Here's my goals for 2023 this year and after deliberating for a month, here I go;-
Drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Be hydrated.
Eat healthier and cut out junk food gradually. Indulge in food meaningfully and enjoy what is being served.
Have deep sleep and wake up fresh every morning.
Dress accordingly to my body type and wear clothes that flatter my silhouette.
Have gratitude, a positive mindset and always bounce back if life knocks me down. Always try.
Do not give naysayers the time of your day. What is not coming your way, you're protected from.
Establish boundaries if people cross them and be upfront if someone hurts/insults you. Stand your ground. Be assertive.
Always read a judgment a day. Keep up with the news. (Law School Edition)
Trust the process. Seek excellence. Learn to enhance the "how", know your "why", make mistakes. That's how you grow. Seek knowledge and seek to understand the world.
Always keep up with your hobbies. They allow me to express myself better.
No procrastination. No shitty excuses. I cannot be where I want to be by being who I am currently. I need to consistently do better.
Have bath, TWICE A DAY. Keep up your skincare routine at least 4 times a week.
The right people will gravitate towards you. Don't worry. Just be yourself. It'll all workout for the best.
If you happen to have money, don't waste on frivolous things. Save up and invest wherever you can. You'll surely be able to multiply your wealth. Plan for your future.
Pray everyday. Journal everyday.
