Friendly reminder that you can like something without it being ‘perfect’, just as long as it’s not harmful. You can like a movie without it being Shrek. Not everything has to be perfect or without flaw to be enjoyed.

So I’ve seen the ADHDers CANNOT sit properly in a chair for more than a second thing and while a totally agree, you’ve missed another huge aspect.

I sit on the floor (especially in corners and between furniture because it’s just comfy) more than I’ve ever sat in a chair when I have the option. My family is always giving me side eyes about it and I gave up trying to explain because I don’t understand it either.

Also, a mountain of blankets is THE most comfy thing ever. Give me a big nest of blankets to snuggle down into any day. Combined with a weighted blanket it’s just pure bliss.

I hate creepy men, I love little old ladies

This dude came up to me right now at the thrift store, was just staring at me while I was looking through the clothes all the way in the back by ourselves, I'm already very uncomfortable because he's not saying anything and he makes it worse when he starts laughing, then stops and smiles his creepy smile and asks me if I came on the bus and if I was married and if I was alone. I told him i came with my mom. Then he just stared at me while i pretended to look through the clothes, too scared that he might follow me or something. Suddenly this older black lady came up to us, then asks us what the color of the day was, we had no idea so she says she was going to ask and I told her that I would go check also. No idea if she realized what was going on but either way I'm thankful she came up because I finally had the nerve to move and felt safe enough to follow her to an area with people around. I would love to point out, I'm a 21 year old who is ALWAYS mistaken for a 14 year old. So this older man came up to me, asked me if I was alone and married. That definitely is weird and scary

How can I extend the three act structure for long plotlines or use multiple structures for multiple plotlines at the same time and sideplots so it's not at the same point in the structure for different characters and different parts of the plot? How about a pause in the middle of a structure because the plot gets dropped for a while for and then returned to? I've already separated my story into at least 15 different structures and a couple storylines are 10 acts.

Hmm, I think there’s been a slight misunderstanding as to what Acts are. As I explained somewhat in [THIS] post, an act is:

a large section of a piece of writing which is divided by the plot of the story progressing through such broad sections as ‘beginning’, ‘middle’, and ‘resolution’. 

it can also be thought of as:

not only ‘beginning, middle, resolution’ and think of them as the overall mood or drive of the section of the story, it might be helpful.

An act is divided from other acts by dramatic points which shift the trajectory of the story.

Acts are a way of looking at the ‘big picture’ narrative and breaking it into parts which are divided by significant dramatic moments which alter the direction, mood, tone, drive, etc of the narrative as a whole.

Sub-plots, side plots and so forth don’t have ‘acts’, but they are contained within a larger overarching narrative which may be divided into acts if that is the way that you’re structuring your story.

Sub-plots, side plots and so on are more usually broken into scenes, or beats, which are the individual moments that, when followed from one to the next through to the end form the plot. (more about beats [HERE] and [HERE]

The way that acts function in the structure of a story is that they help to give a sense of congruency between the different plots and subplots that are occurring throughout the narrative. All the different elements that are happening in the story should feel like they are part of the same story, and one way that you can do that is having them be contributing to, leading to, commenting on, interacting with, the dramatic moments or moments of change which divide one act from the next.

At this point, I’d like to repeat: You don’t need to think of your novel’s structure in terms of acts if it doesn’t help your process, acts aren’t a required kind of structure in the novel.

I think I’m going to leave it here rather than trying to interpret what I think you might be talking about in your further questions, I hope some of the linked posts are helpful, and if you have clarifying questions, please do ask again.

I was a little worried at first since my bracelet was very short with only the flags colour & pronouns, and thought about what elements to add. I coudn't think of anything, an became uncomfortable fast, thinking: 'the element has to be about your gender (identity), you can't just add random stuff.

And then I thought 'fuck it, its my fucking bracelet about me i want it to be pretty

by the time it was finished, i realised that that was the best thing i could have done.

This bracelet was never made to show people my gender, but my lack thereof.

so when Johnny and kitty got together the mafia family (or something) didn't like him so they tried to kil him *que motorcycle chase* and Johnny died, later kitty died in some roge attack.

So to start lets say that jack and Maddie already know about how danny = phantom and so does most of the town, it took awhile but eventually everyone got used to it (danny would be 16)

One day the GIW starts to surround Amity Park in secret by the time anyone realizes whats happening the GIW already had everyone blocked in claiming "they were all infected" and "a danger to everyone else"

It was a long battle to get the GIW to leave Amity alone but they did leave eventually, however during the fight there were some loss, such as Maddie, jack, sam, tucker, vlad, dani and more

A few months later the JL were informed of a big on going blizzard that started somewhere in Illinois and began to spread, the immediate area was already evacuated and now they need to send a team (yj, teen titans, or the batfam it's your call) to find the cause of this unnatural snow storm

When the group eventually gets to the center of the storm they find a mostly abandoned and partially destroyed town, they managed to come across a brown haired teen girl in red winter gear going through an abandoned store

On that note jazz is currently sitting with her brother as he sleeps (for once) and listening to the clatter of pots and pans in the kitchen, she wonders when val will be back with more supplies.

so I’ve seen Danny getting adopted by Bruce, I’ve seen Danny being adopted/a sidekick to both red hood and nightwing, however hear me out

what about class/orphen, what if an older cass took in Danny as a sidekick,what if instead of just Danny it was Dani too, what if instead of Dani being physically younger they looked the same age, twin phantoms if you will.
