Like every System Parts there’s always a reason, for their looks, names, ages, gender, se*uality it’s never random and connected to the body’s story thus far but for Us it’s probably because getting vulnerable just like in Moon Knight it represents having siblings, twins because for me my mom had a few miscarriage before and after me and one of them was my twin 🥹 so that’s probably why and also Oscar Isaac talks about in Saturday Night Live “They all deal with pain loss and confusion” 🧡

This lyrics reminds me of system hood even if you have OSDD-1(b) there’s been now looking back more and communicating more what we each remember like from one certain thing can be vastly different prospective and what sticks and what we feel or how much we remember especially when we were in high stress mode
7/17/2024 Recently started seeing a different consultant that knows about Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) & Otherwise Dissociative Disorder (OSDD-1) and really opening up via message but on call 📞 we’re dealing first with Day to Day☀️ stuff that’s distressing but I’m making connecting in the system I never did before and writing ✍🏻 Journaling 📔 more and accepting different Parts even if We have different views on things and that it’s ok ✔️ ☺️ :)
