I don't actually know a whole lot about nutrition or medicine and everything I do know or think I know is based on bits and bobs of advice I hear and learn from basically cultural osmosis, personal experience, and experimentation with what I put in my own body. If I were to actually evaluate and form a comprehensive documentation of my understanding of how to take care of the human body, I'd most likely reinvent humoral theory but with at least two extra fluids and one of them would probably be caffeine.

So, turns out energy drinks are false advertising, they are supposed to make me feel more awake but I can barely keep my eyes open and at the same time I am now somehow also visibility shaking

Hi everyone! I'm currently Hyper as hell so imma explain why! I mistook an energy drink as a cherry soda, drank the whole thing, and now I'm hyper as hell. I proceeded to play Brawl Stars for ten minutes and won six games in a row!
