You don't know if you can do it, so you're too scared to try. But staying in your comfort zone obviously hasn't worked either, or you wouldn't be sitting around thinking about the life you wish you could live. So you might as well put in the work and see what happens.

Really nice beginner-friendly pilates set - did it before classes today for a quick workout and my muscles were burning like 30 seconds in. Highly recommend for anyone else trying to exercise more between work amd school. I've never really been interested before but I'll definitely be incorporating more pilates into my routine.

With love: you can keep asking for advice and watch every video about "the only workout you need" and learn about all the supplements and read all the articles with all the different conflicting information but ultimately you are not going to get anywhere unless you actually work out. There is so much input out there and ik all these techniques and exercises feel like life-or-death choices as a beginner but I promise you do not need to concern yourself with all of that. If you spend all your time trying to find the secret magical exercise that will fix all your problems you are going be stuck exactly where you are right now. Please just start slow, practice your form, be patient with yourself, establish constistency, and over time you'll figure out what works for you.

Just want to remind you very very kindly that the skinniest version of yourself is not necessarily the happiest or healthiest version of yourself. Nothing wrong with being thin, obviously, but there's also nothing wrong with being fat or somewhere else in the middle. So many people begin their wellness journeys and needlessly stress themselves out in pursuit of the thinnest cleanest it-girliest version of themselves, and that's not what you're obligated to be. You can eat well, be fit, be strong, be healthy, and be happy in a body that doesn't look like it got pulled out of a pinterest board. Please please do not lose sight of your worth or your beauty because you're too busy staring at a hypothetical skinnier you.
