their female s/o who is a secretly a assassin , when they're with their s/o she looked innocent and sweet (also shy) but she's secretly bad ass and dangerous (also scary) when she's on the mission from their organization or in bad situation, what would the boys reaction when they find out their s/o's secret who been hiding all along from them?

SWK, Macaque, Nezha, and Redson x Assassin!Fem!reader Headcanons!

SWK - concerned more than anything else, in the beginning. He wants to ensure that she’s never in harm's way. What if she got hurt? What if he couldn’t protect her? But then she pops off and actually protects him, and not only is he amazed, he’s much more curious about her than before. Maybe encourages her to train with him to see her skills, and even give her new moves to work with! He is supportive of her, but he also has a healthy amount of fear for her!

Macaque - like Wukong, he wants her to stay out of trouble. However something was bound to happen eventually, and there she was pulling knives from her boots and throwing them with amazing aim at their target. His jaw is on the floor, he can’t believe how cool it is, he himself might not even join the fight just so he can see her finish it off. Afterwards he makes sure she’s okay before asking her “what the heck was that?!”. He vows to never underestimate her ever again.

Nezha - Nezha, being his dutiful prince self, will instinctively try to protect her sweet soul like it’s glass. He loves how sweet and genuinely nice she is, especially to him. However, he gets so worried when there’s that moment he can’t jump in front of her to take the brunt of an attack, but what’s this? She’s got her own weapon, and stopped the attack midair. He’s incredibly shocked, however he’s also SO PROUD OF U BB GO KICK THEIR BUTTS! She manages to finish off the fight on her own, and then when she’s done he goes up to her and is all like “omg you did so good are you hurt at all?? Let’s go get some food :)”

Redson - doesn’t mind having to take the lead for her! The least he can do for someone so sweet and special to him is to do the fighting and violence stuff. He was going to launch his flames at the demon that dared to try and mess with her, but when he looked, there she was beating them into next week. He could not be more proud!! Won’t make a big deal if she doesn’t want him to, but definitely celebrates her victory!! Power couple!!

Can I request a mk, red son, macaque, monkie king x reader Who is a jin and yin's older sister (bronze demon?)(it can be a gender netural)(for the character they might be like jin and yin but more clever or you can choose) I would be thankful if do my request ❤️

MK - ooo ok so I think maybe upon meeting you he’d be worried he’d get sucked into the Calabash again, but when you reassure him those were just your brothers and you’re not here to bug him, then he’s chill. The thing is you’re still gonna prank him, because you can and it’s funny, but the only difference is that you refuse to let your brothers mess this up for you…okay fine they can help you prank MK once in a while. But as your friendship develops with him they back off to let you have your fun. You keep MK on his toes, and honestly, it’s really fun to him!

Redson - at first they’re like “oh ok a new demon friend?” And then you have to warn them like “yeah we’re a package deal…Don’t worry though they have those leash backpacks” and there are Yin and Jin. Leash kids. Anyways, Red would probably want you to join them in causing some chaos for MK and Co.. Likes your energy, and how clever you can be. But when it’s boiled down, Redson is the voice of reason out of you two. Yin and Jin are just happy to meet another cool demon!

SWK - Ah shoot. Here he goes again. Not gonna lie you two would probably meet because Yin and Jin did something to mess with MK and then Wukong showed up too to beat them up. You’d step in and be like “oh gosh, sorry for them, they’re idiots, I’ll deal with them” and from there Wukong is like “nah don’t worry I got a problem child too” and gestures(caringly) to MK. He hangs out with you from time to time specifically to see what kind of trouble you two can get into. Other than that he just likes your vibes :)

Macaque - you two probably met when he’s lurking around the shadows and you’re also lurking around but just so you can find your brothers. You two chat, and then go on your way. Later on he shows up again and you two just kinda bond from there! He tells you stories, shows you the artifacts he’s gotten, and you make him laugh and have witty remarks that keep him going. Finding someone clever and demonic like him is ideal!

Redson - doesn’t get the appeal or anything at first. They know what streaming is, they have watched streams before, but nothing’s really appealed to them. However they love your voice and just listening to you, so lately they’ve been tuning in while they work on projects when you’re unable to hang out with each other. They absolutely love when you tell stories about the two of you. Definitely becomes your top contributor—they donate money very often just so they can make it clear to chat that you are very much taken, no they’re not threatening anyone, why do you ask— anyways would 10000% be willing to join a stream and chat with you; they’re not really one for video games. If you’d like you can also do their makeup.

MK - your #1 fan!! If you have merch? He buys some. You’ve got tiers for donations? He’s gonna climb to the top. You need a moderator?! HE KICKS OUT THE CREEPS! Macaque - soooo y’know how people react to hearing Corpse Husband’s voice for the first time? You manage to convince Mac to say hello to your chat and my god you’d never seen them go crazy like that before. He himself doesn’t mind talking to chat but he probably wouldn’t go on camera, at least not without his human disguise. He listens to your streams/videos whenever he’s traveling or having trouble sleeping. Definitely blushes whenever you talk about him and how great he is to chat.

Redson - condescending at first. But they slowly adjust and are actually pretty good at helping you! Has a spare fidget in one of their pockets in case you ever need one. They’re the “translator” for other people whenever you’re trying to talk as fast as you’re thinking and mix some stuff up—you don’t know how they do it, but they understand you perfectly. If you need something hands-on to do or are just bored in general, they’ll have you lend a hand in their projects, or at the very least let you sit with them and talk about your latest hyperfixations while they work. The only time they’re going to really question your logic (if there is any) is if they pop into the kitchen for a midnight snack and find you just fully zoned out, no thoughts head empty. Don’t worry they’ll snap you out of it lol

MK - OH SAME BRO. You two operate on a routine that you collaborated on because otherwise it would literally just be chaos. He has a whole bin of fidget toys that he lets you borrow from at any time! You two sit together and probably get mesmerized by those slime videos or even just those sensory videos. The apartment is probably covered in sticky note reminders. His favorite thing is letting you infodump to him about what you’re interested in, and then he gets to rant to you as well. He mixes up words just as much as you do, and yet you both always understand what the other is saying.

Mei - is the reasonable one out of the two of you. She helps you remember what you need to do and stuff, and honestly she benefits from making you a routine since she’ll probably end up making one for herself too. Definitely buys you fidget toys from time to time and ends up finding ones that she likes too! She keeps track of your interests so she can talk about them with you! Also probably has a backpack leash for you(she already has one for MK, so honestly it’s only natural you get one too). Very sweet, just wants you to be happy in any capacity!

Macaque - he has a very, very loose understanding of what ADHD is and how people cope with it. He balances out your hyperactivity the best he can, and honestly how could you refuse when he talks so smoothly to you about maybe chilling out for a minute? He’s with you for the good days and the difficult days, especially when you’re super unmotivated to do anything. Loves all the cool creative ideas you come up with; he has you help him brainstorm for his plays. He definitely doesn’t mind staying up late with you when you’re hyper focused, but he also knows there’s a line he needs to draw for the two of you so you don’t wake up the next day feeling exhausted. He himself burns out a lot I think so he’d be very good at recognizing when you’re burning out too(along with helping you manage things in a way that you can prevent it) 

Wukong - he gets it, to a degree! Having known MK for as long as he has, he knows the basics, however he is more than willing to sit down with you and get an understanding of what your experience is like! Runs with most of your ideas and impulses, unless of course you’re thinking too far ahead or even too quickly. Yes, taking a trip on his cloud to visit a zoo a few cities over sounds nice in theory, but hang on, let’s actually plan a proper trip. He has nothing to really do all day other than train with MK and take care of the monkey village, so he’s never gonna say no to you coming over and hanging out with him, doing your thing, etc. He probably has some trouble understanding you if you’re talking really fast, but he doesn’t get frustrated or upset. He just kindly asks you to repeat what you said but slower. He’s doing his best for you :]

MK - you have one brain cell between the two of you and neither of you can figure out who has it. He doesn’t mind at all that he gets to help save you if you get into trouble(he does mind how often you get into trouble, though. Seriously, how did you even manage to fall BY ACCIDENT DOWN INTO SPIDER QUEEN’S LAIR??) BUT the way you look at him with such adoration even though you’re caught up in this mess makes it all worth it.

Redson - They have no idea how you’re even alive. No matter, because they love the praise they get from you when they move you out of the way of one of the booby traps in their house. They have to come up with creative ways for you to remember which tiles are the bad ones without also giving it away to potential intruders. Whenever you’re ABOUT to do something dumb, it’s like a sixth sense, and they immediately find an excuse to leave whoever they’re talking with to get to you. If they honestly can’t be with you at that moment, they’ll probably send a Bull Clone to keep an eye on you.

Macaque - he keeps you close to him at ALL times if he can. No way are you gonna be able to just wander off, not on his watch! Finds your shenanigans funny at times, however if you could get seriously hurt he might have to intervene and have his clones just maneuver you around so you get the point. Still, he can’t stay mad at you for long, considering that you were just on your way to get him that boba tea he really likes.

SWK - you two are an enigma. A 100xImmortal monkey and a person who just. Narrowly avoids danger. To an alarming degree. You two are an unstoppable force honestly. He does his best to look out for you, especially if you’re just wandering around areas that he knows have demons in them. Sometimes he shapeshifts into animals so he can casually travel with you without having to disguise as a human, but other times he doesn’t mind doing it. The thing is, he has himbo energy, but he’s intelligent in truth. You on the other hand, are himbo in and out and ya know what? He loves that for you :]

MK - He would probably be a little concerned. He’s not one to notice ONE bad grade, however in a subject she’s shown interest in and succeeded thus far, then he might have to check in on her. He sits down with her, creating a very calm atmosphere(they don’t want to scare her) and asks her what’s been going on. Is someone picking on her? Is she not understanding something? No matter what, he makes it very clear that they’re not upset, they just wanna make sure she’s not burning out or anything. Very sweet, might encourage her to do some studying at home as well as school.

SWK - this is the same man who said AND I QUOTE “your disciple was born stupid” do you think he cares about grades?(/lh). He doesn’t put value on the reader based upon the scores she gets, he values her character and how she acts. Though if she is struggling with anything that is affecting that, then he will gently encourage her to do some self-care with him. Meditation, some healthy snacks, and a Power Nap or two. He would never be angry with her for a bad grade. “Try your best! Even if you do badly, you put in the effort!”

Macaque - Dad Mode engaged. Probably hangs her good grades up on his fridge or something, but then gets worried when she doesn’t want this particular test up there. Admittedly he’s a bit disappointed, but he doesn’t punish her. He puts time and effort into helping her make corrections for the assignment, he helps her study, and tries to help her balance out her mental health while he’s at it. An even amount of breaks in between work sessions, proper meals(I think he’s honestly not a bad cook!). Really nice about it.

Tang and Pigsy are a package deal - Aw what happened?? Do they need to have a chat with the teacher?? No, there won’t be any threats this time. Anyways, Pigsy would be the one to jump to conclusions—maybe she’s spending too much time playing games—but Tang would rationalize and calm him down. He’s an intelligent man, he’d probably love helping her with her school work. For any class, not just the ones she’s struggling with. Pigsy makes sure she’s eating properly and going to bed on time so she’s not throwing off her physical health. They celebrate all the small victories she has, they just want her to do her best!

He also tries to take some stress off of you when he can. If you’re helping the child with some homework, he’s fine with tidying up a bit around the house

When the kid starts warming up to him, he has the time of his life as they talk to each other about their interests. He definitely passes along his favorite stories about Monkey King

He’s very good with children, but he never pictured having one himself. Now that he’s with you he’s a little more open to connecting with them

He begins by telling them simple stories from his life—nothing about the violence or bad parts of the journey, but probably others like how he became immortal

Allows the kid to gently play with his ears and tail. He wants them to lead, to size him up, bc he’s afraid of being too rough with them

When the child starts being more open with him he starts being more open too. He acts more like a dad during this time

Loves the little family dynamic he has with you now. He looks forward to seeing your kid, he looks forward to bonding with you both

Stims SO hard when the child refers to him as their dad. Like yes!! That’s him!!!!!

9/10 just because he would probably think in the mindset of “ok this is a baby monkey”

Macaque

He can tolerate kids. But he hasn’t had to worry about being around them a whole lot ever since leaving FFM. That being said, he is terrified of messing up

He treats them like they’re made of glass. You’ll have to encourage him a lot—he reminds himself that this isn’t just some stranger, it’s your child.

The one thing he masters very quickly is bedtime. He loves telling stories and playing with the shadows to help lull the child to sleep :)

Really good at helping you and the child with a daily routine. He’s 100% there to pick them up from school, he goes to the parent-teacher conferences with you, heck, he’s not half-bad at homework.

Once the two are closer, he offers up the idea of training them to do karate or some kind of martial arts. It’s a great bonding experience.

So patient with them. If the child ever shows signs of needing space or time to figure something out, he steps back. He makes it clear he is willing to help and then lets things play out.

Really good at pretend play. The best French waiter impression in the pretend restaurant :)

When he is referred to as “dad” he realizes he’s in for the long haul and is SO okay with it.

10/10 shows up in a shadow portal at their school to drop off their lunch

Nezha

Man’s is going into this knowing very little about modern kids. But like everything else he’s done, he’s gonna put all the effort he can into it.

Probably really formal about it? The kid is so confused and actually laughs at him a little

You have to give him tips here and there. Like, no, they don’t know complex arithmetic yet, don’t bond with them over a conversation about it?

He likes being active with them. Trips to the park, simple backyard games like tag or hide and seek—it’s honestly super nice and relaxing for him and he likes seeing them energetic and ready to chase him

He’s really intelligent about many subjects, so he’s probably the best out of all of them for homework or studying.

He picks them up from school using his fire wheels and the kid LOVES it

He reads those parenting books if he feels the need to or if he needs serious guidance, but more often than not he comes to you for advice

Acts like it’s no big deal that he gets called “dad” but on the inside he’s jumping for joy

9/10 the kid has to educate him on what My Little Pony is because he has no idea about modern media

Redson

So so so afraid of messing up. His childhood was rough in every sense of the word; with his powers having to be toned down by a whole lot and then his own father being sealed beneath a mountain with his mother left to raise him alone. He wants your kid to have a good childhood.

He’s very practical. He doesn’t imagine a whole lot and this leads to a lot of dead-end conversations with your kid.

Eventually he says “screw it” and not only reads a ton of parenting books but also decides to go along with any tangent or question the child presents him with

It’s entertaining to watch them try to figure each other out

More than anything Redson likes to try and cook meals for you all. He’s got fun-shaped pancakes down to a T.

Definitely hypes the kid up at school. Drops them off and picks them up in his coolest vehicles, puts their best grades and projects on the fridge

He likes having the kid meditate with him every once in a while, just to show them how to just be.

Like Nezha, acts very casually at being called dad. But he will cry as soon as the child is out of earshot

9/10 he “accidentally” teaches the child to refer to their classmates as peasants.

Mayor

He’s a busy man by default. But he’s learning to balance everything as he spends more time with you and eventually is introduced to your child

Before anything, he reads the books and consults anyone on his staff with kids. He talks to you as well. How should he talk to them? What do they like? Is there a certain food they enjoy?

Cool, calm, collected. Waits very patiently for the child to assess him and answers any questions they have.

He involves himself in their school stuff. Very attentive to the quality of teachers, how the child is doing in their classes. Second most useful in helping them with work(first being Nezha).

Takes the kid with him to work every once in a while to show them around. The most dad-like out of all of them. In appearance, in attitude, and of course in jokes.

After a particularly dumb pun, the child laughs and says “dad that’s so bad!” And this man FREEZES

Cries about it to you, is so happy to be accepted by your child and have you both in his life

10/10 he owns a #1 Dad mug now :)

Syntax

Listen I love a scientist spider as much as the next guy but I cannot see him liking kids. It’ll take a lot of effort on your part to get both him and your child to hang out with each other

He’s hesitant, he isn’t sure what kids even like, so he makes a peace offering of sorts. He shows them his software where he can code games and what not

It’s interesting to the kid so they end up talking with him about video games and science for a while

Slowly but surely they get along really well! Syntax really does try his best because it’s for you, and in the end he can’t honestly say he doesn’t love your child too

Very engaging when it comes to schoolwork, he finds it easy to explain things in a simpler or more entertaining way than the dumb directions do!

Before long he’s actually offering to take care of the kid while you’re busy or pick them up from school. It’s the highlight of his day when they hop in his car and show him the high score they got on a science project because he helped them!

(Takes them for ice cream after because OBVIOUSLY this is a very momentous occasion)

Shocked when they call him dad. He never thought he’d be deserving of that title, or even of that position, but he’s been doing it all along and he’s proud to call them his child as well as yours.

8/10 rough patches here and there but he’s got the effort!

Alrighty, I’m here for some angst. How would the following characters: Macaque, Wukong, Syntax, Mayor and Red Son react to you dying in front of them? Like possibly from LBD or you took a hit for them?

I'm really sorry but I refuse to write character/reader deaths :( it just upsets me a great deal. However. I will write these characters reacting to you taking a hit bc I still wanna write their reactions

Macaque, Wukong, Syntax, Mayor, and Redson x GN Reader who took a hit from LBD (angsty Scenarios!)

Macaque - oh he feels terrible. Not only did he kinda let this happen, it’s you who got hurt instead of himself. He was fully prepared to take that hit but you jumped in before it got to him and he hates the sound it makes as it impacts you. He swears to himself that he’ll make it up to you somehow, he’ll be the one to get you to safety, he will heal you. Expect a lot of affection once it’s all over. A lot of “I’m sorry”’s and “does it hurt”’s. You are his top priority.

SWK - he let himself down by letting you get remotely close to the fight, but it’s like you don’t think twice before jumping in between him and LBD. No matter how hurt you get—even if it ends up just being a flesh wound—he puts even more passion into finishing the fight and defeating her. After it’s over he doesn’t let you leave his sight for a while so you can recover. It’ll take a lot of reassurance from you for him to stop feeling so guilty.

Syntax - I imagine this would take place towards the end of season 2. He doesn’t trust this weird girl and her even weirder assistant. So when you get hit instead of him when they betray the Queen, his suspicions are only confirmed. He knows he can’t defeat them, but he does his absolute best to get you to a safer place where he can apply his medical knowledge and help you. He brings you everything you need and insists that you stay here so you don’t get hurt again. More angry than anything else.

Mayor - this is bad for him because he is fighting an inside battle—does he side with his lady, or his lover? He can’t fully break away from her influence until she abandons him to get to SWK. Then, even though he’s weakened substantially, he helps to get you to safety. You have to make it, even if he doesn’t. After it’s all over, he stays with you as you both recover together and get back on your feet.

Redson - this demon is FURIOUS. He can scold you for doing something so stupidly selfless later on—for now he needs to get you out of danger. Puts up as much of a fight as he can and then rushes you back to his domain, where he puts magic seals around you that will help you to heal and keep you safe while he’s away helping the others. Comes back often to check on you and apologize that he let this happen. After it’s over he encourages you to stay with him at his home until you’re fully healed.

May I request Wukong with an s/o who purposefully butchers their singing voice?

When they sense someone's in proximity to hear them, they go wild and off key to hide their voice. Everyone thinks they are horrible especially when they sing confidently off key. They even go as far as to shamelessly duet with Mk and Mei when they blast music to get the message across. They can absolutely smash high notes but they're too shy to perform seriously in front of anyone.

Just imagining the godly reverb in Wukong's gave brought forth this idea.

SWK x GN!"bad singer" Reader Headcanons!

One way or another this man will find out what your voice really sounds like.

Don’t get me wrong, he thinks it’s really cool how you’re confident in singing “badly” in front of others. With his stage fright, he could never!

But with how you speak normally just talking to him, he has a hunch that you’re keeping a secret.

Cue monkey shenanigans to try and get you to sing for real. Tries to enlist MK and Mei’s help but you always catch on

It’s super frustrating for him, but he obviously hides what he’s trying to do.

Eventually he gives it one last mischievous try.

One day he mentions he’s gonna be getting ready to spar with MK. You hear the front door of the house close, and he’s clearly walking down the path. You search to see if this is another prank, but there’s no sign of him.

You throw on some tunes and you let your true skills shine. Every note in your chosen songs is hit, everything on beat, and the perfect pitch.

What you don’t see is him in his eagle form on the roof, listening intently to your siren’s song. That was a clone he’d sent into the woods and he stayed behind.

He waits an hour or two before “coming back”.

He keeps this little bit of spying to himself—he doesn’t want you to stop singing out of paranoia that he might be listening.

Next time you do karaoke with Mei and MK, he sits with his chin in his hands and a knowing smile across his face.

Hide it all you’d like, but he’ll cherish that voice of yours forever :3

With the world in a state of relative peace, it was perfectly reasonable in the Monkey King’s mind to take a night to stay in and relax. He treated himself to the activity of building a small fire and making s’mores. Some other monkeys had gathered around just to chill with him as the sun set and the brilliance of the stars and moon could be seen by all.

That is, until a large saucer looking thing crashed into the forest nearby on the island. Wukong told the monkeys to go wait in the water curtain cave so he could go investigate.

Smoke was almost everywhere, however he could see a figure frantically trying to wave it all away and put out any fires. Wukong stepped on a twig by accident, causing the figure to look up. Now he could see—she wasn’t human. Her hair was in one large ponytail that seemed to be glowing. The rest of her was a more purple color. But she didn’t have any real discernible features.

“Who’s there? Show yourself!” She called out. She was holding a screwdriver in a threatening way, but he was far from intimidated.Slowly he stepped out from his hiding spot behind a tree.

“Hey, uh, what are you doing on my mountain?” Wukong asked. She pointed at what he assumed to be the engine of her ship.

“I crashed. I don’t mean any harm or anything, I just need to fix this and I’ll be out of here.”

“No offense but I don’t think the engine is the only thing that needs fixing.”

They both looked at the ship. Dents and scratches galore, with many of the small lights either flickering or out and the windows broken in. She sighed.

“Ugh. Just what I needed.” She got back to work and ignored him. He stayed where he was, just observing.

“So…where are you from?”

“If you must know, I’m from the planet Anodyne.” She glanced over her shoulder at him. Wukong saw this as a perfect pun opportunity.

“It could be?..”

“You know what, I’ll take it.” She shook her head with a laugh. “My name is y/n. What’s yours?”

“I’ve got a lot of titles and names…think you wanna hear all of them?”

She seemed to smile. “We have nothing but time.”

He cleared his throat and puffed out his chest. “My name is Sun Wukong, the Handsome Monkey King and the Great Sage Equal to Heaven!”

“That’s certainly a mouthful. Are the Handsome Monkey King and Great Sage parts silent?”

“Well, the handsome part is kind of a given.” He waggled his eyebrows. Y/n laughed again, and as she moved away from the engine, it roared to life. The lights shone and smoke stopped coming out of it. Fully functional…except in appearance.

“Oh, good! It’s working again!” He cheered for her. She wiped her brow—did she have one??—and the tools she had in front of her dematerialized. He had barely noticed they were made of pure energy.

“I should get going, then. Get this repaired so I can travel in style again.” Y/n said.

“You’re leaving?” His expression dropped. “Will you come back?”

“I can come back and visit,” she took one of his hands and he blushed. “If you’ll have me, Handsome Monkey King.”

“Yeah! N-No pressure or anything!” He acted like it was no big deal, but he wished he could enjoy how soft her hands were on his own for forever.

“I’ll make an effort to stop by. I promise.”

She used her magic to get the ship itself out of the dirt and into its standing position, and then she climbed inside. He waved at her as the UFO took off and disappeared into the inky sky.

For an extraterrestrial encounter, he thought, it wasn’t like the stories that people told.

MK, Redson, Mei, SWK, and Macaque x GN!Winged!Reader Romantic Headcanons!

MK - oooo! This boy most definitely wants to fly with you! Whether it’s transforming himself or convincing you to carry him, it’s gonna happen! He also loves looking at your wings in general. If you’re ever just sitting and chilling with enough room for him to sit behind you so he can be sandwiched in between your wings, expect him to be there. He offers to help take care of them, if you have a specific wing-care routine. Also, probably nicknames you “angel”!

Redson - They think you’re pretty cool, but they’re not gonna make a big deal out of it. Red compliments them a lot, though, just because they think the wings suit you very well. Extremely gentle around them, because they don’t want to set you on fire. You would probably be the one who has to convince them to let you carry them so you can fly together. They’ll be clinging onto you really tight the entire time, though!

Mei - she is OBSESSED. Likes flying with you, feeling them, taking care of them—if I’m honest, she would probably collect feathers that fall off of them or the ones that you can give her—basically, she thinks you’re one of the coolest people she knows. Also, she gets to brag to people that her s/o has super cool wings. Calls you her “guardian angel” since you, as her partner, probably have to help keep her out of trouble.

SWK - He thinks you’re really cool! He also probably does a lot of bird/angel puns, sorry. He lovesss just feeling your wings and practically sleeping on them, at least until you get him to move because you can’t be his pillow ALL day(as nice as it sounds). The other thing he likes is watching you take care of them. Since it’s wayyy different from monkey grooming, he’s not gonna stick his nose in it, but he likes observing. You two fly together a lot!

Macaque - probably sees you as fairly cool compared to the average person. He never asks to touch your wings; he prefers to wait for you to give him full permission. Even then he’s super gentle since he doesn’t know if it’s painful or anything. He likes being surrounded by them since it actually muffles some of the noise he hears. Similar to Redson, you’ll have to convince him to fly with you. It’ll take a lot of trust on his end, but he will do it eventually.

Hey, you at the rendezvous point?

Almost! Once the sign light goes off I’ll meet you in the alley.

Wukong was perched on the roof of the building that not only had MK’s apartment in it, but also Pigsy’s noodles. It’s where he had met y/n, his beloved girlfriend…but also Pigsy’s other adoptive child. She was much more kind and understanding towards him than her father, and also had the kind of energy to keep up with him. It’s why they connected so well!

The only problem was that there was definitely some bad blood between him and Pigsy, which led to the pair deciding to keep things on the down low until Wukong could try to get on Pigsy’s good side.

He snapped back into attention as he saw the pink glow of the shop’s sign go away. Several moments passed as he heard the door to the alley opened and a bag of trash was thrown into the dumpster. He made his move and landed in one of the darker spots.

“Who’s there?” Pigsy’s voice sounded. Wukong immediately turned himself into a bug and prayed that y/n was following behind her father.

“It’s probably one of the stray cats, dad. Chill!” Her voice came from inside the shop, catching the pig’s attention.

“You’re right, you’re right. The darn things have been destroying the trash bags lately.”

“Maybe if we set some food out for them…”

“No, then you’ll get attached. If you want to see some cats, go talk to Sandy.”

Wukong internally sighed. Couldn’t he go on a secret date in peace?!

“Either way, you head home. I’m gonna close up and then go on a walk.”

Finally.

“Alright, but be careful! And don’t talk to strangers!” He nagged her as he went back inside and shut the door. Again, Wukong waited, and then she appeared. Dressed casually enough that it could be work clothes, but still dressy enough to be ready for the date. She locked the door behind her and then looked around. She whistled the theme of “Monkey Cop”, which was their signal to each other when the coast was clear. Wukong got out from under the dumpster and transformed back into his regular form. His heart couldn’t help but skip a beat as she lit up upon seeing him.

“Hey peaches! I missed you!” He approached her and she hugged him, pecking his cheek.

“I missed you too. Are you ready to go?”

“Yup! Remember, we need to be back in an hour or so.”

“Yeah, yeah. C’mon, let’s go!” He took her hand and they hopped onto his nimbus cloud and zoomed off.

They got some takeout from some sushi restaurant and enjoyed it while sitting on the roof. They laughed, they talked, they kissed every now and then. Despite all the constraints, they both enjoyed these special moments together.

“We ought to get going.” She glanced at the clock on her cellphone and even though he hated this part he agreed.

Even with their strong connection and their perfectly healthy relationship, there was no way Pigsy would be okay with them dating. And yet they had been doing so right under his nose for a solid couple of months.

Reluctantly they got back on his cloud and headed back to the alleyway. They landed, and they thought it all was fine…

Until y/n made direct eye contact with her father.

While her arms were loosely wrapped around Wukong’s neck.

“Heyyyy…” she tried to play it all off, but didn’t move. She was stuck in place in fear.

“You—You and him-What the heck?!” He exclaimed. She practically jumped off the cloud and waved her hands.

“It’s not what it looks like!”

“Y/n l/n, you’d better give me a darn good reason to not ground you for life and YOU’D better give me a darn good reason not to beat the immortality out of you!” Pigsy shouted, pointing at y/n and Wukong respectively. They both looked at each other.

“Well, you see—“

“Uhm—“

Despite being alive for thousands of years, no amount of Buddhist teachings or demon fights could have prepared Wukong for how awkward this was. But he furrowed his brow, took one of y/n’s hands, and stood his ground.

“Listen, I know that you’ve got an idea of me that maybe isn’t super positive,” he started. He could feel how sweaty his palm was compared to y/n’s. “But I’m working on it! And y/n here has helped me with that, and she’s also dating me, uh…” he tried to keep the confidence he had when he had started speaking, but he could feel every bit of rage that was radiating off of Pigsy. Y/n squeezed his hand.

“He’s not perfect, but nobody is. If you got to know him, maybe you’d accept him and forgive him.” She finished, a strong determination in her eyes.

Gods, what did he do to deserve her?

Pigsy looked between the two of them multiple times as he processed all of what had been said. He finally pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed heavily. The other two held their breaths.

“This is gonna take a lot of getting used to…” he stepped toward them and they mutually wondered what was about to happen. But to their pleasant surprise, he held out his hand to Wukong. “But if you swear not to hurt her in any way, then I guess you two can be together.”

The way he said it was like he couldn’t believe he had to actually say it, like he couldn’t comprehend that this was happening in real time. But y/n beamed as she embraced her dad.

“Aw, thank you!! Thank you, thank you!”

“I promise I’ll never hurt her.” Wukong said, shaking the hand that was presented to him. He then stood back as Pigsy hugged his daughter back. Then he gave the slightest of nods to Wukong as he went back inside his own apartment. Y/n turned back to her boyfriend, before embracing him too. He started laughing in relief as he picked her up and spun her around.

“Well, expect to see a little more of me, sweetheart.” He winked, setting her down. She stood back a bit as he got back onto his cloud.

“I’ll be looking forward to it!”

And just like that, he was gone, and she was left with a very light feeling in her chest.

Could I request macaque, Mk, and wukong( separate) x chubby nonbinary reader. Like the reader has issues with eating infront of people. They just feel like they need to eat less than everyone else and should hold back on the food. And it progresses where they don't eat out with anyone and isolate themselves to avoid what they deem as judgement.

MK- concerned lad :( I hc that his favorite thing to do when hanging out with people he cares about is having some good food for good company. So when you turn the noodles down, when you don’t even partake in your favorite snacks that he bought for you–he feels bad and worries a lot. However he hates the idea of pushing your boundaries so it probably takes him a while to even ask about it. He tells you that while he can’t force you to eat anything he is worried about your health. He loves you the way you are, he would hate to see you destroy yourself by not eating. In an effort to help he offers to maybe hang out just in his apartment more often so you don’t feel so watched and he will definitely turn around if it makes you feel better. He also amps up his complimenting game and focuses on you as a person rather than just your physical qualities. 

Macaque - he’s upset, not at you, but at the reality that he can’t do more to help you. He loves you and how sweet you are to him, how could you treat yourself badly? He shows you some professional resources like therapy, since he knows that he himself isn’t exactly cut out to solve this problem. He also makes an effort to indulge you in the foods you really like to hopefully encourage you to partake, even if it means he has to face away from you or that you two end up eating in his dojo rather than a restaurant. He always reassures you that he thinks you’re perfect and that he would never judge you for something like this. Macaque will also become more physically clingy so be prepared for that. He may also write some poetry for you ;)

Wukong - feels terrible!! That’s his s/o!!! And he has to help!! Obviously, he gives you some time to see if you’ll come to him about the issue on your own. However if you don’t he’s inclined as your boyfriend to express his concerns for you and ask what steps you’d like to take and which steps you want him there for. He’ll do his best to make you feel comfortable with food and eating, especially around other people. May start off small like eating in his hut and gradually expand to a place like Pigsy’s–either way he will not throw you into the deep end. He gives you a lot of encouragement, even for “small” steps. To him, seeing you make any progress at all is a victory and he makes sure you know that regardless of how you look, he’s proud of you and he loves you unconditionally.

I think I understand what's being asked but if I got it completely wrong please correct me! Also this is going to be Headcanons because it makes more sense for my brain ;-;

Wukong, Macaque, Nezha, and MK x S/O who was previously possessed by LBD (Angst to Fluff Romantic HC's)

Wukong - a wreck. Absolutely furious at himself for letting this happen to you, how could he be so stupid and let you be possessed by his enemy? Even worse, she had abandoned using you as her host and you were hurt! Probably trying ridiculously hard to keep up a positive front but he is breaking down on the inside. After it's all over he takes you back to Flower Fruit and gives you the best healing magic he can find. Lots of attention, and you'll have to reassure him you're okay and that it's not his fault because he 10000% thinks it is. He loves you very deeply, so the thought of losing you is just super overwhelming for him. He stays as close as you'll allow him to be while you recover, and is at your beck and call. This is a perfect time for you to either exploit this and get whatever you want OR coax him into doing self care with you. Or both :)

Macaque - beyond pissed. If anyone should've gotten hurt, it should've been him! You shouldn't have been anywhere close to this situation, and there you were being used as her host! As soon as he sees your discarded body he gets you someplace safe until the fight is over, and then he takes you home to help you recover. He might pretend to be a bit mad at you for having been involved but just know he doesn't really mean it, what he means is that he is utterly relieved you're okay. Once he has you set up with whatever medical supplies are needed, a drink, and a warm meal, he cuddles up to you and keeps watch while you get better. Apologizes over and over.

MK - this poor boy DOES break down. If he had done better, if he had been stronger, he could've stopped the Lady Bone Demon before she was able to possess you! He's crying a bit as he's fighting because he knows that you're probably in so much pain, just like he was whenever she was speaking to him. The fight ends, and he's absolutely RUSHING to get you home so you can get medical attention. He doesn't leave your side, he feels like if he does then something bad will happen to you. Similar to Wukong, he will find a way to get you anything you want, because you deserve the best, especially from him. Very clingy afterwards, but if you ask him to he will back off a bit so you can breathe.

Nezha - so so so concerned. How could he have been so blind? In dealing with Wukong and getting his ass handed to him he left you vulnerable! He feels incredibly guilty like he's let you down and multiple times throughout recovery he asks if you honestly want to keep being with him. He gets you to Heaven's best doctors, and urges you not to lift a finger until you're completely healed. He's super protective and may overreact to small things, just make grabby hands at him and he'll soften up and give you cuddles or whatever it is that you want.
