Forever searching for the sun in the middle of the night and always falling into the streetlight, like a miserable bug. Contemplation before a book, rush of pleasure for a second. There is no time for an afterthougth and I write absentmindedly to kill time… I don't know the time, maybe is 2 am, maybe is already 4. I'm hungry. I should sleep, but the tears might come in. The fly around my ear is driving me crazy. It's the break of the numbness in the blind night. Not very poetic if you ask. I'm always nervous because I'm always ashamed. Shame knows me more than anyone. She drives me crazy just like that damn fly. Sometimes I think I'm capable of killing, then I remember: I'm just a miserable bug.

It's 5 in the the morning and I thought of some good lyrics which my or my not reflect my personal life.

last night i was thinking about what a hug from my characters would be like. and i think it's a good way to explore them.

Since before they were born... (MK Dad AU)
Some late-night thoughts on the official MK monkey form and how it didn't affect the kids...
Earlier, I said the children were not born half-monkeys, even though everything indicated they would be. I then decided that part of the reason they maintain a human appearance and essence is because they were sealed from conception.
So... I practically decided to take the logic of the movie "The Mask 2" or "Son of the Mask" to explain why children do not have a monkey form.
What do I mean by that? Well, there is something very funny in the explanation of how the "son of the mask" was born. Those who saw the movie will remember it.
(If you didn't see it, that's okay too… I'm just giving a small example.)
To summarize, who wears the mask becomes another person, literally another person, and in this movie, the protagonist is a married man who, while wearing the mask, slept with his wife, and some time later, boom! A very special baby is born who inherits the powers of the mask.
And well, in the MK Dad AU, I do the same... but in reverse.
What do I mean? It is as you are suspecting... MK was in human form when boom! He made the children (OuO)/
Which is to say that MK made a conscious decision to seal himself so as not to pass the spirit monkey genes to the unborn babies.
Although, as we know, not all seals are perfect, so some of the children may have certain abilities that could later be revealed with time...
That's all I have at the moment... although no one asked for this explanation XD

Crosses (COTL)
This may have some spoilers for the Unholy Alliance update, specifically the Pilgrim Pack part…
One thought I had after seeing Jalala's comic is that the crosses on the bishops' heads were more like… ¿arrows that were stuck in their heads than ornamental ornaments?
Let me explain, there is a part where Chemach tells her story and in some of her flashbacks I thought I saw a giant with his head pierced with something that looked like a very long cross and that cross looked similar to the bishops'. At least at the tip.
Someone, I don't remember who, commented that divine wounds never heal and when bishops become followers those crosses are still there…
Maybe it's not relevant.
But I wanted to share this idea since I haven't been able to get it out of my head.
