I apologise for my posting. I'm not sure what to do with my blog anymore 😩 but I love it so much, and I'm not planning to abandon it. maybe I should create mine own veronian gossip. maybe confess to my beloved, or snitch on my friends 🤔 or go throw pebbles at tybalt's window. so many options and possibilities

thou canst not see, but I am rubbing mine hands in a mischievous way right now

I know of a piece of gossip that is too good not to tell... but there's two possible outcomes if I do share it:

the youth of verona wakes up from their deep slumber and realises 'tis time for a revolution

I lose two of my friends, one of them being my best friend

cool huh 😀👍

I could easily rank us all in terms of twinkness, btw. I'm telling thee

‘Tis I the twinkiest twink bestowed on one’s eye

What she says: I'm fine.

What she means: Why do we never speak about the fact that we don't know what happened to Benvolio after Act III. His last fucking line is "This is the truth, or let Benvolio die." and fucking Shakespeare decided that it would be a great idea to let him out of the play and never speak of him again. He DIED in the Q1 and we never are told how, Lord Montague simply says "and young Benvolio is deceased too." Even though in Q2 at the final scene it says "Enter Lord Montague and others" it is never openly said if he entered along with his uncle or not. His two best friends died, one in his arms and the other was his cousin; he was left alone and Shakespeare didn't even bother tell us his fate. Why couldn't he give him the happy ending he deserved? Why didn't anyone listen to him? Why? There would have been way less death that way.

So, here’s a random thought...

For my English class we’re reading Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet”. While reading the writers work I had an epiphany or a strike of inspiration (or something like that) and I thought what if there was another way to tell the story.

So, here’s my idea I think there should be a retelling of the story through Mercutio’s stand point or point of view, but here’s the plot twist..... Mercutio is in love with Romeo! It would be a story of friendship, forbidden and unrequited love, pinning, tragedy, and so much more. Romeo being in love with Juliet and Mercutio standing by cheering on his friend while also pinning for Romeo to look at him with those eyes he sees Juliet with. The ones full of love and determination to be with one another. It would be a heartbreaking and unexpected retelling of the Shakespearean romance.

Anyway that just an idea I have. I hope you like it and maybe even be inspired by it. I also would like to recommend you read “Romeo & Juliet” it’s a really good play or book.

But’s that’s just my opinion. (・ε・) (or idea idk)

Two Households, Both Alike In Dignity, In Fair Verona, Where We Lay Our Scene. From Ancient Grudge Break

Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene. From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean. From forth the fatal loins of these two foes, A pair of star-crossed lovers take their life; Whose misadventured piteous overthrows Do with their death bury their parents' strife.

My buddies and I made Romeo and Juliet but very very gay, and I think it’s the most blursed thing I’ve ever been a part of, but I love it.
