Hii so uhm never done one of these but I ABSOLUTELY love your work, especially the Creator!Reader ones with drunk creator and Diluc being my favorite atm (seriously DILUC PLEASE DROP FOR ME ALREADY I JUST WANT TO SPOIL YOU) anyway 2 questions, what is SAGAU (completely new to Genshin fandom and barely returning to Tumblr so I need a LOT of updating) and can we have more Creator!reader 🥺

SAGAU GUIDE

As for SAGAU, it's a pretty broad AU and it's the acronym for Self-Aware Genshin AU. I was pretty confused when I stumbled into it as well.

The basis of SAGAU is generally about a reader getting transmigrated into the world of Genshin.

Moreover, the reader is usually dubbed as the Creator. Whether Reader is truly a high god-like creator or just an average person in our world depends on the writer. Regardless, because we have great knowledge of the world through the game, the characters see Reader as a sort of creator. This is also supported by the fact that we control them when playing.

Some writers like to imply that MC truly is a god and that they just lived on earth to recover, that's why MC was called back to Teyvat.

SAGAU is the umbrella word for several different AUs; here are some of the AUs I'm aware of:

Soft AU - A classic Creator!Reader arriving in Teyvat. The characters care and love you!

Imposter AU - They hunt you down because you wear the same face as their divine creator. You're seen as a heretic and it's sacrilegious. In truth, you're the true creator but you're too confused to understand why your beloved characters are like this!

Reverse Imposter AU - You're an actual imposter in this one. There's a true divine god and they're not very happy with you having a similar face.

Cult AU - Supports the violence in the Imposter AU. Their worship of the creator is cult-like, bordering yandere, so they hunt you down. It makes more sense for our loving characters to be violent this way.

Villain AU - Usually after the imposter AU. Reader turns to either the Fatui, the Abyss, Boss enemies, or goes solo as a villain. They're angry for being hunted down and they finally use their god-powers to fight back.

Consort AU - More romance-based. Your godliness is recognized and they want you to have a consort (this may breach into a Harem AU).

Unnamed - characters are aware that they're in a game and that you play them through a screen.

Flower AU - Teyvat is sensitive to creator reader, and nature yiels to them. Can be called Disney AU or other similar things.

Friendship lvl AU - their likability or ability to recognize you as their god relies on your friendship level with them in-game

The imposter AU is one of the more popular SAGAU works. Some writers (including myself) like to think that Teyvat has a cruel fake god ruling them, that way I won't need the Cult AU and my beloved characters won't be so wild. The work you just read was Soft AU :)

Other SAGAU terms/ideas that you may need to know are:

Golden blood - reader bleeds gold as a sign of their godliness/other-word identity.

Star-themed - reader may have star-like qualities in their eyes and blood. Used as a replacement from the gold blood au.

Vessels - When we control them while playing, the characters believe you are using them as vessels to see the world.

Acolytes - Basically your worshippers.

Consort - chosen spouse of a ruler.

Before dating you Kaeya would admire you from afar, and flirt with you every time you attended Dilucs tavern.

He would also tease you for your stuttering by flashing you a smirk, before saying. "Its ok take your time princess."

However there has been times where you managed to fluster him, and when you do its always pleasing to see a blush on the captains face with a airy chuckle. "Well aren't you something."

after weeks of flirting and a couple of dates you two decided to make it official, and after that day Kaeya was all over you. Making it clear to everyone in Monstatd that you were his by: holding your hand, leaving a couple of hickies on your neck. And especially loads of random kisses and touches.

Kaeya loves having you sit on his lap, especially when he's doing paperwork and you just want to be close to him. He'll tease you, before pressing a kiss to your shoulder.

His favorite times of the day with you is when he comes home to you, seeing you all snuggled up in his sheets. As he gets into bed he never fails to smile when he sees you shuffle closer to his chest, entwining your legs with his. Greeting him with a sleepy, "Hey baby."

Or when he wakes up in the morning to see you tucked into his side, messy bed hair and all. He'll admire your sleeping face for a while before trailing kisses up your neck, with a soft whisper in your ear. "Wake up sweetheart." Now as much as kaeya would die to spend the whole day with you under the sheets, seeing you wake up and get ready with him makes him want to get out of bed.

Kaeya would never would have thought someone so pure and bright as the sun would step into his life, your touches making him shiver. Your voice like a melody to his ears, so when you think lower of yourself Kaeya can't but just stop to wonder. What are you seeing in yourself that isn't anything but pure perfection?

Arataki Gang Hcs

• I head-canon that the Arataki Gang all live / constantly visit Granny Oni. Like her house is pretty much their hideout

• Granny probably makes them snacks while they’re beetle fighting

• Granny Oni definitely loves Kuki like a daughter

• Major family dynamic

• They started getting in trouble with the tenryou commission on accident but now they’re kinda’ trying to annoy them on purpose.

• They totally host mini beetle fighting and TCG tournaments between the members.

• For sure have movie nights at least three times a month.

• They all chip in to by pizza and snacks for movie night.

thoughts about the big genshin smarties

- Dottore wants perfection, Baizhu wants eternity, and Albedo wants answers.

- Dottore is very frantic about his work. He wants it done and he wants it done now. He’s very impatient, and when something shows it won’t lead him to his end goal, he abandons it.

- Baizhu is patient, however. He’s confident he’ll get where he’s going, and then he’ll have the rest of immortality to make up for his devotion to work.

- Albedo doesn’t really care the most about the goal. Yes, he wants his questions answered, like why he’s there and how he’s there in the first place, not to mention the elements and all the questions the traveler brings, but he’s more invested in the process—the getting there.

- Albedo relies the most on human relationships, and Dottore the least. Albedo doesn’t fully understand emotions and friendships, but he cares very deeply about the few people close to him.

- Dottore has a slight grasp of how they work, but he doesn’t care about relationships. He had never had a good interaction with anyone until the harbingers/fatui, so he just drew away from them. He didn’t need them. He only wants what he wants—perfection. People are imperfect, and until they cease to be so, he won’t have any interest in them.

- Baizhu has a full understanding of relationships; he just chooses to avoid them. They’ve never worked out well for him, and when he becomes immortal, they’ll all die anyway. However, he’s grown attached to Qiqi in a protective way. He doesn’t love her, not like a parent should, but he does have a fondness for her.

- Dottore is obviously a perfectionist. Baizhu keeps his work organized, but Dottore takes it to another level. His lab isn’t very organized by a traditional sense, but he knows exactly where everything is constantly. If you so much as move a screw he will descend upon you with his full fury. Everything has its place, and if everything isn’t exactly in its place, he can’t work.

- Albedo’s workshop is a mess. It’s just—he’s so sleep deprived he can’t keep track of anything. Sucrose helps him, but when he’s alone it’s just yikes. He’ll find half finished experiments he accidentally abandoned in pursuit of a different theory.

- Their approaches to reach their goals were obviously different. Baizhu chose to be a doctor—figure out how the body works and improve it. Albedo chose study and careful practice—figure out and define exactly what is possible to eliminate the impossible. Dottore chose the hands on approach; if he couldn’t find perfection, he would create it.

Diluc & Drunk Creator Reader

Creator reader waking up in the world of genshin, thinking it's a dream, and proceeds to get drunk in Angel's Share because wow this dream is crazy and they can't find any of their favorite characters anyway (they're probably busy). Might as well drink the day away.

Drunk creator reader accidentally injuring themselves, maybe hitting a table or breaking a glass, now there's drops of gold blood on the tavern floor and the equally drunk patrons are panicking because the creator is sitting with them drunk??

Diluc arriving for his shift so confused and trying to calm the commotion but he can't understand a thing because everyone's too drunk to explain. He sees the gold blood and he sees you and you see him and you just-

Straight up start bawling because it's Diluc Ragnvindr in the flesh. You're crying and practically clinging to him, demanding why isn't he coming home??? And he's mortified bc wtf

"I gave you all my primogems, I have all your talent and ascension materials, I wouldn't mind losing 50/50 to you every time I pull but WHY AREN'T YOU COMING HOME TO ME!!!"

And he's just so lost and he doesn't know how to respond to that because what do you mean the divine creator wants him to come home???

And the whole Mondstadt gang arrives and there's Jean and Kaeya trying to help your drunk self and Barbara's healing your wound and Venti is crying with you and you're sobbing on the counter about how Diluc's being so stubborn and how Diluc-wanters are cursed to never be Diluc-havers and Diluc just stares at you, frozen.

And Jean just goes, "How could you not come home to their holiness!" to Diluc as she pats your back.

And poor Diluc is just so confused as the rest comforts you as if he's the bad guy who broke up with you.

Fast forward to a terrible hangover in the morning, you wake up in the Dawn Winery and Diluc's standing right in front of you, light blush on his cheeks, offering you a glass of water and pain meds and he sheepishly goes:

"I apologize. I'm not quite sure how to come home to you, so I hope you don't mind that I brought you to mine instead,"

Serenitea Pot Headcanons

Because Genshin has taken over my brain.

If you’re anything like me, you made your Genshin Impact Serenitea Pot with your characters in mind. And so here’s a collections of little ideas I had about how those characters might spend their time in your little pocket realm with you.

Warning: Wholesomeness ahead.

Amber doesn’t seem to run out of energy. When she spots the little archery range with hilichurl targets behind the manor she gets right to shooting. This, of course, just pulls the other archers out for some friendly competition. And none of them would actually go into the house for hours until someone reminds them they have to eat.

Some of your companions find themselves preoccupied by the study you’ve put up in one of the rooms. The shelves are filled to the brim with books from both Liyue and Monstadt. Lisa keeps the place orderly, barely leaving the room. The same can be said for Albedo and Sucrose who’ve taken over a corner of the room and crammed it with alchemy equipment.

The devoted researchers only leave to train or eat. And whoever could resist the call of the dinner bell when it was Xiangling ringing. You hadn’t even needed to show her where anything was in your kitchen. One step in and she knew it like the back of her hand. You help out every once in a while but find Xiangling really doesn’t need it. Paimon is certainly delighted, glad to be left in there to get the first taste.

It leaves you free to go outside and join Bennett, Noelle or Chongyun who never seem to stop training and wanting to improve. Noelle would have been done cleaning inside and Chongyun would have a fresh batch of popsicles from the kitchen. They’ve made a space for themselves near the archery range and actually find kindred spirits and mentors in two other friends of yours.

Diluc’s expresson is absolutely comical when he sees the younger, smaller claymore users swing their weapon around like a club rather than a sword. Nevermind his face when they start spinning like tops. He teaches them how to build strength, how to use their weapons with finesse and power. They start to look up to him. It’s no surprise that outside of the teapot and without the traveller, more guests seem to stay at Dawn Winery than before.

Eula shows them how to wield with grace. Chongyun is starry eyed at seeing such a powerful and well trained Cryo claymore user like himself. Eula is only glad to help even if she doesn’t quite know how to say so directly. She and Fischl are alike in how much people have to decode what they’re saying sometimes. But she does loosen up when she’s pulled into drinking with Beidou and Kaeya.

Speaking of, Beidou would find herself right at home on one of the couches, pulling out a gourd of baijiu to unwind from a long journey. Kaeya has started his own little storage of wine in the kitchen. Diona disapproves, mixing them non-alcoholic drinks that they surely enjoy but if she’s not around they’ll just go back to their usuals.

When Kaeya’s not engaging in a drinking contest with someone, he is both encouraging Klee’s behaviour and keeping it under control. Klee loves all the open space. She’s a little disappointed she can’t go “fishing” but nearly explodes with joy when she’s told the landscape of the teapot fixes itself. When she’s finally down at the end of the day, some of you end up cleaning the soot off yourselves and picking up bomb fragments with Albedo. But at least she had fun (?)

Mona very much likes having a place to stay where she can see the stars, enjoy a nice big meal and doesn’t have to pay for ANYTHING. Meeting Xiangling is the best thing that ever happened to her. A girl willing to taste test anything and a girl willing to experiment with anything. Naturally during these times people stay out of the kitchen for their own safety.

Actually, Bennett just stays out of the kitchen in general. He’s been banned. Permanently. He can often be found outside. He’ll trip on a rock you swear you never put there and Tubby swears too, but he trips anyway. Barbara will be there to heal him. That is, if she’s not trying to coax Rosaria into doing some evening prayers or saying grace before a meal. Rosaria prefers to stand in the corners and watch. What she watching for? Who knows.

When Fischl is done with archery outside she’ll find the little corner of the study with the fantasy books and indulge herself. Here, she even gets a knack for writing her own stories and Xinqui is more than happy to listen and even give notes and exchange ideas. They take over the study whenever Albedo isn’t in there doing alchemy.

If the study is free of both of them, Zhongli is there, sitting with a cup of tea and discussing philosophy with Keqing, politics and law with Yanfei, history with Ganyu or Liyue affairs with Ningguang. If you sit in on the conversation you’ll either feel smarter than before or dumber than you’ve ever felt in your life. Should the study be occupied, Zhongli will enjoy his tea outside as the archers are trying to teach you and struggling to teach Childe how to shoot properly.

Amber: You posture needs work.

Ganyu: Maybe you should focus on proper technique before strength

Fischl: Such power...but also such inaccuracy

Venti: better luck next time!

Diona: maybe if you werent so tall you’d have better aim

Childe: OKAY, I GET IT.

Childe may pout but he enjoys the challenge, really. Whatever gets him to stop trying to rope Diluc, Eula, Jean or you into a fight. But he and Diluc actually find competition in another aspect of tea pot living; providing

The landscape may repair itself and Baizhu and Xiangling may have started a herbal and ingredients garden on the island, but supplies still ran low. It wasn’t even a competition at all. One day Diluc saw how low the manor was on certain items and decided bring some supplies with him to restock. Childe heard about it and brought more. Diluc didn’t care until Childe insisted you reward him with your attention.

It wouldn’t have turned into anything if it hadn’t been for Kaeya egging them both on, something he never does when Jean is watching. Actually everyone seems to try to be on their best behaviour for Jean. Who’s tired enough outside the teapot. She’s another one of the people who end up behind one of the desks in the study. It takes some coaxing but they either get her into a bed or at least the couch in the office.

Barbara is happy to see her get some rest. But Barbara also finds happiness in the separate little building on the island where she writes songs with Venti and Xinyan. You asked Tubby for that house when Xinyan woke up half the manor in the middle of night because she got “struck by inspiration”. But she isn’t the only one who often stays outside the manor.

For all his efforts of adapting to being more human-like, Razor still feels uncomfortable sleeping in a normal bed. Which is why there’s a corner of the island with a tent, and a bunch of dogs always waiting for him. They take to him like they’ve known him for years and are all to eager to roughouse and play with a human who isn’t as concerned with getting filthy or slobbered on.

Xiao watches this and sees Razor and the dogs huddling together for warmth from his perch on the roof of the manor. It takes some coaxing to get him to join you for anything, and some of Xiangling’s special almond tofu, but eventually he’ll jump down. Unless it’s Zhongli calling because if so he’ll be down in an instant.

When it’s night and Xiao starts to feel the pull of darkness, it’s all too convenient that the melifluous sound of a harp starts to lull him back into control. Xiao himself doesnt sleep or rest much so instead he watches over all of you inside, making sure all your dreams are well and good.

Note: I am aware I forgot Qiqi and Hu Tao, I just don’t know them well enough.

Unbeknownst to you, Ayaka jealously looks on with her doe eyes while Ayato throws him a sinister smile. Thoma just knows his workload would double this week.

"Um... If I may offer a suggestion, perhaps you'd like to... nap on a more comfortable area?" He suggests, gesturing to one of the many lounges in the estate.

"Why? Is this uncomfortable for you?"

"O-of course not! It's all right for me- but maybe you're the one uncomfortable? There are softer places to rest on-"

"Oh! Well if that's the issue then it's fine! I like napping on you way more!" You smile, arms wrapping around his waist to snuggle his stomach again. Ah~ the feel of abs! Housekeeping truly does wonders for his muscles.

You were starting to doze off. The melodic sound of birds and quiet whispered complaints of the Kamisato siblings lulling you. "Besides, Thoma feels so warm... as expected of a pyro user."

At this, the blonde's face turns a shade of red.

"O-oh, thank you, your holiness.."

Far from you two, Ayaka and Ayato sobs about wanting a pyro vision.

but itto’s clothes barely cover his body so he really doesn’t see a problem until you tell him

if anything, albedo is curious of the science behind water making your shirt see-through

Mondstadt edition!

Info: OOC? Mentions of other characters, writing sucks, sorry if I get some lore wrong with some characters! Fyi, none of this is cannon besides the occasional lore mentions (also I am trying to clean out all of these hcs before fountaine comes out and I am SPRINTING)

Albedo: Since he's not a human, he didn't know how to react when he broke one of his bones. Thankfully, Sucrose was there to help him and took him back to Mondstadt to get his broken bone bandaged up. Jean demanded (intimidated) Albedo to rest until he was healed, safe to say he was not happy.

Amber: When she was a kid, she loved apples and even had a tree for apples. When she was hungry, she would climb up the tree and try to get as many as she could. Most of the time, she fell and got some sort of scar of her knee or elbow, but as she grew up, she got better and more agile.

Barbara: She visited Liyue once, and since she's an idol, she got a lot of praise there. The bad part was that some of the guys there were very creepy to her, but she formed a friendship with Yunjin and Xinyan, and they scared them away. Even Xiao since it's his job to protect people in Liyue! They formed an unlikely friendship, and they still write letters to each other (Xiao always asks if she's been doing okay).

Bennett: Bennett has a bunch of pressed four leaf clovers for bookmarks. He'll even go out of his way to search for new four leaf clovers just for luck, he doesn't really care if he gets hurt.

Diluc: Diluc actually has a very good singing voice and knows how to dance very well! But he doesn't sing or dance much since he's so busy, but he finds himself humming to a song that's playing on his record player.

Diona: She has claws but clips them often, but one prominent feature of hers is her nose having a line connected to her mouth, showing some more cat features of hers.

Eula: Whenever her terrible parents weren't looking, she would snatch some candy/sweets and hide them. She once got caught, but luckily, it was by her maid! And her being the wonderful maid she was (also knowing how rude her parents were) let Eula go on multiple occasions.

Fischl: She had a huge interest in string instruments and worked hard to practice with any of them she could find. To this day, she knows how to play a bunch (ex: bass, fiddle, viola, harp, ukulele, etc.)

Jean: She has a bunch of rare allergies, so she's very grateful not to be allergic to pollen, which is why she loves flowers so much.

Kaeya: When Kaeya was growing up in the Ragnvindr family, he learned some English through Diluc. In return, he taught Diluc how to speak some Khaenri'ah.

Klee: She has gotten in trouble so many times to the point where Jean has made a cardboard 'jail cell' for her.

Lisa: She cannot keep a plant alive for the life of her, due to her sleeping so much. On multiple occasions, she has woken up to a dead flower and has had to profusely apologize to Jean for letting her perfect, growing flowers die on her.

Mika: He is an absolute nerd when it comes to literature, so when Razor asks him to teach him some 'fancy words'. Mika was more than happy to help (some times he has to apologize when Razor gets confused when Mika starts spitting our larger words that Razor is still, very new too)

Mona: Unlike Lisa, Mona is a big plant mom, and if any of them were to die on her, then she would cry her heart out and make a funeral for it. She especially loves her Bonsai tree.

Noelle: Despite Noelle being very busy with becoming a knight and other work related info, she actually really likes learning about flower languages and all different kinds. Her favorites are roses, which is why she has so much of the on her outfit

Razor: Since Razor has been living with wolves for most of his life, he's developed a strong sense of smell. You give em a candle, he'll smell it and guess the correct answer in an instant without even looking what's scents are in the candle

Rosaria: Rosaria is secretly really good at sewing and can patch up anything! She's also tried crocheting but it didn't go well

Sucrose: Since Sucrose is an animal, she makes sure that her ears are in tip-top shape so they don't get infected or torn

Venti: Since Venti is an archon hiding as a bard, he took inspiration with a newspaper boy cap and Focalor's French like nation where they have something called a beret. Mixing them together and eventually making his hat! It was only till Zhongli explained that he could've just used a regular bard's hat and didn't need to go the extra mile

Liyue edition!

Baizhu: Whenever the cold winters of Liyue roll around, Baizhu has to make sure that both him and Changsheng are cozy because if they don't. They both can fall ill very quickly. Baizhu normally wraps a scarf around his neck so both him and Changsheng are warm due to the fact that Changsheng normally wraps around Baizhu's neck

Beidou: Since Beidou wears an eyepatch, a lot of people have made theories on what's behind it. Is it just a regular eye? Does she have a terrible scar underneath? Is it due to a battle? Who did she fight? Spoiler alert: It's the first one, but she always gets a laugh out of the really crazy ones

Chongyun: Chongyun is secretly really good at checkers. He takes pride in it along with embarrassment since he has no clue how to play chess

Ganyu: Ganyu absolutely loves the quiet and hates loud noises, but there's this one sound that she will forever despise, and that is windchimes. Every time she hears them, she just wants to rip it off of the ceiling and break all the metal bars in half. Of course, she never does, but she'll immediately leave if she hears it. Heaven forbid someone gets her a windchime as a present

Hu tao: Being a director of a funeral parlor and talking with ghosts for a long time somewhat impacts your vision on mortals, so Hu tao has grown a sixth sense of reading people. She can tell whether they're lying, worried, or pretending to be fine whenever they are fuming with anger. Sometimes, it gets a bit bad that she misses out on social cues

Keqing: With the large amount of paperwork Keqing puts on herself, she offen gets hands cramps. Sometimes, they get so bad that she has to take a break for a few minutes so the bones of her hands don't feel like they're about to break apart

Ningguang: Since Ningguang is the richest person in Tevyat, she occasionally spends her mora on random items just for the fun of it. Her favorite items she's bought over the recent years are candles. She's grown so attached to it that she's started up a collection

Qiqi: Since Qiqi needs a notebook to remember everyone she's met, Yaoyao decided one day that she would help Qiqi with the notebook, decorating it in cute stickers, highlighters, doodles, and occasional photographs

Shenhe: Shenhe has dissociative amnesia, specifically generalized. This means that she offen forgets where she went, what she did, who she spoke to, what she experienced, or even who she is

Xiangling: Xiangling, being the spicy cook herself, she doesn't actually check how much spices she puts in her food for the customers. Does she still use measuring cups? Yes, but sometimes they can be a bit overfilled

Xiao: When all of the yakshas were still around. Normally, the girls would help Xiao with his red eye makeup, only after they died tragically. The last yaksha had to learn how to do his own makeup, to say it was hard... was an understatement. Xiao eventually went to Zhongli for help, the geo archon being met with a sad Xiao, looking at the floor with messy red eye makeup. Don't worry, Zhongli taught Xiao, and he got the hang of it

Xingqiu: Xingqiu secretly has a condition called vasovagal syncope, which means that his body makes him pass out whenever he gets injected with a needle. Before, he thought he had a fear of needles, but when he saw Baizhu about it, he told the young writer that he actually had vasovagal syncope. Which made much more sense to Xingqiu afterward

Xinyan: Xinyan secretly loves having fun on playgrounds, but especially the swings. Whenever she comes across a playground with swings, she'll immediately stop what she's doing, run up, and try to get as high as she could

Yanfei: When in the chasm with the rest of the group, Yanfei actually got slight burn scars when fighting off those enemies due to how hard she was hitting her fireball

Yaoyao: You would expect Yaoyao to be another one of those kids whose toys are all dirty from dragging them around in the mud or one of those kids who forgets their stuffed animal, but Yaoyao is the complete opposite! She always double checks that Yuegui is in her basket, and she doesn't have to worry about Yuegui getting dirty since it's easily washable

Yelan: Whenever Yelan gets bored from time to time, getting stuck dealing with paperwork instead of going out on fun adventures. She'll train her hand to do neat tricks with her pen. She's gotten so good at it to the point where she'll zone out while her fingers mechanically rapidly spin around her pen

Yunjin: The reason why Yunjin's stage is normally warm colors with lantern lights in the background is because she can't stand flashing lights. It makes her feel dizzy, and she can never concentrate

Zhongli: Being an archon, over the years, Zhongli has come to be an expert in fashion. Just take a look in the history books and see some of the outfits he's worn! People have sometimes begged him to let him help them with fashion, but that's Zhongli's secret talent and only his. No if's or but's

Inazuma edition!

Ayaka: In Ayaka's younger life, specifically late childhood to mid teenage years. She had really bad acne and would get insecure with how pretty and flawless Ayato's face is. Meanwhile, she's stuck rubbing whatever ointment she can find all over her face. Luckily, it went away after some time

Ayato: Whenever Ayato has a hard time sleeping or can't focus on his paperwork anymore. He'll sneak out near a cliff and watch the ocean. The calm breeze, along with the soft crashing of waves, makes him remember that he needs to breathe once in a while

Gorou: Obviously, it's known that Gorou is part dog and has been out to war, and most of the time, you get hit during battles or even terribly injured. In Gorou's case, one of his canines broke off while in the middle of a battle. Unfortunately, dogs canines can't grow back unless they're puppies, so now Gorou only has one canine left

Heizou: To pass by the time of being unable to solve a mystery, Heizou has picked up a hobby of wood carvings, specifically making them into cute animals like deer, foxes, birds, or even rabbits. Occasionally, he will make little figures of people that he knows, like Shinobu, Itto, or even Sara

Itto: Since it is canon that Itto paints over his horns to make them look colorful and bright, he doesn't just decorate his horns with paint. He also uses stickers, bows, and anything else he could wear on them! Although, most of the time, when he wears bows, they snap due to the horns being way too sharp or thick. He feels terrible every time that happens

Kazuha: For a moment of Kazuha's life, he had a very bad lisp. Which was awful for him since he is a very poetic man, so every time he stuttered in his wording, his mind would immediately crash, and he would forget everything he was going to say, stuttering like a maniac. The only one that helped him with his lisp was Beidou, who did laugh the first couple of times but apologized and helped him get back his composure

Kirara: If you had to ask Kirara what her least favorite place to visit for work is, it would definitely be Sumeru. The reason being the sand, she always gets sand in between her bean paws and, afterward, has to scrub it out once she leaves

Kokomi: Since I also hc Kokomi with pretty bad eyebags (due to the war, the vision degree, being a leader, ect), she normally uses concealer to hide them/get rid of them. After all, she doesn't want to get bombarded with questions on how she got them or people suggesting she heads to bed. She has way too many responsibilities to deal with!

Raiden: The reason why Raiden loves sweets so much is because she can not stand citrus fruits/flavors. She's okay with spicy foods, savory, and even occasionally salty foods, but citrus? She absolutely hates

Sara: In secret, Sara is actually really good at creating statues and even made the large statue of Raiden placed right in the middle of Inazuma. Of course, she never tells anyone since it's her secret

Sayu: Whenever Sayu is about to fall asleep, she'll try as hard as she can to sleep on the floor. People have no clue why she does, and whenever they ask, she just says that it's better

Shinobu: The reason why Shinobu wears a mask all the time is because she has facial dysmorphia, which means that Shinobu fully thinks that she's ugly. The only people who have seen her face are Itto (who she showed on purpose) and Heizou (who accidentally walked in on her dreading on how she looks)

Thoma: Thoma doesn't like alcohol one bit, not because he's a lightweight, but because he hates the taste of alcohol, but if you tell him to watch over your drink, he'll immediately stand guard

Yae Miko: Since Yae Miko is a kitsune and can turn into a fox. She can also communicate with them, and on multiple occasions, Ei will walk into Miko's shrine just to see a bunch of foxes gathered around her, sprinting off in fear when they see the newcomer (Ei)

Yoimiya: Since Yoimiya owns and puts on a lot of firework shows, she's very strict on being safe when using fireworks. On multiple occasions, she's had to put on little shows to make sure the kids stay safe when watching or setting fireworks off. It's tough, but if it makes sure everyone has a fun time and no one gets injured. She'll keep on doing it

Sumeru edition!

Alhaitham: Alhaitham is surprisingly good at color theory, despite not using it often. How did he learn about it? No one knows

Kandace: Kandace always insists that you should keep your weapons in top shape so they don't stay dirty or break, that being said. Kandace will go out of her way for hours, just polishing/cleaning every single weapon she owns

Collei: Whenever Collei's Eleazar gets out of control, she'll have to use crutches for the time being, of course only if she's slightly stable. If it was any less, then she would immediately be put on bed rest. Collei also decorated it with stickers and bracelets to make her feel a bit better

Cyno: Since Cyno has white hair, one time when Tighnari was getting really fed up with his jokes, he emptied out his shampoo and instead put in black hair dye. For about a couple of weeks, Cyno had a weird black mop on his head that looked like roots

Deyha: On a rare occasion, when someone underestimates Dehya, she'll immediately pretend to be bad at something. When she's finished, she'll point out a flaw she made before going wild and showing off her skills

Dori: Dori used to have extremely bad handwriting, but when she started becoming a more popular merchant. She upped her game and practiced with her handwriting for days until she was proud of the result. She's even dived into calligraphy

Faruzan: Whenever Faruzan has time to herself, she absolutely loves learning about fossils and what animals or creatures used to walk on Tevyat grounds

Kaveh: Kaveh has a very long skincare route and will feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day if he wasn't able to do it in time

Layla: Surprisingly, Layla is secretly really good at ballroom dancing, but not tangoing

Nahida: Nahida has a very soft and unique singing voice, and during the time period when Wanderer was healing, she would use her voice for lullabies to lull him to sleep. Most of the time, she would sing to him when he was asleep, having a nightmare, but it would quickly turn into a dream when he heard Buer's voice

Nilou: Nilou is secretly really good at theater, but since she's put up a more confident persona when dancing, she gets really nervous and shy whenever she has to play pretend since she's not as confident

Tighnari: When Tighnari was growing up, he absolutely loved making fairy houses, and as he grew up, he got better and better at making them! He's even now taught Collei how to make some

Wanderer: Wanderer absolutely sucks at cutting hair, but since he's so used to his usual bowlcut, he's much faster at cutting his own hair

Fontaine edition!

Note: Fontaine is sadly ending! So, as a parting gift, especially since Natlan is right around the corner, here's the Fontaine version of my headcanons!

Another add on. So sorry that I'm posting this the day before Natlan!! I'm kinda taking a break from genshin and focusing a bit more on my personal life. I hope you enjoy!

Charlotte: Before when Charlotte was a journalist, she aspired to be a baker in her much younger youth, but as she got older, she realized the slight difficulties, and her love for baking was quickly swept away by her curiosity in journaling.

Chevreuse: Chevreuse secretly looks up to Clorinde a lot, especially during her early days of being a part of the security. But of course, she'll deny any accusations of her admiring the duelist.

Chiori: Despite Chiori secretly having a soft spot and able to go easy on customers who are harmed. Kids are a different story... the designer has always noticed a twinge of fear in children's faces. She's been lectured to smile more when complaining about her problem.

Clorinde: When Clorinde was growing up, she secretly really liked scrapbooking and writing about her day. She would spend countless hours in different shops picking out pretty stamps or patterned paper before designing the pages, feeling the satisfaction as she could finally write and dwindle on what stickers to choose. Those days are long gone, but she still keeps all her journals with them

Emilie: Surprisingly, Emilie wasn't born with the hair fading into pink! It was due to a rebellious faze with her parents, but she inevitably got attached to the pink hair, that and it was hard for her to it get out.

Freminet: Found it hard gathering hobbies other than diving. Music making, journaling, archery. It was all so tiring to him! But one thing he did found interesting was baking! Specifically baking bread. Though the only people who know are Lyney and Lynette with their peeping eyes.

Furina: Secretly really likes big flamboyant makeup, almost like drag or even juggalo, but got a bit anxious about wearing it, especially since she was a celebrity to her people, but now, as she has a simpler life as an actress. She's begun to lean more into that crazy style!

Lynette: As Lynette got older and her shows with her brother got bigger, as well as their style in fighting and tricks, one of the main problems they found was props. Of course, they were all over the globe! But as a secret child of The House of Hearth, props weren't the main problem... thankfully! Lynette soon learned how to draw and created her and Lyney's customized magic cards!

Lyney: When Lyney was younger and felt a bit more rebellious or just bored in The House of Hearth, he would buy any fake temporary tattoos that looked neat to him. He would always show Freminet and say that he could create new ones whenever they faded. The blond always believed him while his dearest sister just shook her head.

Navia: One of the main reasons Navia spends her long hours in the bathroom isn't for her hair or makeup, but for her concerts! She loves to sing and bathe in comforting bubbles, either reminiscing on memories or just having a laugh to herself.

Neuvillette: As Neuvillette became the Ludex, he found himself bored and envying some of the Fountaine folks who talked about their new hobbies or interests. Inevitably, Neuvillette found himself researching and taught himself how to create jewelry. Before just as a gift for Furina and her flamboyant self, now turning into a personal comfort and charm for different accessories.

Sigewinne: When Wriothesley was growing up in the fortress, Sigewinne couldn't help but notice his scratched up clothes, especially with how big he was growing! As a result, Sigewinne learned how to sew and made him some new clothes, as well as just learning in general with clothing for herself or for younger kids.

Wriothesley: When Wrio was younger and an orphan, he had no clue how to write, let alone read. So when he was brought into his new family, he was ecstatic to learn from his siblings and read any sort of fairytail. But after his murder and trial, he found it hard to get back into writing or reading due to his memories of his family, but Sigewinne taught him how to learn and love again every slow step of the way.

YK how Tanjiro had really sensitive smell he used to predict demon attacks with?? Well Heizou has a strong sense of intuition- you're not telling me that in his training days with his clan he did not exploit this and take no damage in battles?? Like come on- WHAT IF HIS INTUITION PREDICTS ALL OF HIS OPPONENTS MOVES MAKING IT EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY FOR HIM??

Another reason why I think he obliterated everyone in the tournament (and survived the arrow).
